The longitudinal section of the recess 101 is at least one of rectangular, arc or stepped, and specifically, the longitudinal section can be set according to the different curvatures of the bending area 100b when bending, so that the bending area 100b has better bending performance when bending. In some embodiments, the portion of the curved screen protection film 100 corresponding to each of the curved regions 100b has a plurality of the recesses 101, and the depth of at least a portion of the recesses 101 increases from near the planar region 100a to far from the planar region 100 a.

5. The curved screen protective film of claim 1, wherein a depth of the recess is less than a thickness of the curved screen protective film.
6. The curved screen protection film of claim 1, wherein the curved screen protection film is provided with an adhesion layer on a surface of a side opposite to a surface on which the recess is provided.
7. The curved screen protection film of claim 1, wherein the longitudinal cross-section of the recess is at least one of rectangular, arcuate, or stepped.
8. A curved cover plate comprising the curved screen protection film according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
