Claims (10)

1. The steel wire rope flushing, oiling and maintaining device is characterized in that a high-pressure flushing system, a drying system and a jet oiling system which act on a steel wire rope are sequentially arranged along the advancing direction of the steel wire rope, and the high-pressure flushing system, the drying system and the jet oiling system are all provided with channels for the steel wire rope to pass through.

The steel wire rope flushing, oiling and maintaining device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the high-pressure flushing system comprises a water pump, an outer pipe of a decontamination cavity and an annular water nozzle seat, the axial initial port of the outer tube of the decontamination cavity is connected with a lower joint, the axial end port of the outer tube of the decontamination cavity is connected with a first double joint, the center of the lower connector is connected with the center of the first double connector, and a central hole channel for the steel wire rope to pass through is arranged at the same time, an annular water nozzle seat is concentrically arranged in the outer pipe of the decontamination cavity, a water annular empty chamber is formed between the outer wall of the annular water nozzle seat and the inner wall of the outer pipe of the decontamination cavity, the annular water nozzle base is provided with a water nozzle which is through in the radial direction, the inner diameter of the annular water nozzle base is larger than the diameter of the steel wire rope, the dirt removing cavity outer pipe is provided with a radially through water inlet hole, a liquid inlet pipeline is installed in the water inlet hole, one end of the liquid inlet pipeline is connected with the water pump, and the other end of the liquid inlet pipeline is communicated with the water ring empty chamber.

The steel wire rope flushing, oiling and maintaining device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the annular nozzle seat is pressed and fixed inside the outer pipe of the decontamination cavity by the axial right end of the first double-connector, the lower connector and the first double-connector are connected with the outer pipe of the decontamination cavity in a screw thread mode, and meanwhile, a screw for preventing rotation is radially installed.

The steel wire rope flushing, oiling and maintaining device according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the outer pipe of the decontamination cavity is provided with a sewage outlet which is radially communicated, a sewage discharge pipeline is arranged at the sewage outlet and connected with a sewage pool, and the water pump and the sewage pool are both arranged on the base.

The steel wire rope flushing, oiling and curing device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the outer wall of the outer tube of the decontamination chamber is further connected with the upper end of a first universal joint, the lower end of the first universal joint is further connected with the upper end of an adjustable connecting rod, the lower end of the adjustable connecting rod is connected with a base, the adjustable connecting rod comprises a screw sleeve and a screw rod, the lower end of the screw rod is in screw thread type connection with a fixing hole on the base, the upper end of the screw rod is in screw thread type connection with the screw sleeve, and the upper end of the screw sleeve is connected with the first.

The steel wire rope flushing, oiling and maintaining device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the annular air nozzle seat is pressed and fixed inside the outer drying cavity pipe by the axial right end of the second double-connecting head, the second double-connecting head and the first double-connecting head are connected with the outer drying cavity pipe in a threaded manner, and meanwhile, a screw for preventing rotation is radially installed; the drying cavity outer pipe is provided with a sewage outlet which is radially communicated, a sewage discharge pipeline is installed at the sewage outlet and connected with a sewage pool, and the air pump is installed on the base.

The steel wire rope flushing, oiling and maintaining device according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the jet oiling system comprises an oil pump, an outer pipe of an oil spraying cavity and an annular oil nozzle seat, an axial starting port of the outer pipe of the oil spraying cavity is connected with a second double-joint, an axial tail port of the outer pipe of the oil spraying cavity is connected with an upper joint, a central hole channel for the steel wire rope to pass through is formed in the center of the upper joint, the annular oil nozzle seat is concentrically mounted inside the outer pipe of the oil spraying cavity, an oil ring empty chamber is formed between the outer wall of the annular oil nozzle seat and the inner wall of the outer pipe of the oil spraying cavity, the annular oil nozzle seat is provided with an oil nozzle which is radially communicated, the inner diameter of the annular oil nozzle seat is larger than the diameter of the steel wire rope, an oil inlet hole which is radially communicated is formed in the outer pipe.
