The live broadcast window is provided with a live broadcast room identifier, the live broadcast room identifier represents a live broadcast room opened by the second user account, and the client-side logged in by other user accounts accesses the live broadcast room and can display the live broadcast window with the same live broadcast room identifier.
When a first user watches live broadcast through a live broadcast window, the first user issues a message through the live broadcast window, and a first client can acquire the message input by the first user in the live broadcast window of a live broadcast room.
In some embodiments, the live window includes an input box, and if the first client detects an input operation in the input box, the input message is obtained in response to the input operation.
For example, as shown in fig. 7, a live screen is displayed in a live window, an input box is displayed in a lower area of the live window, a user inputs a message in the input box, and the first client transmits the acquired message.
603. The first client sends a message to the server.
Wherein the message carries the first user account and the second user account. After the server acquires the message, a first client side for sending the message is determined based on the first user account, and a live broadcast room to which the message belongs is determined based on the second user account in the message. In one embodiment, a second user account logs in a second client, a live broadcast window of the second client has a live broadcast room identifier, the second user account has a corresponding relation with the live broadcast room identifier, and the identifier of the live broadcast room to which the message belongs can be determined to be the live broadcast room identifier corresponding to the second user account through the second user account. In some embodiments, the message further includes a first user account for logging in the first client, and the user who sends the message is indicated through the first user account.
604. The server acquires the message sent by the first client and sends the message to the management client bound to the second user account and used for managing the user account login.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first client accessing the live broadcast room of the second client can send a message, and the server receives the message sent by the first client and then sends the message to the connected second client and other first clients. The message sent by the first client is a comment message or other types of messages.
In some embodiments, the first client includes a plurality of first clients, and each first client sends a message to the server, and then the server acquires the messages sent by the plurality of first clients and sends the messages to the management client, which is bound to the second user account and manages the user account login.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the server acquires the message sent by the first client, distributes the acquired message to the management client, and the management client can reply based on the acquired message.
The management client logs in a management user account, and the management user account is bound with the second user account, so that the management user account serves the bound second user account and can reply a message carrying the second user account. In some embodiments, the management client is a live helper client, or may be other types of clients.
In some embodiments, the management user account bound to the second user account includes management user accounts of multiple account types, users of the management user accounts of different account types can reply messages belonging to different message types, and before the server sends a message to the management client registered in the management user account, the server needs to determine the message type to which the message belongs, and then sends the message to the management client registered in the management user account of the account type matched with the message type.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, each account of the management user is provided with an account type identifier, different account type identifiers are used for indicating that the account of the management user belongs to different account types, and the server can acquire the message type identifier of the message after determining the message type to which the message belongs, thereby determining the account type identifier corresponding to the message type identifier, and sending the message to the management client logged in by the account of the management user corresponding to the determined account type identifier.
In another embodiment, each administrative user account is provided with account information, which includes one or more attributes. One attribute is an account type attribute and can represent the account type of the account of the management user.
In some embodiments, the server performs semantic analysis on the message, identifies a type keyword contained in the message, and determines the type to which the type keyword belongs as the message type to which the message belongs.
The server stores a database, and after the server acquires the message, the server performs semantic analysis on the message to acquire at least one keyword included in the message, and then determines the similarity between each keyword and the type keyword included in the database. If the determined similarity is greater than the preset similarity, determining the type key words corresponding to the similarity greater than the preset similarity as the type key words of the message, and determining the type of the type key words as the message type of the message. The database comprises type keywords and the type of each type keyword, and the preset similarity is set by a server, or set by an operator, or set by other modes.
In other embodiments, the server invokes a classification model to classify the message to obtain the message type to which the message belongs. For example, the classification model is used for classifying the message, outputting a classification identifier of the message, and determining the message type of the message according to the classification identifier.
The classification model is a logistic regression model, a decision tree model, a random forest model, a gradient lifting tree model, a multilayer perceptron model and the like, and the type of the model is not limited in the embodiment of the disclosure.
In one possible implementation, the types to which the message belongs include a public type and a personal type. Messages can be classified into public types and personal types by invoking classification models. For example, when the classification model is called to classify the messages, the classification identification of each message is input. For example, the classification identifier output by the classification model includes a first identifier and a second identifier, the first identifier indicates that the message is of the public type, and the second identifier indicates that the message is of the personal type.
Before calling the classification model to classify the message, the server needs to train the classification model, and the process of training the classification model includes: the method comprises the steps of firstly constructing an initial classification model, obtaining sample messages and sample classification identifications of each sample message, inputting the sample messages into the classification model, obtaining output actual classification identifications, adjusting parameters of the classification model according to the difference between the sample classification identifications and the actual classification identifications of the sample messages, and finishing training of the classification model when the classification model is converged.
In some embodiments, the message type to which the message belongs includes a public type and a personal type, and the managing user account to which the second user account is bound includes: the account type of the first management user account is public and the account type of the second management user account is personal.
In some embodiments, if the account type of the management user account is the public type, it indicates that the management user corresponding to the management user account is an operator, and if the account type of the management user account is the personal type, it indicates that the management user corresponding to the management user account is a customer service provider.
Before sending the message to the management client, the server classifies the message, determines whether the message belongs to a public type or a personal type, and then sends the message to the management client logged in by the management user account of the corresponding account type according to the account type of the management user account.
In some embodiments, the server sending the message to the management client according to the type to which the message belongs includes the following two cases:
the first method comprises the following steps: and when the message belongs to the public type, sending the message to a first management client for logging in the first management user account.
And the second method comprises the following steps: and when the message belongs to the personal type, sending the message to a second management client logged in by a second management user account.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, since different managers have different knowledge and different strong fields, according to the type of the message to which the message belongs, the message is sent to the management client logged in by the management user account matched with the type of the message, so that the message is handed to the manager who is strong in replying the message, the manager can reply the message accurately, the situation of replying errors is prevented, and the accuracy of replying the message is further improved.
In other embodiments, the number of the management user accounts associated with the second user account includes a plurality of management user accounts, and when sending a message to the management client logged in by the management user account, the management user account to which the message is to be replied needs to be selected according to the weight of the management user account.
In some embodiments, the server selects the management user account with the largest weight according to the weights of the management user accounts bound to the second user account, and sends a message to the management client logged in by the selected management user account.
Wherein, the determining the weight of the plurality of management user accounts bound by the second user account comprises any one of the following modes:
the first mode is as follows: the method comprises the steps of obtaining the number of messages which are not replied by a management client and are logged in by a plurality of management user accounts, determining the proportion of each management user account, and determining the weight of each management user account according to the proportion of each management user account.
The proportion of the management user accounts is the proportion between the number of first messages which are not replied and the number of second messages which are not replied, the first messages which are not replied are messages which are not replied by the management client and are logged in by the management user accounts, and the second messages which are not replied are the total number of messages which are not replied by the management client and logged in by each management user account.
The server determines the proportion of the management user account according to the number of messages which are not replied by the management client and are logged in by the management user account, and then determines the weight of the management user account according to the proportion of the management user account, wherein the determined weight of each management user account is in a negative correlation with the proportion, namely the larger the proportion of each management user account is, the smaller the determined weight is, the smaller the proportion of each management user account is, and the larger the determined weight is. This is due to: when the management user account is in a working state, the management user account can process messages, if the number of messages which are not currently replied by the management client terminal logged in by the management user account is too large, the current task of the management user account is too large and is not suitable for receiving new messages for replying, a small weight is determined for the management user account, and if the number of messages which are not currently replied by the management client terminal logged in by the management user account is small, the current task of the management user account is small, the new messages can be continuously received for replying, and a large weight is determined for the management user account.
For example, if the management user account bound to the second user account includes a management user account a, a management user account B, and a management user account C, the obtained proportion of the management user account a is 0.5, the proportion of the management user account B is 0.4, the proportion of the management user account C is 0.1, the weight of the obtained management user account a is determined to be 0.1, the weight of the management user account B is 0.4, and the weight of the management user account C is 0.5, it can be seen that the determined weight of the management user account and the proportion are in a negative correlation relationship.
The second mode is as follows: the method comprises the steps of obtaining average reply duration of a plurality of management user accounts logged in a management client, determining the proportion of each management user account, and determining the weight of each management user account according to the proportion of each management user account.
The management user account is divided into a first average reply duration and a second average reply duration, wherein the management user account is divided into a first average reply duration and a second average reply duration, the first average reply duration is the average reply duration of the management client logged in by the management user account, and the second average reply duration is the sum of the average reply durations of the management clients logged in by the management user accounts.
The average reply time length is used for indicating the time length required by the management client for managing the account login of the user to reply one message. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, in the process of replying a message, the management client records the time length used for replying each message, and the time length required for averagely replying one message by each management client can be determined according to the recorded time length.
After the server determines the proportion of the management user account according to the average reply duration of the management client logged in by each management user account, the server determines the weight of the management user account according to the proportion of the management user account, and the determined weight of each management user account is in a negative correlation with the proportion, namely: the larger the proportion of each management user account is, the smaller the determined weight is, and the smaller the proportion of each management user account is, the larger the determined weight is. This is due to: the average reply time lengths required by different management users for replying messages when the different management users use the management user accounts to log in the management client to reply the messages are different, so that the different average reply time lengths of the different management clients represent different processing capacities of the different management users, if the average reply time length of the messages replied by the management clients logged in by the management user accounts is longer, the reply speed of the management clients logged in by the management user accounts is slower, a small weight is determined for the management user accounts, and the average reply time length of the messages replied by the management clients logged in by the management user accounts is shorter, the reply speed of the management clients logged in by the management user accounts is faster, and a large weight is determined for the management user accounts.
For example, if the management user account bound with the second user account includes a management user account a, a management user account B, and a management user account C, the obtained proportion of the management user account a is 0.5, the proportion of the management user account B is 0.4, the proportion of the management user account C is 0.1, the weight of the management user account a obtained by determining is 0.1, the weight of the management user account B is 0.4, and the weight of the management user account C is 0.5, it can be seen that the weight of the management user account and the proportion are in a negative correlation relationship.
It should be noted that the above two manners may be combined, and the weight for managing the user account is determined according to the combined manner. Illustratively, the scheme combining the two modes is as follows:
the server determines the first weight of each management user account according to the number of messages which are not replied by the management client logged in by each management user account in the first mode, determines the second weight of each management user account according to the average reply duration of the management client logged in by each management user account in the second mode, and calculates the product of the first weight and the second weight of each management user account to obtain the weight of each management user account.
The embodiment of the disclosure can determine the weight of each management user account, and if the larger the weight of the management user account is, the higher the efficiency of the management user account for replying the message is, the message is sent to the management client logged in by the management user account with the larger weight, and the management user can quickly complete the reply to the message, thereby improving the efficiency of replying the message.
In other embodiments, the acquired message is filtered according to the filtering condition, and the filtered message is sent to the management client.
In the process that the first client displays the live window, the first client sends various messages to the server, after the server acquires the messages, part of the messages do not need to be replied, and the messages which do not need to be replied need to be filtered, so the messages are filtered firstly, and the filtered messages are sent to the management client.
Illustratively, the message includes a violent message, a personal attack message, a pornographic message, a government affair message, a non-consulting message and the like, all of which need not reply, and the server directly filters the messages of the types.
In one possible implementation, the message is filtered by using an algorithm with a filtering function, such as a keyword filtering algorithm, a semantic analysis algorithm, or the like.
Illustratively, the acquired message is compared with a filter word, and if the message is matched with the filter word, the matched message is filtered. Or, the embodiment of the present disclosure may also filter the message that meets the target condition in other manners, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
The message can be filtered to prevent the message which does not need to be replied from being sent to the management client, so that the resource utilization rate is improved, and the accuracy rate of the message sending is further improved.
In other embodiments, when the preset database includes a reply message corresponding to the message, the reply message is sent to the first client.
The preset database stores messages and reply messages corresponding to the messages, and if the acquired messages include the messages with the reply messages, the reply messages of the messages are sent to the first client side without the need of replying the messages by the management client side.
In a possible implementation manner, an intelligent robot is installed in the server, a preset database is stored in the intelligent robot, the server calls the intelligent robot after obtaining a message, if the intelligent robot determines that the preset database includes a reply message of the message, the reply message of the message is sent to the first client, if the preset database does not include the reply message of the message, the intelligent robot notifies the server of the message not included, and the server executes the above process again and sends the message to the management client.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, if there is no message in the preset database for replying the message, it indicates that the message needs to be replied by the management client, and sends the message in the preset database for replying the message to the management client.
The manner of sending the message to the management client is the same as that of sending the message to the management client in the above process, and is not described herein again.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the message with the reply message can be searched from the preset database firstly, and the first user account can be replied automatically, so that the processing resource is saved, and the reply efficiency of the message is improved.
It should be noted that, the embodiment of the present disclosure is only described by taking as an example that a message that no reply message exists in the preset database is sent to the management client. In another embodiment, the messages can be classified first, then the messages without the reply message are selected from the messages belonging to the public class, and then the messages without the reply message in the messages belonging to the public class and the messages belonging to the personal class are sent to the management client.
605. And the management client receives the message sent by the server.
The server can send a message to the management client through step 604, and the management client needs to receive the message sent by the server.
In some embodiments, the server classifies the messages, determines a matched management client for managing user account login based on the message type to which the messages belong, and sends the messages to the management client, so that the management client receives the messages which are sent by the server and matched with the account type of the management client in the message type to which the messages belong.
And if the management user account bound by the second user account comprises management user accounts of various account types, the server sends a message matched with the account type of the management user account, and the client logged in by the management user account receives the message sent by the server.
