技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑材料,尤其是一种短切毡增强板及其制备方法。
背景技术
建筑材料在建筑中有着举足轻重的作用。建筑材料是随着人类社会生产力和科学技术的提高而逐步发展起来的。20世纪后,建材性能和质量的弊端改善,品种的不断增加,以有机材料为主的化学建材异军突起,一些具有特殊功能的建材如绝热材料,吸声隔热材料,耐火防火材料,防水抗渗材料,防爆防辐射材料应运而生,这些材料为房屋建筑提供了强有力的物质保障。现在的建筑中,工程质量的优劣通常与所采用材料的优劣,性能及使用的合理与否有直接的联系,在满足相同技术指标和质量要求的前提下,选择不同的材料不同的使用方法,都对工程的造价有直接的影响。
目前建筑材料的发展趋势是绿色环保、节能减排,但同时要兼顾防火阻燃、防水耐浸、抗折抗压等性能,价格又十分昂贵,现有技术中增强板通过在料层中增加多层网格布加强板材的物理性能,但造价高,且铺装后湿板表观效果不完善,经常出现表观缺料砂眼的情况。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种短切毡增强板,采用新材料制成,不仅绿色环保、具有良好的防火阻燃、防水耐浸、抗折抗压等性能,而且制备工艺简单,大大降低成本。
为了实现本发明目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种短切毡增强板,所述短切毡增强板包括底料层、中料层和面料层,所述中料层设置于所述底料层和面料层之间,所述底料层和所述中料层之间设有短切毡纤维层。
所述短切毡纤维层由玻璃纤维、合成树脂、增稠剂、分散剂、消泡剂组成,其中所述合成树脂占短切毡纤维层总重量的3%-5%。
所述玻璃纤维长度为4-50mm,纤维直径在5-15μm。所述短切毡纤维层通过各组分制成浆料,经脱水、烘干制成片状短切毡纤维毡层。
所述合成树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯或乙烯基树脂中的一种或几种。
所述底料层由以下重量份的原料组成: 快硬低碱度硫铝酸盐水泥1000份,粉煤灰46份,硅灰10份,玻璃纤维1-2份,消泡剂1-3份,减水剂2-3份,缓凝剂2份,保水剂1份,胶粉3份,水400份, 8-40目河沙650-750份。
所述中料层由以下重量份的原料组成:快硬低碱度硫铝酸盐水泥1000份,粉煤灰46份,硅灰10份,玻璃纤维5-10份,消泡剂1-3份,减水剂2-3份,缓凝剂2份,保水剂1份,胶粉5份,水400份,4-40目河沙2250-2450份, 1-2份疏水型硅质气凝胶,10份无水乙醇。
所述面料层由以下重量份的原料组成:快硬低碱度硫铝酸盐水泥1000份,粉煤灰46份,硅灰10份,玻璃纤维1份,消泡剂1-3份,减水剂2-3份,缓凝剂2份,保水剂1份,胶粉5份,天然颜料10-15份,水400份,4-40目河沙1550-1750份。
所述的短切毡增强板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称重准备生产所需的原料;
(2)将底料层、中料层和面料层的物料按各自原料比例依次加入搅拌机搅拌;
(3)将底料层原料铺装在模板上;
(4)在底料层上方铺设短切毡纤维层;
(5)在短切毡纤维层上面依次铺设中料层、面料层;
(6)经过湿板切割,固化成型;
(7)将制备好的板材放置于标准养护条件下12-24小时,完全硬化后脱模后,放置于标准氧护条件下养护7天。
所述步骤(6)中固化成型为控制固化窑温度25-35℃,湿度≥85%,固化6-8小时。
所述步骤(7)的标准养护条件为:温度为20±2℃,相对湿度≥90%。
本发明的有益效果:本发明采用工业固体废弃物和农林三废及无机凝胶材料为主要原材料,通过一定的工艺方式生产出新一代复合材料。具有以下特性:
(1)绿色环保:本发明短切毡增强板经实验室检验,无甲醛、甲苯、胺及放射性有害物质释放,无毒、无味、无辐射、无污染,既可以作为建筑主体的材料,也可以作为一步到位的装修材料使用。
(2)恒久释放负氧离子:卓达新材每秒释放600至1000个/秒.cm³负氧离子,并可不断产生负氧离子磁场。
(3)适用性广、成本低:本发明短切毡增强板可用于开发整体阳台、卫生间、屋顶、厨房、门窗、家具、地板、墙体等,还可用于军队营房等专业领域,建筑艺术表现力强,展现不同的文化价值需求,在不增加太多成本的情况下可轻易表现出世界各地的任一建筑风格。
(4)节能减排:本发明短切毡增强板可替代传统建筑上的水泥、木材、石材、粘土砖、瓷砖等建筑材料,节约自然资源和能源,减少工业三废的排放。
(5)可循环利用:本发明短切毡增强板废弃后经粉碎可循环利用,不产生污染环境的废弃物,属于完全低碳环保材料。
(6)具有防火阻燃、防水耐浸、超强耐候的特性:经国家建筑材料检测中心检测,燃烧性能达到A1级;于水中长期浸泡不变形、无膨胀、无收缩、无损坏;耐高温、耐寒、耐紫外线照射性能,其中抗冻融循环50次无起层无龟裂等现象。
(7)综合物理性能好:抗折、抗压、抗拉强度高,可钉可锯,其握钉力是木材的两倍。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细阐述。
在本发明的助剂中,所述增稠剂可选聚丙烯酰胺、纤维素醚;所述分散剂可选硬脂酰胺、硬酯酸单甘油酯;所述消泡剂可选磷酸三丁酯、二甲基硅油、玉米油;所述减水剂可选木质素磺酸钙、聚羧酸减水剂、亚甲基二甲基二萘磺酸钠聚合物;所述的缓凝剂可选氯化锌、硼酸钠;所述的保水剂可选聚丙烯酸钠;所述的胶粉为采用废旧轮胎加工而成的活化胶粉,其细度为40-80目。所述天然颜料选用铁红、铁绿、金云母。
实施例1
本发明一种短切毡增强板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备底料:按重量份称取各原料,42.5级快硬低碱度硫铝酸盐水泥1000份,粉煤灰46份,硅灰10份,玻璃纤维1份,消泡剂1份,减水剂2份,缓凝剂2份,保水剂1份,胶粉3份,水400份,混合均匀搅拌后,加入8-40目河沙650份,充分搅拌均匀,得到底料;
(2)制备中料:按重量份称取各原料,42.5级快硬低碱度硫铝酸盐水泥1000份,粉煤灰46份,硅灰10份,玻璃纤维5份,消泡剂1份,减水剂2份,缓凝剂2份,保水剂1份,胶粉5份,水400份,混合均匀搅拌后,加入4-40目河沙2250份,搅拌均匀后,再加入1份疏水型硅质气凝胶和10份无水乙醇,充分搅拌均匀,得到中料;
(3)制备面料:按重量份称取各原料,42.5级快硬低碱度硫铝酸盐水泥1000份,粉煤灰46份,硅灰10份,玻璃纤维1份,消泡剂1份,减水剂2份,缓凝剂2份,保水剂1份,胶粉5份,天然颜料10份,水400份,混合均匀搅拌后,加入4-40目河沙1550份,充分搅拌均匀,得到面料;所述的天然颜料为铁红;
(4)制备增强板:选取长度为4-50mm、直径5-15μm的玻璃纤维,双酚A型环氧树脂,增稠剂,分散剂和消泡剂,通过各组分制成浆料,经脱水、烘干制成片状短切毡纤维层。先将底料放置在模板上,厚度约2mm,然后在底料上铺设短切毡纤维层;在短切毡纤维层上再铺设中料、面料;
(5) 湿板切割后,进行固化成型,控制固化窑温度25-30℃,湿度≥85%,固化6小时,制备成增强板;
(6) 将制备好的增强板放置于标准养护条件下12h,完全硬化后脱模,再将板材放置于标准养护条件下养护7天;所述的标准养护条件为:温度为20±2℃,相对湿度≥90%。
实施例2
一种短切毡增强板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备底料:按重量份称取各原料,42.5级快硬低碱度硫铝酸盐水泥1000份,粉煤灰46份,硅灰10份,玻璃纤维2份,消泡剂3份,减水剂3份,缓凝剂2份,保水剂1份,胶粉3份,水400份,混合均匀搅拌后,加入8-40目河沙750份,充分搅拌均匀,得到底料;

(3)制备面料:按重量份称取各原料,42.5级快硬低碱度硫铝酸盐水泥1000份,粉煤灰46份,硅灰10份,玻璃纤维1份,消泡剂3份,减水剂3份,缓凝剂2份,保水剂1份,胶粉5份,天然颜料15份,水400份,混合均匀搅拌后,加入4-40目河沙1750份,充分搅拌均匀,得到面料;所述的天然颜料为铁绿;
(4)制备短切毡增强板:选取长度为4-50mm、直径5-15μm的玻璃纤维,不饱和聚酯,增稠剂,分散剂和消泡剂,通过各组分制成浆料,经脱水、烘干制成片状短切毡纤维层。先将底料放置在模板上,厚度约2mm,然后在底料上铺设短切毡纤维层,在短切毡纤维层上再铺设中料、面料;
(5)湿板切割后,进行固化成型,控制固化窑温度25-35℃,湿度≥85%,固化7小时,制备成增强板;
(6)将制备好的板材放置于标准养护条件下12h,完全硬化后脱模,再将板材放置于标准养护条件下养护7天;所述的标准养护条件为:温度为20±2℃,相对湿度≥90%。

(2)制备中料:按重量份称取各原料,42.5级快硬低碱度硫铝酸盐水泥1000份,粉煤灰46份,硅灰10份,玻璃纤维8份,消泡剂2份,减水剂2.5份,缓凝剂2份,保水剂1份,胶粉5份,水400份,混合均匀搅拌后,10目河沙2300份,搅拌均匀后,再加入1.5份疏水型硅质气凝胶和10份无水乙醇,充分搅拌均匀,得到中料;
(3)制备面料:按重量份称取各原料,42.5级快硬低碱度硫铝酸盐水泥1000份,粉煤灰46份,硅灰10份,玻璃纤维1份,消泡剂2份,减水剂2.5份,缓凝剂2份,保水剂1份,胶粉5份,天然颜料13份,水400份,混合均匀搅拌后,加入30目河沙1600份,充分搅拌均匀,得到面料;所述的天然颜料为金云母;
(4)制备短切毡增强板:选取长度为4-50mm、直径5-15μm的玻璃纤维,不饱和聚酯和乙烯基树脂的混合物,增稠剂,分散剂和消泡剂,通过各组分制成浆料,经脱水、烘干制成片状短切毡纤维层。先将底料放置在模板上,厚度约2mm,然后在底料上铺设短切毡纤维层,在短切毡纤维层上再铺设中料、面料;
(5)湿板切割后,进行固化成型,控制固化窑温度30-35℃,湿度≥85%,固化8小时,制备成增强板;
(6)将制备好的板材放置于标准养护条件下24h,完全硬化后脱模,再将板材放置于标准养护条件下养护7天;所述的标准养护条件为:温度为20±2℃,相对湿度≥90%。

从以上实施例可以看出,本发明制作的短切毡增强板,利用短切毡代替网格布达到降低成本,增加表观平整的作用,改善了湿板出现表观缺料、砂眼等情况,同时制备方法的各参数设置,有利于提高板材的抗冲击、抗拉的物理性能,板材具有物理性能好、节能环保等特点,是一种适用性广、环保健康的新型增强板材。

1.一种短切毡增强板,其特征在于,所述短切毡增强板包括底料层、中料层和面料层,所述中料层设置于所述底料层和面料层之间,所述底料层和所述中料层之间设有短切毡纤维层;所述短切毡纤维层由玻璃纤维3-4份、合成树脂1-3份、增稠剂4-6份、分散剂4-6份、消泡剂4-6份组成,其中所述合成树脂占短切毡纤维层总重量的7-10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的短切毡增强板,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维长度为4-50mm,纤维直径在5-15μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的短切毡增强板,其特征在于,所述合成树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯或乙烯基树脂中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的短切毡增强板,其特征在于,所述底料层由以下重量份的原料组成:快硬低碱度硫铝酸盐水泥1000份,粉煤灰46份,硅灰10份,玻璃纤维1-2份,消泡剂1-3份,减水剂2-3份,缓凝剂2份,保水剂1份,胶粉3份,水400份, 8-40目河沙650-750份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的短切毡增强板,其特征在于,所述中料层由以下重量份的原料组成:快硬低碱度硫铝酸盐水泥1000份,粉煤灰46份,硅灰10份,玻璃纤维5-10份,消泡剂1-3份,减水剂2-3份,缓凝剂2份,保水剂1份,胶粉5份,水400份,4-40目河沙2250-2450份, 1-2份疏水型硅质气凝胶,10份无水乙醇。
6.根据权利要求1所述的短切毡增强板,其特征在于,所述面料层由以下重量份的原料组成:快硬低碱度硫铝酸盐水泥1000份,粉煤灰46份,硅灰10份,玻璃纤维1份,消泡剂1-3份,减水剂2-3份,缓凝剂2份,保水剂1份,胶粉5份,天然颜料10-15份,水400份,4-40目河沙1550-1750份。
7.一种权利要求1-6任一项所述的短切毡增强板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)称重准备生产所需的原料;
(2)将底料层、中料层和面料层的物料按各自原料比例依次加入搅拌机搅拌;
(3)将底料层原料铺装在模板上;
(4)在底料层上方铺设短切毡纤维层;
(5)在短切毡纤维层上面依次铺设中料层、面料层;
(6)经过湿板切割,固化成型;
(7)将制备好的板材放置于标准养护条件下12-24小时,完全硬化后脱模后,放置于标准氧护条件下养护7天。
8.根据权利要求7所述的短切毡增强板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(6)中固化成型为控制固化窑温度25-35℃,湿度≥85%,固化6-8小时。
9.根据权利要求7所述的短切毡增强板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(7)的标准养护条件为:温度为20±2℃,相对湿度≥90%。
