After detecting the evaluation selection operation of the user, the server confirms that the session is ended, acquires the 9 session contents, and merges the 9 session contents into a JSON format to obtain a piece of session information.
In some embodiments, the server can obtain a piece of session information from sessions that have not ended at intervals. Correspondingly, the first terminal logs in any one first type account, the second terminal logs in other accounts, the server acquires at least one piece of session content of the first type account and the other accounts within the target time length every target time length under the condition that the session between the first terminal and the second terminal is not finished, and then the server respectively combines the at least one piece of session content within each target time length to obtain at least one piece of session information. Alternatively, the target time period is 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, etc. By acquiring one piece of session information every target time when the session duration is longer, the chat content between the customer service and the client can be checked in time, and the chat content can be corrected or remedied in time when the customer service quality is poor or the problem of the client cannot be solved. Meanwhile, whether the customer service replies in time is one of the standards for evaluating the quality of the customer service, and whether the customer service replies in time can be determined by acquiring a piece of session information at intervals.
It should be noted that each piece of session content includes information such as a publishing time and an account identifier corresponding to an account for publishing the session content, which is not limited in this disclosure.
In step S402, the server determines a target session having a right to display the at least one piece of session information, where the session information of the target session includes at least one account of a second type, the account of the second type is an account associated with a display tag, and the display tag at least indicates that the account of the second type has a right to display session content of the account of the first type.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the second type account is an account associated with the display tag, such as an account of a customer service manager or an account of a customer service supervisor, and is used for displaying and viewing session content between the customer service and the customer, so as to evaluate the service quality of the customer service. Optionally, the server creates a session including all the second-type accounts, the session has a right to display all session information, and the server determines the session as a target session. Optionally, the server creates at least one group session including the second type account, and different group sessions have rights to display different session information, so as to display session contents of different first type accounts. The first type accounts displayed by different group sessions may or may not overlap.
For example, the server creates 3 sessions including accounts of the second type: group session 1, group session 2, and group session 3. The session information of the group session 1 includes 4 second-type accounts, the session information of the group session 2 includes 6 second-type accounts, and the session information of the group session 3 includes 6 second-type accounts. Group session 1 is used for showing 10 session contents related to the first type accounts; group session 2 is used for showing 15 session contents related to the first type accounts; group session 3 is used to show 15 session contents related to the first type accounts. Wherein, 5 first-type accounts in the group session 1 are the same as 5 first-type accounts in the group session 2, the other 5 first-type accounts in the group session 1 are the same as 5 first-type accounts in the group session 2, and the group session 2 and the group session 3 do not have the same first-type accounts. The server acquires 3 pieces of session information, wherein the 3 pieces of session information comprise 3 first-type accounts, and the server determines the group session 1 as a target session because the session contents related to the 3 first-type accounts are all displayed by the group session 1. If the server acquires 10 pieces of session information, the 10 pieces of session information include 10 first-type accounts, wherein 7 first-type accounts correspond to the group session 1, 5 first-type accounts correspond to the group session 2, and 2 first-type accounts correspond to both the group session 1 and the group session 2. The server firstly determines the group session 1 as a target session, then sends session information including 7 first-type accounts corresponding to the group session 1, then determines the group session 2 as a target session, and then sends the session information including 5 first-type accounts corresponding to the group session 2.
In step S403, the server sends a session display request to the terminal that logs in any account of the second type, where the session display request carries at least one piece of session information.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the server can send at least one piece of session information acquired simultaneously to the terminal corresponding to the second type account in real time, and also can send the acquired at least one piece of session information to the terminal corresponding to the second type account at regular intervals.
In some embodiments, the server is further capable of acquiring at least one piece of session content in any piece of acquired session information, and then generating an access entry for the session information, where the access entry displays the at least one piece of session content. And the server sends a session display request carrying the access entry to a terminal corresponding to any second type account, the terminal displays the access entry on a session interface of a target session, and the access entry is used for displaying corresponding session information after being triggered. Optionally, the access entry is in the form of an interactive card or an interactive picture, and the presentation form of the access entry is not limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
In some embodiments, the server is capable of obtaining at least one piece of session content from the session information, the at least one piece of session content having a publication time earlier than other pieces of session content in the session information. The other session contents are session contents whose release time is later than that of the at least one session content in the session information, that is, the session contents in the session information except the obtained at least one session content are all other session contents. By acquiring the session content with the earlier release time, the access entry can show the session content when the session starts, and the reason for initiating the session is conveniently known through the access entry.
For example, the server acquires one piece of session content with the earliest release time from ten pieces of session content included in the session information, and the remaining nine pieces of session content are other pieces of session content. Or the server acquires three pieces of session content, which are other pieces of session content, whose distribution time is earlier than that of another seven pieces of session content from the ten pieces of session content included in the session information.
In some embodiments, the session information includes session contents in at least two sessions, and the server is capable of obtaining, from the session information, a session content with an earliest release time in each session. That is, one session obtains a piece of session content whose publication time is the earliest. And the access entrance can show the session content of each session by acquiring the session content with the earliest release time in each session.
For example, the session information includes ten pieces of session contents of three sessions, and the server acquires one piece of session content with the earliest release time from each session to obtain three pieces of session content.
In some embodiments, the session information includes session contents in at least two sessions, and the server is capable of obtaining at least one piece of session content from the session information, the piece of session content having a publication time earlier than other session contents in the session information. It should be noted that the at least one piece of session content may belong to the same session or may belong to different sessions. The other session contents may belong to the same session or may belong to different sessions.
For example, the session information includes ten pieces of session contents in three sessions, the server sorts the ten pieces of session contents according to the distribution time of the session contents, and obtains the three pieces of session contents sorted in the top in the order of the ranking, and the distribution time of the three pieces of session contents is earlier than that of the remaining seven pieces of other session contents.
In some embodiments, the server is capable of obtaining at least one piece of session content including any keyword from the session information. By obtaining the conversation content including the keyword, the access portal is enabled to show the conversation content including the keyword, and understanding of the main content of the conversation through the access portal is facilitated.
For example, the keywords are "complaint", "return goods", "find your manager", and "attitude", and the server obtains one or more session contents including the keywords from the session information. Or, for the session content containing any keyword, the server obtains 5 pieces of content before the session content and 5 pieces of content after the session content in addition to the session content, so as to know the relevant situation according to the context information.
Of course, the server may also set a priority for each keyword and a total number of the acquired session contents, and acquire at least one piece of session content including the keyword according to the priority of the keyword and the total number.
For example, the server obtains the total number of session contents from the session information as ten items, and the keyword includes "complaint" and "return", wherein the priority of the keyword "complaint" is highest, and the priority of "return" is lower than "complaint". If there are six pieces of session content including the keyword "complaint" and six pieces of session content including the keyword "return", the server acquires six pieces of session content including the keyword "complaint" and four pieces of session content including the keyword "return", which are ten pieces of session content.
In other embodiments, the server obtains all session content between the first type account and other accounts. By acquiring all the session contents, the access entry can display all the session contents, so that a user can preview all the session contents without opening the access entry, and the efficiency of viewing the session contents by the user is further improved.
In some embodiments, the session display request further carries a virtual account, which is information of a sender of at least one piece of session information. The session message between the second type accounts in the target session and the session message forwarded by the server can be distinguished by carrying the virtual account as the information of the sender of the at least one piece of session information.
