Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an electric apparatus such as a drum-type washing machine or a drum-type dryer, which can change the opening direction of a door.
Background
In a drum-type washing machine having a front opening type door, a door opening direction (right opening/left opening) may be selected in accordance with a surrounding situation of an installation position. Therefore, the drum washing machine usually displays two products of the right and left opening type (for example, japanese patent No. 4475317).
However, even if the product is left-opened when purchased, the product must be right-opened when the installation position is changed by moving the product.
For this situation, there has been developed a drum type washing machine (e.g., japanese patent laid-open publication No. 2018-7827) which is adapted or replaced by a service person to a user's home to change a direction in which a door is opened.
Disclosure of Invention
In the technique of japanese patent No. 4475317, it is not considered that it is difficult to provide a service because a serviceman changes the door opening direction to the user's home, which is accompanied by the attachment and detachment of large parts. Further, in the technique disclosed in japanese patent application laid-open No. 2018-7827, the hinge mechanism is provided at the outer peripheral portion of the clothes outlet, and there is a possibility that the door is displaced with respect to the clothes outlet due to a positional displacement or the like caused by attachment and detachment of the hinge mechanism, thereby causing a sealing failure.
In addition, in order to ensure safety during operation, a door lock must be provided in the washing machine. When the door opening direction is changed, a structure capable of changing the door lock position must be provided. The technique disclosed in japanese patent application laid-open No. 2018-7827 is not suitable for practical use in that no consideration is given to the modification of the door lock structure.
In view of the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide an electric device such as a drum-type washing machine or a drum-type dryer that can easily change a door opening direction in a user's home.
In order to solve the above problem, one aspect of the present invention is an electric apparatus including an apparatus main body having a laundry inlet provided on a front surface thereof, and a door for opening and closing the laundry inlet, wherein a door opening direction of the door is changeable, the door is pivotally supported on either left or right end sides by hinges at upper and lower portions 2 so as to be rotatable with respect to the apparatus main body, hinge mounting openings are provided on left and right sides as hinge mounting positions in the apparatus main body and the front door, and the hinge mounting openings are provided separately in the upper and lower portions.
The electric device according to one aspect of the present invention has an effect that the door opening direction can be easily changed at the home of the user (the door opening direction changing service can be provided by a service technician).

Detailed Description
[ embodiment 1 ]
Hereinafter, an embodiment of one aspect of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing an external appearance of a drum-type washing machine 1 according to embodiment 1 in a state where a door 20 is closed. Fig. 2 is a perspective view showing an external appearance of the drum-type washing machine 1 according to embodiment 1 in a state where the door 20 is opened. In addition, a drum type washing and drying machine that can perform washing and drying, and a drum type washing machine that performs only washing without drying are collectively referred to as the drum type washing machine 1. In addition, one aspect of the present invention is applied to an electric apparatus including an apparatus body having a laundry inlet and a door for opening and closing the laundry inlet, and the electric apparatus includes a drum dryer in addition to a drum-type washing machine.
The drum-type washing machine 1 is generally composed of a washing machine main body (device main body) 10 and a door 20, and the washing machine main body 10 has a laundry inlet 101 at its front. The door 20 is a front door having a substantially rectangular shape for opening and closing the front surface of the washing machine main body 10, and a protruding closing portion 201 is provided on the inner surface side of the door 20 to close the laundry inlet 101 in a liquid-tight manner when the door 20 is closed. The door 20 of the drum type washing machine 1 can freely change its opening direction (right-opening or left-opening), and fig. 2 shows a state where the door 20 is left-opened. The left and right sides in the following description are the left and right sides when the washing machine body 10 is viewed from the front.
The door 20 is pivotally supported on either of the left and right sides by hinges at the upper and lower portions 2 so as to be rotatable with respect to the washing machine main body 10. Upper hinge arm 30A and lower hinge arm 30B (also collectively referred to as hinge arm 30) are fixedly attached to the washing machine main body 10 side, and hinge arm 30 is pivotally supported as a hinge for supporting door 20. An upper hinge pin 31A and a lower hinge pin 31B (also referred to collectively as hinge pins 31 in fig. 4) provided in the door 20 are inserted through the tip ends of the hinge arms 30.
In addition, in the drum-type washing machine 1, a door lock for locking the door 20 of the drum-type washing machine 1 is provided near an end (door-open-side end) opposite to the hinge. The door lock is composed of a door lock device 40 provided on the washing machine main body 10 side and a door hook 41 provided on the door 20 side. The door lock device 40 includes a locking portion for locking the door hook 41 to maintain the locked state of the door 20, and a lock mechanism for locking the door 20 so that it cannot be opened during the operation of the drum-type washing machine 1, which is not shown in detail. The lock mechanism is electrically controlled by an actuator or the like, and firmly locks the door hook 41 during the operation of the drum-type washing machine 1 so that the user or laundry in washing does not open the door 20 by mistake. The door 20 is provided with a handle 50 at an end (door-opening-side end) opposite to the hinge, the handle being grasped by a user when the door 20 is opened.
When the door opening direction of the door 20 of the drum-type washing machine 1 is changed, the mounting position of the hinge for pivoting the door 20 is reversed left and right. Further, since the door opening side end portion is reversed left and right when the door opening direction is changed, the door lock (the door lock device 40, the door hook 41) and the handle 50 also have to be reversed left and right. The structure of the drum-type washing machine 1 for changing the door opening direction of the door 20 and the operation procedure for changing the door opening direction will be described below with reference to fig. 3 and 4.
Fig. 3 is a front view of the washing machine body 10 with the door 20 removed. Fig. 4 is an inner view of the door 20 detached from the washing machine main body 10. In addition, fig. 3 and 4 show the door opening direction as left open.
As shown in fig. 3, washing machine main body 10 is provided with upper hinge arm 30A and lower hinge arm 30B. The upper hinge arm 30A and the lower hinge arm 30B in this embodiment can be fixed and detached from the front by screws or the like. Therefore, washing machine main body 10 is provided with a hinge mounting portion (not shown) for mounting and fixing upper hinge arm 30A and lower hinge arm 30B, and upper hinge arm 30A and lower hinge arm 30B are fixed to the hinge mounting portion by a screw fastener or the like.
In the present embodiment, upper hinge arm 30A is located above laundry inlet 101 in the vertical direction. Lower hinge arm 30B is located below laundry inlet 101 in the vertical direction.
Further, a main body side upper hinge opening 32A and a main body side lower hinge opening 32B (also collectively referred to as main body side hinge openings 32) are provided at respective attachment positions of the upper hinge arm 30A and the lower hinge arm 30B on the front surface of the washing machine main body 10. The main body side hinge openings 32 are symmetrically provided on both left and right sides of the washing machine main body 10, and the hinge arms 30 are attached to the washing machine main body 10 on one side (left side in the case of left opening) of the main body side hinge openings 32.
The main body side upper hinge cover member 33A and the main body side lower hinge cover member 33B (also collectively referred to as main body side hinge cover member 33) are attached to the main body side hinge opening 32 on the other side (right side when left opened) to which the hinge arm 30 is not attached, and the inside of the washing machine main body 10 is shielded by the main body side hinge cover member 33. Although not shown in detail, a cover member for covering the main body side hinge opening 32 is attached to the main body side hinge opening 32 to which the hinge arm 30 is attached, in addition to the portion of the hinge arm 30.
Further, a main body side door lock opening 42 is provided symmetrically on both left and right sides of the laundry inlet 101 in the front surface of the washing machine main body 10, and the door lock device 40 is disposed inside one side (right side when left opened) of the main body side door lock opening 42. Further, a main body side 1 st door lock cover member 43 is attached to the main body side door lock opening 42 in which the door lock device 40 is disposed. An opening 431 is formed in the main body side 1 st door lock cover member 43, and the hook insertion port 401 of the door lock device 40 is exposed from the opening 431. Further, a main body side 2 nd door lock cover member 44 is attached to the main body side door lock opening 42 where the door lock device 40 is not disposed, and the inside of the washing machine main body 10 is shielded by the main body side 2 nd door lock cover member 44.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 4, door-side upper hinge openings 34A and door-side lower hinge openings 34B (also collectively referred to as door-side hinge openings 34) are provided in the inner surface of the door 20 at positions where the upper hinge pins 31A and the lower hinge pins 31B are respectively arranged. The door-side hinge openings 34 are provided symmetrically on both the left and right sides of the door 20.
A door-side opening 34 for the hinge arm 30 is attached to one side (right side when left open), a door-side 1 st upper hinge cover member 35A is attached to the door-side upper hinge opening 34A, and a door-side 1 st lower hinge cover member 35B is attached to the door-side lower hinge opening 34B (the door-side 1 st upper hinge cover member 35A and the door-side 1 st lower hinge cover member 35B are also collectively referred to as the door-side 1 st hinge cover member 35). An opening 351 is formed in the door-side 1 st upper hinge cover member 35A, the tip end of the upper hinge arm 30A is inserted through the door-side upper hinge opening 34A and the upper hinge pin 31A, and then the upper hinge arm 30A is passed through the opening 351 to fix the door-side 1 st upper hinge cover member 35A to the door-side upper hinge opening 34A. Further, a notch 352 is formed in the door-side 1 st lower hinge cover member 35B, the tip end of the lower hinge arm 30B is passed through the door-side lower hinge opening 34B, the lower hinge arm 30B is inserted through the lower hinge pin 31B, and then the lower hinge arm 30B is passed through the notch 352, and the door-side 1 st lower hinge cover member 35B is fixed to the door-side lower hinge opening 34B. This restricts upward movement of the door 20, and the door cannot be pulled out upward.
A door-side upper hinge cover member 36A and a door-side lower hinge cover member 36B (also collectively referred to as door-side lower hinge cover members 36) are attached to the door-side hinge opening 34 on the other side (right side when left open) to which the hinge arm 30 is not attached, and the interior of the door 20 is shielded by the door-side lower hinge cover member 36. Further, the door-side 2 nd upper hinge cover member 36A is formed with a handle 50.
Further, door-side door lock openings 45 are symmetrically provided on both left and right sides of the protruding blocking portion 201 on the inner surface of the door 20, and a door-side 1 st door lock cover member 46 is attached to the door-side door lock opening 45 on the side opposite to the door lock device 40. A door hook fixture (not shown) for fixing the door hook 41 is provided in the door-side door lock opening 45, and an opening through which the door hook 41 is inserted is provided in the door-side 1 st door lock cover member 46. A door-side 2 nd door-lock cover member 47 is attached to the door-side door-lock opening 45 on the other side not facing the door lock device 40, and the door 20 such as a door hook holder is shielded by the door-side 2 nd door-lock cover member 47.
Whenever the opening direction of the door 20 is to be changed, the door 20 is first detached from the washing machine main body 10. When the door 20 is detached from the washing machine main body 10, the door-side 1 st upper hinge cover member 35A and the door-side 1 st lower hinge cover member 35B are detached from the door-side upper hinge opening 34A and the door-side lower hinge opening 34B. Accordingly, hinge pin 31 is completely exposed in door-side hinge opening 34, and when door 20 is lifted upward, the locking between hinge arm 30 and hinge pin 31 is released, so that door 20 can be detached from washing machine main body 10. Further, if the door-side 1 st upper hinge cover member 35A and the door-side 1 st lower hinge cover member 35B are not removed, the door 20 cannot be lifted up, and the engagement between the hinge arm 30 and the hinge pin 31 cannot be released.
After the door 20 is removed, the hinge arm 30 and the main body side hinge cover member 33 are removed from the washing machine main body 10 in order to replace the position of the hinge arm 30. These parts are mounted to the washing machine body 10 with screws or the like, so that they can be removed by loosening the screws.
In the drum-type washing machine 1 of embodiment 1, the hinge arm 30 and the main body side hinge cover member 33 are used as left and right separate parts. Therefore, the hinge arm 30 and the main body side hinge cover member 33 are replaced with left and right separate parts, and the hinge arm 30 and the main body side hinge cover member 33 are exchanged left and right using the replaced parts. The component to be replaced may be carried away by a service technician who performs the operation of changing the door opening direction, or may be separately obtained or held by the user.
In addition, in the door lock, the main body side 1 st door lock cover member 43 and the main body side 2 nd door lock cover member 44 are removed, and the door lock device 40 is removed. These parts can be easily removed from the washing machine body 10 by loosening the screws. The door lock device 40, which has been removed, is mounted to the washing machine body 10 with its mounting position reversed to the left and right (in this case, the vertical direction of the door lock device 40 is reversed). The replacement of the door lock device 40 will be described in more detail in embodiments 2 and 3 to be described later.
In the drum-type washing machine 1 of embodiment 1, the main body side 1 st door lock cover member 43 and the main body side 2 nd door lock cover member 44 are used as common left and right parts. Further, the main body side 1 st door lock cover member 43 and the main body side 2 nd door lock cover member 44 are not point symmetrical in shape, respectively, but have the same outer diameter shape, and therefore, they can be used in common in the left and right directions when they are exchanged. Therefore, the main body side 1 st door lock cover member 43 and the main body side 2 nd door lock cover member 44 can be replaced from side to side by turning them 180 degrees (turning them upside down) without replacing them with separate parts. Further, the main body side 1 st door lock cover member 43 and the main body side 2 nd door lock cover member 44 are not common to the left and right but are separate parts, and can be handled by a serviceman with corresponding parts at the time of replacement, as in the case of the main body side hinge cover member 33.
On the other hand, in the door 20 detached from the washing machine main body 10, the door-side 2 nd hinge cover member 36, the door-side 1 st door lock cover member 46, and the door-side 2 nd door lock cover member 47 are detached (the door-side 1 st upper hinge cover member 35A and the door-side 1 st lower hinge cover member 35B are detached when the door 20 is detached). The door-side 1 st hinge cover member 35 and the door-side 2 nd hinge cover member 36 are detached, and then the hinge pin 31 is replaced left and right. In the present embodiment, the hinge pin or the cover member on the door side is also a separate component on the left and right sides as in the main body side, and the replacement is performed by a serviceman with the separate component.
In the door lock on the door 20 side, the position of the door hook 41 of the door 20 can be changed by exchanging the door-side 1 st door-lock cover member 46 and the door-side 2 nd door-lock cover member 47. Further, since the handle 50 is provided on the door-side 2 nd upper hinge cover member 36A, the position of the handle 50 can be changed by exchanging the door-side 1 st upper hinge cover member 35A and the door-side 2 nd upper hinge cover member 36A from the left to the right.
The door 20 to which the cover members other than the door-side 1 st upper hinge cover member 35A and the door-side 1 st lower hinge cover member 35B have been attached is attached to the washing machine main body 10 again. At this time, the tip end of the hinge arm 30 is inserted into the door-side upper hinge opening 34A and the door-side lower hinge opening 34B, and the door 20 is attached such that the hinge pin 31 is inserted into the tip end of the hinge arm 30 from above. After the door 20 is mounted to the washing machine main body 10, the door-side 1 st upper hinge cover member 35A and the door-side 1 st lower hinge cover member 35B are finally mounted, and the operation of changing the door opening direction is completed.
In the drum-type washing machine 1 exemplified in the above description, various components as left and right separate components that need to be replaced when the door opening direction is changed may be formed as left and right common components by devising the shape thereof. In other words, the cover members that cover the openings provided in bilateral symmetry may all be left and right common parts, but some of the cover members may be left and right separate parts for reasons of design, for example.
As described above, in the drum-type washing machine 1 according to embodiment 1, the main body side hinge opening 32 and the door side hinge opening 34 (hinge mounting opening) are provided at the hinge mounting positions in a bilaterally symmetrical manner, and the main body side hinge cover member 33 and the door side 2 nd hinge cover member 36 (sight-blocking cover member) block the insides thereof without providing the hinge side hinge opening.
The hinge mounting openings are provided separately in the upper and lower directions. As described above, since the hinge mounting openings are separately provided in the upper and lower directions, the areas of the openings themselves are small, and it is not necessary to provide a large opening in the front of the washing machine main body 10, thereby improving the strength and design of the front of the washing machine main body 10. In the drum-type washing machine 1, the panel component forming the front surface of the washing machine main body 10 and the large components such as the door 20 can be commonly used regardless of the door opening direction. Therefore, when the door opening direction is changed at the home of the user, the service technician can easily provide the service of changing the door opening direction without carrying large replacement parts (so that the service can be realized).
Further, by providing the hinge mounting openings separately in the upper and lower directions, the distance between the upper and lower hinges can be set long without sacrificing the strength and design of the front surface of the washing machine main body 10, and even if a positional deviation occurs due to attachment and detachment of the hinges, the positional deviation between the door and the washing machine main body can be reduced, and a sealing failure of the door can be suppressed. Further, the view-blocking cover member of the hinge-mounting opening can be downsized.
Therefore, when the door opening direction is changed at home of the user, the technical service personnel does not need to carry large replacement parts, and the service of changing the door opening direction is easily provided.
Further, it is also conceivable that a sufficiently large working space cannot be secured when the door opening direction is changed at home of the user. Even in such a case, if the size of the component to be removed is reduced, the work in a narrow space is facilitated.
Further, since the hinge mounting opening and the door lock mounting opening are provided symmetrically in the left-right direction, the sight shielding cover member can be easily made as a common left-right component, and therefore, by adding the common left-right component, the number of parts to be replaced when changing the door opening direction can be reduced, which is advantageous in terms of cost.
In the drum-type washing machine 1 according to embodiment 1, the upper hinge arm 30A is located above the laundry inlet 101 in the vertical direction. Lower hinge arm 30B is located below laundry inlet 101 in the vertical direction. Therefore, upper hinge arm 30A and lower hinge arm 30B can be disposed so as to sandwich laundry inlet 101 in the vertical direction, and even if the positions of the hinge arms are slightly shifted due to the attachment and detachment of upper hinge arm 30A and lower hinge arm 30B, the positional shift of protruding closing portion 201 of door 20 with respect to laundry inlet 101 when door 20 is closed can be minimized. Further, since the distance between upper hinge arm 30A and lower hinge arm 30B can be increased, the amount of positional displacement of protruding closing portion 201 of door 20 with respect to laundry inlet 101 when door 20 is closed can be minimized with respect to the amount of positional displacement of the hinge arms due to attachment and detachment of upper hinge arm 30A and lower hinge arm 30B.
Further, since upper hinge arm 30A and lower hinge arm 30B can be disposed so as not to overlap laundry inlet 101 in the vertical direction, hinge mounting portions for fixing upper hinge arm 30A and lower hinge arm 30B provided on the left and right of washing machine main body 10 can be provided on reinforcing members bridging the left and right of washing machine main body 10. Therefore, the strength of the hinge mounting portion can be improved without interfering with the laundry inlet 101. Further, at least one of a structure in which upper hinge arm 30A is positioned above laundry inlet 101 in the vertical direction and a structure in which lower hinge arm 30B is positioned below laundry inlet 101 in the vertical direction may be employed.
[ embodiment 2 ]
In embodiment 2, an example of a configuration for simplifying replacement of the door lock device 40 will be described with reference to fig. 5. Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram showing a connection configuration between the door lock device 40 and the electric circuit 60 in the washing machine main body 10.
An electric circuit 60 connected to the door lock device 40 via a wire 61 is provided inside the washing machine main body 10, and the lock mechanism of the door lock device 40 is controlled by the electric circuit 60. Further, an intermediate connector 62 is provided midway in the wiring 61.
In the drum-type washing machine 1 according to embodiment 2, the electric circuit 60 is disposed near the center of the upper portion of the washing machine main body 10, and the wiring 61 extends downward from near the center of the electric circuit 60 (that is, near the center in the width direction of the washing machine main body 10). The washing machine main body 10 according to embodiment 2 has an electric circuit front opening 63 in addition to the main body side hinge opening 32 and the main body side door lock opening 42. Normally, a cover member (not shown) is attached to the electric circuit front opening 63, but when the cover member is removed from the electric circuit front opening 63, a connection portion between the electric circuit 60 and the wiring 61 is exposed. Fig. 5 shows a state in which the main body side hinge cover member 33, the door side 1 st door lock cover member 46, and the door side 2 nd door lock cover member 47 are removed from the main body side hinge opening 32 and the main body side door lock opening 42, and the cover members are also removed from the electric circuit front opening 63. In addition, the hinge arm 30 is also removed from the main body side hinge opening 32.
In the operation of changing the mounting position of the door lock device 40, the connector of the intermediate connector 62 is first disconnected from the state shown in fig. 5. This releasing operation can be performed in the main body side door lock opening 42. By releasing the intermediate connector 62, the door lock device 40 can be detached from the washing machine main body 10, and the mounting position can be changed to the left or right.
The wiring 61 from which the intermediate connector 62 has been removed is configured such that an operator (e.g., a service technician) can pull out the wiring 61 by inserting a hand (or finger) into the electrical circuit front opening 63, and then pull the wiring 61 into the washing machine main body 10 while changing the left-right direction. Thereafter, the intermediate connector 62 is connected again to the door lock device 40 whose mounting position has been reversed right and left, and the replacement work of the door lock device 40 is completed.
In order to facilitate the above-described operation, the wiring 61 is routed through the vicinity of the main body side hinge opening 32. The electric circuit front opening 63 and the main body side hinge opening 32 preferably have areas sufficient for the operator to easily perform the above-described operation. Further, if the main body side hinge opening 32 has a certain area or the like, and the left and right exchange operation of the wiring 61 can be performed only by the operation from the main body side hinge opening 32, the electric circuit front opening 63 and the cover member may not be provided. In this case, an operator (for example, a service technician) may insert a finger or a jig into the main body hinge opening 32 and pull the wiring 61 around.
In the present configuration, the vertical direction of the door lock device 40 is reversed when the door lock device 4 is replaced. That is, in the configuration of fig. 5, the connection position between the door lock device 40 and the wiring 61 is located above the door lock device 40, but the door lock device 40 is located below when the vertical direction is reversed. Therefore, when the connection position between the door lock device 40 and the wiring 61 is located on the lower side of the door lock device 40, the length of the wiring 61 required for the connection position is longer than that of the wiring 61 located on the upper side. Therefore, the actual wiring 61 has a sufficient length to correspond to the door lock device 40 being turned upside down (in fig. 5, the wiring 61 is drawn short for simplicity of the drawing).
As described above, in the drum-type washing machine 1 according to embodiment 2, the intermediate connector 62 is provided on the wiring 61 connecting the electric circuit 60 and the door lock device 40. Therefore, by releasing the connector connection of the intermediate connector 62, the operation of changing the mounting position of the door lock device 40 can be easily performed in a state where the wiring 61 is not connected.
The electric circuit 60 is disposed near the upper portion of the washing machine main body 10, and a plurality of openings (an electric circuit front opening 63, a main body side hinge opening 32, and a main body side door lock opening 42) are provided near a wiring 61 connecting the electric circuit 60 and the door lock device 40. Therefore, the pulling operation of the wiring 61 in the washing machine main body 10 can be performed through these plural openings. The individual openings may be small-area openings, and the cover members attached to these openings can also be miniaturized. That is, in order to pull the wiring 61, it is not necessary to remove a large panel member (front plate or ring decoration) or the like covering the front surface of the washing machine main body 10, and it is not necessary to prepare a large panel member or the like as an exchange component.
[ embodiment 3 ]
In embodiment 3, another configuration example for simplifying the replacement of the door lock device 40 will be described with reference to fig. 6. Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram showing a connection configuration between the door lock device 40 and the electric circuit 60 in the washing machine main body 10.
In the washing machine main body 10 shown in fig. 6, 2 wires 61 ( wires 61A and 61B) are drawn out from the electric circuit 60, one wire (for example, wire 61A) is drawn toward the right main body-side door lock opening 42, and the other wire (for example, wire 61B) is drawn toward the left main body-side door lock opening 42. The phrase "2 wires 61 are drawn from the electrical circuit 60" also includes a configuration in which 1 wire 61 is drawn from the electrical circuit 60 and then 2 wires 61A and 61B are branched in the middle.
The circuit-side connector 621 of the intermediate connector 62 is connected to the respective tips of the wires 61A and 61B. Further, the door lock side connector 622 of the intermediate connector 62 is connected to the tip end of the wiring 61 on the door lock device 40 side.
In the operation of changing the mounting position of the door lock device 40, the connector connection of the intermediate connector 62 (the right side road side connector 621 and the door lock side connector 622) is first released from the state shown in fig. 6. This releasing operation can be performed in the main body side door lock opening 42. By releasing the intermediate connector 62, the door lock device 40 can be detached from the washing machine main body 10, and the mounting position can be changed to the left or right. Next, the intermediate connector 62 (the left circuit-side connector 621 and the door-lock-side connector 622) is connected again to the door lock device 40 whose mounting position has been reversed left and right, and the replacement operation of the door lock device 40 is completed. The wiring 61 on the side not connected to the door lock device 40 may be covered with a protective cover 64 for protecting the circuit-side connector 621.
As described above, in the drum-type washing machine 1 according to embodiment 3, the number of the wires 61 drawn out from the electric circuit 60 is 2, and the wires 61 are drawn in the main body side door lock openings 42 on both the left and right sides, whereby the work of changing the drawing direction of the wires 61 can be omitted. As a result, the operation of changing the mounting position of the door lock device 40 can be performed more easily.
[ embodiment 4 ]
In the washing machine main body 10 according to embodiments 2 and 3, in order to simplify the replacement operation of the door lock device 40, an intermediate connector 62 is provided in a wiring 61 connecting the electric circuit 60 and the door lock device 40. In this case, in order not to pour water to the intermediate connector 62, a water-proof countermeasure must be taken for the intermediate connector 62.
The waterproof measure of the intermediate connector 62 is to wrap the intermediate connector 62 and the wires 61 at both ends thereof with waterproof cloth or the like, and to seal the waterproof cloth by tying it with tape, rope or the like at both ends of the intermediate connector 62. However, in embodiment 4, another waterproof structure suitable for the intermediate connector 62 will be described with reference to fig. 7. Fig. 7 is an inner view of the main body side 1 st door lock cover member 43 having a waterproof structure provided with the intermediate connector 62.
As shown in fig. 7, a support portion 70 of the intermediate connector 62 is provided on the inner surface of the main body side 1 st door lock cover member 43. The support portion 70 is constituted by 2 plate-shaped rib members 71 and 72 disposed in parallel with each other in the vertical direction (vertical direction), and the intermediate connector 62 can be supported by being sandwiched between these 2 rib members 71 and 72. Since the illustration of the door lock device 40 is omitted in fig. 7, the intermediate connector 62 shown in the figure is only the circuit-side connector 621 (actually, the intermediate connector 62 is supported in a state where the circuit-side connector 621 and the door-lock-side connector 622 are connected). In addition, either one of the ribs 71 and 72 (rib 72 in fig. 7) may be provided with a support claw 3 for securely supporting the intermediate connector 62.
The ribs 71 and 72 have a larger area than the intermediate connector 62 in plan view, and the upper surface of the intermediate connector 62 supported by the support portion 70 is completely covered with the rib 71 or 72. That is, by supporting the intermediate connector 62 by the support portion 70, the rib 71 or 72 serves as a water blocking edge for the intermediate connector 62, and water can be prevented from dripping from above the intermediate connector 62.
In the above description, the case where the support portion 70 is provided on the inner surface of the main body side 1 st door lock cover member 43 has been exemplified, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the door lock device 40 may be fixed to a frame member in the washing machine main body 10 by screws, and the support portion 70 may be provided on the same frame member as the door lock device 40. However, since water that has penetrated through a gap or the like above the door 20 easily flows along the front surface side of the frame member, when the support portion 70 is provided in the frame member, the penetrated water may flow over the frame member and the water blocking eaves of the support portion 70 and flow to the intermediate connector 62. Therefore, when the main body side 1 st door lock cover member 43 and the frame member are arranged separately, the support portion 70 is preferably provided on the inner surface of the main body side 1 st door lock cover member 43. In this case, the support portion 70 is preferably separated from the frame member.
In the present configuration in which the intermediate connector 62 is supported by the support portion 70, it is preferable that the wiring 61 extending from the intermediate connector 62 to the left and right sides be slackened downward by slightly increasing the length of the wiring 61 as shown in fig. 8. As described above, by providing the wiring 61 with a loose portion, water flowing through the wiring 61 can be prevented from reaching the intermediate connector 62. In this case, a projecting locking portion 74 may be provided in the vicinity of the lower side of the support portion 70, and the wiring 61 may be hooked on the locking portion 74, thereby reliably providing a slack portion in the wiring 61.
In the above description, the case where the support portion 70 is provided on the inner surface of the main body side 1 st door lock cover member 43 is described, but in the case where the support portion 70 is provided in the washing machine main body 10 according to embodiment 3, it is preferable that the support portion 70 is also provided in the main body side 2 nd door lock cover member 44. In this case, the circuit-side connector 621 can be supported by the supporting portion 70 of the wiring 61 on the side not connected to the door lock device 40 via the supporting portion 44 provided on the main body-side 2 nd door lock cover member 44.
As described above, the drum type washing machine according to the present embodiment is a drum type washing machine including a washing machine main body having a laundry inlet provided in a front surface thereof and a door for opening and closing the laundry inlet, and the door is configured to be changeable in a door opening direction, wherein the door is pivotally supported on either left or right end sides by hinges at upper and lower portions 2 so as to be rotatable with respect to the washing machine main body, and hinge mounting openings are provided on left and right sides of the washing machine main body and the door as hinge mounting positions, the hinge mounting openings being provided separately in the upper and lower portions.
According to the above structure, the left and right hinge mounting openings are separately provided in the upper and lower directions, the openings themselves have small areas, and it is not necessary to provide large openings in the front of the washing machine main body or in the back of the door, so that the strength and design of the front of the washing machine main body can be improved. In addition, the panel component forming the front surface of the washing machine main body or the large component such as the door can be used in common regardless of the door opening direction. Therefore, when the door opening direction is changed at the home of the user, the service technician can easily provide the service of changing the door opening direction without carrying large replacement parts (so that the service can be realized).
In the drum-type washing machine, the hinge may be located at an upper portion of the laundry inlet, and the hinge may be located at a lower portion of the laundry inlet.
According to the above configuration, the distance between the upper hinge and the lower hinge can be increased, and even if a positional deviation occurs due to attachment/detachment of the hinge, the positional deviation between the door and the washing machine main body can be reduced, so that a sealing failure of the door can be suppressed. In addition, since the hinge mounting portion of the washing machine main body does not overlap with the laundry inlet in the vertical direction, the reinforcing member bridging the left and right hinge mounting portions can be provided, and the strength of the hinge mounting portion can be improved.
The drum-type washing machine may further include a door lock for restricting the door from being opened from the washing machine main body, the door lock including a door hook provided in the door and a door lock device provided in the washing machine main body and disposed at a position facing the door hook in a state where the door closes the laundry inlet, and door lock mounting openings provided on left and right sides of the washing machine main body and the door as mounting positions of the door lock.
In the drum-type washing machine, a sight-line blocking cover member may be attached to the hinge-mounting opening on the side where the hinge is not provided and the door-lock-mounting opening on the side where the door lock is not provided, and at least a part of the sight-line blocking cover member may be a common right-and-left component.
According to the above configuration, at least a part of the sight-line shielding cover member attached to the hinge attachment opening and the door lock attachment opening is made of a left-right common component, so that the number of parts to be replaced when the door opening direction is changed can be reduced, which is advantageous in terms of cost.
In the drum-type washing machine, the door lock device is connected to an electric circuit disposed in the vicinity of an upper portion of the washing machine main body via a wire, and an intermediate connector is provided to the wire. According to the above configuration, since the intermediate connector is provided in the wiring connecting the electric circuit and the door lock device, the operation of changing the mounting position of the door lock device can be easily performed without connecting to the wiring by releasing the connector connection of the intermediate connector.
In the drum-type washing machine, an electric circuit front opening may be provided in the washing machine main body in front of a connection portion between the electric circuit and the wiring, and the hinge mounting opening may be provided in the vicinity of a path in which the wiring is arranged.
According to the above configuration, a plurality of openings (an electric circuit front opening, a hinge mounting opening, and a door lock mounting opening) are provided near a wiring arrangement path connecting the electric circuit and the door lock device. Therefore, the drawing operation of the wiring in the washing machine main body can be easily executed through the plurality of openings.
In the drum-type washing machine, the 2 wires may be drawn out from the electric circuit and drawn into the door lock attachment openings on both the left and right sides of the washing machine main body.
According to the above configuration, the wiring is drawn in advance to the door lock mounting openings on both the left and right sides, and thus the work of changing the drawing direction of the wiring can be omitted. As a result, the operation of changing the mounting position of the door lock device can be performed more easily.
In the above-described drum-type washing machine, the view blocking cover member may be provided with a handle in the hinge mounting opening attached to the door.
According to the above configuration, the position of the handle can be changed simultaneously by the operation of changing the position of the sight-blocking cover member attached to the hinge attachment opening of the door. The embodiments disclosed herein are exemplary and should not be considered as being limiting. Therefore, the technical scope of the present invention is determined not only by the embodiments described above but also by the claims. The scope and meaning of the equivalence of the claims and all changes within the scope are also encompassed.
