Description

State synchronization method, device and system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electric appliances, in particular to a state synchronization method, device and system.
Background
Currently, shared devices are becoming an increasingly popular business model, such as commercial washers, shared blowers, shared dryers, etc., and the same item may serve different users at different times under the authorized assignment of a server. However, the user can use the shared device only when the state information of the shared device is idle; if the shared device is considered to be currently used by another user according to the currently stored state information of the shared device, the shared device cannot be used. However, due to a communication failure, the server may store state information about the shared device that is not up-to-date, that is, the shared device may be currently in an idle state, and the server still considers that the shared device is in a used state, which may result in that the shared device cannot be reserved for use for a long time, resulting in waste of resources.
Taking a commercial washing machine as an example, a user may access a server through an APP on his mobile terminal, and after paying a fee to the server, the operation of the washing machine is controlled by the server to complete a laundry treatment operation (e.g., washing, rinsing, drying, spin-drying, etc.). However, for various reasons, the commercial washing machine may be disconnected from the server, resulting in its failure to synchronize its status to the server, resulting in the status stored on the server regarding the commercial washing machine being always in an active status and thus unable to receive a new job, while the commercial washing machine is actually in an idle status and is ready to receive a new job. Thus, the user may not be able to make an on-line reservation or use of the washing machine through the server, causing great inconvenience.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating embodiments of the invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
The embodiment of the invention can be implemented in the following two implementation scenarios. As a possible implementation scenario, the method may include a user terminal, a sharing device, and a server; the user terminal communicates with the sharing equipment through local connection, and the user terminal communicates with the server through wireless connection; the sharing device communicates with the server via a wireless connection.
As another possible implementation scenario, the following may be included: a user terminal, a home appliance, and a server; the user terminal communicates with the household appliance through local connection, and the user terminal communicates with the server through wireless connection; the household appliance and the server are communicated through wireless connection.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a state synchronization method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment of the present invention is described with reference to a first implementation scenario as an example.
Step S101: the sharing device receives a connection request of a user terminal.
When a user reserves or uses the sharing equipment through a user terminal, the user terminal sends a connection request to the sharing equipment to request to establish local connection with the sharing equipment. Such as: after searching for the shared device through Bluetooth, a connection request is sent.
The shared device may be an electric device such as various types of washing machines, ironing machines, dryers, blowers, microwave ovens, etc. that can be used by a user, although the present invention is not limited to shared devices, and other appliances that can use the solution of the present invention are possible. For convenience of description, the shared device is taken as a washing machine as an example for explanation. The user terminal can be a device with information processing and communication functions, such as a user mobile phone, a tablet computer, a computer and the like. The server can be associated with the sharing device, and the user can operate the sharing device through a series of payment and authentication on the server through the user terminal of the user, so that the sharing device completes corresponding operation.
Step S102: the user terminal establishes a local connection with the sharing device.
The local connection established by the user terminal with the sharing device may be, for example, a bluetooth connection, an infrared connection, an NFC connection, and so on. The process of establishing the local connection may include that the user terminal sends a connection establishment request to the sharing device, then the sharing device responds to the connection establishment request, several handshaking operations may be involved during the period according to different protocols for establishing the specific local connection, and finally, the local connection establishment between the user terminal and the sharing device may be completed.
Step S103, the sharing device sends the current status information to the user terminal via the local connection.
After the local connection is established between the user terminal and the sharing device, the sharing device actively sends the current state information of the sharing device to the user terminal.
As a possible implementation manner, before the local connection between the user terminal and the sharing device is disconnected, the sharing device actively sends the current state information of the sharing device to the user terminal every preset time, so that the user terminal can acquire the current state information of the sharing device in real time.
As another possible implementation manner, after the local connection is established, the user terminal may send an operation instruction (e.g., a washing instruction, a rinsing instruction, etc.) to the sharing device through the local connection, and the sharing device performs a corresponding operation according to the operation instruction. Optionally, after performing some authorization authentication processing on the user terminal, the server may also directly receive an operation instruction from the user terminal, and send the operation instruction to the sharing device through the connection between the server and the sharing device, where the sharing device executes a corresponding operation according to the operation instruction. Taking the shared device as the washing machine as an example, for example, the user terminal sends a dehydration operation request to the washing machine via the local connection, and when the washing machine receives the dehydration operation request, the washing machine executes the dehydration operation and feeds back information of the current dehydration state to the user terminal.
As a third possible implementation, the user terminal sends a request to the sharing device to read the status information, and the sharing device may respond to the request by sending current status information of the sharing device to the user terminal after receiving the request to read the status information.
Optionally, the status information includes: in operation, or idle.
Step S104: and the user terminal reads the state information of the sharing equipment.
And after receiving the current state information sent by the sharing equipment, the user terminal reads the current state of the sharing equipment in the state information.
Taking the shared device as a washing machine as an example, the status information may include an idle status, an operating status (e.g., may be embodied as a soaking status, a washing status, a rinsing status, a dewatering status, a drying status, etc.), a fault status (e.g., may include a specific fault code), and so on.
Step S105: the user terminal sends the status information to a server associated with the sharing device.
After the user terminal reads the state information of the sharing equipment, the read state information is sent to a server associated with the sharing equipment, so that the server updates the prestored state information of the sharing equipment after receiving the state information.
For example, the user terminal may send status information to the server via a mobile communication network, such as a 3G, 4G, 5G network or other wireless communication network, which is utilized by the server to update the status of the shared device previously stored therein.
Alternatively, the user terminal transmits the status information to a server associated with the sharing device via a mobile communication network or a wireless communication network.
In step S106, the server synchronizes the stored state of the shared device to the state indicated by the state information.
And after receiving the state information sent by the user terminal, the server updates the stored state of the sharing equipment by using the state information.
As a possible implementation manner, the server may determine whether the state reflected by the state information of the sharing device is idle after receiving the state information, and in case that the state is idle, the server performs some authorization authentication processing on the user terminal. After the authorization authentication is completed, the server may send some authorization authentication keys for the shared device to the user terminal. Thereafter, the user terminal may obtain a control authority for the shared device using the authorization authentication key, and send an operation instruction (e.g., a washing instruction, a rinsing instruction, etc.) to the shared device through the local connection, so that the shared device performs a corresponding operation according to the operation instruction.
Optionally, after performing some authorization authentication processing on the user terminal, the server may also directly receive an operation instruction from the user terminal, and control the sharing device through connection between the server and the sharing device according to the operation instruction, so that the sharing device executes a corresponding operation according to the operation instruction.
Through the technical scheme, the user terminal can read the state information of the sharing equipment through the local connection established with the sharing equipment and synchronize the state information to the server associated with the sharing equipment. Compared with the prior art that the state acquisition of the shared equipment in the server always depends on the sending of the shared equipment to the server or the reading of the shared equipment by the server, the scheme provides a new information synchronization mode through the user terminal, so that the state of the shared equipment in the server can be effectively and timely updated, and the situation that the user cannot reserve the shared equipment on line due to asynchronism can be avoided.
It should be added that step S101 and step S103 can be used separately to implement a state synchronization method on the shared device side; step S102, step S105 and step S106 may be used alone to implement a state synchronization method on the user terminal side.
As another possible implementation manner, the state synchronization method shown in fig. 1 of the present application may also be applied to a household appliance, such as a household washing machine; the household washing machine establishes local connection with the user terminal through the local connection; the household washing machine sends the current state information to the user terminal; the user terminal reads the state information of the household washing machine; the user terminal sends the read state information to a server of the household washing machine, and research personnel can analyze habits of the user and the like according to the information collected in the server, so that certain support is provided for improvement in the subsequent development process.
Since one server may be associated with a plurality of sharing devices, the above-mentioned reading of the status of the sharing device by the user terminal is necessarily accompanied by the reading of the identification information of the sharing device, and a specific status synchronization method is shown in fig. 2.
Step S201: the sharing device receives a connection request of a user terminal.
Step S202: the user terminal establishes a local connection with the sharing device.
Step S201 and step S202 are the same as step S101 and step S102 executed in fig. 1, and are not described again here.
In step S203, the user terminal obtains the identification information and the status information of the sharing device.
The user terminal can acquire the identification information of the sharing equipment in various ways, and as a possible implementation way, the user scans the two-dimensional code attached to the surface of the sharing equipment by using the user terminal to acquire the identification information of the sharing equipment; as another possible implementation manner, when the user terminal establishes a local connection with the shared device, the identification information of the user terminal and the identification information of the shared device are bound through the local connection; therefore, the user terminal can directly acquire the identification information of the sharing device through the binding information.
The step S203 of acquiring the state information of the shared device by the user is the same as the step S103 and the step S104 executed in fig. 1, and details are not repeated here.
Step S204: the user terminal sends the identification information and the status information to a server associated with the sharing device.
After the user terminal acquires the identification information and the state information of the sharing equipment, the acquired identification information and the state information are sent to a server associated with the sharing equipment, so that the server can identify the corresponding sharing equipment according to the identification information, and then the state information is updated to the sharing equipment corresponding to the identification information.
Step S205, the server identifies the corresponding sharing device according to the identification information, and then updates the state information to the sharing device corresponding to the identification information.
The embodiment of the invention provides a new information synchronization mode through a user terminal, so that a server can be ensured to identify corresponding sharing equipment according to identification information and update the state of the corresponding sharing equipment according to state information, the state of the sharing equipment can be accurately, effectively and timely updated, and the situation that a user cannot reserve the sharing equipment on line due to asynchronism is avoided.
It should be added that steps S202 to S104 can be used separately to implement the state synchronization method on the user terminal side.
The method flow shown in fig. 2 is different from the method flow shown in fig. 1 in that it is not only possible to transmit the status information of the shared device to the server before the user starts using the shared device, but also to transmit the status information of the shared device (which may include, for example, a soaking status, a washing status, a rinsing status, a dehydrating status, a drying status, etc.) to the server during the user's operation of the shared device, so that the server updates the status information of the shared device in real time.
