Description

Electrical apparatus
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an electric apparatus such as a drum type washing machine or a drum type dryer capable of changing a door opening direction.
Background
In a drum-type washing machine having a front-opening door, a door opening direction (right-opening/left-opening) may be selected in accordance with a surrounding situation of an installation position. Therefore, drum washing machines are generally Chen Liefan in which both right and left openings are sold (for example, japanese patent No. 4475317).
However, even when the product is left-opened at the time of purchase, if the installation position is changed such as moving, the product must be right-opened.
In order to cope with this, there has been developed a drum type washing machine (for example, japanese patent application laid-open No. 2018-7827) which is adapted or replaced with parts by a service person to a user's home to change the direction of door opening.
Disclosure of Invention
In the technique of japanese patent No. 4475317, there is no consideration that a service person changes the door opening direction to the user's home, and it is difficult to provide a service due to the attachment and detachment of large-sized parts. In the technique of japanese patent application laid-open No. 2018-7827, the hinge mechanism is provided on the outer peripheral portion of the clothing take-out opening, and there is a possibility that the door may be displaced from the clothing take-out opening due to positional displacement or the like caused by attachment and detachment of the hinge mechanism, resulting in poor sealing.
In addition, in the washing machine, a door lock must be provided in order to ensure safety during operation. If the door opening direction is changed, a structure capable of changing the door lock position must be provided in combination. The technique of japanese patent application laid-open No. 2018-7827 does not consider the change of the door lock structure, and is not suitable for practical use in this respect.
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide an electric apparatus such as a drum-type washing machine or a drum-type dryer in which a door opening direction can be easily changed in a user's home.
In order to solve the above-described problems, an aspect of the present invention is an electric apparatus comprising an apparatus main body having a laundry inlet provided in a front surface, and a door for opening and closing the laundry inlet, wherein a door opening direction of the door is changeable, the door is rotatably supported by a hinge at an upper and lower 2 side at either one of left and right end sides with respect to the apparatus main body, and hinge mounting openings are provided at left and right sides at hinge mounting positions in the apparatus main body and the door, the hinge mounting openings being provided separately from each other in an up and down direction.
The electric device according to the aspect of the present invention has an effect that the door opening direction can be easily changed in the home of the user (the door opening direction changing service can be provided by a service technician).

Detailed Description
[ Embodiment 1]
Hereinafter, an embodiment of one aspect of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing an appearance of a drum-type washing machine 1 of embodiment 1 in which a door 20 is closed. Fig. 2 is a perspective view showing an appearance of the drum-type washing machine 1 of embodiment 1 in which the door 20 is opened. In addition, a drum type washing and drying machine which can perform washing and drying, and a drum type washing machine which performs only washing without drying are collectively referred to as a drum type washing machine 1. In addition, an aspect of the present invention is applicable to an electric apparatus configured to include an apparatus main body having a laundry inlet and a door for opening and closing the laundry inlet, and such an electric apparatus includes a drum dryer in addition to a drum type washing machine.
The drum-type washing machine 1 is basically constituted by a washing machine main body (apparatus main body) 10 and a door 20, and the washing machine main body 10 has a laundry inlet 101 at its front surface. The door 20 is a slightly rectangular front door provided as a front surface for opening and closing the washing machine body 10, and a protruding closing portion 201 is provided on an inner surface side of the door 20 so that the laundry inlet 101 is closed in a liquid-tight manner when the door 20 is closed. The door 20 in the drum type washing machine 1 can freely change its door opening direction (right or left open), and fig. 2 shows a state in which the door 20 is left open. In the following description, the left and right sides indicate the left and right sides when the washing machine body 10 is viewed from the front.
The door 20 is pivotally supported at either one of the left and right sides thereof by a hinge at the upper and lower sides 2 so as to be rotatable with respect to the washing machine main body 10. The hinge of the door 20 is configured such that an upper hinge arm 30A and a lower hinge arm 30B (also collectively referred to as hinge arms 30) are fixedly attached to the washing machine main body 10 side, and the hinge arms 30 are pivotally supported as hinges. An upper hinge pin 31A and a lower hinge pin 31B (see fig. 4, also collectively referred to as hinge pins 31) provided in the door 20 are inserted through the tips of the hinge arms 30.
In the drum-type washing machine 1, a door lock for locking the door 20 of the drum-type washing machine 1 is provided near an end (door-open-side end) opposite to the hinge. The door lock is composed of a door lock device 40 provided on the washing machine body 10 side, and a door hook 41 provided on the door 20 side. The door lock device 40 includes a locking portion for locking the door hook 41 while maintaining the locked state of the door 20, and a lock mechanism for locking the door 20 so as not to be opened during the operation of the drum-type washing machine 1. The lock mechanism is electrically controlled by an actuator or the like, and securely locks the door hook 41 during the operation of the drum-type washing machine 1 so that a user or laundry during washing does not erroneously open the door 20. Further, a handle 50 is provided on the door 20 at an end opposite to the hinge (door opening side end) to be grasped by a user when the door 20 is opened.
When the door 20 of the drum-type washing machine 1 is changed in the opening direction, the mounting position of the hinge that pivotally supports the door 20 is changed. When the door opening direction is changed, the door opening side end is left-right exchanged, and therefore the door lock (door lock device 40, door hook 41) and handle 50 must also be left-right exchanged. Hereinafter, with reference to fig. 3 and 4, the configuration of the drum-type washing machine 1 for changing the door opening direction of the door 20 and the operation procedure when changing the door opening direction will be described.
Fig. 3 is a front view of the washing machine body 10 in a state in which the door 20 has been removed. Fig. 4 is an inner view of the door 20 detached from the washing machine body 10. Fig. 3 and 4 each show a left-hand opening of the door in the door opening direction.
As shown in fig. 3, the upper hinge arm 30A and the lower hinge arm 30B are mounted on the washing machine body 10. The upper hinge arm 30A and the lower hinge arm 30B in the present embodiment can be fixed and detached from the front by screws or the like. Accordingly, the washing machine main body 10 is provided with a hinge mounting portion (not shown) for mounting and fixing the upper hinge arm 30A and the lower hinge arm 30B, and the upper hinge arm 30A and the lower hinge arm 30B are fixed to the hinge mounting portion by screw fixtures or the like.
In the present embodiment, the upper hinge arm 30A is located above the laundry inlet 101 in the vertical direction. The lower hinge arm 30B is located below the laundry inlet 101 in the vertical direction.
Further, in the front surface of the washing machine main body 10, a main body side upper hinge opening 32A and a main body side lower hinge opening 32B (also referred to as a main body side hinge opening 32) are provided at respective attachment positions of the upper hinge arm 30A and the lower hinge arm 30B. The main body side hinge opening 32 is provided symmetrically on both left and right sides of the washing machine main body 10, and the hinge arms 30 are attached to the washing machine main body 10 on one side (left side in the case of left opening) of the main body side hinge opening 32.
In addition, the main body side hinge opening 32 on the other side (right side in the case of left opening) to which the hinge arm 30 is not attached is provided with a main body side upper hinge cover member 33A and a main body side lower hinge cover member 33B (also collectively referred to as a main body side hinge cover member 33), and the inside of the washing machine main body 10 is shielded by the main body side hinge cover member 33. Although not shown in detail here, a cover member for covering the main body side hinge opening 32 is attached to the main body side hinge opening 32 in addition to the hinge arm 30, in addition to the hinge arm 30.
Further, main body side door lock openings 42 are symmetrically provided on the left and right sides of the laundry inlet 101 in the front surface of the washing machine main body 10, and the door lock device 40 is disposed inside one side (right side in the left opening) of the main body side door lock openings 42. Further, a body-side 1 st door lock cover member 43 is attached to the body-side door lock opening 42 in which the door lock device 40 is disposed. An opening 431 is formed in the body-side 1 st door lock cover member 43, and the door hook insertion opening 401 in the door lock device 40 is exposed from the opening 431. In addition, the main body side door lock opening 42 in which the door lock device 40 is not disposed is provided with the main body side 2 nd door lock cover member 44, and the inside of the washing machine main body 10 is shielded by the main body side 2 nd door lock cover member 44.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 4, door-side upper hinge opening 34A and door-side lower hinge opening 34B (also collectively referred to as door-side hinge openings 34) are provided in the inner surface of door 20 at the respective arrangement positions of upper hinge pin 31A and lower hinge pin 31B. The door-side hinge openings 34 are symmetrically provided on both left and right sides of the door 20.
The door-side hinge opening 34 on the side where the hinge arm 30 is mounted (right side when left open), the door-side 1 st upper hinge cover member 35A is mounted to the door-side upper hinge opening 34A, and the door-side 1 st lower hinge cover member 35B is mounted to the door-side lower hinge opening 34B (the door-side 1 st upper hinge cover member 35A and the door-side 1 st lower hinge cover member 35B are also collectively referred to as the door-side 1 st hinge cover member 35). An opening 351 is formed in the door 1 st upper hinge cover member 35A, and after the tip end of the upper hinge arm 30A is inserted through the door upper hinge opening 34A and the upper hinge pin 31A is inserted, the upper hinge arm 30A is passed through the opening 351 to fix the door 1 st upper hinge cover member 35A to the door upper hinge opening 34A. The door 1 st lower hinge cover member 35B is formed with a notch 352, the tip of the lower hinge arm 30B is passed through the door lower hinge opening 34B, the lower hinge arm 30B is inserted through the lower hinge pin 31B, and then the lower hinge arm 30B is passed through the notch 352, whereby the door 1 st lower hinge cover member 35B is fixed to the door lower hinge opening 34B. This restricts upward movement of the door 20, and prevents the door from being pulled out upward.
The door-side hinge opening 34 on the other side (right side when left open) to which the hinge arm 30 is not attached is provided with a door-side 2 nd upper hinge cover member 36A and a door-side 2 nd lower hinge cover member 36B (also collectively referred to as door-side 2 nd hinge cover member 36), and the inside of the door 20 is shielded by the door-side 2 nd hinge cover member 36. Further, the door side 2 is provided with a handle 50 formed by the hinge cover member 36A.
Further, door-side door lock openings 45 are symmetrically provided on the left and right sides of the protruding closing portion 201 on the inner surface of the door 20, and a door-side 1 st door lock cover 46 is attached to the door-side door lock opening 45 on the opposite side of the door lock device 40. A door hook holder (not shown) for holding the door hook 41 is provided in the door-side door lock opening 45, and an opening through which the door hook 41 is inserted is provided in the door-side 1 st door lock cover member 46. Further, a door-side door lock cover member 47 is attached to the door-side door lock opening 45 on the other side not facing the door lock device 40, and the inside of the door 20 such as the door hook holder is shielded by the door-side door lock cover member 47.
The door 20 is first removed from the washing machine body 10 whenever the opening direction of the door 20 is to be changed. When the door 20 is detached from the washing machine main body 10, the door-side 1 st upper hinge cover member 35A and the door-side 1 st lower hinge cover member 35B are detached from the door-side upper hinge opening 34A and the door-side lower hinge opening 34B. Accordingly, the hinge pin 31 is completely exposed in the door-side hinge opening 34, and when the door 20 is lifted upward, the engagement between the hinge arm 30 and the hinge pin 31 is released, so that the door 20 can be detached from the washing machine main body 10. Further, if the door 1 st upper hinge cover member 35A and the door 1 st lower hinge cover member 35B are not removed, the door 20 cannot be lifted, and the locking between the hinge arm 30 and the hinge pin 31 cannot be released.
After the door 20 is removed, the hinge arm 30 and the main body side hinge cover member 33 are removed from the washing machine main body 10 in order to exchange the position of the hinge arm 30. These parts are mounted to the washing machine body 10 by screws or the like, and thus can be removed by loosening the screws.
In the drum-type washing machine 1 of embodiment 1, the hinge arms 30 and the main body side hinge cover member 33 are used as left and right separate members. Therefore, the hinge arm 30 and the main body side hinge cover member 33 are replaced with left and right separate parts, and the replaced parts are used to change the left and right directions of the hinge arm 30 and the main body side hinge cover member 33. The parts to be replaced may be carried by a service technician who performs the operation of changing the door opening direction, or may be acquired or held by a user.
The door lock is configured such that the body-side 1 st door lock cover member 43 and the body-side 2 nd door lock cover member 44 are removed, and the door lock device 40 is removed. These parts can be easily removed from the washing machine body 10 by loosening the screw. The detached door lock device 40 is left and right reversed in its mounting position (in this case, the door lock device 40 is reversed in the up-down direction), and then mounted on the washing machine main body 10. The replacement of the door lock device 40 will be described in more detail in embodiments 2 and 3 described below.
In the drum-type washing machine 1 of embodiment 1, the main body side 1 st door lock cover member 43 and the main body side 2 nd door lock cover member 44 are used as common left and right parts. The body-side 1 st door lock cover member 43 and the body-side 2 nd door lock cover member 44 are not point-symmetrical in terms of their respective outer diameters, but have the same outer diameter, so that both can be used in both right and left sides when exchanged. Therefore, the body-side 1 st door lock cover member 43 and the body-side 2 nd door lock cover member 44 can be replaced right and left by turning them 180 degrees (reversing them up and down) without replacing them with separate parts. The main body side 1 st door lock cover member 43 and the main body side 2 nd door lock cover member 44 are not left and right common but are other components as in the main body side hinge cover member 33, and can be handled by a service technician with corresponding components at the time of replacement.
On the other hand, in the door 20 detached from the washing machine main body 10, the door-side 2 nd hinge cover member 36, the door-side 1 st door lock cover member 46, and the door-side 2 nd door lock cover member 47 are detached (the door-side 1 st upper hinge cover member 35A and the door-side 1 st lower hinge cover member 35B are detached when the door 20 is detached). The door-side 1 st hinge cover member 35 and the door-side 2 nd hinge cover member 36 are detached and then the hinge pin 31 is left and right replaced. In the present embodiment, the hinge pin or the cover member on the door side is left and right members as in the case of the main body side, and the members are replaced by a service technician who carries out the members, but the use of left and right general-purpose members can be made easier.
In addition, regarding the door lock on the door 20 side, the position of the door hook 41 of the door 20 can be changed by replacing the door 1 st door lock cover member 46 and the door 2 nd door lock cover member 47. Further, since the handle 50 is provided in the door-side 2 nd hinge cover member 36A, the positions of the handle 50 can be changed by changing the door-side 1 st hinge cover member 35A and the door-side 2 nd hinge cover member 36A from side to side.
The door 20 to which the cover members other than the door 1 st upper hinge cover member 35A and the door 1 st lower hinge cover member 35B have been attached is reattached to the washing machine main body 10. At this time, the tip end of the hinge arm 30 is inserted into the door-side upper hinge opening 34A and the door-side lower hinge opening 34B, and the door 20 is mounted such that the hinge pin 31 is inserted into the tip end of the hinge arm 30 from above. After the door 20 is mounted to the washing machine main body 10, the door-side 1 st upper hinge cover member 35A and the door-side 1 st lower hinge cover member 35B are finally mounted, and the operation of changing the door opening direction is completed.
In the drum-type washing machine 1 illustrated in the above description, various parts, which are left and right members to be replaced when changing the door opening direction, may be left and right general-purpose parts by taking the shape of the parts. In other words, the cover member covering the opening provided in the bilateral symmetry may be entirely made of the left and right common members, but a part of the cover member may be made of the left and right separate members for reasons such as design.
As described above, in the drum-type washing machine 1 according to embodiment 1, the main body side hinge opening 32 and the door side hinge opening 34 (hinge mounting opening) are provided in bilateral symmetry at the mounting positions of the hinges, and the inside of the main body side hinge cover member 33 and the door side 2 nd hinge cover member 36 (sight-shielding cover member) are shielded from each other when the hinge-side hinge mounting opening is not provided.
The hinge mounting openings are provided separately from each other in the vertical direction. As described above, since the hinge mounting openings are provided separately in the upper and lower directions, the areas of the openings themselves are small, and a large opening is not required to be provided in the front surface of the washing machine body 10, so that the strength and the design of the front surface of the washing machine body 10 can be improved. In the drum-type washing machine 1, large-sized parts such as a panel part or a door 20 forming the front surface of the washing machine body 10 can be used in common regardless of the door opening direction. Thus, when the door opening direction is changed by the user's home, the service personnel can easily provide the service of changing the door opening direction without moving to the home with a large-scale replacement part (such service is possible to realize).
Further, by providing the hinge mounting openings separately in the vertical direction, the distance between the upper and lower hinges can be set longer without sacrificing the strength and design of the front surface of the washing machine main body 10, and even if the positional shift occurs due to the attachment and detachment of the hinges, the positional shift between the door and the washing machine main body can be reduced, and the poor sealing of the door can be suppressed. In addition, the cover member for shielding the opening for mounting the hinge can be miniaturized.
Thus, when the door opening direction is changed by the user's home, the service staff can easily provide the service of changing the door opening direction without carrying large-scale parts.
In addition, it is also conceivable that a sufficiently large working space cannot be ensured when the user holds the door in a changed direction. Even in this case, if the parts that must be removed are miniaturized, the work in a narrow space becomes easy.
Further, since the hinge mounting opening and the door lock mounting opening are provided in bilateral symmetry, the cover member for blocking the view is easily made into the left and right common parts, and therefore, by adding the left and right common parts, replacement parts for changing the door opening direction can be reduced, which is also advantageous in terms of cost.
In the drum-type washing machine 1 according to embodiment 1, the upper hinge arm 30A is located above the laundry inlet 101 in the vertical direction. The lower hinge arm 30B is located below the laundry inlet 101 in the vertical direction. Therefore, the upper hinge arm 30A and the lower hinge arm 30B can be arranged so as to sandwich the laundry inlet 101 in the vertical direction, and even when the hinge arm positions are slightly shifted due to the attachment/detachment of the upper hinge arm 30A and the lower hinge arm 30B, the positional shift of the protruding closing portion 201 of the door 20 with respect to the laundry inlet 101 at the time of closing the door 20 can be controlled to the minimum. Further, since the distance between the upper hinge arm 30A and the lower hinge arm 30B can be increased, the amount of positional displacement of the protruding closing portion 201 of the door 20 with respect to the laundry inlet 101 when the door 20 is closed can be minimized with respect to the amount of positional displacement of the hinge arms due to the attachment/detachment of the upper hinge arm 30A and the lower hinge arm 30B.
Further, since the upper hinge arm 30A and the lower hinge arm 30B can be disposed so as not to overlap the laundry inlet 101 in the vertical direction, the hinge attachment portions for fixing the upper hinge arm 30A or the lower hinge arm 30B provided on the left and right sides of the washing machine main body 10 can be provided on the reinforcing member bridging the left and right sides across the washing machine main body 10. Therefore, the strength of the hinge attachment portion can be improved without interfering with the laundry inlet 101. Further, at least one of the upper hinge arm 30A and the lower hinge arm 30B may be located above the laundry inlet 101 in the vertical direction and below the laundry inlet 101 in the vertical direction.
[ Embodiment 2]
In embodiment 2, a configuration example for facilitating replacement of the door lock device 40 will be described with reference to fig. 5. Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram showing a connection structure between the door lock device 40 and the electric circuit 60 in the washing machine main body 10.
Inside the washing machine main body 10, an electric circuit 60 connected to the door lock device 40 via a wire 61 is provided, and a lock mechanism of the door lock device 40 is controlled by the electric circuit 60. An intermediate connector 62 is provided in the middle of the wiring 61.
In the drum-type washing machine 1 of embodiment 2, the electric circuit 60 is disposed near the upper center of the washing machine body 10, and the wiring 61 extends downward from near the center of the electric circuit 60 (i.e., near the widthwise center of the washing machine body 10). The washing machine body 10 according to embodiment 2 has an electric circuit front opening 63 in addition to the body-side hinge opening 32 and the body-side door lock opening 42. In general, a cover member (not shown) is attached to the electric circuit front opening 63, but when the cover member in the electric circuit front opening 63 is detached, a connection portion between the electric circuit 60 and the wiring 61 is exposed. Fig. 5 shows a state in which the main body side hinge cover member 33, the door side 1 st door lock cover member 46, and the door side 2 nd door lock cover member 47 are removed from the main body side hinge opening 32 and the main body side door lock opening 42, and the cover members are also removed from the electric circuit front opening 63. In addition, in the main body side hinge opening 32, the hinge arm 30 is also removed.
In the operation of changing the mounting position of the door lock device 40, the connection of the connector of the intermediate connector 62 is released first from the state shown in fig. 5. This release operation can be performed in the main body side door lock opening 42. Further, by releasing the intermediate connector 62, the door lock device 40 can be detached from the washing machine main body 10, and the mounting position can be left-right exchanged.
The wiring 61 from which the intermediate connector 62 has been removed is such that an operator (e.g., a technician) can pull out the wiring 61 by inserting his or her hand (or finger) into the front opening 63 of the electric circuit, and then pull the wiring 61 into the washing machine main body 10 in the left-right direction. Thereafter, the intermediate connector 62 is reconnected to the door lock device 40 whose mounting position has been left and right exchanged, and the replacement work of the door lock device 40 is completed.
In order to facilitate the above operation by the operator, the arrangement path of the wiring 61 passes through the vicinity of the main body side hinge opening 32. The electric circuit front opening 63 and the main body side hinge opening 32 preferably have areas such that the operator can easily perform the above-described operation. If the main body side hinge opening 32 has a certain area or the like, the left-right exchange operation of the wiring 61 can be performed only by the operation performed from the main body side hinge opening 32, the electric circuit front opening 63 and the cover member may not be provided. In this case, an operator (e.g., a technician) may insert a finger or a jig into the main body side hinge opening 32 and pull the wiring 61 to the side.
In this configuration, the vertical direction of the door lock device 40 is reversed when the door lock device 4 is replaced. That is, in the configuration of fig. 5, the connection position of the door lock device 40 and the wiring 61 is on the upper side of the door lock device 40, but the upper and lower directions of the door lock device 40 are reversed, and the connection position is on the lower side. Therefore, when the connection position between the door lock device 40 and the wiring 61 is on the lower side of the door lock device 40, the necessary length of the wiring 61 is longer than that of the wiring on the upper side. Therefore, the actual wiring 61 has a sufficient length so as to correspond to the door lock device 40 being turned upside down (in fig. 5, the wiring 61 is drawn shorter for simplicity of drawing).
As described above, in the drum-type washing machine 1 according to embodiment 2, the intermediate connector 62 is provided on the wiring 61 connecting the electric circuit 60 and the door lock device 40. Therefore, by releasing the connector connection of the intermediate connector 62, the operation of changing the mounting position of the door lock device 40 can be easily performed without being connected to the wiring 61.
The electric circuit 60 is disposed near the upper part of the washing machine main body 10, and a plurality of openings (an electric circuit front opening 63, a main body side hinge opening 32, and a main body side door lock opening 42) are provided near the arrangement path of the wiring 61 connecting the electric circuit 60 and the door lock device 40. Therefore, the wiring 61 in the washing machine main body 10 can be pulled through the plurality of openings. The individual openings may be small-area openings, and the cover member attached to these openings can be miniaturized. That is, in order to perform the pulling operation of the wiring 61, it is not necessary to remove a large panel member (front plate or annular trim) or the like covering the front surface of the washing machine main body 10, and it is not necessary to prepare a large panel member or the like as a replacement part.
[ Embodiment 3]
In embodiment 3, another configuration example for facilitating replacement of the door lock device 40 will be described with reference to fig. 6. Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram showing a connection structure between the door lock device 40 and the electric circuit 60 in the washing machine main body 10.
In the washing machine main body 10 shown in fig. 6, 2 wires 61 (wires 61A and 61B) are pulled out from the electric circuit 60, one of the wires (for example, wire 61A) is pulled to the right side main body side door lock opening 42, and the other wire (for example, wire 61B) is pulled to the left side main body side door lock opening 42. The term "2 wires 61 are pulled out from the electric component circuit 60" also includes a configuration in which 1 wire 61 is pulled out from the electric component circuit 60, and then 2 wires 61A and 61B are branched off.
The circuit-side connector 621 in the intermediate connector 62 is connected to the tip of each of the wires 61A and 61B. Further, the lock-side connector 622 of the intermediate connector 62 is connected to the tip of the wire 61 on the lock device 40 side.
In the operation of changing the mounting position of the door lock device 40, the connector connection of the intermediate connector 62 (the right road side connector 621 and the door lock side connector 622) is released first from the state shown in fig. 6. This release operation can be performed in the main body side door lock opening 42. Further, by releasing the intermediate connector 62, the door lock device 40 can be detached from the washing machine main body 10, and the mounting position can be left-right exchanged. Next, the intermediate connector 62 (the left circuit-side connector 621 and the door lock-side connector 622) is reconnected to the door lock device 40 whose mounting positions have been reversed right and left, and the replacement work of the door lock device 40 is completed. Further, the wiring 61 on the side where the door lock device 40 is not connected may be covered with a protective cover 64 for protecting the circuit-side connector 621.
As described above, in the drum-type washing machine 1 according to embodiment 3, the number of wires 61 pulled out from the electric circuit 60 is 2, and by pulling the wires 61 to the left and right main body door lock openings 42 in advance, the operation of changing the pulling direction of the wires 61 can be omitted. As a result, the operation of changing the mounting position of the door lock device 40 can be performed more easily.
[ Embodiment 4]
In the washing machine main body 10 according to embodiments 2 and 3, in order to simplify the replacement work of the door lock device 40, a configuration is adopted in which an intermediate connector 62 is provided to a wiring 61 connecting the electric circuit 60 and the door lock device 40. In this case, in order not to allow water to splash onto the intermediate connector 62, a waterproofing countermeasure must be taken for the intermediate connector 62.
The intermediate connector 62 is protected from water by wrapping the intermediate connector 62 and the wires 61 at both ends thereof with waterproof cloth, and binding the waterproof cloth with tape, string, or the like at both ends of the intermediate connector 62. However, in embodiment 4, another waterproof structure suitable for the intermediate connector 62 will be described with reference to fig. 7. Fig. 7 is an inner view of the main body side 1 st door lock cover member 43 having the waterproof structure of the intermediate connector 62.
As shown in fig. 7, a support portion 70 of the intermediate connector 62 is provided on the inner surface of the body-side 1 st door lock cover member 43. The support portion 70 is composed of 2 plate-like rib members 71 and 72 arranged in parallel to each other in the up-down direction (vertical direction), and the intermediate connector 62 can be sandwiched between these 2 plate-like rib members 71 and 72 to be supported. Note that, since the door lock device 40 is omitted from fig. 7, the intermediate connector 62 shown in the drawing is only the circuit-side connector 621 (actually, the intermediate connector 62 is supported in a state where the circuit-side connector 621 and the door lock-side connector 622 are connected). In addition, a support claw 3 for positively supporting the intermediate connector 62 may be provided on either one of the rib members 71 and 72 (the rib member 72 in fig. 7).
The rib members 71 and 72 have a larger area than the intermediate connector 62 in plan view, and the intermediate connector 62 supported by the support portion 70 is entirely covered on the upper surface thereof with the rib member 71 or 72. That is, by supporting the intermediate connector 62 with the supporting portion 70, the rib 71 or 72 serves as a water blocking eave for the intermediate connector 62, and water can be prevented from dripping from above to the intermediate connector 62.
In the above description, the case where the support portion 70 is provided on the inner surface of the body-side 1 st door lock cover member 43 has been described, but the aspect of the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the door lock device 40 is fixed to a frame member in the washing machine main body 10 with screws, and the support portion 70 may be provided to the same frame member as the door lock device 40. However, since water that has permeated from a gap or the like above the door 20 easily flows along the surface side of the frame member, when the support portion 70 is provided on the frame member, the permeated water may flow through the frame member and the water blocking eave of the support portion 70, and may flow to the intermediate connector 62. Therefore, when the main body side 1 st door lock cover member 43 and the frame member are disposed apart, the support portion 70 is preferably provided on the inner surface of the main body side 1 st door lock cover member 43. In this case, the support portion 70 is preferably separated from the frame member.
In the present structure in which the intermediate connector 62 is supported by the support portion 70, as shown in fig. 8, the length of the wiring 61 is made longer, and the wiring 61 extending laterally from the intermediate connector 62 is preferably made to be relaxed downward. As described above, by providing the slack portion in the wiring 61, water flowing through the wiring 61 can be prevented from reaching the intermediate connector 62. In this case, a protruding locking portion 74 may be provided near the lower portion of the support portion 70, and the wire 61 may be hung on the locking portion 74, so that a loose portion is surely provided in the wire 61.
In the above description, the case where the support portion 70 is provided on the inner surface of the main body side 1 st door lock cover member 43 has been described, but in the case where the support portion 70 is provided in the washing machine main body 10 according to embodiment 3, it is preferable that the support portion 70 is also provided in the main body side 2 nd door lock cover member 44. In this case, the circuit-side connector 621 may be supported by the support portion 70 of the door lock cover member 44 provided on the main body side 2 nd side of the wiring 61 on the side where the door lock device 40 is not connected.
As described above, the drum-type washing machine according to the present embodiment is configured to include a washing machine main body having a laundry inlet provided in a front surface and a door for opening and closing the laundry inlet, wherein the door is rotatably supported at either one of left and right end sides by a hinge at an upper and lower 2 side with respect to the washing machine main body, and hinge mounting openings are provided at the left and right sides as hinge mounting positions in the washing machine main body and the door, the hinge mounting openings being provided separately from each other in the upper and lower sides.
According to the above configuration, the left and right hinge mounting openings are provided separately from each other in the vertical direction, and the openings themselves have a small area, so that it is not necessary to provide a large opening in the front surface or the rear surface of the washing machine main body, and therefore the strength and design of the front surface of the washing machine main body can be improved. In addition, large-sized parts such as a panel part or a door forming the front surface of the washing machine main body can be used in common regardless of the door opening direction. Thus, when the door opening direction is changed by the user's home, the service personnel can easily provide the service of changing the door opening direction without moving to the home with a large-scale replacement part (such service is possible to realize).
In the drum-type washing machine, the hinge may be located above the upper end of the laundry inlet and the hinge may be located below the lower end of the laundry inlet.
According to the above configuration, the distance between the upper hinge and the lower hinge can be increased, and even if the hinge is detached, the positional displacement between the door and the washing machine main body can be reduced, so that the poor sealing of the door can be suppressed. In addition, since the hinge mounting portion of the washing machine main body can be made not to overlap the laundry inlet in the up-down direction, the reinforcing member bridging the left and right hinge mounting portions can be provided, and the strength of the hinge mounting portion can be improved.
The drum-type washing machine may be provided with a door lock for restricting the door from opening from the washing machine main body, the door lock having a door hook provided to the door, and a door lock device provided to the washing machine main body and disposed at a position facing the door hook in a state where the door closes the laundry inlet, wherein door lock mounting openings are provided in the washing machine main body and the door at left and right sides as mounting positions of the door lock.
In the drum-type washing machine, a cover member for blocking the view may be attached to the hinge attachment opening on the non-hinge side and the door lock attachment opening on the non-door lock side, and at least a part of the cover member for blocking the view may be a left-right common member.
According to the above configuration, at least a part of the cover member for shielding the view, which is attached to the hinge attaching opening and the door lock attaching opening, is made into a common left and right component, so that replacement components for changing the door opening direction can be reduced, which is also advantageous in terms of cost.
In the drum-type washing machine, the door lock device is connected to an electric circuit disposed near an upper portion of the washing machine main body via a wire, and an intermediate connector is provided to the wire. According to the above configuration, since the intermediate connector is provided to the wiring connecting the electric circuit and the door lock device, the operation of changing the mounting position of the door lock device can be easily performed without being connected to the wiring by releasing the connection of the connector of the intermediate connector.
In the drum-type washing machine, an electric circuit front opening may be provided in front of a connection portion between the electric circuit and the wiring in the washing machine main body, and the hinge mounting opening may be provided in the vicinity of a layout path of the wiring.
According to the above configuration, a plurality of openings (the electric circuit front opening, the hinge mounting opening, and the door lock mounting opening) are provided near the arrangement path of the wiring connecting the electric circuit and the door lock device. Therefore, the wiring in the washing machine main body can be easily pulled through the plurality of openings.
In the drum-type washing machine, 2 wires may be pulled out from the electric circuit, and the wires may be pulled toward the door lock mounting openings on both the left and right sides of the washing machine main body.
According to the above configuration, by pulling the wiring toward each door lock mounting opening on the left and right sides in advance, the operation of changing the pulling direction of the wiring can be omitted. As a result, the operation of changing the mounting position of the door lock device can be performed more easily.
In the drum-type washing machine, a handle may be provided to the cover member for shielding the view of the door hinge mounting opening.
According to the above configuration, the position of the handle can be changed at the same time by changing the position of the cover member for shielding the view line attached to the hinge attachment opening of the door. The embodiments disclosed herein are illustrative and not intended to be limiting. Therefore, the technical scope of the present invention is not to be interpreted based on the above embodiments, but is to be determined based on the description of the claims. Furthermore, the scope and meaning of the claims and all changes within the scope are also encompassed.
