Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Instant messaging systems are becoming more and more widely used because they enable real-time communication between users. For example, the instant messaging system can be applied to business offices, and can manage employees of an enterprise, improve communication efficiency between the employees of the enterprise or between the employees of the enterprise and clients, provide various application services, and the like. Referring to fig. 1 by way of example, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an instant messaging system according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the instant messaging system 10 includes: a server 101, a management terminal 102, and a plurality of terminals 103 (fig. 1 shows 3 terminals 103). The server 101 establishes communication connections with the management terminal 102 and the plurality of terminals 103.
The server may be a private server or a public server. The server may comprise one server or a server cluster of multiple servers. The terminal and the management terminal can be devices with processing functions and data transmission functions, such as a mobile phone, a desktop computer and a tablet computer.
The server 101 can create an account for each terminal 103 according to the instruction of the management account logged in on the management terminal 102, and allocate the management authority of the account to the management account, so that the management account manages the account created by the server. For example, when a management account logged in the management terminal 102 manages a certain account, the management terminal 102 may send a management instruction indicating the certain account to the server 101 through the management account. The server 101 may modify the authority of the certain account in the server based on the received management instruction, so as to assist the management account in managing the certain account.
In the instant messaging system, a plurality of applications run on each of a plurality of terminals, and a server stores application data of the plurality of applications to provide corresponding application services to users of the terminals. For example, for an instant messaging system applied to business offices, an access control application, a personnel management application, a leave approval application, and the like may be run on each of a plurality of terminals. The access control application can be used for setting an access control identification mode, setting access control of visitors and the like; the personnel management application can be used for modifying the information of the enterprise staff, setting the authority of the staff and the like; the leave-asking approval application may be used to submit a leave-asking application and perform a leave-asking approval, etc.
However, since a plurality of departments are usually provided in an enterprise, and the business and the required applications between the plurality of departments usually differ, the required permissions of the accounts of employees in different departments on the server differ. For example, an enterprise may be provided with a personnel department and a financial department, the business of the personnel department mainly includes staff information management, and applications required by accounts of its staff may be staff information management applications; the business of the finance department mainly comprises financial records and the like, and the application required by the account number of the employee can be a expenditure income record application. Therefore, the application types required by the account numbers of the employees in the whole enterprise are more, and the account numbers of the employees in different departments in the enterprise are managed by the management account numbers, so that the account number management efficiency is lower, and the account number management flexibility is lower.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an account management method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method may be applied to the server 101 in the instant messaging system 10 shown in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 2, the method includes:
step 201, creating a first account corresponding to the first terminal according to a creation instruction sent by the management terminal through the management account.
Optionally, the creating instruction is used to instruct the first terminal, and at this time, the server may determine the first terminal in the multiple terminals according to the instruction of the creating instruction, and create the first account corresponding to the first terminal. Of course, the creation instruction may not be used to instruct the first terminal, and in this case, the server may determine the first terminal among the plurality of terminals according to a randomly selected method.
Step 202, the management authority of the first account is distributed to a management account.
It should be noted that, there is a management relationship between accounts in the instant messaging system, and the server can set the authority of each account created by the server. After the server creates the first account, the server can immediately allocate the management authority of the first account to the management account so as to set the authority of the management account, so that the management account has the authority of managing the first account.
Step 203, creating a second account corresponding to the second terminal according to an adding instruction sent by the first terminal through the first account.
Optionally, the adding instruction is used to instruct the second terminal, and at this time, the server may determine the second terminal in the plurality of terminals according to the instruction of the adding instruction, and create a second account corresponding to the second terminal. Of course, the adding instruction may not be used to instruct the second terminal, and in this case, the server may determine the second terminal among the plurality of terminals according to a random selection method.
And step 204, distributing the management authority of the second account to the first account.
The process of the server allocating the management authority of the second account to the first account may refer to the process of the server allocating the management authority of the first account to the management account in step 202, which is not described herein in detail in the embodiments of the present invention.
In summary, in the account management method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the first terminal may send an addition instruction to the server through the first account, so that the server creates a second account corresponding to the second terminal according to the addition instruction, and allocates the management authority of the second account to the first account. In this way, the second account can be managed by the first account different from the management account without being uniformly managed by the management account, so that the management flexibility of the plurality of accounts is improved. And when the management authority of the second account is distributed to the first account, the number of accounts needing to be managed by the management account is reduced, so that the management efficiency of the management account on other accounts is greatly improved.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of another account management method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method may be applied to a first terminal in the instant messaging system 10 shown in fig. 1, where the first terminal is any one of the terminals 103. Referring to fig. 3, the method includes:
step 301, sending an adding instruction to the server through the first account, so that the server creates a second account corresponding to the second terminal according to the adding instruction, and allocates the management authority of the second account to the first account.
For the explanation of step 301, reference may be made to the explanation of step 203, and details of the embodiment of the present invention are not described herein.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of another account management method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method may be applied to the management terminal 102 in the instant messaging system 10 shown in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 4, the method includes:
step 401, sending a creating instruction to a server through a management account, so that the server creates a first account corresponding to a first terminal according to the creating instruction, and allocates a management authority of the first account to the management account.
The explanation of step 401 may refer to the explanation of step 201, and the embodiment of the present invention is not described herein again.
Moreover, when the management authority of the second account is allocated to the first account, the number of accounts to be managed by the management account is reduced, so that the management efficiency of the management account on other accounts is greatly improved.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of another account management method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method may be applied to a terminal corresponding to a target account in the instant messaging system 10 shown in fig. 1, where the target account and a source account are any two accounts that are created by a server and perform a session. Referring to fig. 5, the method includes:
step 501, receiving name information sent by a server, where the name information includes: the name of each account created by the server, and the name of each set of accounts.
Step 502, receiving a second session message sent by the server when receiving a first session message, which is sent by a terminal corresponding to the source account and is directed to the target account, wherein the second session message includes the content of the first session message and is used for indicating the source account and an account set where the source account is located.
And step 503, displaying the source account and the name of the account set in which the source account is located in the session list.
In summary, in the account management method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, in the session list displayed by the terminal corresponding to the target account, not only the name of the source account but also the name of the account set in which the source account is located are displayed. Therefore, the account numbers of the users in different departments can be distinguished through the names of the account number set, and the communication efficiency between the terminals is improved.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of another account management method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method may be applied to the instant messaging system 10 shown in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 6, the method may include:
step 601, the management terminal sends a creation instruction to the server through the management account.
The creation instruction is used for indicating a first terminal in the plurality of terminals, and the first terminal can be any terminal in the plurality of terminals. Alternatively, the creation instruction may indicate the first terminal through information such as a contact address or a terminal identifier. Wherein, the contact information may include: the mobile phone number, the mailbox address, or the account of the instant messaging software, etc. are only required to indicate the first terminal, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit this.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of an interface for a management end to send a create instruction according to an embodiment of the present invention. After the user at the management end logs in the server by using the management account, the management end displays the interface, please refer to fig. 7, where the interface Z1 may include a contact input box Y1, a number upper limit input box Y3, and a "submit" button. Optionally, the interface Z1 may further include a prompt message "mobile phone number" corresponding to the contact information input box Y1, and a prompt message "department headcount" corresponding to the number upper limit input box Y3. The user at the management end may enter the contact address of the first terminal (e.g., the mobile phone number "158 xxxxxx 18") in the contact address input box Y1, and enter the upper limit of the number of elements in the account set (e.g., "50") in the number upper limit input box Y3. And then, the user of the management terminal can click the 'submit' button, at this time, the management terminal can acquire the contact way and the number upper limit, generate a creation instruction according to the contact way and the number upper limit, and send the creation instruction to the server through the management account. Wherein "x" represents "some".
Of course, the creation instruction may not be used to instruct the first terminal, and in this case, the server may determine the first terminal among the plurality of terminals according to a randomly selected method.
It should be noted that, before step 601, the user at the management end needs to obtain a License (License) file in advance, where the License file includes the time for the server to provide the service, the upper limit of the number of accounts that the server can create, and the name of the enterprise that the server provides the service (for example, the enterprise where the user at the management end is located). The License file may then be entered into the server by the user at the administrative end to permit the server to provide services to the enterprise based on the License file. After the user of the management end inputs the License file into the server, the server can generate a management account. The user of the management terminal can control the management terminal to log in the server through the management account so as to send various operation instructions to the server.
Optionally, when the server generates the management account, a login password of the management account may also be generated. After the user of the management terminal controls the management terminal to log in the server through the management account, the login password of the management account can be modified.
Step 602, the server creates a first account corresponding to the first terminal and an account set corresponding to the first account according to the received creation instruction.
The account set created by the server and corresponding to each account may include the account, and when the server initially creates the account set corresponding to each account, the account set only includes the account. For example, the account number set corresponding to the first account number includes the first account number, and the account number set corresponding to the first account number only includes the first account number in step 602.
After receiving a creation instruction sent by a management terminal through a management account, the server may determine the first terminal according to the creation instruction. Then, the server may create a first account corresponding to the first terminal, and further create an account set corresponding to the first account.
Step 603, the server allocates the management authority of the first account to the management account.
At this time, the management account has a management authority of the first account, which may include: setting the authority of the first account on the server, changing the information (such as contact way or name) of the first account, and the like.
Step 604, the server sends the first account to the first terminal.
After the server creates the first account corresponding to the first terminal, the server may send the first account to the first terminal to notify the first terminal that interaction with the server may be performed through the first account. Alternatively, when the creation instruction is used to instruct the first terminal, the server may send the first account to the first terminal based on information (such as a mobile phone number, a mail address, or an account of instant messaging software) used to instruct the first terminal in the creation instruction.
For example, referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic view of an interface for a first terminal to receive the first account according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the interface Z2 includes: a first account prompt box Y4. In the first account prompt box Y4, a "xxx account adds you as an administrator of xx department of enterprises, your account is xx, and the login password is xx" may be displayed. In the "xxx account adds you as an administrator of xx enterprise xx department", the "xxx account" represents the above management account, "xx enterprise" represents the enterprise in which the user of the first terminal is located, and "xx department" represents the department in which the user of the first terminal is located. "xx" in "your account number xx" represents the above-described first account number. Optionally, the first account prompt box Y4 may not display a login password, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Step 605, the first terminal sends an adding instruction to the server through the first account.
It should be noted that, after receiving the first account, the user of the first terminal may control the first terminal to log in the server through the first account. Thereafter, the user of the first terminal may send the add instruction to the server through the first account. The add instruction may illustratively be for indicating a second terminal, which may be any one of a plurality of terminals. For example, the add instruction may indicate the second terminal through information such as a contact address or a terminal identifier.
For example, fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of an interface for the first terminal to send an add instruction according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 9, the interface Z3 may include a contact input box Y5 and a "submit" button. The interface Z3 may further include a prompt message "mobile phone number" corresponding to the contact information input box Y5. The user of the first terminal may enter the contact address of the second terminal (e.g., "180 xxxxxx 65") in contact address entry box Y5 before clicking the "submit" button. At this time, the first terminal may obtain the contact address, generate an addition instruction based on the contact address, and send the addition instruction to the server through the first account.
Of course, the adding instruction may not be used to instruct the second terminal, and in this case, the server may determine the second terminal among the plurality of terminals according to a random selection method.
It should be noted that, after the first terminal logs in the server through the first account, the user of the first terminal may also modify the login password of the first account. The user of the first terminal can also bind the first account with other accounts of the user (such as a mobile phone number) and the user of the subsequent first terminal can control the first terminal to directly log in the server through other accounts bound with the first account.
Step 606, the server determines whether the number of elements in the account set corresponding to the first account is less than the upper limit of the number of elements. When the number of elements in the account set corresponding to the first account is smaller than the upper limit of the number of elements, executing step 608; when the number of elements in the account set corresponding to the first account is greater than or equal to the upper limit of the number of elements, step 607 is executed.
Optionally, the creation instruction sent by the management terminal through the management account in step 601 may also be used to indicate an upper limit of the number of elements in the account set corresponding to the first account. After receiving an adding instruction sent by a first terminal through a first account, the server can acquire the number of elements in an account set corresponding to the first account. Then, the server may compare the number of the element with the upper limit of the number of the element in the account set to determine whether the number of the element in the account set corresponding to the first account is smaller than the upper limit of the number.
Of course, the creating instruction may not be used to indicate the above upper limit of the number, in this case, the upper limit of the number in step 606 may be stored on the server before step 606 (e.g., before step 601), and the upper limit of the number may be previously input into the server by the staff.
Step 607, the server sends a notification message to the first terminal.
And when the number of the elements in the account set corresponding to the first account is greater than or equal to the upper limit of the number of the elements, indicating that the account set corresponding to the first account is full and the account cannot be added to the account set. At this time, the server may transmit a notification message to the first terminal to indicate to the first terminal: the number of elements in the account set corresponding to the first account reaches the upper limit.
Step 608, the server creates a second account corresponding to the second terminal according to the received adding instruction.
When the number of the elements in the account set corresponding to the first account is smaller than the upper limit of the number of the elements, it is indicated that the account set corresponding to the first account is not full, and an account can be added to the account set. At this time, the server may determine the second terminal according to the addition instruction, and create a second account corresponding to the second terminal.
Step 609, the server adds the second account to the account set corresponding to the first account, and allocates the management authority of the second account to the first account.
After the server creates the second account, the server may add the second account to the account set corresponding to the first account, where the account set corresponding to the first account includes not only the first account but also the second account. It can be seen that the account set corresponding to the first account includes the first account, and each account (such as the above-mentioned second account) created by the server according to the add instruction sent by the first terminal.
The server may also assign a management authority of the second account to the first account, where the management authority may include: setting the authority of the second account on the server, changing the information of the second account and the like. It can be seen that the management permissions of the accounts other than the first account in the first account set all belong to the first account.
And step 610, the server sends the second account to the second terminal.
After the server creates the second account, if the addition instruction is used for indicating the second terminal, the server may also send the second account to the second terminal based on the information used for indicating the second terminal in the addition instruction, so as to notify the second terminal that interaction with the server may be performed through the second account.
For example, referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of an interface for receiving the second account by the second terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the interface Z4 includes: and a second account prompt box Y7. The second account prompt box Y7 may display "xxx account invites you to join xx department of enterprise xx, your account is xx, and login password is xx". Where "x" represents "some". In the "xxx account inviting you to join xx enterprise xx department", the "xxx account" represents the first account, the "xx enterprise" represents the enterprise where the user of the second terminal is located, and the "xx department" represents the department where the user of the second terminal is located. "xx" in "your account number xx" represents the above-described second account number. Optionally, the second account prompt box Y7 may not display a login password, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
And 611, the second terminal sends the information of the second account to the server through the second account.
After receiving the account sent by the server, each terminal can send the information of the account to the server through the account. The information of the account may include contact information, post information, gender information, and the like. Therefore, after receiving the second account, the second terminal can send the information of the second account to the server through the second account. Optionally, before the second terminal sends the information of the second account to the server, the second terminal may first acquire the information of the second account, which is input by a user of the second terminal on an interface of the second terminal.
For example, referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a schematic diagram of an interface for sending the second account information by the second terminal according to the embodiment of the present invention, and a contact input box Y8, a post input box Y9, a gender input box Y10, and a "ok" button may be displayed in the interface Z5. Optionally, the interface Z5 may further include a prompt message "seat number" corresponding to the contact address input box Y8, a prompt message "job" corresponding to the job input box Y9, and a prompt message "sex" corresponding to the sex input box Y10. The user of the second terminal may input the number of the seat of the user of the second terminal (e.g., "0510-82 xxxx 80") in the contact address input box Y8, the title of the user of the second terminal (e.g., "personnel") in the title input box Y9, and the sex (e.g., "woman") of the user of the second terminal in the sex input box Y10. At this time, the information of the second account input by the user on the second terminal includes: seat number (a mode of contact), post and gender. Then, the user of the second terminal may click the "ok" button, so that the second terminal acquires the information of the second account input by the user of the second terminal, and sends the information to the server through the second account.
And step 612, the first terminal sends a setting instruction to the server through the first account.
The setting instruction is used for indicating that: whether the access right of the information of the second account is disclosed. It should be noted that, when the access right of the information of the second account is public, the other accounts created by the server have the right to access the information of the second account; when the access authority of the information of the second account is not public, other accounts created by the server do not have the authority of accessing the information of the second account.
Optionally, when the access right of the information of the second account is not disclosed, the terminal corresponding to the other account does not display the information of the second account, or the terminal corresponding to the other account does not access the information of the second account although the terminal displays the information of the second account.
For example, referring to fig. 12 and 13, fig. 12 and 13 are schematic diagrams of an interface for sending a setting instruction by a first terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the interface Z6 includes a switch key Y11, and a user may click the switch key Y11 to enable the first terminal to send the setting instruction to a server through a first account. Illustratively, when the switch key Y11 is in an open state (the state shown in fig. 12), the setting instruction is used to indicate that the access right of the information of the second account is public; when the switch key Y11 is in the off state (the state shown in fig. 13), the setting instruction is for indicating that the access authority of the information of the second account is not disclosed.
With continued reference to fig. 12 and 13, the interface Z6 may further include: the information of the second account, and the prompt message "open" corresponding to the switch key Y11. The information of the second account may include: "private plane number: 0510-82xxxx80, job: personnel and gender: a woman ".
Step 613, the server sets the access authority of the information of the second account according to the setting instruction.
When the set instruction is to indicate: when the access authority of the information of the second account is public, the server sets the access authority of the information of the second account to be public; when the set instruction is to indicate: and when the access authority of the information of the second account is not disclosed, the server sets the access authority of the information of the second account to be not disclosed.
In addition, the first terminal may also send information of the first account to the server through the first account, and the process may refer to step 611. Moreover, since the management account has the management authority of the first account, the management terminal may also send a setting instruction to the server through the management account to indicate whether the access authority of the information of the first account is disclosed, and the process may refer to step 612. The server may also set the access authority of the information of the first account according to a setting instruction sent by the management end, and this process may refer to step 613, which is not described herein again in this embodiment of the present invention.
As can be seen from the foregoing description, in the embodiment of the present invention, the server stores information of each account (such as the first account and the second account) created by the server, and can set the access right of the information of the account according to the received setting instruction. Therefore, the server can establish an address book tree according to the information of all the accounts created by the server and the access authority of the accounts, and each access authority created by the server is recorded in the address book tree as the information of the public account.
And each terminal can display a plurality of interfaces corresponding to the address book tree, and a user can check the information of the account in the address book tree by clicking the interfaces.
Exemplarily, fig. 14 and fig. 15 are schematic diagrams of two interfaces corresponding to the address book tree provided by the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 14, an interface M1 corresponding to the address book tree includes: icons of the respective account sets, such as an icon N1 of the account set named "office", an icon N2 of the account set named "administrative organization", an icon N3 of the account set named "marketing organization", an icon N4 of the account set named "finance department", an icon N5 of the account set named "warehouse department", an icon N6 of the account set named "opening department", an icon N7 of the account set named "sales department", and an icon N8 of the account set named "marketing department".
When the terminal displays the interface shown in fig. 14, a user of the terminal may click an icon of any account set in the interface M1, so that the terminal displays another interface in the interface corresponding to the address book tree, where the interface includes information of accounts with access rights being disclosed in the account set. For example, when the user of the terminal clicks the icon N1 of the account set named "summary" in fig. 14, the terminal may display an interface M2 as shown in fig. 15. The interface M2 may include the name "general" of the account set, and the name of the account in which each access right is disclosed, such as "zhang san", "wang bi", and "zhao xi". The user of the terminal may also click on the name of any account in the interface M2, so that the terminal displays another interface (not shown in the embodiment of the present invention) in the interface corresponding to the address book tree, where the interface includes information of the account.
Optionally, the management terminal may further indicate, through the management account, a level of each account set of the server, and in this case, icons of the account sets in fig. 14 may be arranged in an order from high to low according to the level of the account set. In addition, the management terminal may further indicate whether an association relationship exists between the account sets of the server through the management account, and at this time, any two account sets having an association relationship in fig. 14 are connected through a connection line P.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the server may create (for example, create according to an instruction of the management terminal) one or more first accounts, and the server may also create (for example, create according to an instruction of the first terminal) one or more second accounts, where the number of the first accounts and the number of the second accounts are not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In the above embodiment, the creation instruction sent by the management end in step 601 is only used to instruct the first terminal, and the addition instruction sent by the first terminal in step 605 is only used to instruct the second terminal as an example. Of course, the create instruction and add instruction may also be used to indicate other information.
For example, the creation instruction sent by the management end in step 601 may also be used to indicate the name of the account set corresponding to the first account, in this case, the interface Z1 in fig. 7 may further include an account set name input box Y2, and the prompt information "department name" corresponding to the account set name input box Y2, and the user of the management end may also input the name of the account set (e.g., "personnel department") in the account set name input box Y2 in step 601.
For another example, the add instruction sent by the first terminal in step 605 may also be used to indicate the name of the second account. At this time, the interface Z3 in fig. 9 may further include: the second account name input box Y6, and the prompt message "name" corresponding to the second account name input box Y6. The user of the first terminal may also enter the name of the second account (e.g., "zhang san") in the second account name entry box Y6 in step 605.
In addition, any two accounts created by the server can perform a session through the terminal, and in the process of performing a session between any two accounts, the server can also indicate the terminal in which each account logs in (i.e. the terminal corresponding to each account) to display a session list according to the name of the account set and the name of the account.
For example, the server may send name information to the terminal corresponding to each account created by the server, where the name information includes: the name of each account created in the server, and the name of each set of accounts. When receiving a first session message, which is sent by a terminal corresponding to a source account and is directed to a target account, the server may send a second session message to the terminal corresponding to the target account, where the second session message includes content of the first session message and is used to indicate the source account and an account set in which the source account is located, and the target account and the source account are any two accounts created by the server. After receiving the second session message sent by the server, the terminal corresponding to the target account may locally search for the name of the source account according to the source account indicated by the second session message, and locally search for the name of the account set according to the account set indicated by the second session message. Then, the terminal may display the found account name and the name of the account set in the session list.
Optionally, after each account is created by the server, the server may send all the accounts created by the server and the names of the account sets to the terminal corresponding to the account. For example, after step 608, the server may send the name of the first account, the name of the second account, and the names of the account sets in which the first account and the second account are located to the second terminal. Optionally, when each account set is created by the server, the server may also generate an identifier of the account set at the same time, where the identifier may be an Identity Document (ID), and the indication information may include the other account and an identifier of the account set where the other account is located.
Referring to fig. 16, fig. 16 is a schematic diagram of a session list of a terminal corresponding to a target account according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the session list includes: the name of the first source account "zhang" and the name of the account set in which it is located "summary".
In addition, when the target account performs group chat with a plurality of source accounts, the terminal corresponding to the target account can receive a second session message related to the plurality of source accounts, which is sent by the server. In addition, the terminal corresponding to the target account may also display the names of the multiple source accounts and the names of the account set in which the multiple source accounts are located according to the second session message related to the multiple source accounts. As shown in fig. 16, the session list may further include: the name of the second source account, "wangwu" and the name of the account set in which the second source account is located, "department of transportation".
Optionally, when displaying the name of the source account and the name of the account set in which the source account is located, the terminal corresponding to the target account may separate, by using a symbol (e.g., "#" or ""), the name of the source account from the name of the account set in which the source account is located. As shown in FIG. 16, the "Zhang three" and the "Do" may be separated by a "#".
Optionally, each second session message sent by the server includes: the content of the first session message, and the time of issuance of the first session message. The terminal corresponding to the target account may also display the content of the first session message and the sending time. For example, as shown in fig. 16, the first source account sends out two first session messages in total, wherein the content in one first session message includes "do the progress make it ok today? ", the sending time of the first session message is: "4-2815: 39: 05", wherein "4-2815: 39: 05" means 15 o 'clock, 39 min 05 sec, 28 o' clock, 4 month. The contents of the further first session message comprise "that is good! ", the sending time in the first session message is: "4-2815: 39: 51", wherein "4-2815: 39: 51" means 15 points, 39 minutes and 51 seconds on 28 days of 4 months. The second source account sends out a first session message together, wherein the content of the first session message includes "may also be, or is, relatively smooth. ", the sending time of the first session message is: "4-2815: 39: 32", wherein "4-2815: 39: 32" means 15 o' clock, 39 min 32 sec on 28 th 4 month.
It should be noted that, in the instant messaging system in the related art, the session list displayed by the terminal corresponding to the target account includes: the name of the source account and the name of the business (the business where the user of the source account is located). This results in the identity of each account not being able to represent the department to which the user of the account belongs. In the embodiment of the present invention, in the session list displayed by the terminal corresponding to the target account, not only the name of the source account but also the name of the account set in which the source account is located are displayed. Therefore, the account numbers of the users in different departments can be distinguished through the names of the account number set, and the communication efficiency between the terminals is improved.
Moreover, when the management authority of the second account is allocated to the first account, the number of accounts to be managed by the management account is reduced, so that the management efficiency of the management account on other accounts is greatly improved.
The account management method according to the embodiment of the present invention is described above, and the account management apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention is described below.
