Description

Mild and efficient surfactant composition for cleaning
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of surfactants, in particular to a mild and efficient surfactant composition for cleaning.
Background
The surfactant is an important fine chemical product and plays an important role in the daily life of people. On one hand, the variety of surfactants is large, and on the other hand, the functional requirements of people on the surfactants are more and more complex, and the surfactants with different functions are generally required to be compounded for use so as to meet different requirements.
In a scene with a lot of dirt such as indoor floor and toilet, a cleaning agent containing hydrochloric acid is generally used for effectively removing the dirt, but hydrochloric acid is volatile, generates a pungent smell, is strong in acidity and is easy to damage human skin.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a mild and efficient surfactant composition for cleaning, which is weakly acidic as a whole, mild in system, free of damage to skin, still has strong detergency in hard water and good detergency effect.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is solved by the following technical scheme:
a mild and efficient surfactant composition for cleaning comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of dodecyl dimethyl betaine, 1-5 parts of an acidic additive, 20-30 parts of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, 20-30 parts of a cation surface activity synergistic agent, 1-3 parts of a foaming agent, 1-3 parts of a compound auxiliary adsorbent and 1-3 parts of tea polyphenol.
Specifically, the acidic additive is one selected from citric acid and acetic acid.
Specifically, the cationic surfactant synergistic agent is a quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant.
Specifically, the quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant is one or more than two selected from C1-C18 alkyl quaternary ammonium salts.
Specifically, the foaming agent is selected from one of alpha-terpene alcohol, camphor oil, methanol, triethoxy butane, methyl amyl alcohol and pyridine.
Specifically, the compound auxiliary adsorbent is a mixture of sodium fluosilicate and ammonium sulfate according to the mass ratio of 3: 1.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
firstly, the surfactant composition provided by the invention is added with dodecyl dimethyl betaine, has strong decontamination capability under acidic and alkaline conditions, has strong hard water resistance, does not need to be added with a chelating agent to soften hard water, and can be used as a bactericide to kill various bacteria including tubercle bacillus;
secondly, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, a cationic surfactant and a foaming agent and a compound auxiliary adsorbent are added, when the surfactant composition is mixed with water and then applied to floor cleaning, the sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and the cationic surfactant can be attached to the surface of dirt on a bottom plate through the synergistic effect of the sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and the cationic surfactant, the dirt is floated through bubbles generated in the cleaning process, the foaming agent is used for reducing the interfacial tension of mixed liquid, air is promoted to form more small bubbles in the mixed liquid, the bubbles can be prevented from merging, the stability of the bubbles is improved, more dirt is removed, and the compound auxiliary adsorbent is also added, so that the dirt is more easily attached and floated through changing the chemical composition of the surface of the dirt;
and thirdly, tea polyphenol is added, and has excellent antioxidant, antiviral and antibacterial capabilities, and the peculiar smell of the floor can be removed.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific embodiments in order to provide a further understanding of the nature and technical means of the invention, as well as the specific objects and functions attained by the invention.
Example 1
A mild and efficient surfactant composition for cleaning comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60 parts of dodecyl dimethyl betaine, 1-5 parts of citric acid, 25 parts of sodium lauroyl sarcosine, 20 parts of C12 alkyl quaternary ammonium salt, 2 parts of methanol, 3 parts of a compound auxiliary adsorbent and 3 parts of tea polyphenol.
Preferably, the compound auxiliary adsorbent is a mixture of sodium fluosilicate and ammonium sulfate according to the mass ratio of 3: 1.
The preparation process comprises the following steps: weighing the components for later use, adding tea polyphenol into a beaker, adding methanol and continuously stirring to completely dissolve the tea polyphenol, then adding dodecyl dimethyl betaine, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, C12 alkyl quaternary ammonium salt, sodium fluosilicate and ammonium sulfate, mixing for 20min under the stirring condition, and finally slowly adding a small amount of citric acid while stirring until the pH value of the surfactant composition is adjusted to 6.0-6.5.
Example 2
A mild and efficient surfactant composition for cleaning comprises the following components in parts by weight: 55 parts of dodecyl dimethyl betaine, 1-5 parts of citric acid, 25 parts of sodium lauroyl sarcosine, 25 parts of C18 alkyl quaternary ammonium salt, 2 parts of methanol, 3 parts of a compound auxiliary adsorbent and 3 parts of tea polyphenol.
Preferably, the compound auxiliary adsorbent is a mixture of sodium fluosilicate and ammonium sulfate according to the mass ratio of 3: 1.
The preparation process comprises the following steps: weighing the components for later use, adding tea polyphenol into a beaker, adding methanol and continuously stirring to completely dissolve the tea polyphenol, then adding dodecyl dimethyl betaine, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, C18 alkyl quaternary ammonium salt, sodium fluosilicate and ammonium sulfate, mixing for 20min under the stirring condition, and finally slowly adding a small amount of citric acid while stirring until the pH value of the surfactant composition is adjusted to 6.0-6.5.
And (3) testing: the detergency of the surfactant compositions prepared in examples 1 to 2 was measured by a test method of "measurement of detergency and circulating detergency of detergents for clothing and clothes for GB/T13174-2008", and the record is as follows in table 1.
