Specifically, please refer to fig. 1A, which is a schematic structural view of a curved screen protective film according to a first embodiment of the present application in a flattened state, as shown in fig. 1B, which is a top view of the curved screen protective film shown in fig. 1A; the curved screen protection film 100 includes a planar region 100a and at least one bending region 100b located outside the planar region 100a, and when the curved screen protection film 100 is in a flattened state, a portion of the curved screen protection film 100 corresponding to each bending region 100b has at least one recess 101.
The recess 101 is defined by a bottom wall 101a, and an inner sidewall 101b and an outer sidewall 101c located at opposite sides of the bottom wall 101 a.
In the flattened state, the planar region 100a and the curved region 100b are parallel to the x-axis; the inner sidewall 101b and the outer sidewall 101c are parallel to the y-axis.
Please refer to fig. 1C, which is a schematic structural diagram of the curved-surface screen protection film shown in fig. 1A in a curved state; in a bent state, the planar region 100a of the curved screen protection film 100 remains parallel to the x-axis, while the bent region 100b has flexibility, and the bent region 100b is bent to form an arc with a radius of curvature r; the radius of curvature r may vary depending on the application of the curved screen protective film 100. The depressed part 101 can reduce the bending stress of the bending area 100b, and avoid the problem that the bending area 100b is prone to tilting and generating bubbles when the curved screen protection film 100 is attached to the curved screen.
The longitudinal section of the recess 101 is at least one of rectangular, arc or stepped, and specifically, the longitudinal section can be set according to the different curvatures of the bending area 100b when bending, so that the bending area 100b has better bending performance when bending. That is, when the bending region 100b is bent, the smaller the curvature is, the smaller the degree of bending when the bending region 100b is bent is, and the longitudinal section of the concave portion 101 is one of a rectangular shape and an arc shape; if the bending region 100b is bent, the curvature is larger, the bending degree of the bending region 100b is larger, and the longitudinal section of the recess 101 is stepped to reduce the influence of bending stress on the bending region 100 b.
The curved surface screen protection film 100 is made of polyethylene terephthalate.
The curved surface screen protection film 100 is provided with an adhesion layer 102 on the surface of the side opposite to the surface provided with the recess 101, the adhesion layer 102 is made of silicon gel, and the thickness of the adhesion layer 102 is smaller than that of the curved surface screen protection film 100; specifically, the adhesion layer 102 is 0.02 mm.
The depth of the recess 101 is less than the thickness of the curved screen protection film 100, specifically, the thickness of the curved screen protection film 100 is greater than or equal to 0.01 mm and less than or equal to 0.04 mm, and the difference between the depth of the recess 101 and the thickness of the curved screen protection film 100 is greater than or equal to 0.005 mm; further, the depth of the recess 101 is equal to half of the sum of the thicknesses of the curved screen protection film 100 and the adhesion layer 102; further, the depth of said recess 101 is equal to 0.025 mm.
In some embodiments, the portion of the curved screen protection film 100 corresponding to each of the curved regions 100b has a plurality of the recesses 101, and the depth of at least a portion of the recesses 101 increases from near the planar region 100a to far from the planar region 100 a.

the third recess 1013 is disposed near the planar area 100 a;
the second depression 1012 is located between the first depression 1011 and the third depression 1013;
the depth of the first depression 1011 is greater than the depth of the second depression 1012, and the depth of the second depression 1012 is equal to the depth of the third depression 1013, so as to reduce the influence of tensile stress on the bending region 100b in the bending region 100b away from the planar region 100a when the bending region 100b is in a bent state.
Specifically, the depth of the first recess 1011 is equal to 0.8 times the thickness of the curved screen protection film 100, and the depth of the second recess 1012 and the third recess 1013 is equal to 0.5 times the thickness of the curved screen protection film 100.
Since the bending stress applied to each point of the bending region 100b in the bending region 100b is different when the bending region 100b is bent, the pitches of the first depression 1011, the second depression 1012 and the third depression 1013 are different in order to reduce the influence of the bending stress on the bending region 100 b.
Specifically, the width a1 of the first depression 1011 from the second depression 1012 is less than the width a2 of the second depression 1012 from the third depression 1013 to reduce the impact of bending stresses on the bending zone 100 b. Specifically, the width a2 of the second recess 1012 from the third recess is equal to 1.1-2 times the width a1 of the first recess 1011 from the second recess 1012.
