2) adding a toughening agent, heating to 40-60 ℃, introducing inert gas to exhaust air, and reacting for 1-2 hours until the solution generates a large amount of foam;
3) reducing the temperature to room temperature, filtering the obtained mixture, storing the mixture in a material placing barrel, and storing the mixture in a shade;
wherein in the third step, the centrifugal treatment comprises the following steps:
1) manually pouring the mixture obtained in the step two 3) into a centrifuge, starting the centrifuge for centrifugal processing for 10-20min, and then adding filling oil for shaking and stirring;
2) adding an antioxidant and an anti-UV agent, performing centrifugal processing again, and continuously performing centrifugal processing for 3-4 times, wherein each time is 20-40min, so as to obtain a TPE material raw material;
in the fourth step, the injection molding and melting comprises the following steps:
1) manually pouring the TPE material raw materials in the step two 3) into an injection molding machine, heating to 80-100 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 1-2 hours;
2) starting an injection molding machine, raising the temperature to 300-400 ℃, and performing injection molding processing on the TPE material raw material through the injection molding machine;
3) after the processed TPE material raw material is molded, taking out and cooling to room temperature, and cooling by adopting cold air to obtain the high-toughness inflatable TPE material;
and in the fifth step, the high-toughness inflatable TPE materials obtained in the fourth step 3) are packaged in boxes, the same weight of each box is guaranteed, the boxes are required to be sterilized before being packaged, and then the packaged high-toughness inflatable TPE materials are bundled up and integrally packaged for storage.
Wherein, the toughening agent consists of olefin elastomer; the antioxidant is peroxide decomposition type antioxidant; the UV-resistant agent is a benzotriazole ultraviolet absorber.

based on the above, the invention has the advantages that the invention is safe and reliable, the SEBS is used as the base material, the toughening agent is added, so that the material has excellent toughness, the hand feeling and the mechanical property are not influenced, and the material has good rebound resilience, and the filling oil, the antioxidant and the anti-UV agent are added, so that the product is easy to process and use; the material has good flexibility, the blow-up ratio can reach 6-10 times, the blow-up ratio can be 8 times, the material can not leak air for more than three days, and the material is very suitable for balloon materials; and has the characteristics of high elasticity, good temperature resistance and good cold resistance, and can be widely applied to high-ductility toy materials, such as the vented doll and the water polo.

Claims (8)

1. A high toughness inflatable TPE material, characterized in that: the formula comprises the following components: SEBS, filling oil, a toughening agent, an antioxidant and an anti-UV agent, wherein the mass percentages of the components are as follows: 20-40% of SEBS, 60-75% of filling oil, 5-10% of toughening agent, 0.1-0.5% of antioxidant and 0.1-0.5% of anti-UV agent.
2. A preparation method of a high-toughness inflatable TPE material comprises the following steps of selecting raw materials; step two, mixing and processing; step three, carrying out centrifugal treatment; step four, injection molding and melting; step five, packaging and storing; the method is characterized in that:
in the first step, the components in percentage by mass are as follows: selecting 20-40% of SEBS, 60-75% of filling oil, 5-10% of toughening agent, 0.1-0.5% of antioxidant and 0.1-0.5% of anti-UV agent, and weighing according to the sum of the weight percentages of 1;
in the second step, the mixing processing comprises the following steps:
1) manually cleaning the reaction kettle, sterilizing for 1-2h by ultraviolet irradiation, then pouring SEBS, mixing and stirring for 10-20 min;
2) adding a toughening agent, heating to 40-60 ℃, introducing inert gas to exhaust air, and reacting for 1-2 hours until the solution generates a large amount of foam;
3) reducing the temperature to room temperature, filtering the obtained mixture, storing the mixture in a material placing barrel, and storing the mixture in a shade;
wherein in the third step, the centrifugal treatment comprises the following steps:
1) manually pouring the mixture obtained in the step two 3) into a centrifuge, starting the centrifuge for centrifugal processing for 10-20min, and then adding filling oil for shaking and stirring;
2) adding an antioxidant and an anti-UV agent, performing centrifugal processing again, and continuously performing centrifugal processing for 3-4 times, wherein each time is 20-40min, so as to obtain a TPE material raw material;
in the fourth step, the injection molding and melting comprises the following steps:
1) manually pouring the TPE material raw materials in the step two 3) into an injection molding machine, heating to 80-100 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 1-2 hours;
2) starting an injection molding machine, raising the temperature to 300-400 ℃, and performing injection molding processing on the TPE material raw material through the injection molding machine;
3) waiting for the processed TPE material raw material to be molded, taking out and cooling to room temperature to obtain a high-toughness inflatable TPE material;
and in the fifth step, the high-toughness inflatable TPE materials obtained in the fourth step 3) are packaged in boxes, the same weight of each box is ensured, and the boxed high-toughness inflatable TPE materials are bundled and integrally packaged for storage.
3. A high toughness inflatable TPE material as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the components are as follows by mass percent: 20% of SEBS, 69% of filling oil, 10% of toughening agent, 0.5% of antioxidant and 0.5% of anti-UV agent.
4. A high toughness inflatable TPE material as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the toughening agent is composed of olefin elastomer.
5. A high toughness inflatable TPE material as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the antioxidant is peroxide decomposition type antioxidant.
6. A high toughness inflatable TPE material as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the anti-UV agent uses benzotriazole ultraviolet absorbent.
7. The process for preparing a high toughness inflatable TPE material as claimed in claim 2, wherein: and cooling by adopting cold air in the step four 3).
8. The process for preparing a high toughness inflatable TPE material as claimed in claim 2, wherein: and in the fifth step, the box is required to be disinfected before boxing.
