浮盘结构
技术领域:
浮盘属于油料储藏技术领域,是一种装在油罐内的节能产品。很多种油料具有挥发性,挥发不仅会造成经济损失和污染也会造成安全隐患。为限制油品挥发,在油罐内通常使用一种被称为内浮顶的浮盘装置。该装置是金属制造的漂浮在油液面上的浮动顶盖,其覆盖在液体表面,可以降低油品挥发损耗。
背景技术:
现有的浮盘有不同的结构,蜂窝式浮盘是比较新的结构,效果也是最好的。蜂窝式浮盘一般使用内部充填蜂窝状金属框架的金属浮箱,多个浮箱连接在一起组成浮盘。浮盘漂浮在油液上,有20-30mm浸入油液中。现有的蜂巢式浮盘都采用梁架型式,用横梁和纵梁组成一个框架,将浮箱安装在框架内。这种结构的缺点是框架结构材料消耗比较大,浮箱之间油气空间比较大。另外,由于浮盘周边要与罐壁密封,因此加装密封部件是必不可少的。密封部件通常都是安装在被称为边缘构件的浮盘外圈圆形结构上。由于边缘构件没有浮力,因此浮盘边缘浮力不足,浮盘漂浮在油液中时,浮盘平面呈中间凸起,周边下凹,使浮盘框架受力不均衡。
发明内容:
为了解决上述缺陷,本发明采取以下解决方案:
蜂巢式浮盘由于加工工艺问题,浮箱顶面需要出边,在此边上加工螺钉孔,浮箱两两相连通过螺钉固定将浮箱顶面形成一个整体。在浮箱底面焊接几道横梁,相邻浮箱的横梁相连,将底面也构成一个整体。在浮盘周边增加一圈浮箱,用以平衡边缘构件产生的额外重力,使浮盘受力均衡。

图1显示的是浮盘边缘部分结构图。边缘构件(6)是浮盘的边缘框架,安装在浮盘外圈,边缘构件(6)上面安装密封带(4),密封压板(5)和多个浮箱(7)组成的浮盘主体。浮箱顶面的出边通过螺栓两两相连将浮盘(7)顶面构成整体,浮箱底面使用断续焊接方式焊接几道横梁(2),横梁(2)长度与浮箱宽度相同,通过螺栓与相邻浮箱的横梁相连将浮盘(7)底面也构成一个整体。浮盘外圈的底面安装数个附加浮箱(3)用于增加浮力补偿边缘构件的重力。附加浮箱(3)可以是方形管,也可以是圆形管,结构长度可长可短,长度较长时弯曲成与浮盘边缘相同的弧度。支腿部件(1)安装在两浮箱之间,用螺栓固定在横梁(2)
图2显示的是横梁结构图。横梁由杆件(9)和端板(8)焊接而成,端板(8)焊接在杆件(9)两端,端板(8)有2个螺孔,用于与相邻浮箱横梁固定。杆件可以是方管,角钢,也可以是矩形。
图3显示的是支腿的结构图。支腿由支腿座(10),支杆(11),支板(12)组成。支板(12)是一个端部有折弯的板,折弯处有螺孔,折弯面与横梁平行,用螺钉固定在横梁(4)上。4个支板(12)顶面构成一个平面,安装的时候托在浮箱底面。

1.一种浮盘结构,其特征是:浮箱的顶面有出边,相邻浮箱的出边通过螺栓两两相连;浮箱底面加横梁,相邻浮箱的横梁通过螺栓两两相连;浮盘外圈底面安装附加浮筒;支腿安装在两浮箱之间,用螺栓固定在横梁上。
2.如权利要求1所述浮盘结构,其特征在于:横梁截面可以为方管,角钢或者矩形,两端焊接端板,端板带有螺孔;横梁长度与浮箱宽度相同,延宽度方向用断续焊接方式焊接在浮箱底面。
3.如权利要求1所述浮盘结构,其特征在于:附加浮箱安装在浮盘边缘的底面用于抵消边缘构件的重力;浮箱可以为矩形或者筒形,结构长度可长可短,较长时弯成与浮盘边缘相同的弧度。
4.如权利要求1所述浮盘结构,其特征在于:支腿的4个支板顶面构成一个平面,支撑在浮箱底面;支板端部有折弯与横梁平行,折弯上有螺栓孔,可以通过螺栓固定在横梁上。
