The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the mounting plate 1 is fixedly arranged on movable equipment or other positions, the clamping device is connected with an external control system, and the control system adjusts the angle between the base shell 2 and the mounting plate 1 according to actual needs, so that the base shell 2 is horizontal or vertical to the mounting plate 1.
According to the length of the steel pipe concrete member, an operator inputs data into a control system, the control system controls the distance adjusting motor 2-3, the distance adjusting motor 2-3 drives the rotating screw rod 2-2 to rotate, and the two sets of casings 3-1 stretch out or shrink in the base casing 2 under the driving of the rotating screw rod 2-2, so that the clamping length of the steel pipe concrete member is adjusted.
When the casing 3-1 needs to be adjusted in position in the base shell 2, the telescopic rod of the positioning hydraulic cylinder 3-7 stretches out to enable the sliding plate 3-5 to slide on the distance adjusting rotating plate 3-4, meanwhile, the sliding plate 3-5 drives the locking plate 3-6 through the connecting rod to enable the locking plate 3-6 to retract into the casing 3-1 under the pulling of the sliding plate 3-5, and the casing 3-1 can slide in the base shell 2.
After the casing 3-1 is well positioned in the base shell 2, the telescopic rod of the positioning hydraulic cylinder 3-7 is retracted, so that the sliding plate 3-5 returns to the original position, the locking plate 3-6 stretches out of the casing 3-1 again under the drive of the sliding plate 3-5 and is in gear tooth engagement with the positioning strip 2-4, and the casing 3-1 is fixed in the base shell 2.
The steel pipe concrete member is located in the middle of the upper clamping jaw 3-8 and the lower clamping jaw 3-9, the fine adjustment motor 3-11 works under the control of the control system, the fine adjustment shaft 3-12 is driven to rotate through the transmission shaft, the upper clamping jaw 3-8 and the lower clamping jaw 3-9 are driven to be close to each other under the driving of the fine adjustment shaft 3-12, the clamping plate is in contact with the steel pipe concrete member, the clamping rod 3-16 is extruded, meanwhile, the hydraulic pump is transmitted to the liquid storage cabin, the clamping rod 3-16 extends out of the clamping shell 3-15 under the extrusion of the hydraulic oil, the clamping plate is deformed due to the extension of part of the clamping rod 3-16 and the contraction of part of the clamping rod 3-16, the clamping plate is enabled to be more in fit with the shape of the steel pipe concrete member, and the upper clamping jaw 3-8 and the lower clamping jaw 3-9 can better clamp the steel pipe concrete member.

the two groups of multistage shrink rods (4-2) form an annular structure, the multistage shrink rods (4-2) are composed of an outermost shrink shell, a middle shrink shell and a group of telescopic rods, one end of the outermost shrink shell is provided with a vent hole, one end of the outermost shrink shell, which is in sliding connection with the middle shrink shell, is provided with a sliding hole, the aperture of the sliding hole is larger than the pipe diameter of the middle shrink shell, one end of the middle shrink shell, which is positioned inside the outermost shrink shell, is provided with an annular baffle, the annular baffle is in compact sliding connection with the inner wall of the outermost shrink shell, one end of the middle shrink shell, which is in sliding connection with the telescopic rods, is provided with a shrink hole, the aperture of the shrink hole is larger than the diameter of the telescopic rods, one end of the telescopic rods, which is positioned inside the middle shrink shell, is welded with a second annular baffle, which is in compact sliding connection with the inner wall of the middle shrink shell, the other end of the telescopic rods is welded with a linkage plate, and the linkage plate is welded with the base shell.
