技术领域
本发明涉及气体管道领域,特别适用于高压气体钢瓶充装领域,具体涉及一种真空泵保护阀。
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展,对工厂自动化程度和安全性的要求越来越高,特别是高压气体钢瓶充装领域。随着充装技术的迅速发展,充装控制系统跟钢瓶抽真空系统开始出现了一体化的集成设计。
现在市场上的高压真空泵挡板阀,存在以下问题:耐压强度低,不能满足钢瓶充装的应用;结构复杂,多为气动或者电动阀,采购成本高;材质不能全部满足钢瓶充装的要求,比如GB/T50030-2013《氧气站设计规范》要求,氧气充装管道材质为铜及铜合金或者镍及镍基合金,而市场上真空泵挡板阀材质多为碳钢或者不锈钢。
基于以上问题,市场上没有可以满足这个系统应用的国产品牌的真空泵挡板阀,急需一款新产品填补高压真空泵保护阀国内空白。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种真空泵保护阀,以加快实现高压气体钢瓶充装领域的自动化与智能化。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
提供一种真空泵保护阀,包括阀体和阀盖,所述阀体和阀盖为柱状结构,且为中空设计,所述阀体阀盖采用套接连接,所述阀体远离阀盖的底面中心开设有进气接口,所述阀体的侧面开设有抽真空接口,所述阀盖远离阀体的一端设有放散接口,所述抽真空接口、进气接口、放散接口的四周设有若干通孔,所述阀体的内部进气接口往里套设有阀芯,所述阀芯呈圆柱状且靠近阀盖的一端设有圆柱状堵块,所述阀盖的内部阀芯往里设有阀芯挡板,所述阀芯挡板呈圆柱状设计,所述阀芯挡板靠近阀芯的一端圆形底面上设有圆柱状挡块,所述阀芯挡板与放散接口相连。
优选的,所述圆柱状堵块外套设有阀芯密封件,所述阀芯密封件位于阀体和阀盖相接触的位置。
优选的,所述阀芯套设有两个第二密封圈,所述抽真空接口位于两个密封圈之间。
优选的,所述阀芯呈中空设计,所述阀芯上设有若干通孔。
优选的,所述阀芯挡板上设有若干通孔。
优选的,所述圆柱状堵块的横截面积大于圆柱状挡块横截面积。
优选的,所述阀芯挡板外套设有第一密封圈。
优选的,所述阀体采用黄铜材质,铜含量低于70%,所述阀芯采用不锈钢材质或者镍合金材质。
本发明的有益效果:所述真空泵保护阀体积小,耐压高,结构简单,动作可靠,寿命长,适用范围广;所述阀体部分采用黄铜材质(铜含量低于70%),阀芯采用不锈钢材质或者镍合金材质,满足国标的需求,可以适用包括氧气在内的非腐蚀性气体。

具体实施方式
为能清楚说明本方案的技术特点,下面通过具体实施方式,对本方案进行阐述。
参见图1,一种真空泵保护阀,包括阀体1和阀盖2,所述阀体1和阀盖2采用金属铜材质。所述阀体1和阀盖2为柱状结构,且为中空设计,所述阀体1阀盖2采用套接连接,所述阀体1远离阀盖2的底面中心开设有进气接口3,所述阀体1的侧面开设有抽真空接口4,所述阀盖2远离阀体1的一端设有放散接口5,所述抽真空接口4、进气接口3、放散接口5的四周设有若干通孔,以方便气体的排除。
参见图2-6,,所述阀体1的内部进气接口3往里套设有阀芯6,所述阀芯6呈圆柱状中空设计,外壁设有若干通孔,所述阀芯6套设有两个第二密封圈12,所述抽真空接口4位于两个密封圈之间,所述阀芯6靠近阀盖2的一端设有圆柱状堵块7,所述圆柱状堵块7外套设有阀芯密封件8,所述阀芯密封件8位于阀体1和阀盖2相接触的位置。
参见图7,所述阀盖2的内部阀芯6往里设有阀芯挡板9,所述阀芯挡板9呈圆柱状设计,设有若干通孔,所述阀芯挡板9靠近阀芯6的一端圆形底面上设有圆柱状挡块10,所述阀芯挡板9外套设有第一密封圈11。所述阀芯挡板9与放散接口5相连。所述圆柱状堵块7和圆柱状挡块10横截面相同。
本发明工作原理:所述真空泵保护阀的进气接口3与需要抽真空的管道或者容器连接,所述抽真空接口4与真空泵进气口相连,所述放散接口5与放散管道相连。在抽真空时,如果进气接口3所接的需要抽真空的管道或者其他容器气体压力过大时,阀芯6在气压的推动下,向阀盖2端移动,使得进气接口3与放散接口5连通,气体在放散接口5排出,随着气体的排放压力下降,下降到一定程度在重力的所用下,阀芯6自动下落,进气接口3与抽真空接口4连通,开始对需要抽真空的管道或者其他容器进行抽真空,从而避免气体压力过高对真空泵带来的破坏,起到了对真空泵的保护作用。

1.一种真空泵保护阀,包括阀体(1)和阀盖(2),其特征在于:所述阀体(1)和阀盖(2)为柱状结构,且为中空设计,所述阀体(1)和阀盖(2)采用套接连接,所述阀体(1)远离阀盖(2)的底面中心开设有进气接口(3),所述阀体(1)的侧面开设有抽真空接口(4),所述阀盖(2)远离阀体(1)的一端设有放散接口(5),所述抽真空接口(4)、进气接口(3)、放散接口(5)的四周设有若干通孔,所述阀体(1)的内部进气接口(3)往里套设有阀芯(6),所述阀芯(6)呈圆柱状且靠近阀盖(2)的一端设有圆柱状堵块(7),所述阀盖(2)的内部阀芯(6)往里设有阀芯挡板(9),所述阀芯挡板(9)呈圆柱状设计,所述阀芯挡板(9)靠近阀芯(6)的一端圆形底面上设有圆柱状挡块(10),所述阀芯挡板(9)与放散接口(5)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空泵保护阀,其特征在于:所述圆柱状堵块(7)外套设有阀芯密封件(8),所述阀芯密封件(8)位于阀体(1)和阀盖(2)相接触的位置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的真空泵保护阀,其特征在于:所述阀芯(6)套设有两个第二密封圈(12),所述抽真空接口(4)位于两个密封圈之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的真空泵保护阀,其特征在于:所述阀芯(6)呈中空设计,所述阀芯(6)上设有若干通孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的真空泵保护阀,其特征在于:所述阀芯挡板(9)上设有若干通孔。
6.根据权利要求1所述的真空泵保护阀,其特征在于:所述圆柱状堵块(7)的横截面积大于圆柱状挡块(10)横截面积。
7.根据权利要求1所述的真空泵保护阀,其特征在于:所述阀芯挡板(9)外套设有第一密封圈(11)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的真空泵保护阀,其特征在于:所述阀体(1)采用黄铜材质,铜含量低于70%,所述阀芯(6)采用不锈钢材质或者镍合金材质。
