背景技术
生活污水是居民日常生活中排出的废水,主要来源于居住建筑和公共建筑,如住宅、学校、公共场所卫生间等,生活污水中所含的污染物主要是有机物和大量病原微生物,其中存在于污水中的有机物极不稳定,容易腐化而产生恶臭。
目前的生活污水处理设备存在污水处理效率低和输送管道容易堵塞、清理麻烦的问题,未能及时处理的生活污水中的有机物会发生腐化,散发恶臭气体污染空气,且由于设置缺陷,生活污水中的较大颗粒物容易堵塞输送管道,非常的难清理。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种用于生活污水处理的装置,具备污水处理效率高、输送管道不易堵塞的优点,解决了传统生活污水处理设备效率低下、输送管道容易堵塞、清理麻烦的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述污水处理效率高、输送管道不易堵塞的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种用于生活污水处理的装置,包括滤水仓,所述滤水仓的内部插接有清扫轴,所述滤水仓的顶部插接有污水管道,所述滤水仓的外壁固定连接有收集仓,所述收集仓的外壁固定连接有第一管道,所述第一管道的底端固定连接有蓄水仓,所述蓄水仓的顶壁插接有浮杆,所述浮杆的正面活动连接有电机齿轮,所述电机齿轮的底端固定连接有调节电机,所述浮杆的背面活动连接有套筒,所述套筒的左端固定连接有复位弹簧,所述套筒的右端活动连接有齿条,所述齿条的外壁啮合有出料齿轮,所述出料齿轮的底面固定连接有破碎仓,所述蓄水仓的右壁上端插接有第二管道,所述第二管道的右端固定连接有加压仓,所述加压仓的右壁插接有第三管道,所述加压仓的内部活动连接有从动齿轮,所述从动齿轮的外壁活动连接有驱动齿轮,所述驱动齿轮的背面固定连接有传动齿轮,所述传动齿轮的外壁啮合有螺杆,所述螺杆的底端固定连接有第二锥形齿轮,所述第二锥形齿轮的外壁啮合有第一锥形齿轮,所述第一锥形齿轮的内部插接有驱动轴,所述驱动轴的外壁固定连接有破碎刀,所述驱动轴的右端固定连接有伺服电机。

1、该用于生活污水处理的装置,通过驱动轴带动破碎刀高速转动对破碎仓内的较大颗粒物进行粉碎,第三管道内的污水进入到驱动轴的左端后从驱动轴外壁的出水孔喷出,喷出的污水在清洗破碎仓的同时也将破碎彻底的颗粒物从细滤板内冲出,不仅实现了对处理装置的自清理,也避免了生活污水中较大的颗粒物堵塞设备。
2、该用于生活污水处理的装置,通过清扫轴转动带动清扫刷板转动对滤水仓的内壁进行刷洗防止污水中的杂质堵塞滤水孔,污水从滤水孔进入到收集仓内经第一管道进入蓄水仓内,越过第四管道接口处的污水沿着第四管道排出进入下一道处理工序,将生活污水和污水中的杂质分开处理,排除污水中的杂质对滤板的干扰,提高污水处理效率。

工作原理:当滤水仓1未通入污水时,浮杆29中间连接杆的下方部分与电机齿轮4啮合,电机齿轮4带动套筒30推动齿条25向右移动,复位弹簧28伸长,出料齿轮26处于关闭状态,从污水管道6内将生活污水注入滤水仓1中,清扫轴7带动外壁的清扫刷板2转动对滤水仓1的内壁进行刷洗防止污水中的杂质堵塞滤水孔,污水从滤水孔进入到收集仓3内经第一管道5进入蓄水仓10内,浮杆29上浮,当浮杆29上的连接杆部分移动到电机齿轮4时,此时浮杆29不再起传动作用,复位弹簧28收缩带动套筒30向左移动,由于套筒30右端与齿条25活动连接,所以齿条25不会立马向左移动,出料齿轮26仍处于关闭状态,浮杆29快速上浮,连接杆下方的浮杆29再次与电机齿轮4啮合,同理,套筒30再次顶紧齿条25,污水中的较大颗粒物沉淀在出料齿轮26的顶面。
当滤水仓1中的污水完全渗出后,蓄水仓10内越过第四管道11部分的污水也被排出,浮杆29下降,直到中间部分的连接杆与电机齿轮4在同一平面,套筒30不再受到电机齿轮4的推力,复位弹簧28有足够的时间带动套筒30拉动齿条25向左移动,齿条25带动出料齿轮26转动,拨片27打开,污水中的较大颗粒物从出料齿轮26进入到破碎仓12内,打开伺服电机18,伺服电机18带动驱动轴15顺时针转动从而带动第一锥形齿轮17顺时针转动,第一锥形齿轮17带动与其啮合第二锥形齿轮16逆时针转动,同步的,第二锥形齿轮16带动螺杆19逆时针转动从而带动传动齿轮24逆时针转动,传动齿轮24带动同轴的驱动齿轮20逆时针转动,驱动齿轮20带动外壁活动连接的从动齿轮22顺时针转动,啮合紧密的驱动齿轮20和从动齿轮22在加压仓23的左侧形成负压,通过第二管道9将蓄水仓10内未排除的污水入加压仓23内,污水随着驱动齿轮20和从动齿轮22的转动被带到加压仓23的右半侧,由于容积变小,右半侧的污水在两个齿轮的挤压下被赋予高压从第三管道21排出,与此同时,驱动轴15带动破碎刀14对破碎仓12内的较大颗粒物进行粉碎,第三管道21内的污水进入到驱动轴15的左端后从驱动轴15外壁的出水孔喷出,喷出的污水在清洗破碎仓12的同时也将破碎彻底的颗粒物从细滤板13内冲出,进入到下一工序,防止较大的颗粒物堵塞设备,待破碎仓12内的杂质完全清除后,关闭伺服电机18,此时蓄水仓10内的污水被第二管道9抽光,浮杆29下降,同理,电机齿轮4再次带动套筒30推动齿条25向右移动,出料齿轮26再次关闭。
综上所述,该用于生活污水处理的装置,通过驱动轴15带动破碎刀14高速转动对破碎仓12内的较大颗粒物进行粉碎,第三管道21内的污水进入到驱动轴15的左端后从驱动轴15外壁的出水孔喷出,喷出的污水在清洗破碎仓12的同时也将破碎彻底的颗粒物从细滤板13内冲出,不仅实现了对处理装置的自清理,也避免了生活污水中较大的颗粒物堵塞设备;通过清扫轴7转动带动清扫刷板2转动对滤水仓1的内壁进行刷洗防止污水中的杂质堵塞滤水孔,污水从滤水孔进入到收集仓3内经第一管道5进入蓄水仓10内,越过第四管道11接口处的污水沿着第四管道11排出进入下一道处理工序,将生活污水和污水中的杂质分开处理,排除污水中的杂质对滤板的干扰,提高污水处理效率。

1.一种用于生活污水处理的装置,包括滤水仓(1),其特征在于:所述滤水仓(1)的内部插接有清扫轴(7),所述滤水仓(1)的顶部插接有污水管道(6),所述滤水仓(1)的外壁固定连接有收集仓(3),所述收集仓(3)的外壁固定连接有第一管道(5),所述第一管道(5)的底端固定连接有蓄水仓(10),所述蓄水仓(10)的顶壁插接有浮杆(29),所述浮杆(29)的正面活动连接有电机齿轮(4),所述电机齿轮(4)的底端固定连接有调节电机(8),所述浮杆(29)的背面活动连接有套筒(30),所述套筒(30)的左端固定连接有复位弹簧(28),所述套筒(30)的右端活动连接有齿条(25),所述齿条(25)的外壁啮合有出料齿轮(26),所述出料齿轮(26)的底面固定连接有破碎仓(12),所述蓄水仓(10)的右壁上端插接有第二管道(9),所述第二管道(9)的右端固定连接有加压仓(23),所述加压仓(23)的右壁插接有第三管道(21),所述加压仓(23)的内部活动连接有从动齿轮(22),所述从动齿轮(22)的外壁活动连接有驱动齿轮(20),所述驱动齿轮(20)的背面固定连接有传动齿轮(24),所述传动齿轮(24)的外壁啮合有螺杆(19),所述螺杆(19)的底端固定连接有第二锥形齿轮(16),所述第二锥形齿轮(16)的外壁啮合有第一锥形齿轮(17),所述第一锥形齿轮(17)的内部插接有驱动轴(15),所述驱动轴(15)的外壁固定连接有破碎刀(14),所述驱动轴(15)的右端固定连接有伺服电机(18)。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于生活污水处理的装置,其特征在于:所述蓄水仓(10)的右壁下端插接有第四管道(11)与破碎仓(12)底部固定连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于生活污水处理的装置,其特征在于:所述出料齿轮(26)的内部滑动连接有拨片(27)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于生活污水处理的装置,其特征在于:所述第三管道(21)与驱动轴(15)的左端固定连接。
