Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a functional liquid for decomposing peculiar smell of TVOC and the like by a seed product, which comprises the steps of mixing nano-fiber microspheres of the seed product and hyperbranched polymer, adding a proper amount of water and defoamer for stirring, heating to 40-45 ℃, stirring for 10-15min, adding a composite deodorant, a bactericide and an aromatic agent for mixing, mixing and stirring for 2-5min, adding a thickener for mixing and stirring, heating to 60-70 ℃, stirring for 5-10min, standing and cooling to room temperature, mixing the nano-fiber microspheres of the seed product and the hyperbranched polymer to form an emulsion by the catalytic effect of the nano-fiber of the seed product and matching with the hyperbranched polymer, carrying out catalytic decomposition on the compound in the TVOC, mixing the nano-fiber microspheres of the seed product and the hyperbranched polymer by the composite deodorant, the bactericide, the aromatic agent, the defoamer and the thickener to form an emulsion which is suitable for being brushed on indoor walls or objects and is helpful for removing and catalytically decomposing the, and has antibacterial and aromatic effects.

The seed product nanofiber microsphere has the sphere diameter of 0.5-2mm, the internal porosity of 30-60%, the pore size of 100-2000nm, and most of the pore sizes are irregular shapes.
The hyperbranched polymer is composed of hydroxyl-terminated nitrogen-containing hyperbranched polyphosphate, hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester and hyperbranched solvent type organic silicon resin according to the mass ratio of 2:1: 3.
The composite deodorant is composed of zinc ricinoleate, nano manganese dioxide and nano titanium dioxide according to the mass ratio of 4:2: 3.
The aromatic is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 14 parts of aloe, 18 parts of ivy, 23 parts of elephantopus scaber, 21 parts of dysosma versipellis, 9 parts of blumea oil and 11 parts of citrus essential oil.
The bactericide mainly consists of methoxy acrylate.
The defoaming agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 68 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.6 part of chloroplatinic acid-isopropanol solution and 1.3 parts of hexachloro-p-xylene.

The difference between the functional liquid for decomposing TVOC and other peculiar smells by the seed product of Korean pine and the embodiment I is that the aromatic is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 18 parts of aloe, 22 parts of ivy, 45 parts of elephantopus scaber, 36 parts of dysosma versipellis, 14 parts of blumea oil and 18 parts of citrus essential oil.
The defoaming agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 88 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.8 part of chloroplatinic acid-isopropanol solution and 1.6 parts of hexachloro-p-xylene.

s1, mixing the Korean pine seed nanofiber microspheres and the hyperbranched polymer, adding a proper amount of water and a defoaming agent, stirring, heating to 40-45 ℃, and stirring for 10-15 min;
s2, adding the composite deodorant, the bactericide and the aromatic, mixing and stirring for 2-5 min;
s3, adding the thickening agent, mixing and stirring, heating to 60-70 ℃, stirring for 5-10min, standing and cooling to room temperature.
