A networking method of intelligent household equipment and the intelligent household equipment are provided, wherein the networking method comprises the following steps: binding user information; sending access information to a base station; receiving group information of an intelligent household group to be added from the base station, wherein the group information is obtained by the base station from a cloud database according to access information sent by a user; and selecting whether to join the intelligent household group. In the networking process of the whole intelligent furniture device, a user only needs to confirm that the device is allowed to access the network after the device is installed, so that the whole networking process can be completed, the networking operation difficulty of the user is reduced, and the user experience is improved.

In some embodiments, the bound user information may include: inputting user information; associating the equipment number of the intelligent household equipment with the user information; and sending the associated equipment number and the user information to a cloud database.

Therefore, even if the user changes the use scene of the intelligent household equipment, the networking difficulty cannot be increased, and the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, the sending of the access information to the base station is periodic.
For some smart home devices, the smart home devices are not powered off in the moving process of the user. Therefore, the smart home devices may also periodically send access information to the base station, so that the smart home devices may join a new smart home group as soon as possible.
