The water-based gravure leather gloss oil comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: aqueous polyurethane PUD dispersion: 20% -25%, water-based polyurethane PUA: 20% -25%, white-proof: 3% -5%, neutralizer: 1-1.5%, aqueous dispersant: 1% -2%, fumed silica or matte powder: 3% -5%, ethanol: 10% -15%, aqueous PE wax: 1% -2%, deionized water: 25% -30%, hydrophilic polyisocyanate curing agent: 1% -1.5%, water-based defoaming agent: 1% -1.5%, aqueous wetting agent: 1 to 1.5 percent. The water-based gravure leather gloss oil adopts a specific and reasonable scientific formula, does not contain toxic substances, has small harm to human bodies and environment, has strong adhesive force and good wear resistance, can effectively improve the wear resistance and the glossiness of leather when being coated on the surface of the leather in a gravure mode, and can also be made into a matte coating to improve the texture of the leather.

Background
The existing printing ink is oily, and is coated on the surface of leather in a gravure way to improve the wear resistance, aging resistance and weather resistance. However, when the oily product is coated on the surface of leather, a large amount of organic solvent is added in the gravure process, so that the volatility is high, the environmental protection property is poor, and the environmental protection standard cannot be met.

As a preferred embodiment of the aqueous gravure leather gloss oil provided by the present invention, the aqueous dispersant is at least one of BYK-191, BYK-2012, BYK-180, and dyhi 760W.
As a preferred embodiment of the aqueous gravure leather gloss oil provided by the present invention, the aqueous defoamer is at least one of digao 902W, digao 904W and us gas 104E.
As a preferred embodiment of the aqueous gravure leather gloss oil provided by the present invention, the aqueous wetting agent is at least one of Silok8002, Silok8066 and BYK 2013.
The application method of the water-based gravure leather gloss oil comprises the following steps: mixing the raw materials of the water-based gravure leather gloss oil according to a proportion, and stirring, sanding and grinding to obtain a gloss oil finished product; the gloss oil, the water-based modified acrylic emulsion, the water-based color paste and the purified water are mixed according to the following weight parts: 100 parts of gloss oil, 10-15 parts of water-based modified acrylic emulsion, 15-25 parts of water-based color paste and 10-20 parts of purified water are mixed and then gravure printing is carried out, and the gravure printing is dried by hot air at 50-100 ℃.
As a preferred embodiment of the using method of the water-based gravure leather gloss oil provided by the invention, the printing speed of gravure is 120-180 m/min.
As a preferable embodiment of the method for using the water-based gravure leather gloss oil provided by the invention, the pigment used by the water-based color paste is titanium dioxide, lithopone, iron yellow, benzidine yellow, lemon yellow, iron red, phthalocyanine blue, carbon black or aniline black.

The water-based gravure leather gloss oil does not need to be added with an organic solvent, and does not have VOC emission because the whole formula does not contain organic solvents such as ketones, benzenes, esters, alcohols and the like, and does not need additional equipment to collect volatile solvents, thereby meeting the requirement of environmental protection. The water-based gravure leather gloss oil has simple preparation process and is suitable for industrial production.

Example 1
The water-based gravure leather gloss oil comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: aqueous polyurethane PUD dispersion: 20%, aqueous polyurethane PUA: 25%, white prevention: 3% of a neutralizing agent: 1% aqueous dispersant: 1%, fumed silica: 3% and ethanol: 12%, aqueous PE wax: 1% and deionized water: 30%, hydrophilic polyisocyanate curing agent: 1% aqueous defoamer: 1.5%, aqueous wetting agent: 1.5 percent.
Wherein the neutralizing agent is dimethyl diethanol amine. The aqueous dispersant is BYK-191. The aqueous antifoaming agent is digao 902W. The aqueous wetting agent is Silok 8002.
The application method of the water-based gravure leather gloss oil comprises the following steps: mixing the raw materials of the water-based gravure leather gloss oil according to a proportion, and stirring, sanding and grinding to obtain a gloss oil finished product; the gloss oil, the water-based modified acrylic emulsion, the water-based color paste and the purified water are mixed according to the following weight parts: 100 parts of gloss oil, 10 parts of water-based modified acrylic emulsion, 15 parts of water-based color paste and 10 parts of purified water are mixed and then gravure is carried out, the printing speed of the gravure is 150m/min, and the gravure is dried by hot air at 50 ℃.

The water-based gravure leather gloss oil comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: aqueous polyurethane PUD dispersion: 22%, aqueous polyurethane PUA: 20 percent, white protection: 5% of a neutralizing agent: 1.3%, aqueous dispersant: 2%, fumed silica or matte powder: 5% and ethanol: 15%, aqueous PE wax: 1% and deionized water: 25%, hydrophilic polyisocyanate curing agent: 1.2%, aqueous defoamer: 1.5%, aqueous wetting agent: 1 percent.
Wherein the neutralizing agent is dimethyl diethanol amine. The aqueous dispersant is BYK-180 and dyhi 760W. The aqueous defoamer is digao 902W and digao 904W. The water-based wetting agent is BYK 2013.

The water-based gravure leather gloss oil comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: aqueous polyurethane PUD dispersion: 25%, aqueous polyurethane PUA: 23%, white prevention: 4% of a neutralizing agent: 1.5%, aqueous dispersant: 1.5%, fumed silica or matte powder: 4% and ethanol: 10%, aqueous PE wax: 2% and deionized water: 25%, hydrophilic polyisocyanate curing agent: 1.5%, aqueous defoamer: 1%, aqueous wetting agent: 1.5 percent.
Wherein the neutralizing agent is dimethyl diethanol amine. The aqueous dispersant is dyhi 760W. The aqueous defoamer is us gas 104E. The aqueous wetting agent is Silok8002 and Silok 8066.

Comparative example 1
This comparative example 1 differs from example 2 in that: the hydrophilic polyisocyanate curing agent is replaced with an aziridine-based curing agent.
Comparative example 2
This comparative example 2 differs from example 2 in that: the proportion of the hydrophilic polyisocyanate curing agent was changed to 2%.
When the aqueous gravure leather varnish prepared in comparative example 1 was applied to leather according to the application method, the problem of too fast agglomeration occurred and the phenomenon of uneven gravure occurred. When the aqueous gravure leather gloss oil prepared in comparative example 2 was applied to leather according to the application method, the ink layer became soft after gravure printing and the problem of anti-sticking was easily occurred, as shown in fig. 2.
The water-based gravure leather gloss oil prepared in example 2 is applied to leather according to a using method, and as a hydrophilic polyisocyanate curing agent is selected and a reasonable dosage is set, gravure is uniform, and the problem of anti-sticking does not exist, as shown in fig. 1. The inventors analysis should be: the amount of the added hydrophilic polyisocyanate curing agent is small, and the hydrophilic polyisocyanate curing agent can react with PUA in the formula without residue, so that the problems cannot be caused.

2. The aqueous gravure leather gloss oil of claim 1, wherein the neutralizing agent is dimethyl diethanolamine.
3. The aqueous gravure leather varnish of claim 1, wherein the aqueous dispersant is at least one of BYK-191, BYK-2012, BYK-180, and dyhi 760W.
4. The aqueous gravure leather varnish according to claim 1, wherein the aqueous defoamer is at least one of digao 902W, digao 904W, and us gas 104E.
5. The aqueous gravure leather varnish according to claim 1, wherein the aqueous wetting agent is at least one of Silok8002, Silok8066, and BYK 2013.

The use method of the water-based gravure leather gloss oil is characterized by comprising the following steps: mixing the water-based gravure leather gloss oil as defined in any one of claims 1 to 5 with raw materials in proportion, stirring, sanding and grinding to obtain a finished gloss oil product; the gloss oil, the water-based modified acrylic emulsion, the water-based color paste and the purified water are mixed according to the following weight parts: 100 parts of gloss oil, 10-15 parts of water-based modified acrylic emulsion, 15-25 parts of water-based color paste and 10-20 parts of purified water are mixed and then gravure printing is carried out, and the gravure printing is dried by hot air at 50-100 ℃.
7. The use method of the water-based gravure leather gloss oil according to claim 6, wherein the printing speed of the gravure is 120 to 180 m/min.
8. The use method of the water-based gravure leather gloss oil according to claim 6, characterized in that the pigment used by the water-based color paste is titanium dioxide, lithopone, iron yellow, benzidine yellow, lemon yellow, iron red, phthalocyanine blue, carbon black or aniline black.
