Abstract
An automatic high-pressure tank washing device comprises a culture tank (9), wherein a sliding track (19) is arranged at the top of the culture tank (9), and the sliding track (19) is fixedly connected with a rotary joint (4); the rotary joint (4) is arranged in the culture tank (9), the direction control unit (8) is arranged on the rotary joint (4), the output pipe of the rotary joint (4) is connected with the universal head (6), and the pressurizing nozzle (7) is arranged on the universal head (6); an input pipe of the rotary joint (4) is connected with a valve (15) through a high-pressure hose (18), and the valve (15) is simultaneously connected with a remote control valve I (1) and a remote control valve II (2) which are connected in parallel through a ballast main pipe (3). The invention solves the problems of cleaning of the culture tank on the ocean culture platform and circulating water inflow of seawater in the culture tank (9), and the device has simple operation and low use and maintenance cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of large ships and ocean engineering, in particular to an automatic high-pressure tank washing device.
Background
Traditional mariculture platform all is equipped with sea water circulating system and cleaning robot alone and is used for the interior sea water circulation of breed jar and cleaning work, and adopts cleaning robot to need to be equipped with operating personnel alone, and use cost and maintenance cost are high.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides an automatic high-pressure tank washing device which comprises a culture tank, wherein a rotary joint is arranged in the culture tank, a direction control unit is arranged on the rotary joint, an output pipe of the rotary joint is connected with a universal head rotary joint and is in threaded connection with the universal head, and a pressurizing nozzle is arranged on the universal head; and a valve is arranged on an input pipe of the rotary joint and is simultaneously connected with the remote control valve I and the remote control valve II which are connected in parallel through a ballast main pipe.
Furthermore, a monitoring camera is arranged at the lower part of the shell of the rotary joint.
Furthermore, the remote control valve I is connected with a seabed door through a seawater treatment system of the culture tank. The seawater treatment system of the culture tank comprises a valve and a seawater treatment unit.
Furthermore, the remote control valve II is connected with the subsea door through a ballast pump.
The invention has the advantages that:
1) the rotating joint is controlled to rotate by 360 degrees and the universal head is controlled to rotate up and down by the direction control unit, and all areas in the tank can be cleaned by the sprayed high-pressure water columns.
2) Install the surveillance camera head on the rotary joint, conveniently look over washing state and jar water level.
3) The same ballast system is used: the ballast main pipe is low in construction cost and simple to operate.
4) The cleaning work of the culture tank on the whole straight line can be met by one set of flushing device through the track on the top of the culture tank.

A pressurizing nozzle 7 is arranged on the universal head 6, and the length of the pressurizing nozzle can be set according to the size of an actual tank body; and an input pipe of the rotary joint 4 is simultaneously connected with the remote control valve I1 and the remote control valve II 2 which are connected in parallel through the ballast main pipe 3. The sliding track 19 is of a chain gear structure, is similar to a bicycle, can run through a steel wire rope pulley block, is configured conventionally and is industrial common equipment.
As shown in fig. 2, a monitoring camera 5 is arranged at the lower part of the shell of the rotary joint 4.
The device is connected with a ballast main pipe 3 through a remote control valve I1, when cleaning work of a culture tank 9 is executed, a remote control valve II 2 is closed, a valve 15 and the remote control valve I1 are opened, seawater is subjected to primary pressurization through a ballast pump 13 and is subjected to secondary pressurization through a pipeline to a pressurization nozzle 7, a direction control unit 8 on a rotary joint 4 controls the rotary joint 4 to drive a universal head 6 to rotate for 360 degrees, the rotary joint 4 can control the universal head 6 to move up and down, then a high-pressure water column can be distributed at all positions in the culture tank 9 for cleaning, and during cleaning of the culture tank 9, the cleaning state in the tank can be checked through a monitoring camera 5 on the rotary joint 4; after cleaning, closing the remote control valve I1, opening the remote control valve II 2, supplementing seawater in the culture tank 9, and checking the water level in the culture tank 1 through a monitoring camera 5 on the rotary joint 4; the cleaning work of the culture tank 9 on the offshore culture platform is completed, and the seawater circulation in the culture tank 9 is realized. The bottom of the culture tank 9 is provided with a discharge port, the discharge port is connected to a culture tank seawater treatment system 10, and the culture tank is discharged into the sea or enters a ballast tank 14 after being treated by the seawater treatment system.
The seawater treatment system 10 for the culture tank includes: remote control valve III 16 and sea water processing unit 17 adopt ballast pump 13 to inhale the sea water from the sea chest, get into sea water processing unit 17, and sea water processing unit 17 is prior art, disinfects, filters, then transports breed jar 9 through the pipeline, and the purpose lies in the region of platform and when quality of water can not satisfy the breed requirement, the sea water is after inhaling through the sea chest, through above-mentioned processing, pours into breed jar.
