A second determining unit 604, configured to determine that the specified verification information passes the audit when the information of the identity card and the information of the enterprise certificate, which are compared by the second comparing unit 603, are consistent with the corresponding pre-stored information, and the similarity between the seal picture and the seal picture corresponding to the pre-stored information is greater than a preset threshold value.

As defined herein, computer readable media does not include transitory computer readable media (transmyedia) such as modulated data signals and carrier waves.
Those of skill would further appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, computer software, or combinations of both, and that the various illustrative components and steps have been described above generally in terms of their functionality in order to clearly illustrate this interchangeability of hardware and software. Claims (10)

1. A method of reserving a withdrawal, comprising:
acquiring user information of a current user and a withdrawal account input by the current user;
verifying a corporate representative of the withdrawal account based on the user information;
if the legal representative who passes the withdrawal account is confirmed to be verified, outputting a withdrawal electronic contract template on a user interface;
acquiring reservation information input by the current user on the withdrawal electronic contract template; the reservation information at least comprises account information of the withdrawal account and a reserved withdrawal amount;
generating and storing a withdrawal electronic contract by using the reservation information;
generating withdrawal verification information and determining address information of a cash dispenser which reserves withdrawal; wherein the withdrawal verification information is used for receiving the reserved withdrawal amount in the cash dispenser;
and feeding back the verification information and the address information of the cash dispenser to the current user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the authenticating a corporate representation of the withdrawal account based on the user information comprises:
calling legal representative information corresponding to the withdrawal account;
comparing the representative information of the legal person with the user information of the current user, and judging whether the current user is a legal person representative of the withdrawal account;
if the current user is judged not to be the legal representative of the withdrawal account, prompting the current user to upload specified verification information of the legal representative of the withdrawal account;
acquiring the specified verification information uploaded by the current user, and auditing the specified verification information;
and if the current user is judged to be the representative of the legal person of the withdrawal account or the designated verification information passes the verification, determining that the representative of the legal person of the withdrawal account passes the verification.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the obtaining the specified verification information uploaded by the user and reviewing the specified verification information comprises:
acquiring a scanning piece of an identity card represented by a legal person of the withdrawal account, a scanning piece of an enterprise certificate and a seal picture which are uploaded by the current user according to an uploading material prompt displayed on a user interface; the seal picture is a picture of a personal seal represented by the legal person or a picture of a financial seal of an enterprise to which the legal person represents;
identifying the identity card scanning piece and the enterprise certificate scanning piece based on an optical character recognition technology to obtain the information of the identity card and the information of the enterprise certificate;
respectively comparing the information of the identity card and the information of the enterprise certificate with corresponding pre-stored information, and comparing the seal picture with a pre-stored corresponding seal picture;
and if the information of the identity card and the information of the enterprise certificate are consistent with the corresponding pre-stored information, and the similarity between the stamp picture and the pre-stored corresponding stamp picture is greater than a preset threshold value, determining that the specified verification information passes the verification.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the withdrawal verification information comprises a dynamic withdrawal password and a verification code, wherein: after the verification information and the address information of the cash dispenser are fed back to the current user, the method further comprises the following steps:
and updating the dynamic withdrawal password at regular time, and feeding back the updated dynamic withdrawal password to the current user through the contact way of the current user.
5. An apparatus for reserving a withdrawal, comprising:
the system comprises a first acquisition unit, a second acquisition unit and a payment processing unit, wherein the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring user information of a current user and a withdrawal account input by the current user;
the identity authentication unit is used for authenticating a legal representative of the withdrawal account based on the user information;
the output unit is used for outputting a withdrawal electronic contract template on a user interface if the representative verification of the legal person passing the withdrawal account is determined;
the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring reservation information input by the current user on the withdrawal electronic contract template; the reservation information at least comprises account information of the withdrawal account and a reserved withdrawal amount;
a first generation unit configured to generate and store a withdrawal electronic contract using the reservation information;
a second generation unit for generating withdrawal verification information and determining address information of a cash dispenser which reserves withdrawal; wherein the withdrawal verification information is used for receiving the reserved withdrawal amount in the cash dispenser;
and the feedback unit is used for feeding back the verification information and the address information of the cash dispenser to the current user.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the identity verification unit comprises:
the calling unit is used for calling legal representative information corresponding to the withdrawal account;
the first comparison unit is used for comparing the representative information of the legal person with the user information of the current user and judging whether the current user is a legal person representative of the withdrawal account or not;
the prompting unit is used for prompting the current user to upload specified verification information of the legal representative of the withdrawal account when the first comparison unit judges that the current user is not the legal representative of the withdrawal account;
the auditing unit is used for acquiring the specified verification information uploaded by the current user and auditing the specified verification information;
and the first determining unit is used for determining that the representative of the legal person who passes the withdrawal account is verified when the first comparing unit judges that the current user is the representative of the legal person who passes the withdrawal account or the verifying unit determines that the specified verification information passes the verification.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the auditing unit comprises:
a third obtaining unit, configured to obtain a scanned piece of an identity card represented by a legal person of the withdrawal account, a scanned piece of an enterprise certificate, and a stamp picture, which are uploaded by the current user according to an upload material prompt displayed on a user interface; the seal picture is a picture of a personal seal represented by the legal person or a picture of a financial seal of an enterprise to which the legal person represents;
the identification unit is used for identifying the identity card scanning piece and the enterprise certificate scanning piece based on an optical character recognition technology to obtain the information of the identity card and the information of the enterprise certificate;
the second comparison unit is used for comparing the information of the identity card and the information of the enterprise certificate with corresponding pre-stored information and comparing the seal picture with a pre-stored corresponding seal picture respectively;
and the second determining unit is used for determining that the specified verification information passes the audit when the information of the identity card and the information of the enterprise certificate which are compared by the second comparing unit are consistent with the corresponding pre-stored information and the similarity between the seal picture and the pre-stored corresponding seal picture is greater than a preset threshold value.
8. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:
the updating unit is used for updating the dynamic withdrawal password at regular time and feeding back the updated dynamic withdrawal password to the current user through the contact way of the current user; wherein the withdrawal verification information includes the dynamic withdrawal password and a verification code.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory and a processor;
wherein the memory is used for storing programs;
the processor is configured to execute the program, which when executed is particularly configured to implement the method of reserving a withdrawal according to any of claims 1 to 4.
