It can be understood that the control list may be an intelligent household appliance list corresponding to all mapping relationships in the user account information, and after an intelligent household appliance to be controlled is selected from the control list, a connection is established with the intelligent household appliance through a local area network or the internet, and a control instruction generated in the terminal is sent to the intelligent household appliance, so that one terminal can control a plurality of intelligent household appliances, and user experience is improved. It should be noted that, since the same user account information may include a plurality of intelligent household appliances of the same type, different intelligent household appliances may be distinguished in the control list in any manner, for example, different names are set, or the SN information is named to realize the distinction, and the specific manner may be adjusted according to actual needs.
In addition, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart of an intelligent appliance configuration method applied to an intelligent appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the intelligent appliance configuration method includes, but is not limited to, steps S410, S420, and S430.

It can be understood that the network connection with the server may be established by obtaining the network configuration information through the mesh access point, and the network connection may be automatically achieved, which is not described herein again.
Step S420, sending the SN information of the product serial number to the server, so that the server obtains the user account information in the matched order information in a scene where the SN information is successfully matched to the order information, and establishes a mapping relationship between the SN information and the user account information.
It can be understood that the SN information may be sent at any time, for example, after the intelligent household appliance is powered on and started for the first time, so that the configuration is automatically completed when the intelligent household appliance is used for the first time, the use after opening the box is realized, and the user experience is greatly improved; the SN information may also be sent after the connection signal is received, for example, a key may be set in the intelligent home appliance, and after the user presses the key, the intelligent home appliance automatically acquires the SN information and sends the SN information to the server, which also reduces the user's operations to a certain extent and improves the user experience. It should be noted that, before sending the SN information to the server, it may also be detected whether a mapping relationship is already established and a connection is established with the terminal, for example, when an intelligent appliance that has completed configuration is moved from one network environment to another network environment for use, the only change is the network configuration information, and the binding relationship between the intelligent appliance and the user account is not changed.
It can be understood that the SN information of the intelligent home appliance may be obtained by reading from the device information after power-on start, or may be connection information actively sent after connection is established with the server in advance, and the SN information is written into the connection information in advance, where the specific manner is adjusted according to actual needs, and this embodiment is not limited to many embodiments.
It is worth noting that a mapping relation between the SN information and the user account information is established, which is essentially that the user account and the intelligent household appliance are bound, a specific use scenario may be that a client logged in the user account can send a control instruction to the intelligent household appliance or read a working state parameter of the intelligent household appliance, and the like.
And step S430, establishing connection with the client of the terminal according to the mapping relation so as to receive and execute the control instruction sent by the client.
It can be understood that the same user account information can establish a mapping relation with a plurality of SN information, so that one user account information can bind a plurality of intelligent home appliances, which is convenient for user operation.
It can be understood that the connection established with the client of the terminal according to the mapping relationship may be through the internet, or through a local area network, and may be a connection that can receive a control instruction sent by the client, which is not limited herein.
In addition, referring to fig. 5, in an embodiment, before executing step S410 in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the following steps are further included, but not limited to:
step S510, network configuration information sent by the mesh access point is obtained;
step S520, establishing a network connection with the server according to the network configuration information.
It should be noted that, the network is connected through the mesh access point, a wifi mesh connection method in the prior art may be adopted, and this embodiment does not relate to the improvement of a specific mesh protocol and a specific connection mode, and is not described herein again.
It can be understood that the mesh access point may be any intelligent household appliance or routing device provided with a mesh protocol, for example, there are multiple configured intelligent household appliances in the same local area network, and when a new intelligent household appliance is accessed to the local area network, a connection may be established with the configured intelligent household appliance through the mesh protocol to obtain network configuration information. It can be understood that the network configuration information may be account information and password information that are connected to the network through the routing device, or account information and password information when the terminal is used as a network hotspot, and network connection may be implemented, which is not described herein again.
It can be understood that, after the intelligent appliance is started, it may be determined whether the network configuration has been completed and data interaction may be performed with the server, so as to avoid repeatedly acquiring the network configuration information. It can be understood that, after the intelligent household appliance is switched from one network scenario to another network scenario, the network connection may also be established according to the methods in step S210 and step S220, so as to implement fast network access of the intelligent household appliance and reduce user operations.
In addition, referring to fig. 6, in an embodiment, step S510 in the embodiment shown in fig. 5 further includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:
step S600, sending preset network protocol matching information to the current local area network, so that the mesh access point available in the current local area network broadcasts network configuration information to the local area network in response to the network protocol matching information.
It can be understood that the network protocol matching information may be discovery information preset according to a mesh protocol, that is, after the intelligent household appliance is powered on and started, the network protocol matching information is broadcasted into the local area network, and when other intelligent household appliances or routing devices having the same protocol in the local area network generate a response and broadcast the network configuration information into the local area network, the intelligent household appliance can receive the broadcasted network configuration information, complete network configuration and connect to the network. It can be understood that, by using the network protocol matching information preset according to the mesh protocol, the network configuration information can be quickly acquired by using the characteristic that all the devices of the mesh network can be used as access points, the speed of connecting the network is improved, of course, the network protocol matching information can also be preset according to other network protocols, and the intelligent household appliance can acquire the network configuration information.
It can be understood that the network protocol matching information may be continuously broadcast after the intelligent household appliance is powered on and started, or may be periodically transmitted to reduce energy consumption, and the specific mode may be selected according to actual requirements. It should be noted that the sending of the network protocol matching information may be that after the intelligent household appliance is powered on and started for the first time, the network configuration is not completed by the intelligent network at this time, or the broadcasting is performed when the disconnection from the network is detected in the working process of the intelligent household appliance, or the broadcasting is performed when the network connection cannot be established according to the currently configured network configuration information by the intelligent household appliance, for example, the user changes the password of the router, and the currently available network configuration information can be quickly obtained through the network protocol matching information, so that the automatic and quick network connection of the intelligent household appliance is realized.
In addition, referring to fig. 7, in an embodiment, before executing step S420 in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the following steps are further included, but not limited to:
step S710, when the wireless connection with the terminal is detected, sending a network configuration information acquisition request to the terminal;
step S720, acquiring the network configuration information sent by the terminal responding to the network configuration information acquisition request;
and step S730, establishing network connection with the server according to the network configuration information.
It can be understood that the wireless connection with the terminal may be established in any manner, for example, the intelligent appliance is connected to a hot spot opened by the terminal through WiFi, or the connection is established through bluetooth, and a specific connection manner may be selected according to actual conditions, which is not limited in this embodiment. It should be noted that the intelligent home appliance may obtain the network configuration information through the terminal, or may obtain the network configuration information through the mesh access point in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and a specific manner may be selected according to an actual situation, for example, there are more configured mesh access points in the local area network, and the network configuration of the intelligent home appliance may be completed preferentially through the mesh access points; for another example, no mesh access point is available in the lan, the network configuration information can be acquired through the bluetooth connection of the terminal, and the network access of the intelligent home appliance can be quickly realized.
It can be understood that the network configuration information sent by the terminal may be account information and password information of WiFi to which the terminal is currently connected, or account information and password information of a hotspot set and opened by the terminal, and network access may be achieved; the network configuration information can also be configuration information for establishing connection between the intelligent household appliance and the terminal, for example, according to the network configuration information, the intelligent household appliance is connected with the terminal, the terminal acquires SN information of the intelligent household appliance, the SN information is sent to the server through the connection between the terminal and the server, the server establishes mapping connection and then feeds back mapping relation to the terminal, the terminal is bound with the intelligent household appliance according to the mapping relation, a specific mode is selected according to actual requirements, and the mapping relation can be established without user operation.
As shown in fig. 8, fig. 8 is a flowchart of an intelligent appliance configuration method applied to a server according to another embodiment of the present invention, where the intelligent appliance configuration method includes, but is not limited to, step S810, step S820 and step S830.
And step S810, acquiring SN information sent by the intelligent household appliance.
It can be understood that, because the intelligent appliance may not send the SN information to the server only once, after the server acquires the SN information sent by the intelligent appliance, it may be determined whether the SN information is already used for establishing a mapping relationship, so as to avoid performing repeated operations.
And step S820, when the order information is successfully matched according to the SN information, acquiring the user account information in the matched order information, and establishing a mapping relation between the SN information and the user account information.
It can be understood that the order information may be stored in an independent order database, or a plurality of subsystems may be provided in the server, and the order information is obtained from the subsystems according to the SN information, for example, the server is provided with an intelligent cloud platform for intelligent home appliance management and an e-commerce system for generating an order, and after receiving the SN information, the intelligent cloud platform matches corresponding order information from the e-commerce system, which is beneficial to expanding the use of the server.
It will be appreciated that the user account information may be in any common form, such as a cell phone number, a user name, an account number, etc., and may be used to determine the unique user. It should be noted that the user account information in the order information may be added when generating an order, for example, a common method for generating an order by an e-commerce system, and is not described herein again.
It should be noted that the order information may be in various forms, for example, information of each completed order is used as the order information, or products in an order generated by the same user account information are collected into the same order information, so that the configuration of the intelligent household appliance can be quickly and automatically completed in the case of generating an order by the server.
Step S830, when a connection establishment request sent by a terminal is received, user account information is obtained from the connection establishment request, the mapping relation corresponding to the user account information is sent to the terminal, so that the terminal establishes connection with the intelligent household appliance according to the mapping relation, and a control instruction is sent to the intelligent household appliance through the established connection.
It can be understood that, the principle and the method for establishing a connection between the server and the terminal and sending the mapping relationship may refer to step S120 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and are not described herein again to avoid repetition.
In addition, referring to fig. 9, in an embodiment, the step S820 in the embodiment shown in fig. 8 further includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:
step S910, when the order status in the order information is completed, acquiring the SN information of the product in the order information;
and step S920, when the SN information is matched with the product SN information, determining that the SN information is successfully matched with the order information.
It can be understood that in the actual use process, the situations of order cancellation or unpaid payment and the like are likely to occur, in this situation, the merchant does not actually ship the intelligent household appliance, if such order information is added when matching the SN information, the workload of the server is greatly increased, unnecessary server resources are wasted, and based on this, the SN information of the product in the order information is the unique parameter in the server, so that unique matching with the SN information can be realized, and the user account information can be accurately determined.
It can be understood that in the process of generating the order information, different product SN information may be assigned to the intelligent appliance of each order, for example, an available SN information set is set in the server, and one product SN information is obtained from the available SN information set every time an order is generated, so that it is possible to avoid that the product SN information in different orders of different users or the same user is the same. It can be understood that when the order status is a status that can determine that the order is no longer executed, such as cancel or delete, the product SN information in the order information may be added to the available SN information set again, and the specific product SN information distribution method may be adjusted according to the actual demand, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In addition, referring to fig. 10, in an embodiment, after step S820 in the embodiment shown in fig. 8 is performed, the following steps are further included, but not limited to:
step S1010, when receiving a connection establishment request sent by a terminal, acquiring user account information in the connection establishment request;
step S1020, acquiring a mapping relation corresponding to the user account information;
and step S1030, sending the mapping relation to the terminal.
It can be understood that the connection establishment request may include the user account information, and may also include the mapping relationship that has been established for the user account information, so as to avoid the server from repeatedly sending the established mapping relationship, and effectively save network resources.
It can be understood that, after acquiring the mapping relationship corresponding to the user account information, the server may compare the mapping relationship with the mapping relationship already acquired by the terminal, and if there is a new mapping relationship that is not sent, send the new mapping relationship that is not sent to the terminal, so as to reduce the data volume of communication. It can be understood that when it is detected that the mapping relationship corresponding to the user account information is reduced, the corresponding information may also be sent to the terminal, so that the terminal deletes the intelligent household appliance corresponding to the mapping relationship from the control list, thereby facilitating the user to increase and reduce the number of intelligent household appliances at any time.
In addition, referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a system composed of an intelligent appliance 1140, a mesh access point 1120, a terminal 1130 and a server 1110 according to another embodiment of the present invention, where the system is configured to execute the above-mentioned configuration method for the intelligent appliance 1140, and the configuration method for the intelligent appliance 1140 according to the present invention is further illustrated with reference to specific devices.
In this embodiment, the server 1110 includes an intelligent cloud platform 1112 and an e-commerce system 1111, where the e-commerce system 1111 is used for a user to purchase an intelligent product and generate order information, and the intelligent cloud platform 1112 and the e-commerce system 1111 may be independent systems and may be capable of implementing communication connection, or may be two subsystems in the same server 1110, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In a scene with order information, the intelligent household appliance 1140 is powered on and started, network protocol matching information is broadcasted to a local area network, after network configuration information sent by a mesh access point 1120 or other configured intelligent household appliances 1140 is received, connection is established with the internet, and SN information is sent to an intelligent cloud platform 1112, the intelligent cloud platform 1112 completes matching according to SN information from product SN information of the order information in the electronic commerce system 1111, obtains corresponding user account information, establishes a mapping relation between the SN information and the user account information in the intelligent cloud platform 1112, and sends the mapping relation to a terminal 1130, so that the terminal 1130 updates available intelligent household appliances 1140 in a control list, and is connected with the intelligent household appliance 1140 through the mesh access point 1120 to complete automatic configuration of the intelligent household appliance 1140.
In addition, referring to fig. 12, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a terminal 1200, where the terminal 1200 includes: memory 1210, processor 1220, and computer programs stored on memory 1210 and operable on processor 1220.
The processor 1220 and the memory 1210 may be connected by a bus or other means.
Non-transitory software programs and instructions required to implement the intelligent appliance configuration method of the above-described embodiment are stored in the memory 1210, and when being executed by the processor 1220, perform the intelligent appliance configuration method applied to the terminal 1200 of the above-described embodiment, for example, the method steps S110 to S130 in fig. 1, the method step S200 in fig. 2, and the method step S300 in fig. 3 described above are performed.
In addition, referring to fig. 13, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an intelligent home appliance 1300, where the intelligent home appliance 1300 includes: memory 1310, processor 1320, and computer programs stored on memory 1310 and executable on processor 1320.
The processor 1320 and memory 1310 may be connected by a bus or other means.
Non-transitory software programs and instructions required to implement the intelligent appliance configuration method of the above-described embodiment are stored in the memory 1310, and when being executed by the processor 1320, perform the intelligent appliance configuration method applied to the intelligent appliance 1300 of the above-described embodiment, for example, the method steps S410 to S430 in fig. 4, the method steps S510 to S520 in fig. 5, the method step S600 in fig. 6, and the method steps S710 to S730 in fig. 7, which are described above.
In addition, referring to fig. 14, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a server 1400, where the server 1400 includes: a memory 1410, a processor 1420, and computer programs stored on the memory 1410 and executable on the processor 1420.
The processor 1420 and the memory 1410 may be connected by a bus or other means.
Non-transitory software programs and instructions required to implement the intelligent appliance configuration method of the above-described embodiment are stored in the memory 1410, and when executed by the processor 1420, perform the intelligent appliance configuration method applied to the server 1400 of the above-described embodiment, for example, perform the above-described method steps S810 to S830 in fig. 8, method steps S910 to S920 in fig. 9, and method steps S1010 to S1030 in fig. 10.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, wherein the units illustrated as separate components may or may not be physically separate, i.e. may be located in one place, or may also be distributed over a plurality of network elements. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment.
Furthermore, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, which stores computer-executable instructions, which are executed by a processor or a controller, for example, by a processor in the foregoing intelligent appliance embodiment, and can enable the processor to execute the intelligent appliance configuration method applied to a terminal in the foregoing embodiment, for example, execute the above-described method steps S110 to S130 in fig. 1, method step S200 in fig. 2, and method step S300 in fig. 3; for another example, the method executed by a processor in the server embodiment may be executed by the processor to perform the method for configuring an intelligent appliance applied to an intelligent appliance in the above embodiment, for example, the method steps S410 to S430 in fig. 4, the method steps S510 to S520 in fig. 5, the method step S600 in fig. 6, and the method steps S710 to S730 in fig. 7 described above are executed; for another example, if executed by a processor in the terminal embodiment, the processor may be caused to execute the method for configuring an intelligent appliance applied to a server in the above embodiment, for example, to execute the above-described method steps S810 to S830 in fig. 8, the method steps S910 to S920 in fig. 9, and the method steps S1010 to S1030 in fig. 10. It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that all or some of the steps, systems, and methods disclosed above may be implemented as software, firmware, hardware, or suitable combinations thereof. Some or all of the physical components may be implemented as software executed by a processor, such as a central processing unit, digital signal processor, or microprocessor, or as hardware, or as an integrated circuit, such as an application specific integrated circuit. Such software may be distributed on computer readable media, which may include computer storage media (or non-transitory media) and communication media (or transitory media). The term computer storage media includes volatile and nonvolatile, removable and non-removable media implemented in any method or technology for storage of information such as computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data, as is well known to those of ordinary skill in the art. Claims (14)

1. An intelligent household appliance configuration method is applied to a client of a terminal, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
sending a connection establishment request to a server, wherein the connection establishment request comprises user account information;
receiving a mapping relation sent by a server, wherein the mapping relation is the mapping relation between the user account information and the SN information of the product serial number of the intelligent household appliance, and the mapping relation is established according to the user account information and the SN information in the order information under the scene that the SN information sent by the intelligent household appliance to the server is successfully matched with the order information in the server;
and establishing connection with the intelligent household appliance according to the mapping relation so that the intelligent household appliance receives and executes the control command sent by the client.
2. The intelligent household appliance configuration method according to claim 1, further comprising:
when a network configuration information acquisition request sent by an intelligent household appliance is received, network configuration information of a current network is acquired, and the network configuration information is sent to the intelligent household appliance.
3. The method according to claim 1, further comprising, after establishing a connection with the intelligent appliance according to the mapping relationship:
and updating the controllable intelligent household appliances in a control list according to the mapping relation.
4. An intelligent household appliance configuration method is applied to intelligent household appliances and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
establishing network connection with a server;
sending SN information to a server so that the server acquires user account information in the matched order information under the scene that the SN information is successfully matched with the order information, and establishing a mapping relation between the SN information and the user account information;
and establishing connection with a client of the terminal according to the mapping relation so as to receive and execute the control instruction sent by the client.
5. The intelligent appliance configuration method according to claim 4, wherein before sending the SN information to the server, the method further comprises:
acquiring network configuration information sent by a mesh access point of a mesh network;
and establishing network connection with the server according to the network configuration information.
6. The intelligent household appliance configuration method according to claim 5, before the step of obtaining the network configuration information sent by the mesh access point, the method comprises the following steps:
and sending preset network protocol matching information to the current local area network so that the mesh access point available in the current local area network broadcasts network configuration information to the local area network in response to the network protocol matching information.
7. The intelligent appliance configuration method according to claim 4, wherein before sending the SN information to the server, the method further comprises:
when the wireless connection with a terminal is detected, sending a network configuration information acquisition request to the terminal;
acquiring network configuration information sent by the terminal in response to the network configuration information acquisition request;
and establishing network connection with the server according to the network configuration information.
8. An intelligent household appliance configuration method is applied to a server and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring SN information sent by the intelligent household appliance;
when the order information is successfully matched according to the SN information, obtaining user account information in the matched order information, and establishing a mapping relation between the SN information and the user account information;
when a connection establishment request sent by a terminal is received, user account information is obtained from the connection establishment request, the mapping relation corresponding to the user account information is sent to the terminal, so that the terminal establishes connection with the intelligent household appliance according to the mapping relation, and a control instruction is sent to the intelligent household appliance through the established connection.
9. The intelligent household appliance configuration method according to claim 8, wherein the matching of the order information according to the SN information comprises:
when the order state in the order information is finished, acquiring product SN information in the order information;
and when the SN information is matched with the product SN information, determining that the SN information is successfully matched with the order information.
10. The intelligent household appliance configuration method according to claim 8, after the establishing of the mapping relationship between the user account information and the SN information, further comprising:
when a connection establishment request sent by a terminal is received, user account information in the connection establishment request is obtained;
acquiring the mapping relation corresponding to the user account information;
and sending the mapping relation to the terminal.
11. A terminal, comprising: a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the intelligent appliance configuration method according to any one of claims 1 to 3 when executing the computer program.
12. An intelligent appliance, comprising: memory, processor and computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the intelligent appliance configuration method according to any one of claims 4 to 7 when executing the computer program.
13. A server, comprising: memory, processor and computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the intelligent appliance configuration method according to any one of claims 8 to 10 when executing the computer program.
14. A computer-readable storage medium storing computer-executable instructions for performing the intelligent appliance configuration method of any one of claims 1 to 3, or performing the intelligent appliance configuration method of any one of claims 4 to 7, or performing the intelligent appliance configuration method of any one of claims 8 to 10.
