其实,在我们日常生活中,除了新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19,NCP)可能通过接触传播,其它很多病毒、细菌同样可通过接触传播。在这种情况下,人们常常通戴手套、借助物件不直接接触日常中需要接触的公共物品,如:电梯按键、公用电话、门把手等。但由于往往这些条件都不具备,或者有携带病毒、细菌者不自觉或不在意接触公共用品部件,往往导致携带病毒或细菌会污染公共用品的公共部件。同时,公共用品部件消毒较难于频繁消毒,有时也无法判断是否已消毒或消毒了多长时间,是否仍有效。

一种具有多用途喷雾成膜消毒剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述消毒剂按重量百分比由0.1--30%溴化(双十二烷基二甲基)乙撑二铵(新洁灵)与0.1--30%醋酸氯己定、二氧化氯、过氧乙酸、次氯酸钠(钙、钾)、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐、苯扎氯(溴)铵、双癸基二甲基氯化铵(沙力迪)、双十烷基二甲基溴化铵(百毒杀)中的一种或一种以上的组合消毒剂、0.1--30%成膜剂、0.1-0.5%驱蚊剂、0.1-0.5%卡波姆、30-85%乙醇、0.1-0.5%色素、pH调节剂和适量纯化水组成。该多用途喷雾成膜消毒剂溶液喷于物体表面形成保护膜,其质量稳定,具有消毒、促进伤愈合、驱蚊虫止痒用途,以及形成膜后,膜的颜色随着时间逐渐变淡,便于警示使用时间长短和消毒效率高低。
该复方消毒剂制备方法如下:
(1)精密称取按重量百分比由0.1--30%溴化(双十二烷基二甲基)乙撑二铵(新洁灵)与0.1--30%醋酸氯己定、二氧化氯、过氧乙酸、次氯酸钠(钙、钾)、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐、苯扎氯(溴)铵、双癸基二甲基氯化铵(沙力迪)、双十烷基二甲基溴化铵(百毒杀)中的一种或一种以上的组合消毒剂,加入30-85%乙醇、0.1-0.5%色素和适用纯化水充分搅拌溶解混合均匀,备用;
(2)精密称取0.1--30%成膜剂、0.1-0.5%驱蚊剂、0.1-0.5%卡波姆、30-85%乙醇和适用纯化水充分搅拌溶解混合均匀,备用;
(3)将上述所得两种溶液充分混合均匀后,调节pH3.0--9.0;
(4)将最终得到的溶液分装于喷雾瓶中,密封,包装,即得。

作为优选,所述的一种具有多用途喷雾成膜消毒剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的0.1--30%成膜剂由壳聚糖与玻璃酸钠、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、明胶、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)、羟丙纤维素、羟丙甲纤维素、聚维酮、甲基丙烯酸醋-甲基丙烯酸共聚物、甘油、丙三醇、聚山梨酯80中的一种或一种以上组成。
作为优选,所述的一种具有多用途喷雾成膜消毒剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述0.1-0.5%驱蚊剂可是艾叶提取物、金银花提取物、青蒿提取物、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、DEET(又称避蚊胺)、伊默宁(又称驱蚊脂)、埃卡瑞丁(又称派卡瑞丁)和柠檬桉叶油(或其有效成分PMD)、避蚊胺、驱蚊酯菊酯类化合物中的一种或一种以上的组合。
作为优选,所述的一种具有多用途喷雾成膜消毒剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述消毒剂中还包含有0.1-0.5%卡波姆、30-85%乙醇、0.1-0.5%色素、pH调节剂和适量纯化水。2.根据权利要求1、2、3、4所述的一种具有多用途喷雾成膜消毒剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述消毒剂0.1-0.5%色素为石蕊、酚酞、溴百里酚蓝、甲基红、甲基橙中的一种或一种以上的组合。
作为优选,所述的一种具有多用途喷雾成膜消毒剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述消毒剂pH调节剂可以是氢氧化钠溶液、盐酸溶液、醋酸及其盐溶液、碳酸及其盐溶液、磷酸盐缓冲溶液中的一种或一种以上的组合。
作为优选,所述的一种具有多用途喷雾成膜消毒剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述消毒剂在1--5分钟内成膜,成膜后可显示红色、蓝色、绿色、黄色、粉色、紫色中的一种,并且颜色变化可以根据实际警示要求在12小时内,从两种或两种以上颜色之前渐变,也可以一种颜色在12小时内逐渐变淡消失。
作为优选,所述的一种具有多用途喷雾成膜消毒剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述消毒剂具有杀死病毒和细菌、促进伤口愈合、驱蚊虫止痒功效,同时有以及形成膜后,膜的颜色随着时间逐渐从两种或两种以上颜色之前渐变或变淡消失,取到警示使用时间长短和消毒效率高低的作用。
该多用途喷雾成膜消毒剂溶液喷于物体表面形成保护膜,其质量稳定,具有消毒、促进伤愈合、驱蚊虫止痒用途,以及形成膜后,膜的颜色随着时间逐渐变淡消失和香精的浓淡与消失,进行警示使用时间长短和消毒效率是否降低或消毒剂残留多少。取到警示使用时间长短和消毒效率高低的作用。
本发明的创新点为:
1)通过双季铵盐消毒剂与其他消毒剂的复方增强了杀灭病毒和细菌的消毒效率;
2)通过消毒剂中添加驱蚊虫有效成份,使得在进行皮肤消毒的同时有驱蚊虫止痒用途;
3)通过消毒剂中添加壳聚糖、玻璃酸钠成份,使得在进行皮肤伤口消毒的同时形成保护膜,促进伤口愈合;
4)通过消毒剂添加成膜剂,将消毒剂喷于消毒对象表面时形成固定的消毒膜,一方面增加了消毒作用时间和面积,增强了消毒效果;另一方面,解决了公共用品的公共部件消毒难、作用时间短等难题;
5)通过消毒剂中添加颜色指示剂和香精,可以通过颜色随着时间逐渐变淡消失和香精的浓淡与消失,进行警示使用时间长短和消毒效率是否降低或消毒剂残留多少。
具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种定量检测降钙素原(PCT)的荧光免疫层析试剂盒,本领域技术人员可以借鉴本文内容,适当改进工艺参数实现。特别需要指出的是,所有类似的替换和改动对本领域技术人员来说是显而易见的,它们都被视为包括在本发明。本发明的方法及应用已经通过较佳实施例进行了描述,相关人员明显能在不脱离本发明内容、精神和范围内对本文所述的方法和应用进行改动或适当变更与组合,来实现和应用本发明技术。
本发明的技术方案为:
步骤1)精密称取按重量百分比由0.1--30%溴化(双十二烷基二甲基)乙撑二铵(新洁灵)与0.1--30%醋酸氯己定、二氧化氯、过氧乙酸、次氯酸钠(钙、钾)、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐、苯扎氯(溴)铵、双癸基二甲基氯化铵(沙力迪)、双十烷基二甲基溴化铵(百毒杀)中的一种或一种以上的组合消毒剂,加入30-85%乙醇、0.1-0.5%色素和适用纯化水充分搅拌溶解混合均匀,备用;
步骤2)精密称取0.1--30%成膜剂、0.1-0.5%驱蚊剂、0.1-0.5%卡波姆、30-85%乙醇和适用纯化水充分搅拌溶解混合均匀,备用;
步骤3)将上述所得两种溶液充分混合均匀后,调节pH3.0--9.0;
将最终得到的溶液分装于喷雾瓶中,密封,包装,即得。
为了使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1:
步骤1)精密称取按重量百分比由0.2%溴化(双十二烷基二甲基)乙撑二铵(新洁灵)与0.3%醋酸氯己定,0.1%溴百里酚蓝、0.1%柠檬香精、80%乙醇、纯化水充分搅拌溶解混合均匀,备用;
步骤2)精密称取0.5%PVA成膜剂、0.5%艾叶提取物驱蚊剂、0.2%卡波姆、8%甘油、8%丙三醇、3%聚山梨酯80、适量80%乙醇和适用纯化水充分搅拌溶解混合均匀,备用;
步骤3)将上述所得两种溶液充分混合均匀后,磷酸盐缓冲溶液调节pH5.5--8.0;
将最终得到的溶液分装于喷雾瓶中,密封,包装,即得。
实施例2
步骤1)精密称取按重量百分比由0.2%溴化(双十二烷基二甲基)乙撑二铵(新洁灵)与0.6%聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐、0.1%甲基红、0.1%桔子香精、60%乙醇、纯化水充分搅拌溶解混合均匀,备用;
步骤2)精密称取由1%壳聚糖、1%玻璃酸钠、0.6%羟丙纤维素成膜剂、0.5%青蒿提取物0.1%驱蚊酯菊酯驱蚊剂、0.1%卡波姆、6%丙三醇、3%聚山梨酯80、适量80%乙醇和适用纯化水充分搅拌溶解混合均匀,备用;
步骤3)将上述所得两种溶液充分混合均匀后,磷酸盐缓冲溶液调节pH4.0--7.0;
将最终得到的溶液分装于喷雾瓶中,密封,包装,即得。
实施例3:
步骤1)精密称取按重量百分比由0.2%溴化(双十二烷基二甲基)乙撑二铵(新洁灵)与2%醋酸氯己定、0.6%聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐、0.1%中性红、0.1%草莓香精、60%乙醇、纯化水充分搅拌溶解混合均匀,备用;
步骤2)精密称取由0.5%壳聚糖、2%玻璃酸钠、0.6%聚维酮成膜剂、5%金银花提取物、5%青蒿提取物0.1%驱蚊酯菊酯驱蚊剂、0.2%卡波姆、6%甘油、1%聚山梨酯80、适量80%乙醇和适用纯化水充分搅拌溶解混合均匀,备用;
步骤3)将上述所得两种溶液充分混合均匀后,氢氧化钠溶液调节pH6.0--8.0;
将最终得到的溶液分装于喷雾瓶中,密封,包装,即得。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种具有多用途喷雾成膜消毒剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述消毒剂按重量百分比由0.1--30%溴化(双十二烷基二甲基)乙撑二铵(新洁灵)与0.1--30%醋酸氯己定、二氧化氯、过氧乙酸、次氯酸钠(钙、钾)、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐、苯扎氯(溴)铵、双癸基二甲基氯化铵(沙力迪)、双十烷基二甲基溴化铵(百毒杀)中的一种或一种以上的组合消毒剂、0.1--30%成膜剂、0.1-0.5%驱蚊剂、0.1-0.5%卡波姆、30-85%乙醇、0.1-0.5%色素、pH调节剂、0.1-0.5%香精和适量纯化水组成。该多用途喷雾成膜消毒剂溶液喷于物体表面形成保护膜,其质量稳定,具有消毒、促进伤愈合、驱蚊虫止痒用途,以及形成膜后,膜的颜色随着时间逐渐变淡消失和香精的浓淡与消失,进行警示使用时间长短和消毒效率是否降低或消毒剂残留多少。该复方消毒剂制备方法如下:
(1)精密称取按重量百分比由0.1--30%溴化(双十二烷基二甲基)乙撑二铵(新洁灵)与0.1--30%醋酸氯己定、二氧化氯、过氧乙酸、次氯酸钠(钙、钾)、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐、苯扎氯(溴)铵、双癸基二甲基氯化铵(沙力迪)、双十烷基二甲基溴化铵(百毒杀)中的一种或一种以上的组合消毒剂,加入30-85%乙醇、0.1-0.5%色素和香精与适用纯化水充分搅拌溶解混合均匀,备用;
(2)精密称取0.1--30%成膜剂、0.1-0.5%驱蚊剂、0.1-0.5%卡波姆、30-85%乙醇和适用纯化水充分搅拌溶解混合均匀,备用;
(3)将上述所得两种溶液充分混合均匀后,调节pH3.0--9.0;
(4)将最终得到的溶液分装于喷雾瓶中,密封,包装,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有多用途喷雾成膜消毒剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述消毒剂按重量百分比由0.1--30%溴化(双十二烷基二甲基)乙撑二铵(新洁灵)与0.1--30%醋酸氯己定、二氧化氯、过氧乙酸、次氯酸钠(钙、钾)、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐、苯扎氯(溴)铵、双癸基二甲基氯化铵(沙力迪)、双十烷基二甲基溴化铵(百毒杀)中的一种或一种以上的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有多用途喷雾成膜消毒剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的0.1--30%成膜剂由壳聚糖与玻璃酸钠、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、明胶、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)、羟丙纤维素、羟丙甲纤维素、聚维酮、甲基丙烯酸醋-甲基丙烯酸共聚物、甘油、丙三醇、聚山梨酯80中的一种或一种以上组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有多用途喷雾成膜消毒剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述0.1-0.5%驱蚊剂可是艾叶提取物、金银花提取物、青蒿提取物、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、DEET(又称避蚊胺)、伊默宁(又称驱蚊脂)、埃卡瑞丁(又称派卡瑞丁)和柠檬桉叶油(或其有效成分PMD)、避蚊胺、驱蚊酯菊酯类化合物中的一种或一种以上的组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有多用途喷雾成膜消毒剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述消毒剂中还包含有0.1-0.5%卡波姆、30-85%乙醇、0.1-0.5%色素、pH调节剂和适量纯化水。
6.根据权利要求1、2、3、4所述的一种具有多用途喷雾成膜消毒剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述消毒剂0.1-0.5%色素为石蕊、酚酞、溴百里酚蓝、甲基红、甲基橙中的一种或一种以上的组合。
7.根据权利要求1、2、3、4、5所述的一种具有多用途喷雾成膜消毒剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述消毒剂pH调节剂可以是氢氧化钠溶液、盐酸溶液、醋酸及其盐溶液、碳酸及其盐溶液、磷酸盐缓冲溶液中的一种或一种以上的组合。
8.根据权利要求1、2、3、4、5所述的一种具有多用途喷雾成膜消毒剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述消毒剂在1--5分钟内成膜,成膜后可显示红色、蓝色、绿色、黄色、粉色、紫色中的一种,并且颜色变化可以根据实际警示要求在12小时内,从两种或两种以上颜色之前渐变,也可以一种颜色在12小时内逐渐变淡消失。
9.根据权利要求1至8所述的一种具有多用途喷雾成膜消毒剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述消毒剂中0.1-0.5%香精,可以是天然香精或化学合成香精,并随成膜后,膜固定时间长短或残留多少散发香精浓度,从而进行识别消毒保留时间。。
10.根据权利要求1至8所述的一种具有多用途喷雾成膜消毒剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述消毒剂具有杀死病毒和细菌、促进伤口愈合、驱蚊虫止痒功效,同时有以及形成膜后,膜的颜色随着时间逐渐从两种或两种以上颜色之前渐变或变淡消失,取到警示使用时间长短和消毒效率高低的作用。
