Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to physical processing and chemical treatment of fiber products, in particular to a distressing device of viscose sand washing crepe, which processes fiber fabrics by the combined action of mechanical operation and biochemical treatment of alkaline chemical elements.
Background
A thin plain cotton fabric with longitudinally uniform wrinkles on the surface of the crepe, which is also called crepe. The crepe has smooth and soft hand feeling and good elasticity in the weft direction. The yarn count used by the fabric is generally below 14.6 (more than 40 inches), the fabric is light and thin, has various bleaching, plain color, printing, yarn-dyed fabric and the like, and is suitable for various shirts, skirts, pajamas, bathrobes and the like, and can also be used as ornaments such as curtains, tablecloths and the like. The warp yarn used by the crepe is common cotton yarn, and the weft yarn is shaped hard twisted yarn. After weaving into grey cloth, the fabric is subjected to pretreatment processes such as singeing, loose desizing, scouring, bleaching and drying, the fabric is subjected to hot water or hot alkali liquor treatment for a certain time, and the weft direction shrinks (about 30%) to form overall and uniform wrinkles, and then the fabric is dyed or printed, and sometimes resin finishing is carried out. Or the fabric is creped by embossing before shrinking, and then is processed by loose pretreatment and dyeing and finishing, so that the wrinkles on the cloth surface are more fine, uniform and regular, and the crepe with various coarse and fine straight-strip wrinkles can be prepared. In addition, the weft direction can also be woven into crepe with herringbone wrinkles by using twist yarn and common yarn alternately.
The sand washing uses a plurality of alkaline and oxidizing auxiliary agents to ensure that clothes have certain fading effect and old feeling after being washed, if a stone mill is matched, a layer of soft and white fluff is generated on the surface of the washed cloth, and then a plurality of softening agents are added to ensure that the washed fabric is soft and soft, thereby improving the wearing comfort.
However, in the existing sand washing process, the selection of the size of sand particles cannot form a reliable basis, and the selection depends on the experience judgment of an operator, so that the abrasion degree of the size of the sand particles to the cloth is not controllable, and the development of the sand washing industry is limited to a certain extent.
