A modularized air curtain separation downdraft welding smoke dust collecting device is characterized by comprising a workbench (5) positioned in a working area, an air curtain dust separation module and a downdraft exhaust module, wherein the air curtain dust separation module is arranged right above the working area, and the vertical projection of the air curtain dust separation module is superposed with the working area; the downdraft exhaust module is arranged on the ground around the workbench (5); the air curtain dust separation module is used for forming an air curtain to surround the working area; the downdraft exhaust module is used for collecting welding smoke dust.

The modular air curtain split downdraft welding fume collection device according to claim 1, wherein said air curtain dust barrier module comprises a drop ceiling panel (1), a blower (2), a plenum box (3) and a strip tuyere (4); the static pressure box (3) is arranged at the lower part of the suspended ceiling top plate (1), and the static pressure box (3) is arranged along the edge of a working area in a contrast manner; the air feeder (2) is arranged on the upper part of the suspended ceiling plate (1); the strip-shaped air ports (4) are circumferentially arranged at the lower part of the static pressure box (3) and are arranged in the middle.

The modular air curtain partition downdraft welding fume collecting device according to claim 2, wherein said air curtain dust-proof module further comprises an air curtain air return opening (6), said air curtain air return opening (6) is located on the ground of the working area on the same vertical line with the center of the strip-shaped air opening (4), said air curtain air return opening (6) is lower than the ground to form an annular groove.
4. The modular air curtain split downdraft welding fume collecting device according to claim 3, wherein said blower (2) is operated to emit an air flow having a velocity of at least 2.5 m/s.
5. The modular curtain-divided downdraft welding fume collecting device according to claim 4, wherein said curtain dust barrier module is operative with an air flow velocity at the curtain return air inlet (6) of at least 1 m/s.

The modular air curtain separation downdraft welding fume collecting device according to claim 1, wherein the downdraft exhaust module comprises an induced draft fan (9), an exhaust duct (10) and a welding fume exhaust port (7), the welding fume exhaust port (7) is arranged on the surface of the periphery of the workbench (5), the lower portion of the welding fume exhaust port (7) is communicated with the exhaust duct (10), and the induced draft fan (9) is located in the exhaust duct (10).
7. The modular air curtain separation downdraft welding fume collecting device according to claim 6, wherein the downdraft exhaust module further comprises a protective net (8), the protective net (8) is arranged on the surface of the welding fume exhaust opening (7), and the protective net (8) is of a detachable structure.
8. The modular air curtain partition downdraft welding fume collecting device according to claim 1, wherein an air velocity at the welding fume exhaust outlet (7) is at least 1.45m/s when the induced draft fan is operated.
