2. The spot-removing whitening cosmetic containing an anti-black ingredient according to claim 1, wherein the spot-removing whitening component comprises at least one of shea butter, niacinamide, arbutin, oligopeptide, vitamin E, aloe vera extract and astaxanthin.
3. The spot-removing whitening cosmetic containing an anti-black component according to claim 1, wherein the anti-black component is nano pearl powder.
4. The spot-removing whitening cosmetic containing an anti-black component according to claim 1, wherein the auxiliary agent comprises an emulsifier, a humectant, a fat-imparting agent, a thickener, a preservative, an antioxidant, and a complexing agent;
the emulsifier is any one of a mixture of Tween-20 and span-20, a mixture of Tween-40 and span-40, a mixture of Tween-60 and span-60 and a mixture of Tween-80 and span-80, and the mass percentage content of the emulsifier in the cosmetic is 0.1-2.0%;
the humectant is any one of glycerol, propylene glycol, butanediol, sorbitol, polyethylene glycol 200 and hyaluronic acid, and the content of the humectant in the cosmetic is 0.1-2.0% by mass;
the fatting agent is any one of caprylic triglyceride, capric triglyceride, isopropyl palmitate, cetyl palmitate and cocoglyceride, and the mass percentage of the fatting agent in the cosmetic is 1.0% -10.0%;
any one of xanthan gum and xanthan gum serving as thickening agents is 0.1-1.0% of the cosmetic by mass percentage;
the preservative is any one of phenoxyethanol, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate, and the mass percentage of the preservative in the cosmetic is 0.05-0.5%;
the antioxidant is any one of ascorbyl palmitate, ethylhexyl glycerol and butyl hydroxy anisol, and the mass percentage of the antioxidant in the cosmetic is 0.1-1.0%;
the complexing agent is any one of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate and tetrasodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, and the mass percentage content of the complexing agent in the cosmetic is 0.05-0.5%.
5. A preparation method of a freckle-removing and whitening cosmetic containing an anti-black component is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: preparing nano pearl powder:
(1) selection of raw materials: selecting fresh water pearls without nucleuses;
(2) cleaning and drying: naturally drying at room temperature after cleaning;
(3) coarse crushing: pulverizing air-dried Margarita into coarse powder;
(4) fine powder: blending the pearl coarse powder into 10-20% slurry by using absolute ethyl alcohol, and further crushing the pearl coarse powder into pearl fine powder slurry by using a high-shear colloid mill;
(5) nano-grade crushing: pulverizing Margarita fine powder slurry into 50-100nm Margarita nanopowder slurry in a high shear homogenizer;
(6) and (3) drying: drying the nanometer pearl powder slurry in vacuum freeze drying equipment to obtain nanometer pearl powder;
step two: heating and dissolving various auxiliary agent components in deionized water at 50-60 ℃;
step three: and adding the whitening and freckle-removing component and the nano pearl powder into the solution to form a mixed solution, putting the mixed solution into an ultrasonic dispersion instrument, and uniformly dispersing and emulsifying the components in the mixed solution by utilizing ultrasonic vibration to obtain the whitening and freckle-removing product containing the anti-black component.

The method for preparing a freckle-removing and whitening cosmetic containing an anti-black component according to claim 7, wherein the three steps of dispersing and emulsifying are carried out by using an ultrasonic disperser, the mixed solution is placed in a liquid storage tank of the ultrasonic disperser, a body of the disperser, namely an ultrasonic generator, is started to generate ultrasonic waves, the ultrasonic waves are transmitted to the operating head through a connecting pipe, the operating head is inserted into the mixed solution by adjusting the height of the liquid storage tank through a pushing mechanism, and the ultrasonic vibration energy enables the two phases of solid and liquid to be uniformly dispersed and the two phases of liquid and liquid to be emulsified and fused, so that the uniform dispersion and emulsification of the mixed solution is realized;
