The implementation principle of the system for treating sponge municipal sewage in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when rainwater enters the drainage well 1 through the opening at the top of the drainage well 1, the grating net can primarily filter larger garbage sundries, sewage with small garbage sundries enters the drainage well 1 and then is secondarily filtered through the filter screen 12, and the secondarily filtered sewage flows into a municipal drainage pipe through the drainage well 1; meanwhile, the garbage sundries filtered out by the filter screen 12 move towards the garbage inlet 22 along the inclination direction of the filter screen 12 due to the action of gravity, and then enter the garbage collection box 3 through the collection port 32, so that the garbage sundries are collected in the garbage collection box 3, the worker releases the hooking of the hook 211 and the fixing ring 261 to open the cover plate 21, the cover plate 21 drives the rotating shaft 5 to rotate while rotating, the rotating shaft 5 rotates to drive the gear 6 to rotate, so that the rack 7 meshed with the gear 6 moves downwards, the rack 7 drives the telescopic rod 8 to move downwards with the hinged end of the rack 7, so that the other end of the telescopic rod 8 is lifted to release the limit of the telescopic rod 8 on the garbage collection box 3, the garbage collection box 3 is lifted to the top opening of the garbage disposal well 2 under the action of the restoring force of the spring 4, so as to dispose the garbage sundries in the garbage collection box 3, simultaneously, the staff pushes down garbage collection box 3 to the bottom back of refuse disposal well 2, because the elastic block has increaseed the frictional force between 3 lateral walls of garbage collection box and the 2 inner walls of refuse disposal well to the trend that slows down 3 lifting of garbage collection box, so that the staff can close apron 21 through the lid and make telescopic link 8 reset before the top of garbage collection box 3 is higher than telescopic link 8, and then reach the fixed purpose to garbage collection box 3.
