本发明涉及建筑装饰技术领域,尤其涉及一种印花钢板工艺门加工工艺。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,在房屋门的选择上提出了诸多要求,如防火、防潮、健康环保等,现有的工艺门一般采用两种材料制成,一种是木门、一种是金属门,木门又分为复合门和实木门,木质门结构美观,加工方便,但是防火、防盗功效较差。
金属门不易加工,防火防盗使用效果较好,现在需要一种简洁高效的加工工艺来生产金属工艺门。
发明内容
基于上述技术缺陷,本发明提供一种印花钢板工艺门加工工艺,解决了上述技术问题中的技术缺陷。
本发明一种印花钢板工艺门加工工艺,包括用于组成工艺门的结构件以及门板,其工艺流程依次为:方案设计、拆单生产、剪板、激光切割、折弯、预埋及复合、冷压、门板安装。
还包括以下步骤:
1)方案设计首先要根据客户要求的颜色、花纹、样式、尺寸等进行画图建模,给客户一个实体理念性的理解工序,根据方案设计图,设计转换成产品加工图。产品的所有成型尺寸、用料规格、厚度、纹路方向、长宽比例、做法等均需标明在加工图中,满足方案设计、产品加工拆单要求的工序;
2)拆单生产首先要理解加工图中设计要求,其次根据加工图拆成每个构件的构件图,根据每个构件的加工尺寸,最后算出每个构件的面板和背板的加工图尺寸及所需原材料尺寸,根据不同加工要求的板排版好激光切割的施工道路图,关键在于不能将面板和背板混淆,其次计算折弯尺寸时需考虑不同厚度的板折弯系数是不一样的,同一种板不同角度的折弯系数也不一样;
3)剪板是根据构件图、生产指令单进行板材的裁剪工作,剪板时板的颜色、板的厚度需与指令单吻合,板面不得有划伤,剪好的板注意成品保护,同时根据后道工序的要求,需将激光切割的板摆放在移动车上;
4)激光切割是根据构件板材加工尺寸的道路排版图,结合生产指令单上的材料规格、颜色、纹路等进行切割,首先根据指令单上材料规格、颜色、纹路等要求进行原材料板的铺设到支撑条上,然后根据道路排版图进行割头位置调整,确认无误后进行激光自动切割。切割好后,板面需及时黏贴保护膜和构件带有二维码的标签;
5)折弯是根据拆单加工图的成型尺寸进行施工。折弯前首先要了解折弯成品尺寸及形状来确定折弯需用的折弯模具的长短和组合形状,确定折弯顺序,因不同的模具组合,折出来的角度均不一样,然后根据折弯加工图尺寸进行电脑输入折弯尺寸,需考虑折弯系数,调整好后档位,折弯时首先是板端部紧靠在后档位上,慢慢踩下折弯控制按钮,双手把持板两侧,配合模具将板向上运行至折弯后角度复合设计角度。折完第一刀后需用专用角度测量工具进行测量检验,无误后进行后续折弯;
6)预埋是将后期组装的一些连接件、装饰配件等在复合前先预埋固定到位(包括局部加强筋);复合是将面板+铝蜂窝+背板用专用复合胶水组合成一个整体构件。复合时,首先在面板的背面将铝蜂窝根据板面大小、厚薄配好放置一边,然后在面板的背面倒入一定量的专用复合胶,用定制刮板将胶水均匀摊铺,再将配置好的铝蜂窝黏贴到位,接下来在背板的背面倒入一定量的专用复合胶,用定制刮板将胶水均匀摊铺,最后,将背板与面板合并成一个整体构件;
7)冷压是将复合好的家具板根据板面的大小、厚薄排放到冷压机机床上进行冷压成型,排放时,首先机床面要清理干净,然后排放一层门板,板面放一层12厘石膏板,再排放一层门板,按上述步骤进行排放,最高至冷压机行程的一半高度为止,家具板排放上下必须垂直,最上面还需放一层石膏板。然后进行冷压4~8小时成型;
8)门板安装是将冷压成型后的门板按照设计图纸进行安装成型,安装前需将板与框接触处的板面保护膜清理干净,然后用专用合页将门板安装成型,最后清理板面所有保护膜。
本发明一种印花钢板工艺门加工工艺,操作简单,工艺门表面材料均为0.6~0.8mm厚印花钢板,本产品为中国建材认证绿色建筑选用产品,具有A级防火、抗刮耐磨、保温防潮、便捷安装、抗菌抗静电、环保可回收、无辐射等优点。成型后所有表面无需再进行油漆处理,板面无色差,污易清洁。门内外板面颜色可根据客户需求进行多样化选择。内外两层板之间采用铝蜂窝进行复合,门板的厚度可根据客户要求调节蜂窝厚度来满足客户选择。所有连接件均在复合时进行按图预埋,其牢固性远远超过木质门后续胶粘的牢固,不会因时间久骨架而松动变形。
具体实施方式

7)冷压是将复合好的家具板根据板面的大小、厚薄排放到冷压机机床上进行冷压成型,排放时,首先机床面要清理干净,然后排放一层门板,板面放一层12厘石膏板,再排放一层门板,按上述步骤进行排放,最高至冷压机行程的一半高度为止,家具板排放上下必须垂直,最上面还需放一层石膏板。然后进行冷压4~8小时成型;
8)门板安装是将冷压成型后的门板按照设计图纸进行安装成型,安装前需将板与框接触处的板面保护膜清理干净,然后用专用合页将门板安装成型,最后清理板面所有保护膜。
