Abstract

本发明公开了一种具备大通径系数的蝶阀,包括阀体、阀轴、阀板、阀杆、密封圈和把手,所述阀板的侧面开设有若干纵向排列的第一通水孔,所述阀杆位于阀板的两侧部均开设有若干纵向排列的第二通水孔。本发明与现有技术相比,通过第一通水孔和第二通水孔的设置,在不影响蝶阀关闭效果的基础上,增加了阀体的通径面积,增加了蝶阀的通径系数,降低了阀体的阻力,使得蝶阀的运行能耗得到有效降低,起到了节能作用,降低了运营成本。

技术领域
本发明属于蝶阀技术领域,具体涉及一种具备大通径系数的蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀是现今常用的流体流量控制阀,如图1所示,现有的蝶阀包括阀体1、密封圈2、阀轴5、阀板3、阀杆4和把手6,图1中阀板3处于打开状态,流体介质通过阀体1的流体通道11流过阀体1,但是在通流的过程中,流体通道11中的阀板3和阀杆4会挡住部分流体,这样便会降低蝶阀的通径系数,增加管路阻力,不利于节能运行,导致能耗较高。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种具备大通径系数的蝶阀,提能够提高蝶阀的通径系数,减少管路阻力,降低运行能耗。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种具备大通径系数的蝶阀,包括阀体、阀轴、阀板、阀杆、密封圈和把手,所述阀板的侧面开设有若干纵向排列的第一通水孔,所述阀杆位于阀板的两侧部均开设有若干纵向排列的第二通水孔。
进一步的,所述第一通水孔水平设置于阀板上,水平的第一通水孔能够更加有利于水体通过,能够更好的降低通径系数。
进一步的,所述第一通水孔纵向等间距排列设置在阀板上。
进一步的,所述第二通水孔水平设置于阀杆上,水平的第二通水孔能够更加有利于水体通过,能够更好的降低通径系数。
进一步的,所述第二通水孔纵向等间距排列设置在阀杆上。
本发明的设计原理为:通过在阀板的侧面和阀杆的两侧部分别开设第一通水孔和第二通水孔,蝶阀打开时能够正好迎合着水流方向,有部分水流会通过第一通水孔和第二通水孔流过,这样便增加了阀体的通径面积,增加了蝶阀的通径系数,降低了阀体的阻力。
另外需要强调的是,第一通水孔和第二通水孔只有在阀板处于打开状态时才会具有通水功能,在阀板关闭状态时,第一通水孔被密封圈封闭,第二通水孔方向与阀板方向保持一致,介质水无法通过第二通水孔穿过阀板,这样第一通水孔和第二通水孔不会影响到蝶阀关闭时的挡水效果。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,通过第一通水孔和第二通水孔的设置,在不影响蝶阀关闭效果的基础上,增加了阀体的通径面积,增加了蝶阀的通径系数,降低了阀体的阻力,使得蝶阀的运行能耗得到有效降低,起到了节能作用,降低了运营成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围,在阅读了本发明之后,本领域技术人员对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定的范围。
如图2~图5所示,本发明提供一种具备大通径系数的蝶阀,包括阀体1、阀轴5、阀板3、阀杆4、密封圈2和把手6,阀板3的侧面开设有九个纵向等间距排列的第一通水孔7,阀杆4位于阀板3的两侧部均开设有十个纵向等间距排列的第二通水孔8,九个第一通水孔7均水平设置于阀板3上,两组十个第二通水孔8分别水平设置于阀板3的两侧。
如图2所示,当蝶阀处于打开状态时,阀板3从关闭状态转动90度,此时,第一通水孔7和第二通水孔8的通水路径和水流方向一致,阀体1的流体通道11内的大部分流体会从阀板3和阀杆4的两侧流过,但是也有部分流体会从第一通水孔7和第二通水孔8分别通过阀板3和阀杆4,最终与其他流体汇流一起流出阀体1。
本实施例中经过实际检测,阀体1的通径面积能够增加10%以上,增加了蝶阀的通径系数,降低了阀体的阻力,最终使得蝶阀的运行能耗得到有效降低,起到了节能作用,降低了运营成本。
如图3所示,当蝶阀处于关闭状态时,第一通水孔7被隐藏起来,第二通水孔8分别位于阀板3两侧,当阀板3的挡流作用下,不具备通流功能,所以第一通水孔7和第二通水孔8不会影响到蝶阀的挡流效果。

1.一种具备大通径系数的蝶阀,包括阀体、阀轴、阀板、阀杆、密封圈和把手,其特征在于:所述阀板的侧面开设有若干纵向排列的第一通水孔,所述阀杆位于阀板的两侧部均开设有若干纵向排列的第二通水孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具备大通径系数的蝶阀,其特征在于:所述第一通水孔水平设置于阀板上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具备大通径系数的蝶阀,其特征在于:所述第一通水孔纵向等间距排列设置在阀板上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具备大通径系数的蝶阀,其特征在于:所述第二通水孔水平设置于阀杆上。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的一种具备大通径系数的蝶阀,其特征在于:所述第二通水孔纵向等间距排列设置在阀杆上。
