2. The lamp housing cleaning device for the production of the projection lamp according to claim 1, wherein a filter screen (3) is installed in the middle of the inner cavity of the water tank (1), and a semi-permeable membrane (4) is installed above the filter screen (3).

The lamp housing cleaning device for the production of the projection lamp according to claim 1, wherein the ultrasonic generator (9) is installed on one side of the inner wall of the cleaning box (8), the first water return pipe (10) is installed at the bottom of the front side of the cleaning box (8), the lower end of the first water return pipe (10) is communicated with the lower portion of the inner cavity of the water tank (1), and the second electromagnetic valve (11) is installed on the first water return pipe (10).

The lamp housing cleaning device for the production of the projection lamp according to claim 1, wherein a second water return pipe (13) is installed at the bottom of the front side of the soaking pool (12), the lower end of the second water return pipe (13) is communicated with the bottom of the inner cavity of the water tank (1), and a third electromagnetic valve (14) is installed on the second water return pipe (13).

The lamp housing cleaning device for the production of the projection lamp according to claim 1, wherein a fourth solenoid valve (16) is installed on a pipeline of the water inlet pipe (15) communicated with the cleaning tank (8), and a fifth solenoid valve (33) is installed on a pipeline of the water inlet pipe (15) communicated with the soaking tank (12).

The lamp housing cleaning device for projection lamp production according to claim 1, wherein the conveyor belt (19) is densely provided with through holes, a part of the conveyor belt (19) is located in the cleaning box (8), and the rest is arranged above the cleaning box (8) and the soaking pool (12).

The lamp housing cleaning device for projection lamp production according to claim 1, wherein two turning wheels (20) are arranged on the outer surface of the conveyor belt (19) above the right end of the cleaning box (8), the turning wheels (20) are rotatably connected with the support (17), the turning wheels (20) are arranged on two sides of the surface of the conveyor belt (19), and the distance between the two turning wheels (20) is greater than the width of the clamp (21).

The lamp housing cleaning device for the production of the projection lamp according to claim 1, wherein a cleaning pipe (22) is installed on the front side of the conveying belt (19), the lower end of the cleaning pipe (22) is located on the upper portion of an inner cavity of the water tank (1), a booster pump (23) is installed on the lower end of the cleaning pipe (22), the booster pump (23) is installed above the semipermeable membrane (4), the booster pump (23) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the water tank (1), a shunt pipe (24) is connected to the upper end of the cleaning pipe (22), the shunt pipe (24) is located above the conveying belt (19), and a plurality of cleaning nozzles (25) are installed at the bottom of the shunt.

The lamp housing cleaning device for the production of the projection lamp according to claim 1, wherein the clamp (21) comprises a support (26), a first clamp head (27) and a second clamp head (28), the support (26) is fixedly connected with the conveyor belt (19), the first clamp head (27) is rotatably connected with the support (26), the second clamp head (28) is rotatably connected with the pressing rod (29), the support (26) is slidably sleeved with the pressing rod (29), a spring (30) is mounted on the pressing rod (29), one end of the spring (3) is fixedly connected with the support (26), the other end of the spring is fixedly connected with the pressing rod (29), and friction pads (31) are arranged in clamping grooves of the first clamp head (27) and the clamp head (28).
10. The cleaning process of the lamp housing cleaning device for the production of projection lamps according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the following steps:
firstly, opening a second electromagnetic valve (11), a third electromagnetic valve (14), a fourth electromagnetic valve (16) and a fifth electromagnetic valve (33), adding clean water into the cleaning box (8) and the soaking pool (12) through a water inlet pipe (15), adding clean water into the water tank through a first water return pipe (10) and a second water return pipe (13), and closing the second electromagnetic valve (11), the third electromagnetic valve (14), the fourth electromagnetic valve (16) and the fifth electromagnetic valve (33) when the clean water in the cleaning box (8) passes through a conveying belt (19);
secondly, adding a proper amount of cleaning agent into the cleaning box (8) and the soaking pool (12);
step three, placing the lamp shell of the light-transmitting lamp into a soaking pool (12) for soaking for a period of time, and fixing the lamp shell on a clamp (21);
step four, starting a motor (32) through an operation panel (7), driving a conveying belt (19) to move at a constant speed, and simultaneously starting an ultrasonic generator (9) and a booster pump (23);
step five, after the lamp shell is preliminarily cleaned by ultrasonic waves emitted by the ultrasonic generator (9), pressurizing water in the water tank (1) by a pressurizing pump (23) and spraying the pressurized water to the lamp shell through a cleaning spray head (25), wherein the lamp shell rotates under the action of water pressure, and the high-pressure water washes all parts of the lamp shell;
taking down the cleaned lamp housing when the cleaned lamp housing is brought above the soaking pool (12) by a conveying belt (19), and replacing the lamp housing with the lamp housing which is not cleaned;
step seven, when the water in the cleaning box (8) and the soaking pool (12) is turbid, opening a second electromagnetic valve (11) and a third electromagnetic valve (14), filtering the cleaning water by using the filter screen (3) and the semi-permeable membrane (4) for recycling, adding a proper amount of cleaning agent into the cleaning box (8) and the soaking pool (12), and closing the second electromagnetic valve (11) and the third electromagnetic valve (14) again after filtering is finished;
step eight, the lamp body is continuously cleaned through the circulation work, the filtered sewage is discharged through the sewage discharge pipe (5) at regular intervals, and water is supplemented through the water inlet pipe (15).
