Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐磨损免擦网纹辊结构,包括网纹辊、浆料槽、防溅挡板和风刀组件,网纹辊设置在浆料槽上方,防溅挡板安装在网纹辊的两侧,所述风刀组件安装在网纹辊进料侧的防溅挡板上,风刀组件包括中间风刀、左风刀和右风刀,中间风刀的出风口对网纹辊施加风压,在中间风刀的风压作用下,去除网纹辊辊面的多余浆料并使网纹辊辊面均匀带液,左风刀和右风刀分别对应隔膜边缘位置,在左风刀和右风刀的风压作用下,完全吹除隔膜边缘所对应的网纹辊两侧位置的浆料。本发明能够保证边缘不涂布,进而隔膜边缘涂液不会污染涂布机后续导向辊,免去很多清洁操作,并提高了产品品质,同时节省了涂布浆料。

耐磨损免擦网纹辊结构及具有该结构的涂布机
技术领域
本发明属于涂覆装置技术领域,具体涉及一种耐磨损免擦网纹辊结构及具有该结构的涂布机。
背景技术
涂布机主要用于隔膜、薄膜、纸张等的表面涂布工艺生产,现有的涂布机通常包括放卷单元a、涂布单元b、烘箱单元c、收卷单元d、以及一些必要的导向辊e。其中,涂布单元b包括浆料盒b1和网纹辊b2,在网纹辊的两侧设置有刮刀b3,工作时,通过网纹辊转动带起浆料盒中的浆液对隔膜f进行涂覆,并利用刮刀控制网纹辊带液的厚度,进而控制涂覆层的厚度。
由于刮刀b3直接与网纹辊接触,长期工作对网纹辊造成磨损,因此网纹辊的使用寿命较低。而且,现有的涂布机的网纹辊不能准确控制隔膜的涂覆区域,不能保证隔膜边缘不涂料,隔膜边缘涂料会污染涂布机后续的导向辊,导向辊脏污后会影响最终产品品质,因此,需要定期进行清洁操作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种耐磨损免擦网纹辊结构及具有该结构的涂布机。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种耐磨损免擦网纹辊结构,包括网纹辊、浆料槽、第一防溅挡板、第二防溅挡板和风刀组件;
所述网纹辊设置在浆料槽上方,第一防溅挡板安装在网纹辊的进料侧,第二防溅挡板安装在网纹辊的出料侧,通过第一防溅挡板和第二防溅挡板防止灰尘落入浆料及防止浆料飞溅,第一防溅挡板和第二防溅挡板与网纹辊之间采用非接触式安装,留有一定的间隙,以避免对网纹辊造成磨损;
所述风刀组件安装在网纹辊进料侧的第一防溅挡板上,风刀组件包括中间风刀、位于中间风刀左侧的左风刀和位于中间风刀右侧的右风刀,中间风刀的出风口对网纹辊施加风压,在中间风刀的风压作用下,去除网纹辊辊面的多余浆料并使网纹辊辊面均匀带液;通过中间风刀的风压调节能够实现较大范围内的网纹辊带液厚度调节;所述左风刀和右风刀分别对应隔膜边缘位置,左风刀和右风刀的压力要大于中间风刀的压力,且风压足够大,以保证在左风刀和右风刀的风压作用下,完全吹除隔膜边缘所对应的网纹辊两侧位置的浆料,这样,在网纹辊对隔膜进行涂覆时,由中间风刀所对应的网纹辊区域进行涂料,而左风刀和右风刀所对应的网纹辊区域由于涂料已经被完全吹除因此不会涂覆在隔膜上。
在上述技术方案中,中间风刀采用密集型的风刀结构,其进气口与风机连接,中间风刀的出风口间距较小且均匀,可形成较大且均匀的风压。
在上述技术方案中,所述左风刀和右风刀通过导轨滑动安装在第一防溅挡板上,能够沿导轨在第一防溅挡板上横向调整位置;所述中间风刀可拆卸的安装在第一防溅挡板上,进而可以方便的更换不同宽度规格的中间风刀;通过更换不同宽度规格的中间风刀,并调整左风刀和右风刀的位置,进而实现涂布宽度的调节。
在上述技术方案中,第一防溅挡板与网纹辊之间的间隙优选为1-3mm。
在上述技术方案中,第二防溅挡板与网纹辊之间的间隙优选为1-3mm。
在上述技术方案中,为了更好的保证网纹辊辊面带液以及防止浆料槽中的浆液凝结,在浆料槽内底部设置有超声波振板。
在上述技术方案中,在网纹辊上方设置有两个压辊。
一种涂布机,包括放卷单元、涂布单元、烘箱单元、收卷单元,所述涂布单元采用上述耐磨损免擦网纹辊结构,并在网纹辊上方设置有两个压辊,工作时,隔膜在网纹辊和压辊之间完成涂覆过程,然后进入烘箱单元,进行烘干,之后由收卷单元进行收卷。
本发明的优点和有益效果为:
1、能够准确的控制隔膜的涂覆区域,保证边缘不涂布,进而隔膜边缘涂液不会污染涂布机后续导向辊,免去很多清洁操作,并提高了产品品质,同时节省了涂布浆料。
2、能够根据来料幅宽和分切需求,调节隔膜废边不需涂布的量,方便灵活。
3、没有硬质刮刀直接接触网纹辊,大幅提高了网纹辊的使用寿命。
4、大幅提升网纹辊参数调节厚度的范围,原始刮刀配合情况4μm网纹辊通过速比、刮刀压力调节等可实现4±0.3μm范围内的调节,而本发明可实现4±1μm范围内的调节,可保证±0.2的厚度精度。
5、在浆料槽内底部设置有超声波振板,更好的保证网纹辊辊面带液以及防止浆料槽中的浆液凝结。

为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明方案,下面结合具体实施例进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例一
参见附图,一种耐磨损免擦网纹辊结构,包括网纹辊1、浆料槽2、第一防溅挡板3、第二防溅挡板4和风刀组件5。
所述耐磨损免擦网纹辊结构为卧式结构,网纹辊1设置在浆料槽2上方,第一防溅挡3板安装在网纹辊的进料侧(图中网纹辊的右侧),第二防溅挡板4安装在网纹辊的出料侧(图中网纹辊的左侧),通过第一防溅挡板和第二防溅挡板防止灰尘落入浆料及防止浆料飞溅,第一防溅挡板和第二防溅挡板与网纹辊之间采用非接触式安装,留有一定的间隙,以避免对网纹辊造成磨损。
所述风刀组件5安装在网纹辊的进料侧(图中网纹辊的右侧),进一步的说,风刀组件安装在网纹辊进料侧的第一防溅挡板上。所述风刀组件包括中间风刀5.1、位于中间风刀左侧的左风刀5.2和位于中间风刀右侧的右风刀5.3,中间风刀采用密集型的风刀结构,其进气口与风机连接,中间风刀的出风口间距较小且均匀,可形成较大且均匀的风压,中间风刀的出风口对网纹辊施加风压,在中间风刀的风压作用下,去除网纹辊辊面的多余浆料并使网纹辊辊面均匀带液;进一步的,通过调节风机频率,能够精确的调节中间风刀的风压,进而可通过中间风刀的风压调节实现较大范围内的网纹辊带液厚度调节功能;所述左风刀和右风刀分别对应隔膜边缘(无涂料)位置,左风刀和右风刀的压力要大于中间风刀的压力,且风压要足够大,以保证在左风刀和右风刀的风压作用下,完全吹除隔膜边缘所对应的网纹辊两侧位置的浆料,这样,在网纹辊对隔膜进行涂覆时,由中间风刀所对应的网纹辊区域进行涂料,而左风刀和右风刀所对应的网纹辊区域由于涂料已经被完全吹除因此不会涂覆在隔膜上。
实施例二
在实施例一的基础上,进一步的说,所述左风刀和右风刀通过导轨滑动安装在第一防溅挡板上,能够沿导轨在第一防溅挡板上横向(即,沿网纹辊轴向)调整位置;所述中间风刀可拆卸的安装在第一防溅挡板上,进而可以方便的更换不同宽度规格的中间风刀;通过更换不同宽度规格的中间风刀,并调整左风刀和右风刀的位置,进而实现涂布宽度的调节。
实施例三
进一步的说,第一防溅挡板与网纹辊之间的间隙优选为1-3mm,第二防溅挡板与网纹辊之间的间隙优选为1-3mm。
实施例四
在实施例一的基础上,进一步的说,为了更好的保证网纹辊辊面带液以及防止浆料槽中的浆液凝结,在浆料槽内底部设置有超声波振板6。
实施例五
一种涂布机,包括放卷单元a、涂布单元、烘箱单元c、收卷单元d,所述涂布单元采用上述耐磨损免擦网纹辊结构,并在网纹辊上方设置有两个压辊7,工作时,隔膜在网纹辊和压辊之间完成涂覆过程,然后进入烘箱单元,进行烘干,之后由收卷单元进行收卷。
以上对本发明做了示例性的描述,应该说明的是,在不脱离本发明的核心的情况下,任何简单的变形、修改或者其他本领域技术人员能够不花费创造性劳动的等同替换均落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种耐磨损免擦网纹辊结构,其特征在于:包括网纹辊、浆料槽、第一防溅挡板、第二防溅挡板和风刀组件;
所述网纹辊设置在浆料槽上方,第一防溅挡板安装在网纹辊的进料侧,第二防溅挡板安装在网纹辊的出料侧,通过第一防溅挡板和第二防溅挡板防止灰尘落入浆料及防止浆料飞溅,第一防溅挡板和第二防溅挡板与网纹辊之间采用非接触式安装,留有一定的间隙,以避免对网纹辊造成磨损;
所述风刀组件安装在网纹辊进料侧的第一防溅挡板上,风刀组件包括中间风刀、位于中间风刀左侧的左风刀和位于中间风刀右侧的右风刀,中间风刀的出风口对网纹辊施加风压,在中间风刀的风压作用下,去除网纹辊辊面的多余浆料并使网纹辊辊面均匀带液;通过中间风刀的风压调节能够实现较大范围内的网纹辊带液厚度调节;所述左风刀和右风刀分别对应隔膜边缘位置,左风刀和右风刀的压力要大于中间风刀的压力,且风压足够大,以保证在左风刀和右风刀的风压作用下,完全吹除隔膜边缘所对应的网纹辊两侧位置的浆料,这样,在网纹辊对隔膜进行涂覆时,由中间风刀所对应的网纹辊区域进行涂料,而左风刀和右风刀所对应的网纹辊区域由于涂料已经被完全吹除因此不会涂覆在隔膜上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨损免擦网纹辊结构,其特征在于:中间风刀采用密集型的风刀结构,其进气口与风机连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨损免擦网纹辊结构,其特征在于:所述左风刀和右风刀通过导轨滑动安装在第一防溅挡板上,能够沿导轨在第一防溅挡板上横向调整位置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的耐磨损免擦网纹辊结构,其特征在于:所述中间风刀可拆卸的安装在第一防溅挡板上,进而可以方便的更换不同宽度规格的中间风刀;通过更换不同宽度规格的中间风刀,并调整左风刀和右风刀的位置,进而实现涂布宽度的调节。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨损免擦网纹辊结构,其特征在于:第一防溅挡板与网纹辊之间的间隙优选为1-3mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨损免擦网纹辊结构,其特征在于:第二防溅挡板与网纹辊之间的间隙优选为1-3mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨损免擦网纹辊结构,其特征在于:为了更好的保证网纹辊辊面带液以及防止浆料槽中的浆液凝结,在浆料槽内底部设置有超声波振板。
8.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨损免擦网纹辊结构,其特征在于:在网纹辊上方设置有压辊。
9.根据权利要求8所述的耐磨损免擦网纹辊结构,其特征在于:压辊的数量为两个。
10.一种涂布机,包括放卷单元、涂布单元、烘箱单元、收卷单元,其特征在于:所述涂布单元采用权利要求1所述的耐磨损免擦网纹辊结构,并在网纹辊上方设置有两个压辊,工作时,隔膜在网纹辊和压辊之间完成涂覆过程,然后进入烘箱单元,进行烘干,之后由收卷单元进行收卷。
