背景技术
人们通常需要进行物品的抗压检测和抗拉检测,但是现有的检测装置智能检测一种,导致经常需要准备两种检测装置,导致一起占地较大,且花费较高。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种抗拉和抗压检测装置。本发明结构简单,使用方便,可以测试抗压能力,也可以检测抗拉能力,节省了仪器的占地面积,降低了成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种抗拉和抗压检测装置,包括支腿,支腿上安装有矩形框架,矩形框架两侧固定有倾斜支杆,倾斜支杆连接有固定环,固定环上固定有伸缩装置,伸缩装置顶部成形有通孔,底部连接有压力感应器;压力感应器连接有两个压块,两个压块成形有定位槽。
进一步的改进,所旋压块侧面为弧形,底面为平面状。
进一步的改进,所述压块为弹性压块。
进一步的改进,所述弹性压块为橡胶压块。
进一步的改进,所述伸缩装置为气缸或油缸。

如图1所示的一种抗拉和抗压检测装置,包括支腿1,支腿1上安装有矩形框架2,矩形框架2两侧固定有倾斜支杆3,倾斜支杆3连接有固定环4,固定环4上固定有伸缩装置5,伸缩装置5顶部成形有通孔6,底部连接有压力感应器7;压力感应器7连接有两个压块8,两个压块8成形有定位槽9。
压块8侧面为弧形,底面为平面状。压块8为弹性压块。
弹性压块为橡胶压块。伸缩装置5为气缸或油缸。
本发明进行抗压检测时,将抗压物品如瓷砖、钢板等放在矩形框架2上,然后伸缩装置5下压检测得到抗压物品的抗压能力。当检测抗拉能力时,将绳索层穿过通孔6并绕过定位槽9,然后伸缩装置5下压,从而测的抗拉能力。
