The invention discloses a marine batten suitable for a polar low-temperature environment, which comprises a batten body, electric tracing bands, U-shaped seats, locking screws and a controller, wherein the batten body is provided with heating grooves, the length direction of the heating grooves is the same as that of the batten body, each heating groove is internally provided with one electric tracing band, the opening of each U-shaped seat is downwards covered on the electric tracing band, a gap filler is filled between each U-shaped seat and the corresponding heating groove, the bottom of each heating groove is provided with a first temperature sensor, each batten body is provided with a second temperature sensor, two ends of each batten body are provided with mounting holes, the locking screws penetrate through the mounting holes to be connected with a deck of a ship, the gap filler is filled between the locking screws and the mounting holes, and the controller is respectively electrically connected with the temperature sensors and the electric tracing bands; the marine wood deck suitable for the polar region low-temperature environment comprises the marine wood lath, and the marine wood lath is provided with a plurality of strips. The invention has the advantages of automatic heating of the marine wood lath and high safety.

As shown in fig. 1, a preferred embodiment of the marine batten suitable for a very low temperature environment according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a batten body 1, an electric tracing band 2, a U-shaped seat 3, a locking screw 4 and a controller, wherein a plurality of heating grooves 5 are formed in the batten body 1, the length direction of the heating grooves 5 is the same as the length direction of the batten body 1, one electric tracing band 2 is arranged in each heating groove 5, the opening of the U-shaped seat 3 is covered on the electric tracing band 2 in a downward direction, a gap filler 6 is filled between the U-shaped seat 3 and the heating grooves 5, a first temperature sensor for detecting the temperature in the heating groove 5 is arranged at the bottom of the heating groove 5, a second temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the batten body 1 is arranged on the surface of the batten body 1, mounting holes 7 are formed in two ends of the batten body 1, the locking screws 4 penetrate through the mounting holes 7 to be connected with a deck of a ship, gap filling agents 6 are filled between the locking screws 4 and the mounting holes 7, and the controller is electrically connected with the temperature sensor and the electric tracing band 2 respectively; specifically, the joint mixture 6 is a waterproof agent, so that on one hand, sundries are prevented from entering gaps, and on the other hand, the wood laths can be prevented from soaking water for a long time.
Illustratively, the height of the U-shaped seat 3 is larger than the diameter of the electric tracing band 2, and the groove depth of the heating groove 5 is larger than the height of the U-shaped seat 3; due to the design, the surface of the wood lath for the ship is flat, and the appearance is attractive.
Illustratively, a gasket 8 is arranged between the locking screw 4 and the batten body 1, so that the contact area between the locking screw and the mounting hole 7 is increased, the pressure on the batten body 1 is reduced, looseness is prevented, and the batten body 1 and screws are protected.
Illustratively, a heat insulation layer is arranged at the bottom of the heating tank 5, and specifically, the heat insulation layer is a ceramic wool layer; therefore, the heat transfer to the ship deck direction is reduced, the heat is concentrated on the surface of the wood lath body 1, and the heat loss is reduced.
Illustratively, the marine plank further comprises a push button switch electrically connected to the controller; thereby, the crew can manually control the closing of the electric tracing band 2.
Exemplarily, a current sensor for detecting the current flow of the electric tracing band 2 is arranged on the electric tracing band 2, and the current sensor is electrically connected with the controller; therefore, when the current value detected by the current sensor is larger than the preset value, the current sensor sends a signal to the controller, and the controller reduces the current input into the electric tracing band 2, so that the current flow of the electric tracing band 2 is monitored in real time, the phenomenon that the temperature is too high due to too large current is avoided, and the safety is high.
The working process of the invention is as follows: the button switch is turned on, when the temperature value detected by the second temperature sensor is lower than a preset value, the second temperature sensor sends a signal to the controller, and the controller controls the electric tracing band 2 to be turned on, so that the electric tracing band 2 heats the marine wood lath; when the electric tracing band 2 heats the wooden plank for the ship, if the current value detected by the current sensor is larger than the preset value, the current sensor sends a signal to the controller, the controller reduces the current input into the electric tracing band 2 until the temperature value detected by the second temperature sensor is equal to or higher than the preset value, the second temperature sensor sends a signal to the controller, and the controller controls the electric tracing band 2 to be closed, so that the wooden plank for the ship is automatically heated.
To sum up, the embodiment of the invention provides a marine batten suitable for a polar low-temperature environment, which can effectively prevent the surface of the marine batten from being frozen and prevent a crew from slipping down by automatically heating the marine batten; in addition, the electric tracing band 2 is well protected between the U-shaped seat 3 and the wood strip body 1 through the arrangement of the U-shaped seat 3, the electric tracing band 2 is prevented from leaking electricity, the safety is high, the abrasion or aging of the electric tracing band 2 can be reduced, and the service life of the electric tracing band 2 is long; and through the setting of first temperature sensor, the temperature in real time monitoring heating tank 5 is convenient for adjust the heating temperature of electric tracing area 2, prevents that electric tracing area 2 from overheated leading to the fire.
The invention further provides a marine wood plank deck suitable for the polar low-temperature environment based on the marine wood plank bars suitable for the polar low-temperature environment, which comprises the marine wood plank bars suitable for the polar low-temperature environment, wherein a plurality of marine wood plank bars are uniformly arranged along the width direction of a ship at intervals, the interval between every two adjacent marine wood plank bars is 5-15 mm, and a gap filler is filled between every two adjacent marine wood plank bars, so that a telescopic space is arranged between every two adjacent marine wood plank bars, the phenomenon that the two adjacent marine wood plank bars are mutually extruded due to expansion caused by heat and contraction caused by cold of the marine wood plank bars is avoided, and the service life of the marine wood deck is prolonged.

A marine batten suitable for a polar low-temperature environment is characterized by comprising a batten body, electric tracing bands, U-shaped seats, locking screws and a controller, wherein a plurality of heating grooves are formed in the batten body, the length direction of each heating groove is the same as that of the batten body, one electric tracing band is arranged in each heating groove, an opening of each U-shaped seat is downwards covered on the electric tracing band, a caulking agent is filled between each U-shaped seat and the corresponding heating groove, a first temperature sensor used for detecting the temperature in each heating groove is arranged at the bottom of each heating groove, a second temperature sensor used for detecting the temperature of the batten body is arranged on the surface of the batten body, mounting holes are formed in two ends of the batten body, and the locking screws penetrate through the mounting holes to be connected with a deck of a ship, the gap filler is filled between the locking screw and the mounting hole, and the controller is electrically connected with the temperature sensor and the electric tracing band respectively.
2. The marine batten for use in a low-temperature environment in a polar region according to claim 1, wherein the height of the U-shaped seat is greater than the diameter of the electric tracing band, and the groove depth of the heating groove is greater than the height of the U-shaped seat.
3. The marine batten for use in a low-temperature polar environment according to claim 1, wherein a gasket is arranged between the locking screw and the batten body.
4. The marine batten for use in a low-temperature polar environment according to claim 1, wherein a bottom of the heating channel is provided with a thermal insulation layer.
5. The marine plank of claim 1, further comprising a push button switch electrically connected to said controller.
6. The marine batten for use in a low-temperature polar environment according to claim 1, wherein the electric tracing band is provided with a current sensor for detecting a current flow of the electric tracing band, and the current sensor is electrically connected to the controller.

A ship wood deck suitable for polar low-temperature environments, which is characterized by comprising the ship wood lath suitable for polar low-temperature environments as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a plurality of the ship wood laths are uniformly arranged at intervals along the width direction of a ship.
8. A ship wood deck suitable for extremely low temperature environment as claimed in claim 7, wherein, the interval between two adjacent ship wood laths is 5 mm-15 mm.
9. A ship wood deck suitable for use in a polar low temperature environment according to claim 7, wherein a gap filler is filled between two adjacent ship wood laths.
