In the present embodiment, the display main body 101 includes a display area 101A and a non-display area 101B provided on the peripheral side of the display area 101A. The display device 100 further includes a first support plate 12, a second support plate 13, and a buffer layer 14. The first support plate 12 is disposed on a side of the display main body 101 facing the binding portion 102. The second support plate 13 is disposed on a side of the binding portion 102 facing the display main body 101. The adhesive layer 11 is located between the first support plate 12 and the second support plate 13. The buffer layer 14 is disposed on a side of the first support plate 12 near the adhesive layer 11, and is disposed corresponding to the display area 101A.
The first support plate 12 is used for supporting the display main body 101, the second support plate 13 is used for supporting the binding portion 102, and the materials of the first support plate 12 and the second support plate 13 may be materials with supporting function such as polyethylene terephthalate, and the materials of the first support plate 12 and the second support plate 13 are not particularly limited.
The front projection of the binding portion 102 on the plane of the display main body 101 overlaps with the front projection of the second support plate 13 on the plane of the display main body 101.
The buffer layer 14 is disposed on a portion of the display body 101 located in the display area 101A, and an orthographic projection of the buffer layer 14 on a plane of the display body 101 overlaps a portion of the display body 101 located in the display area 101A.
In this embodiment, the buffer layer 14 mainly plays a role of buffering, so as to prevent the display device from being impacted during handling and the like to affect the product quality. Further, the buffer layer 14 also has a heat dissipation function, which is used for dissipating heat of the display main body 101, so that the situation that the display main body 101 cannot dissipate heat due to too high temperature during operation is avoided, and the service life of the display product is prolonged.
Alternatively, the material of the buffer layer 14 may be a material with good heat dissipation effect, such as foam, copper foil, diamond, silver, or graphene. In this embodiment, the material of the buffer layer 14 is foam.
It should be noted that, in the present application, the buffer layer 14 only corresponds to a portion of the display main body 101 located in the display area 101A, and in some embodiments, the buffer layer 14 may also be disposed at a local position of the display main body 101, or may also correspond to the entire display main body 101, which is not described herein.
In the embodiment of the application, the adhesive layer 11 comprises a substrate layer and adhesive layers arranged on two sides of the substrate layer. The material of the substrate layer can be polyethylene terephthalate, and the adhesive layer can be pressure-sensitive adhesive. Of course, the material of the adhesive layer 11 may be other materials with an adhesive effect, and the film structure and the material of the adhesive layer 11 are not particularly limited in the present application.
It should be noted that the display device 100 of the present application further includes a polarizer 15, an optical adhesive layer 16, a cover plate 17, and an ultraviolet adhesive layer 18, which are not described herein.
Further, in the present embodiment, the binding portion 102 includes a first sub-binding portion 1021 and a second sub-binding portion 1022 connected to the first sub-binding portion 1021. The first sub-binding portion 1021 is located at a side of the second sub-binding portion 1022 away from the bending portion 103. One end of the first sub-binding portion 1021 near the bending portion 103 is flush with one end of the buffer layer 14 near the bending portion 103. The boundary of the orthographic projection of the adhesive layer 11 on the plane of the display main body 101 is located in the orthographic projection of the first sub-binding portion 1021 on the plane of the display main body 101.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic partial structure of a display device according to an embodiment of the application. In the display device 100 of the present embodiment, a portion of the display main body 101 located in the non-display area 101B includes a first portion 1011, and a second portion 1012 and a third portion 1013 connected to both ends of the first portion 1011. The first portion 1011 is connected to the bending portion 103. The side of the first portion 1011 near the bending portion 103 is a plane. The second portion 1012 and the third portion 1013 have an arc surface on a side near the bending portion 103.
The side of the bending portion 103, which is close to the second portion 1012 along the direction perpendicular to the central axis OO' of the display main body 101, is orthographic projected on the plane of the display main body 101 as a first edge 103a. The side of the first portion 1011 near the second portion 1012 is projected as a second side 1011a on the plane of the display main body 101. Fig. 5 and fig. 6 are schematic diagrams of structures of a first pattern and a second pattern in the display device according to the embodiment of the application.
In this embodiment, the orthographic projection of the first sub-binding portion 1021 on the plane of the display main body 101 is the first pattern 1021A. The first pattern 1021A includes a first straight edge 1021A, a first curved edge 1021b, and a second straight edge 1021c that are sequentially connected. The first straight edge 1021A is an edge of the first pattern 1021A near the second sub-binding portion 1022. The second straight edge 1021c is perpendicular to the extending direction of the first straight edge 1021a. The first arc edge 1021b is a concave arc edge.
The orthographic projection of the adhesive layer 11 on the plane of the display body 101 is a second pattern 11A. The second pattern 11A includes a third straight edge 11A, a second arc edge 11b, and a fourth straight edge 11c connected in sequence. The third straight edge 11a corresponds to the first straight edge 1021a. The fourth straight edge 11c corresponds to the second straight edge 1021c. Specifically, the third straight edge 11a is parallel to the first straight edge 1021a. The fourth straight edge 11c is parallel to the second straight edge 1021c.
The second arc edge 11b corresponds to the first arc edge 1021b, and a tolerance distance is between the second arc edge 11b and the first arc edge 1021 b.
It can be understood that, in the display device 100 of the present embodiment, the use process of the adhesive layer 11 includes the following steps: firstly, attaching the adhesive layer 11 on the buffer layer 14 so that one end of the adhesive layer 11 close to the binding portion 102 is flush with one end of the buffer layer 14 close to the binding portion 102; next, the binding portion 102 is bent to the backlight side of the display main body 101, and a bending portion 103 is formed between the display main body 101 and the binding portion 102, wherein one side of the adhesive layer 11 close to the binding portion 102 is adhered to the second support plate 13, so that the binding portion 102 is fixed to the backlight side of the display main body 101, and the adhesive layer 11 is disposed corresponding to the first sub-binding portion 1021.
Since the adhesive layer 11 may generate an attaching deviation during the attaching process, the alignment between the adhesive layer 11 and the first sub-binding portion 1021 may be affected. Further, for the alignment of the first pattern 1021A and the second pattern 11A, the alignment difficulty between the arc edges is greater than the alignment between the straight edges. In this embodiment, a tolerance distance is provided between the second arc edge 11b and the first arc edge 1021b, so that in the attaching process of the adhesive layer 11, an error allowable space exists between the second arc edge 11b and the first arc edge 1021b in alignment, and thus the attaching difficulty of the adhesive layer 11 can be reduced, and the difficulty of process operation is reduced.

In some embodiments, the boundary of the orthographic projection of the adhesive layer 11 on the plane of the display main body 101 coincides with the boundary of the orthographic projection of the first sub-binding portion 1021 on the plane of the display main body 101, and this arrangement can enhance the adhesive effect between the second support plate 13 and the first support plate 12, so as to be beneficial to improving the stability of the product.

the binding part comprises a first sub-binding part and a second sub-binding part connected with the first sub-binding part, the first sub-binding part is positioned at one side of the second sub-binding part away from the bending part, and the boundary of the orthographic projection of the bonding layer on the plane of the display main body is positioned in the orthographic projection of the first sub-binding part on the plane of the display main body;
