Abstract

Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of information control technologies, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, and a system for controlling an article escrow.
Background
At present, most users generally have precious metals, calligraphy and painting or certificates and other valuable articles.
There may be a problem of poor safety if the user keeps the valuable items by himself. To increase the security of an item, many users may choose to deposit the item into a bank.
However, due to the particularity of the articles, the user needs to go to the bank to handle the article deposit service and wait for various processes of the service at the bank to finally complete the article deposit, so that the convenience of depositing the articles in the bank is poor. Moreover, when a deposit service exists in a bank, a bank service person needs to manually query a vault capable of storing the article, and query and call different persons to perform complex operators such as article verification, transportation, warehousing and the like, so that the complexity of the bank service person in handling the deposit service is high.

According to the method and the system, after the bank service client side of the user side sends the article escrow application of a certain article, the banking service server can determine the storage suitable for storing the article according to the position of the article, and sends the article escrow instruction to the terminal of the manager of the storage, so that the terminal of the manager is triggered to determine the article fetching person and indicate the article fetching person to go to the position of the article to take the article. Detailed Description
To facilitate understanding of the article escrow control method and apparatus of the present application, the article escrow control system of the present application will be described first.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a component architecture of an embodiment of an article hosting control system according to the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, the article escrow control system may include: a banking server 101, a banking client 102 and at least one vault 103.
Each storage 103 is provided with at least one warehousing detection device 104, and the storage is configured with a manager and at least one worker, the manager has a terminal 105 capable of communicating with the banking server, and the worker has a terminal 106 capable of communicating with the terminal of the manager of the storage.
The banking client may be a terminal where an application for handling banking related services is located. For example, the banking client may be a terminal having an application of mobile banking.
Correspondingly, the banking server may be a server corresponding to the banking client, and the banking client may establish a communication connection with the banking server through a network. If the banking client can be a client of a mobile banking system, the banking server can be a server of the mobile banking system.
It should be noted that fig. 1 only shows one banking server, and in practical applications, the banking server may be one server in a banking service cluster or distributed system.
The vault may be a bank, such as a vault of a bank, that can store coins and store articles deposited by a user. The vault may also be divided into a plurality of storage spaces, e.g., the vault may include a plurality of safes.
The storage may be provided with one or more warehousing detection devices, and the warehousing detection devices may detect the articles stored in the storage and the storage locations (such as the storage boxes) of the articles in the storage. Correspondingly, the warehousing detection equipment of the target storage can send warehousing success indication to the banking server after detecting that the article is stored in the target storage. The article is stored in the target storage bank, the attribute information in the article escrow application which is verified by the article fetching personnel conforms to the actual attribute characteristic of the article, and correspondingly, the successful warehousing indication can represent that the article is verified to be qualified by the article fetching personnel and is stored in the storage bank.
Meanwhile, the warehousing success indication also carries the storage position of the article in the target storage vault, and on the basis, the banking server can store warehousing storage information of the article, for example, the warehousing storage information comprises the corresponding relation among the article, the target storage vault and the storage position.
With the above system architecture, the article escrow control method of the present application is introduced from the banking server side.
As shown in fig. 1, which shows a flowchart of an embodiment of an article escrow control method according to the present application, the embodiment is applied to a banking server, and the method of the embodiment may include:

The attribute information of the article may be one or more of name, category, shape structure, volume, external color, and the like of the article. In an optional mode, the article keeping application can also carry an article receiving time period, for example, a user inputs a time period allowing a bank to take the article in an article storage interface to realize the reserved article taking, so that the condition that the article cannot be successfully received and kept in the bank due to reasons such as going out of the user is avoided.

The article storage notice can be a notice required for avoiding article damage, for example, the article is a calligraphy and painting, and needs to be moisture-proof or insect-proof; if the article is porcelain, collision and heavy object pressing prevention and the like are required. The internal storage form, environment and article storage mode of different storages may be different, so that the articles suitable for storage in different storages may be different, and the storage for storing the articles may be determined according to the storage attention of the articles.
It will be appreciated that in practice, the distance of the vault from the location of the item and the attribute information of the item may also be combined to determine a suitable target vault. Of course, the target vault may also be determined comprehensively in combination with the distance, attribute information, and the custody considerations.
And S203, sending an article management instruction to a terminal of a manager of the target storage.
The article management instruction is used for indicating a terminal of a manager to determine an article taking person and sending an article taking command to the terminal of the article taking person, wherein the article taking command is used for indicating the article taking person to go to an article position, and the article is collected and stored in a target storage bank after the article is verified to be qualified based on the attribute information.
For example, the banking server may transmit an article escrow instruction indicating that there is attribute information of the article and an article location to a terminal of a manager of the target vault. If the property of the article is gold and the gram number is 500 grams, whether the article is gold can be detected by using gold detection equipment, whether the weight of the gold is 500 grams or not can be weighed, and if the detection result is consistent with the submitted property information, the article is confirmed to be qualified.
After the article taking personnel verify that the article is qualified, the article can be sent to a target storage and stored in the target storage directly or after the verification of other personnel.
And S204, receiving a warehousing success indication sent by warehousing detection equipment of the target storage.
Wherein, the successful warehousing indicates that the verified attribute information of the representative fetching personnel conforms to the actual attribute characteristics of the article, and the article is stored in the target storage vault.
And the successful warehousing indicates the storage position of the carried article in the target storage. The storage location may indicate a specific location of the item in the target depository, and the storage location may be the number of the depository, for example, if the target depository stores the item in the target depository.
And S205, storing warehousing and storage information of the articles.

In this case, after the banking server stores the warehousing storage information, the storage end time of the article is also determined based on the warehousing start time and the storage time length of the article. Correspondingly, if the time length from the current moment to the keeping end time is less than the set time length, the banking service server can send a keeping due reminder to the banking service client. The storage due reminder is used for prompting the storage end time of the article, such as prompting the remaining time length from the storage end time.
Further, when the end time of the storage is close to or the storage time of the article to be verified by the user is desired to be stored in the storage, the user can set a storage delay for the article through the bank service client to prolong the storage time of the article, for example, the user can input the time length to be stored in the article storage interface displayed by the bank service client to be an option for prolonging the time length to be stored. Correspondingly, the banking service client can send a storage extension application to the banking service server, the storage extension application can request to extend the storage duration of the article, and the storage extension application carries the extension duration required to be extended. On the basis, the banking server can adjust the keeping time of the article based on the extension time. Of course, the remaining storage time and/or the storage end time corresponding to the article may be adjusted.
It is thus clear that this application after the banking service customer end of user side has sent the article of a certain article and has managed the application, banking server can confirm the custody that is fit for storing this article according to the position that this article is located to send article to the administrator's of this custody instruction of managing, confirm to get the thing personnel and instruct that it goes to this article position and collect this article to get the thing personnel with the terminal that triggers this administrator. Moreover, after the user submits the article escrow application by using the bank service client, the article can be stored in the bank without the need of going out to the bank for the handling of the storage business, so that the convenience of the user for storing the article in the bank is improved.
It can be understood that the storage cost is required to be paid when the bank stores the articles, and in the application, the user can select off-line payment so as to transfer the storage cost to the subsequent fetching personnel; or the bank service client can select or default to online payment. Accordingly, for online payment, the banking server may determine a custody fee based on the attribute information of the item prior to determining the target vault. For example, the value of the article is determined based on the attribute information of the article, and the keeping charge is calculated based on the value. Optionally, in consideration of different storage time lengths of the same article, the required storage cost may also be different, and therefore, the storage cost may also be determined according to the storage time length and the attribute information of the article. The calculation method of the storage cost may be set as required, and the present application is not limited.
After determining the custody fee, the banking server may return a payment order to the banking service client, the payment order indicating that there is the custody fee. Correspondingly, the user can complete the payment or non-payment of the keeping fee through the bank service client according to the actual situation. If the banking server confirms that the banking service client completes the payment of the payment order, it confirms that the reservation for the custody of the item is successful, and on this basis, an operation of determining a target custody for storing the item may be performed.
It can be understood that, after the banking service client sends the deposit extension application to the banking service server, the banking service server may also determine the deposit extension cost according to the extension duration, generate a corresponding payment order and return the payment order to the banking service client. Correspondingly, after the banking service server confirms that the banking service client finishes the payment of the payment order, the storage time length of the article is changed.
It is understood that after the article is stored in the target storage, if the article storage time limit is reached or the user needs to take out the article, the user can apply to the banking server to retrieve the article through the banking service client. As shown in fig. 3, it shows a schematic diagram of a flow chart of an implementation of article retrieving in the article escrow control method of the present application, and the flow chart is also applied to a banking server, and the flow chart may include:

The article taking-out instruction is used for indicating the terminal of the manager to determine the object sending personnel and sending an article returning command to the terminal of the object sending personnel. The article return command is used for instructing the delivery person to take the article out of the target storage and deliver the article to the receiving position.
For example, the article taking instruction sent by the banking server to the terminal of the manager may carry information of the article, the target vault and the storage location. Accordingly, the terminal of the manager can respond to the article taking instruction, determine the delivery person from the staff configured in the target storage, and send an article return command to the terminal of the delivery person. The article return command can indicate the receiving position, the article to be taken out, the target storage vault where the article is located and the information of the storage position, so that the article sending personnel can take out the article according to the command received by the terminal and return the article to the user.
In order to facilitate understanding of the solution of the present application, the following describes an article escrow control method from an interaction process between respective devices in an article escrow control system. As shown in fig. 4, which shows a flowchart interaction diagram of an article escrow control method according to the present application, the method of this embodiment may include:
s401, the bank service client sends an article escrow application to the banking service server.
The article escrow application carries attribute information and an article position of the article.
Of course, the article escrow application may also carry the length of time the article was kept and care taken to keep it.
S402, the banking service server determines the keeping cost based on the attribute information of the article and returns a payment order to the banking service client.
Wherein the payment order indicates the custody fee.
As mentioned above, the value of the article can be estimated according to the attribute of the article, and the keeping cost can be determined according to the value; the keeping cost of the article can also be determined according to the volume of the article, or the keeping cost can be comprehensively determined based on the value and the volume of the article.
When the article escrow application indicates a storage period, the storage charge may be determined by combining the attribute information of the article and the storage period.
And S403, after confirming that the banking service client completes payment of the payment order, the banking server determines a target storage suitable for storing the item from a plurality of storages according to the position of the item.
It is understood that after receiving the payment order, if the banking service client agrees to pay, the banking service client returns a payment notification indication to the banking service server, and the banking service server may transfer a corresponding amount of money from the account of the user corresponding to the banking service client based on the payment order to complete the payment of the payment order.
The target storage may be determined as described above, for example, the target storage may be determined according to the attribute information and the storage notice, in addition to the position of the article.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the banking server sends the payment order to the banking service client to complete the payment of the storage fee, so as to further improve the convenience of the banking personnel in completing the storage of the articles. However, in practical applications, the banking server may not determine the storage fee and send the storage fee to the banking server client, or the banking server may determine the storage fee and send the storage fee to a manager of the vault, so that the manager notifies the fetching person to collect the fee according to the storage fee.
S404, the banking service server sends an article management instruction to a terminal of a manager of the target storage.
The item escrow instruction indicates that there is attribute information and an item location of the item. The article storage instruction is used for instructing a manager of the storage to execute the article taking and storage process so that the related personnel can determine the article taking personnel and instruct the article taking personnel to take the article and store the article in the storage.
S405, the terminal of the manager of the target storage bank determines the fetching person from at least one worker of the target storage bank and sends the fetching command to the terminal of the fetching person.
And the fetching command is used for indicating the fetching personnel to go to the position of the article, and collecting the article and storing the article in a target storage bank after the article is verified to be qualified based on the attribute information.
In a possible implementation manner, the terminal of the administrator may display an article hosting task corresponding to the article hosting instruction, and if the administrator intends to process the article hosting task, the terminal of the administrator may respond to the article hosting instruction by clicking a confirmation option associated with the article hosting task.
After the terminal of the article taking person receives the article taking command, the article taking person can go to the position of the article where the article is located according to the article taking command received by the terminal, and verify whether the described attribute information of the article is consistent with the actual condition of the article manually or by means of an auxiliary tool according to the attribute information of the article. And if the fetching personnel verify that the actual attribute of the article is consistent with the attribute information in the fetching command, the article is verified to be qualified.
It can be understood that, after the banking server receives the article escrow application sent by the banking service client, the user identity information of the user of the banking service client can be obtained, and the user identity information is carried in the article escrow instruction. Correspondingly, the fetching instruction sent by the terminal of the manager to the terminal of the fetching person can also carry the user identity information. And after the fetching personnel can also arrive at the position of the article, the identity of the user is verified based on the user identity information, if the identity card number, the face image and other related information in the user identity information are verified to be consistent, if so, the identity verification is qualified.
After the user's identity is verified, the item may be collected and subsequent operations performed.
As an optional mode, after the article fetching person is qualified in article verification (or is qualified in article verification and qualified in user authentication), the article fetching person can also input article information of the article by using the handheld terminal, write the article information and the user authentication information into the tear-proof label, and paste the tear-proof label onto the article.
Wherein the item information may include: the attribute information of the article may include a storage notice, a storage time period, and the like.
The tear-resistant tag may be a tear-resistant Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag, referred to as a tear-resistant RFID for short. Such a tear-resistant RFID tag, after being applied to an article, if the tag is torn, the circuit of the tag is broken.
Correspondingly, after the article fetching personnel verify the article to be qualified, the signal receiver matched with the anti-tearing label can be distributed to the user of the bank service client. In this case, a tear-resistant tag for transmitting a tag signal to the signal receiver at a set frequency. Correspondingly, when the signal receiver does not receive the label signal within the set time length, an article abnormity prompt is output. The article abnormity prompt is used for prompting that the article stored in the target storage warehouse has abnormal storage, for example, prompting that a label adhered to the article is torn off, the article may be replaced or lost, and the like, and please contact with a bank in time.
After the fetching personnel carry the object to the target storage, the object can be put in storage or delivered to the appointed personnel to put the object in storage.
It is understood that, in the case that the fetching instruction carries a storage notice of the article, the fetching person may put the article in storage based on the storage notice, or prompt the designated person to put the article in storage according to the storage notice.
S406, after the warehousing detection equipment of the target storage detects that the articles are stored in the target storage, the warehousing detection equipment sends warehousing success indication to the banking service server.
The object is stored in the target storage vault, the verified attribute information of the fetching personnel is consistent with the actual attribute feature of the object, and certainly, the verification of the fetching personnel on the identity of the user of the bank service client is qualified.
The warehousing success indication carries the storage position of the article in the target storage warehouse.
And under the condition that the anti-tear labels are adhered to all the articles stored in the storage, the storage detection equipment of the target storage determines that the articles are stored in the target storage after detecting the anti-tear labels storing the article information of the articles corresponding to the article escrow application.
Correspondingly, in order to enable the banking server to monitor the article storage condition in time, the warehousing success indication also indicates the label information of the anti-tearing label pasted on the article. Meanwhile, the anti-tearing label pasted on the article can also send a label signal to the banking server according to the set frequency. Correspondingly, if the banking service server does not detect the label signal sent by the anti-tearing label for more than the set time, a risk prompt is sent to the terminal of the manager of the target vault. The risk reminder is used for prompting that the object in the target storage has a safety risk.
It can be understood that, in order to enable the manager of the target storage to know the storage condition of the article in time, the warehousing detection device may also send the warehousing success indication to the terminal of the manager. Of course, the fetching person may send the warehousing completion instruction to the terminal of the manager through the terminal, so as to send the relevant warehousing information to the terminal of the manager.
And S407, the banking server stores warehousing storage information of the article.

S408, the banking server sends a storage success indication to the banking service client.

a charge determining unit for determining a keeping charge based on the attribute information of the article before the vault is targeted by the vault determining unit.
And the order returning unit is used for returning a payment order to the banking service client, and the payment order indicates that the keeping cost exists.
Accordingly, the repository determination unit is specifically configured to determine, based on the item location, a target repository suitable for storing the item from the plurality of repositories after confirming that the banking client completes payment of the payment order.
In another possible implementation manner, the warehousing success indication received by the prompt receiving unit further indicates label information of a tear-proof label pasted on the article, where the tear-proof label pasted on the article is a tear-proof label pasted on the article after the article taking person verifies that the article is qualified;

correspondingly, the warehousing storage information stored by the information storage unit also records the storage duration of the article and the warehousing starting time;

the storage time control unit is used for determining the storage end time of the article based on the storage starting time and the storage duration of the article after the information storage unit stores the storage and storage information of the article;

sending an article management instruction to a terminal of a manager of the target storage, wherein the article management instruction is used for indicating the terminal of the manager to determine an article taking person and sending an article taking command to the terminal of the article taking person, the article taking command is used for indicating the article taking person to go to the position of the article, and the article is collected and stored in the target storage after the article is verified to be qualified based on the attribute information;
receiving a warehousing success indication sent by warehousing detection equipment of the target storage warehouse, wherein the warehousing success indication represents that the fetching personnel verifies that the attribute information conforms to the actual attribute characteristics of the articles, the articles are stored in the target storage warehouse, and the warehousing success indication carries the storage positions of the articles in the target storage warehouse;
storing warehousing storage information of the articles, wherein the warehousing storage information comprises: the corresponding relation among the article, the target storage and the storage position.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the article escrow application further carries custody notes for the article;
said determining a target vault suitable for storing said item from at least one vault based on said item location comprises:
and selecting a target storage suitable for storing the article and satisfying a condition of the distance from the article position from at least one storage based on the storage notice.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to said determining a target vault suitable for storing said item from a plurality of vaults based on said item location:
determining a custody fee based on the attribute information of the item;
returning a payment order to the banking service client, wherein the payment order indicates that the custody fee exists;
said determining a target vault suitable for storing said item from a plurality of vaults based on said item location, comprising:
after confirming that the banking client completes payment of the payment order, determining a target vault suitable for storing the item from a plurality of vaults based on the item location.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the warehousing success indication further indicates label information of a tear-resistant label affixed to the article, the tear-resistant label affixed to the article being a tear-resistant label affixed to the article by the fetching personnel after the article is authenticated;
the warehousing keeping information also comprises label information of the anti-tearing label corresponding to the article;
the method further comprises the following steps:
and if the label signal sent by the anti-tearing label pasted on the object is not detected within the set time, sending a risk prompt to a terminal of a manager of the target storage, wherein the risk prompt is used for prompting the manager of the target storage that the object has a safety risk.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving an article taking-out application sent by the banking service client, wherein the article taking-out application is used for requesting to take out the article and indicates a receiving position of the article;
in response to the article taking-out application, acquiring warehousing storage information corresponding to the article;
and sending an article taking-out instruction to a terminal of a manager based on a target storage library where the article is located in the storage keeping information and the storage position, wherein the article taking-out instruction is used for indicating the terminal of the manager to determine an article delivery person and sending an article return instruction to the terminal of the article delivery person, and the article return instruction is used for indicating the article delivery person to take out the article from the target storage library and send the article to the receiving position.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the article escrow application further carries a length of time for which the article is requested to be escrowed;
the warehousing success indication also indicates the warehousing starting time of the articles stored in the target storage warehouse;
correspondingly, the warehousing storage information also records the storage duration of the articles and the warehousing starting time;
after the warehousing storage information of the articles is stored, the method further comprises the following steps:
determining the storage end time of the article based on the storage starting time and the storage duration of the article;
and if the time length from the current moment to the storage end time is less than the set time length, sending a storage due reminder to the bank service client, wherein the storage due reminder is used for prompting the storage end time of the article.
7. An article escrow control system, comprising:
the system comprises a banking server, a banking service client and at least one vault;
the system comprises a storage vault, a bank service server and a management server, wherein the storage vault is internally provided with storage detection equipment and is provided with a manager and at least one worker, the manager is provided with a terminal capable of communicating with the bank service server, and the worker of the storage vault is provided with a terminal capable of communicating with the terminal of the manager of the storage vault;
the banking service client is used for sending an article escrow application to the banking service server, wherein the article escrow application carries the attribute information and the article position of the article;

the terminal of the manager is used for determining a fetching person from at least one worker of the target storage and sending a fetching command to the terminal of the fetching person, wherein the fetching command is used for indicating the fetching person to go to the position of the article, and the article is collected and stored in the target storage after the article is verified to be qualified based on the attribute information;
the warehousing detection equipment of the target storage is used for sending a warehousing success indication to the banking server after detecting that the article is stored in the target storage, wherein the article is stored in the target storage and represents that the attribute information verified by the article fetching personnel conforms to the actual attribute characteristic of the article, and the warehousing success indication carries the storage position of the article in the target storage;
the banking server is configured to store warehousing storage information of the articles, where the warehousing storage information includes: the corresponding relation among the article, the target storage and the storage position.

The system according to claim 7, wherein the warehousing detection device of the target storage determines that the item is stored in the target storage after detecting a tear-off tag storing item information of the item, the tear-off tag being a tear-off tag storing item information of the item and being attached to the item after the person who took the item passes verification of the item, the item information including at least attribute information of the item.
9. The system of claim 8, further comprising: the signal receiver is matched with the anti-tearing label on the article, and the signal receiver is distributed to a user corresponding to the banking service client after the article fetching personnel verify the article;
the anti-tearing label is used for sending a label signal to the signal receiver according to a set frequency;
the signal receiver is used for outputting an article abnormity prompt when the tag signal is not received within a set time length, wherein the article abnormity prompt is used for prompting that the article stored in the target storage warehouse has abnormal storage.
10. An article escrow control apparatus applied to a banking server, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a management application receiving unit, a management unit and a management unit, wherein the management application receiving unit is used for receiving an article management application sent by a bank service client, and the article management application carries attribute information and an article position of an article requested to be stored;
a repository determination unit for determining a target repository suitable for storing the item from at least one repository based on the item location;
a management indicating unit, configured to send an article management instruction to a terminal of a manager of the target storage, where the article management instruction is used to indicate the terminal of the manager to determine a person who takes an article and send an article taking command to the terminal of the person who takes the article, where the article taking command is used to indicate the person who takes the article to go to the article location, and the article is collected and stored in the target storage after the article is verified to be qualified based on the attribute information;
a prompt receiving unit, configured to receive a warehousing success indication sent by a warehousing detection device of the target storage, where the warehousing success indication indicates that the fetching person has verified that the attribute information matches with an actual attribute feature of the article, and the article has been stored in the target storage, and the warehousing success indication carries a storage location of the article in the target storage;
an information storage unit configured to store warehousing storage information of the article, the warehousing storage information including: the corresponding relation among the article, the target storage and the storage position.
