An operator inputs data into the control system according to the length of the concrete filled steel tube component, and the control system controls the distance adjusting motors 2-3 to enable the distance adjusting motors 2-3 to drive the rotating screws 2-2 to rotate, so that the two groups of shell shells 3-1 extend or contract in the base shell 2 under the driving of the rotating screws 2-2, and the clamping length of the concrete filled steel tube component is adjusted.
When the shell 3-1 needs to be adjusted in position in the base shell 2, the telescopic rod of the positioning hydraulic cylinder 3-7 extends out, so that the sliding plate 3-5 slides on the distance adjusting rotating plate 3-4, meanwhile, the sliding plate 3-5 drives the locking plate 3-6 through the connecting rod, so that the locking plate 3-6 retracts into the shell 3-1 under the pulling of the sliding plate 3-5, and the shell 3-1 can slide in the base shell 2.
When the casing 3-1 is adjusted in position in the base housing 2, the telescopic rod of the positioning hydraulic cylinder 3-7 is retracted to return the slide plate 3-5 to the original position, and the locking plate 3-6 is extended out of the casing 3-1 again by the slide plate 3-5 and engaged with the positioning bar 2-4 to fix the casing 3-1 in the base housing 2.
The steel pipe concrete member is positioned between the upper clamping jaw 3-8 and the lower clamping jaw 3-9, the fine tuning motor 3-11 works under the control of the control system, the fine tuning shafts 3-12 are driven to rotate by the transmission shaft, so that the upper clamping jaws 3-8 and the lower clamping jaws 3-9 are close to each other under the drive of the fine tuning shafts 3-12, the clamping plates are in contact with the steel pipe concrete member, the clamping rods 3-16 are extruded, meanwhile, the transmission hydraulic pump infuses hydraulic oil into the liquid storage cabin, so that the clamping rods 3-16 extend out of the clamping shells 3-15 under the extrusion of the hydraulic oil, the clamping plates deform due to the extension of part of the clamping rods 3-16 and the contraction of part of the clamping rods 3-16, the clamping plates are made to be more fit with the shape of the concrete-filled steel tube member, and the upper clamping jaws 3-8 and the lower clamping jaws 3-9 are made to better clamp the concrete-filled steel tube member.
