随着包装材料技术的进步,塑料包装薄膜的应用领域也越来越广,在医药行业利用包装材料对药物进行分灌、封装和贴签等操作,为药品提供了品质保证,药品包装延长了药品的保质期,在药品包装中对于包装材料的阻隔性有一定要求,包装材料的阻隔性越高,药品保质期则会越长。目前常用的药品包装膜为包含铝层的多层结构,铝层能够提高包装膜的阻隔性能,但在实际应用中,铝层复合包装膜在受热或者外力作用下容易变形、断裂甚至分层,导致药品包装膜在热封时阻隔性能发生改变,不利于药品的长期保存。目前高阻隔塑料包装薄膜是发展最快的功能薄膜之一,采用共挤技术,不同材料在熔融状态下通过吹膜机模头共同挤出,形成具有不同结构的高阻隔功能的多层共挤高阻隔膜,由于其具有较佳的阻隔性能,能够有效阻隔污染物和氧气、水蒸气、液体及气味等小分子物质渗入,同时也能够防止包装内容物渗出的包装薄膜。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种环保、高阻隔的药品包装高阻隔膜及制备方法,
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种药品包装高阻隔膜,其特征在于:所述药品包装高阻隔膜包括聚酰胺层、低密度聚乙烯层、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层和聚乙烯层,各层间通过胶粘剂粘连;所述聚乙烯层由低密度聚乙烯、茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯、线型低密度聚乙烯和添加剂组成;对上述技术方案做进一步的说明:所述低密度聚乙烯、茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯和线型低密度聚乙烯的质量比为:2.5:1:1;对上述技术方案做进一步的说明:所述胶粘剂的质量份数为聚偏二氯乙烯73份、环氧树脂10份、纳米二氧化钛3份、纳米氧化铝7份、羧甲基纤维素6份、石墨烯5份、增塑剂7份、偶联剂3份、固化剂0.8份、稳定剂6份。聚偏二氯乙烯73份、环氧树脂10份、纳米二氧化钛3份、纳米氧化铝7份、羧甲基纤维素6份、石墨烯5份、增塑剂7份、偶联剂3份、固化剂0.8份、稳定剂6份;对上述技术方案做进一步的说明:所述聚酰胺层由聚酰胺6组成;对上述技术方案做进一步的说明:所述低密度聚乙烯层由线型低密度聚乙烯和粘结树脂组成,所述线型低密度聚乙烯的含量为50wt%以上;对上述技术方案做进一步的说明:所述乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层的厚度为3μm~20μm;对上述技术方案做进一步的说明:所述乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物中,乙烯链段的质量百分比为25%~45%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的药品包装高阻隔膜,其特征在于:所述聚偏二氯乙烯为聚偏二氯乙烯胶乳,所述增塑剂为癸二酸二丁酯或环氧二油酸酯,所述偶联剂为γ-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷或α-苯氨基甲基三乙氧基硅烷,所述固化剂为乙二胺或二乙烯三胺,所述稳定剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡。
药品包装高阻隔膜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)将低密度聚乙烯、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物和聚乙烯共挤出成型,得到包括低密度聚乙烯层、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层和聚乙烯层;
2)按照质量份数称取聚偏二氯乙烯胶乳、环氧树脂、纳米二氧化钛、纳米氧化铝、羧甲基纤维素、石墨烯、增塑剂、偶联剂、固化剂、稳定剂备用;
3)将稳定剂、增塑剂加入到聚偏二氯乙烯胶乳中,低速搅拌混合;
4)纳米氧化铝、纳米二氧化钛混合;
5)边搅拌边依次将环氧树脂、羧甲基纤维素、纳米氧化铝和纳米二氧化钛混合物、石墨烯、偶联剂加入到步骤3所得混合液中,40-60℃下真空高速搅拌50-70min;
6)降温至30-35℃,加入固化剂,真空搅拌20-30min后得到胶粘剂;
7)将低密度聚乙烯层、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层和聚乙烯层经涂覆胶粘剂复合成膜、冷却定型。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的药品包装高阻隔膜具有良好的机械强度、阻氧性、阻湿性和低温热封性等特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明的内容做进一步的说明:
如图所示为药品包装高阻隔膜的结构示意图和多层共挤高阻隔膜装置结构图,包括聚酰胺层1、低密度聚乙烯层2、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层3、聚乙烯层4、胶粘剂层5、牵引铁棍6、膜泡7、定径笼8、折叠架9、风环10、模口11、模头12、接口13、下料口14、加料斗15和加热区16。药品包装高阻隔膜由聚酰胺层、低密度聚乙烯层、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层和聚乙烯层组成,各层间通过胶粘剂粘连。
实施例
胶粘剂配制
1)称取聚偏二氯乙烯75份、环氧树脂8份、纳米二氧化钛3份、纳米氧化铝8份、羧甲基纤维素7份、石墨烯5份、增塑剂5份、偶联剂2份、固化剂0.5份、二月桂酸二丁基锡5份备用;
2)将二月桂酸二丁基锡、增塑剂加入到聚偏二氯乙烯胶乳中,50℃下,以1000r/min转速搅拌30min;
3)纳米氧化铝、纳米二氧化钛混合;
4)边搅拌边依次将环氧树脂、羧甲基纤维素、纳米氧化铝和纳米二氧化钛混合物、石墨烯、偶联剂加入到步骤2)所得混合液中,60℃下以3000r/min转速真空搅拌50min;
5)降温至35℃,加入固化剂,以200r/min转速真空搅拌30min,得到胶粘剂备用;
原料准备与称重
本发明采用七层共挤吹塑工艺进行该膜的制备,直接得到具有7层结构的药品包装高阻隔膜。
1)根据多层共挤高阻隔膜多层结构的组分准备原料颗粒,通过吸料器和称重机构将原料颗粒分别送入相对应的挤出机加料斗;
2)挤出机剪切加热:挤出机分别对其加料斗内的原料颗粒进行剪切加热,得到熔融状态的原料,并通过接口输送至模头;每个挤出机内设有加热区域,依次对原料颗粒进行加热;
3)模头挤出吹胀:在圆形模头的挤出口中将每层熔融原料挤出融合,并由吹膜机吹胀装置对其进行吹胀得到膜泡;
4)风环冷却:膜泡在牵引铁棍的牵引作用下向上运行,由风环鼓风对膜泡进行冷却;根据膜泡厚度测量机构测量的不同部位的膜泡厚度数据,由电脑控制4加热点对膜泡局部加热以调整膜泡厚度;风环从膜泡的圆周外侧向膜泡吹风冷却,吹膜机吹胀装置从膜泡内侧鼓风,从而形成内外两侧的吹风冷却,并且膜泡内侧的鼓风能够使膜泡11保持膨胀状态,便于进行冷却、厚度调整等操作;
5)稳泡:膜泡通过定径笼的调整和固定在定径笼上的超声波传感器控制膜泡的大小和膜泡的稳定;牵引压胶辊对平面形状的膜泡11进行压胶操作,确保膜泡各个层机构的压合稳定;
6)牵引:牵引铁棍和胶辊配合牵引膜泡向上运动,同时将膜泡夹扁;
7)电晕处理:电晕机对膜泡的薄膜进行电晕处理,使膜泡薄膜具有一定的表面张力便于后续的顺利加工;
8)切刀分切:由切刀分切机构将筒状的膜泡分切为两片的多层共挤高阻隔膜;
9)消除静电:由除静电机构对条状的多层共挤高阻隔膜进行除静电处理;
10)收卷:由收卷机构对条状的多层共挤高阻隔膜进行收卷,得到多层共挤高阻隔膜产品。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种药品包装高阻隔膜,其特征在于:所述药品包装高阻隔膜包括聚酰胺层、低密度聚乙烯层、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层和聚乙烯层,各层间通过胶粘剂粘连;所述聚乙烯层由低密度聚乙烯、茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯、线型低密度聚乙烯和添加剂组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药品包装高阻隔膜,其特征在于:所述低密度聚乙烯、茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯和线型低密度聚乙烯的质量比为:2.5:1:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的药品包装高阻隔膜,其特征在于:所述胶粘剂的质量份数为聚偏二氯乙烯73份、环氧树脂10份、纳米二氧化钛3份、纳米氧化铝7份、羧甲基纤维素6份、石墨烯5份、增塑剂7份、偶联剂3份、固化剂0.8份、稳定剂6份。聚偏二氯乙烯73份、环氧树脂10份、纳米二氧化钛3份、纳米氧化铝7份、羧甲基纤维素6份、石墨烯5份、增塑剂7份、偶联剂3份、固化剂0.8份、稳定剂6份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的药品包装高阻隔膜,其特征在于:所述聚酰胺层由聚酰胺6组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的药品包装高阻隔膜,其特征在于:所述低密度聚乙烯层由线型低密度聚乙烯和粘结树脂组成,所述线型低密度聚乙烯的含量为50wt%以上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的药品包装高阻隔膜,其特征在于:所述乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层的厚度为3μm~20μm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的药品包装高阻隔膜,其特征在于:所述乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物中,乙烯链段的质量百分比为25%~45%。
8.根据权利要求3所述的药品包装高阻隔膜,其特征在于:所述聚偏二氯乙烯为聚偏二氯乙烯胶乳,所述增塑剂为癸二酸二丁酯或环氧二油酸酯,所述偶联剂为γ-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷或α-苯氨基甲基三乙氧基硅烷,所述固化剂为乙二胺或二乙烯三胺,所述稳定剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡。
9.一种药品包装高阻隔膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将低密度聚乙烯、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物和聚乙烯共挤出成型,得到包括低密度聚乙烯层、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层和聚乙烯层;
2)按照质量份数称取聚偏二氯乙烯胶乳、环氧树脂、纳米二氧化钛、纳米氧化铝、羧甲基纤维素、石墨烯、增塑剂、偶联剂、固化剂、稳定剂备用;
3)将稳定剂、增塑剂加入到聚偏二氯乙烯胶乳中,低速搅拌混合;
4)纳米氧化铝、纳米二氧化钛混合;
5)边搅拌边依次将环氧树脂、羧甲基纤维素、纳米氧化铝和纳米二氧化钛混合物、石墨烯、偶联剂加入到步骤3所得混合液中,40-60℃下真空高速搅拌50-70min;
6)降温至30-35℃,加入固化剂,真空搅拌20-30min后得到胶粘剂;
7)将低密度聚乙烯层、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层和聚乙烯层经电晕处理后,再涂覆胶粘剂复合成膜、冷却定型,得到一种高阻隔薄膜。
