The chat system 100 having a conversation function receives information of a user from a terminal and transmits a response to the information to the terminal. The chat system 100 having the dialogue function receives information of a user from a terminal, stores the information in the storage unit 105, and learns the information to determine the intention of the user. In the event that a user requests specific information, a response to the user information is sent to the terminal using a search engine or other database.
The chat system 100 having the conversation function may be configured by a server and may include a terminal. The terminal may include, for example, at least one of a smart phone, a tablet computer, a mobile phone, a video phone, an electronic reader, a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a netbook, a workstation, a palm top computer, a portable multimedia player.
The storage unit 105 stores the information and the response. For this purpose, the storage section 105 may include a memory. The memory may include volatile and/or nonvolatile memory. The memory may store, for example, commands or data related to at least one other component of the electronic device. According to one embodiment, the memory may store software and/or programs. Programs, for example, may include a kernel, middleware, an application programming interface, and/or an application program (or application software), among others. At least a portion of the kernel, middleware, or application programming interface may be referred to as an operating system.
The receiving unit 110 receives information of a user from the terminal. The receiving unit 110 may include one or more components capable of communicating with the terminal, and may include, for example, a near field communication module, a wired communication module, and a wireless communication module.
The near field communication module refers to a module that performs near field communication with devices located within a certain distance. The near field communication technology according to the embodiment of the present invention may include wireless network, wi-Fi, bluetooth, wireless personal area network, wireless direct connection, ultra-wideband, infrared communication, bluetooth low energy technology, near field communication, radio frequency identification, ant+ and the like, but is not limited thereto.
The wired communication module refers to a module for performing communication using an electric signal or an optical signal, and may include a wired communication technology using a twisted pair cable, a coaxial cable, a fiber optic cable, or the like in addition to a wired communication technology apparent to those skilled in the art.
The wireless communication module transmits and receives wireless signals to and from at least one of a base station, an external device, and a server in the mobile communication network. The wireless signal may include a voice signal, a video call signal, or various forms of data according to transmission and reception of text/multimedia information.
The intention judgment unit 115 learns the information stored in the storage unit 105 and the pattern of response, and judges the intention of the user based on the information received by the reception unit 110. For this purpose, the intention judging unit 115 may include a central processing unit, a microprocessor, a graphics processor, and the like, but is not limited thereto.
For example, the intention judging unit 115 judges whether or not the intention of the user is to obtain information on a product or service by analyzing the word tail and emotion keywords of a sentence included in the information received by the receiving unit 110.
The intention judging unit 115 may judge whether or not the intention of the user is to obtain information on a product or service, for example, when the end of a sentence ends with "want to" and "please tell", "worship what to" and "want to eat", or the like. Further, the emotion keywords may include, for example, "boring", "hungry" and the like, and when the emotion keywords are included in the information received by the receiving unit 110, the intention judging unit 115 may judge whether or not the intention of the user is to obtain information on a commodity or service.
The above-described procedure can be realized by learning based on artificial intelligence using big data, that is, the intention judging section 115 learns the information stored in the storage section 105 and the pattern of the response, thereby using the big data, whereby the accuracy in judging the intention of the user can be improved.
The response generation unit 120 generates a response corresponding to the intention of the user. For this purpose, the response generating unit 120 may include a central processing unit, a microprocessor, a graphics processor, and the like, but is not limited thereto.
For example, when it is determined that the intention of the user is to obtain information on a commodity or service, the response generating section 120 may transmit a response including matching information to the terminal. The matching information will be described in detail later.
The transmitting unit 125 transmits the response to the terminal. The transmitting unit 125 may include one or more components capable of communicating with the terminal, and may include, for example, a short-range communication module, a wired communication module, and a wireless communication module.
The information collection unit 130 may collect commodity or service information corresponding to the intention of the user in a case where it is determined that the intention of the user is to obtain information on a commodity or service.
The information collection unit 130, for example, collects information of a korean restaurant corresponding to the intention of a user in a case where it is determined that the intention of the user is to obtain information about the korean restaurant.
The information collection unit 130 may collect commodity or service information corresponding to the intention of the user using a web portal or the like. For this purpose, the information collection unit 130 may include a central processing unit, a microprocessor, a graphics processor, and the like, but is not limited thereto.
The information collection unit 130 includes a separate database storing information about the product or service, and may use the information stored in the database when collecting information about the product or service corresponding to the user's intention. The additional database may be a database provided in an additional server other than the chat system having the dialogue function. However, this is merely an example, and the method of collecting information of goods or services corresponding to the user's intention is not limited thereto.
The information filtering unit 135 filters matching information from the information of the goods or services collected by the information collecting unit 130 in consideration of the location information of the user and the time and date information of the user's transmission information. For this purpose, the information screening unit 135 may include a central processing unit, a microprocessor, a graphics processor, and the like, but is not limited thereto.
For example, when it is determined that the intention of the user is to obtain information about a korean restaurant, the information filtering unit 135 filters matching information from the information of the korean restaurant collected by the information collecting unit 130, taking into consideration the location information of the user and the time and date information at which the user transmitted the information.
For example, the information screening unit 135 may screen the matching information in consideration of a distance from the location of the user to a place where the goods or services are provided. Specifically, the information screening unit 135 may screen, in the case where the user's position is "1 st street of Jiangnan Dali of the head city", a korean restaurant close to "1 st street of Jiangnan Dali of the head city" from among korean restaurants as the matching information. Further, the information filtering unit 135 may filter out korean restaurants that are open after "11 pm" as matching information from korean restaurants when the time for which the user transmits information is "11 pm". Further, the information filtering unit 135 may filter out korean restaurants that are also open for "Saturday" from korean restaurants as the matching information when the date on which the user transmitted the information is "2017.09.16 (Saturday)". The transmitting unit 125 may transmit a response including the matching information to the terminal.
The direction of interest determination unit 140 determines the direction of interest of the user by analyzing the information and the response stored in the storage unit 105 in consideration of the information of the user. For this reason, the interest determination unit 140 may include a central processing unit, a microprocessor, a graphics processor, and the like, but is not limited thereto. The user information refers to interesting information and the like input by the user when joining a specific application. However, since the information of interest and the like are information input when a specific application is added, a case where the user's direction of interest changes with the passage of time is not considered.
Accordingly, the direction of interest determination unit 140 determines the direction of interest of the user by analyzing the information and the response stored in the storage unit 105. The user's interest may include more than one of clothing, food, movies, sports, and interests that the user likes. However, the present invention is not limited thereto.
The intention prediction unit 145 predicts a product or service intended by the user in consideration of the direction of interest of the user based on the word included in the received information, without specifying the product or service intended by the user. For this reason, the intention prediction unit 145 may include a central processing unit, a microprocessor, a graphics processor, and the like, but is not limited thereto.
The question generator 150 generates a question for a product or service desired by a specific user. For this purpose, the problem generating unit 150 may include a central processing unit, a microprocessor, a graphics processor, and the like, but is not limited thereto. The problem may be a problem including the commodity or service information predicted by the intention predicting unit.
For example, in the case where the information of the user is "hungry, although it can be seen that the intention of the user is to obtain information about food, the variety of food is very wide, so that the food intended by the user may not be specified. In this case, when the direction of interest determination unit 140 analyzes the information and response stored in the storage unit 105 and the result of the analysis (for example, the statistical result) shows that the user mainly searches the record of the information related to "Han Can", it is possible to determine that the direction of interest of the user is "korean", and the intention prediction unit 145 predicts that the commodity or service desired by the user is "korean" in consideration of the direction of interest of the user. Accordingly, the question generation section 150 may generate a question including "korean restaurant" such as "how korean restaurant oooooo is. The transmitting unit 125 may transmit the question generated by the question generating unit 150 to the terminal.
The information filtering unit 135 may filter the matching information in consideration of the direction of interest of the user. For example, when it is determined that the intention of the user is to obtain information about "red dress", the information screening section 135 may screen the "red dress" related information as matching information when the existing record shows that the user is interested in frequently searching for the "dress" related information.
The information screening unit 135 may screen the matching information in consideration of the price discount information or the gift-giving information of the goods or services. For example, when the date on which the user transmitted the information is "2017.09.16 (Saturday)", the information of the goods or services which are particularly discounted on the day "2019.09.16 (Saturday)", may be filtered as the matching information. In addition, when it is judged that the intention of the user is to obtain information about "toothpaste", the information of "toothpaste 1+1" may be screened as matching information. The transmitting unit 125 transmits a response including the price discount information or the gift-giving information of the goods or services to the terminal.
The transmitting unit 125 may transmit a response including web page information about the goods or services included in the matching information to the terminal. The so-called web page information may be a company web site or the like. The transmitting unit 125 may transmit a response including postscript information about the goods or services included in the matching information to the terminal. The so-called postamble information may be a blog web site or the like.
The transmitting unit 125 may transmit a response including location information for providing the goods or services included in the matching information to the terminal. The so-called location information may be an address or a map location, etc. The transmitting unit 125 may transmit a response including traffic information usable from the location of the user to a place where the goods or services included in the matching information are provided to the terminal. The so-called traffic information may be available vehicles or the like (including hiking). The transmitting unit 125 may transmit a response to the terminal, which may further include time information required to consider the movement of the traffic information from the location of the user to a location where the goods or services included in the matching information are provided. Further, the transmitting section 125 may transmit the time required for each vehicle to the terminal.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart for explaining a method of providing a chat service according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Chat systems with dialogue functionality learn existing information and response patterns. When the chat system having the dialogue function receives user information from the terminal, the user intention is determined by pattern learning performed in the related art. The chat system having the dialogue function can perform a daily dialogue response when it is determined that the intention of the user is not to request the commodity and service information.
The chat system having the dialogue function can provide (answer) information of goods and services desired by the user when it is determined that the intention of the user is to request the information of goods and services. However, in the chat system having the dialogue function, if the information is not specifically specified, the user's interest is taken into consideration to predict the product or service desired by the user, and a question (response) including the predicted product or service can be presented.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, when it is determined that the intention is to purchase an item, the transmitting part 125 may transmit information of a sales site of the item and a sales site of the item to the user terminal.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, when it is determined that the intention is to watch a movie, the transmitting unit 125 may transmit information including one or more of a recommended movie, a showing time of the recommended movie, and a theater location showing the recommended movie to the user terminal.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the transmitting part 125 may transmit policy-related information to the user terminal when it is determined that the intention is to obtain policy-related information.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the transmitting part 125 may transmit information including one or more of recommended heritage and cultural public praise schedules and places to the user terminal when judging that the intention is to experience korean culture.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the transmitting part 125 may transmit information including one or more of recommended sightseeing places and travel routes to the user terminal when it is determined that the intention is to travel.
Fig. 3 is an exemplary diagram for explaining the effect of a method of providing a chat service according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Chat systems with dialogue functionality can determine a user's intent by analyzing existing information and patterns of responses. The judgment of the user intention is realized by a learning mode based on artificial intelligence using big data, whereby the accuracy in judging the user intention can be improved.
Chat systems with dialogue functions can filter matching information by considering user location, information transmission time and date. This is to filter out practical matching information.
Chat systems with conversational functionality can determine the direction of interest of a flowing, individual user by analyzing existing information and responses. Accordingly, the chat system having the dialogue function does not determine a plurality of unspecified directions of interest, but determines directions of interest of individual users. In addition, the chat system having the dialogue function not only considers the interest information input when joining a specific application, but also can judge the user's interest by analyzing the existing information and response, thereby considering the change of the user's interest.
The chat system having a dialogue function judges the intention of the user to provide matching information, and when information on a product or service desired by the user is not specified, the chat system can predict the product or service desired by the user and make an active guidance question including the predicted product or service. Thus, the chat system with dialogue function can give accurate answer to the user.
Fig. 4 is an exemplary diagram illustrating chat in accordance with an embodiment of the invention.
First, chat No. 2017.04.07 is observed.
The user's information is "cheese happy," hip-hop "," pizza, pasta-all love "and does not particularly want to obtain information about the goods or services of cheese (the information may be different depending on the situation, but the premise in the description here is not intended to obtain information about goods or services).
In a chat system with dialogue function, the chat system is used for making a "if the food is a cheese-! "daily dialogue response (one-record-one-sum). A daily dialogue response (a harmony) of "listening and speaking cheese is both delicious and nutritious" can be made for the user information of "you know".
In a chat system having a dialogue function, a user answers "pair to pair" to "and, in this regard, can judge and memorize that the user's eating interest is" the user likes to add cheese (in particular, pizza, pasta) to food ".
Chat number 2017.04.08 is next observed.
