技术领域
本发明涉及配电箱技术领域,尤其涉及一种智能安全配电箱及其报警系统。
背景技术
电力是我国的重要能源之一,改革开放以来,随着国民经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的提高,社会用电量大为增加,各种电器设备及家用电器用量陡增,配电箱是家中或者是整个城市电力控制的设备,其主要功能是用来集中安装开关、仪表、灯电器设备的装置,配电箱一般是有控制板和箱体连接在一起,但是现在我们常见到的配电箱一般只有安装和保护功能,不能够在使用的时候实现故障报警,也不能监视周围情况,也有一些能够报警的配电箱,但是其安装的位置裸露在外,经常被风雨吹打,而且安装位置一般为侧面,具有视觉死角,而且配电箱由于内部温度过高会引起自燃,而目前的配电箱一般都具有散热的功能,但是以往的散热均是采用风扇都装置进行散热,但是电气火灾事故还在不断的增加。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种智能安全配电箱及其报警系统,不仅能够进行通风散热功能,还能对箱体内电器异常情况进行检测,及时处理并报警,提高了配电箱的安全性。
根据本发明一种智能安全配电箱,包括箱体和箱门,还包括:
通风系统,包括第一进气机构、第二进气机构和排气机构,所述第一进气机构设置在箱体一侧靠近底部,所述第二进气机构设置在第一进气机构的上方,所述第二进气机构内设有水汽过滤网,所述排气机构设置在箱体另一侧的上半部;
检测系统,包括烟雾检测模块、电压电流检测模块、湿度检测模块和温度检测模块,所述烟雾检测模块设置在箱体内顶部,所述电压电流检测模块设置在箱体内电路上,所述湿度检测模块和温度检测模块设置在箱体内的电器元件安装位置处;
排氧系统,包括二氧化碳罐、排气管道和排气头,所述二氧化碳罐与排气管道相接通,所述排气管道上设有若干排气头,所述排气头上设有排气电磁阀;
制冷装置,包括设置在排气机构下方的制冷空调;
报警系统,包括控制器、无线收发模块和报警器,所述控制器分别与上述通风系统、检测系统、排氧系统和制冷装置电性连接,所述控制器接收烟雾检测模块、电压电流检测模块、湿度检测模块和温度检测模块发送的数据并通过无线收发模块发送给调控室,所述控制器与无线收发模块和报警器电性连接,所述报警器设置在箱体顶部。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述第一进气机构和第二进气机构上均设有进气口和翻转板,所述翻转板均通过铰链安装在进气口上,所述第一进气机构处设有两个翻转板,所述第一进气机构处的翻转板通过第一驱动气缸组驱动其开启或闭合,所述第二进气机构处的翻转板通过第二驱动气缸组驱动其开启或闭合。
在本发明的另一些实施例中,所述排气机构包括安装壳体、设置在安装壳体内的一排通气管道,所述一排通气管道内设有抽气泵组。
在本发明的另一些实施例中,所述排氧系统中的排气管道设置在箱体后侧内壁上,所述排气头对准箱体内的电器元件。

一种智能安全配电箱的报警系统,包括控制器、无线收发模块、检测系统和报警器,所述检测系统包括烟雾检测模块、电压电流检测模块、湿度检测模块和温度检测模块,所述控制器接收烟雾检测模块、电压电流检测模块、湿度检测模块和温度检测模块发送来的检测信息,并通过无线收发模块发送给调控室,所述报警器对检测系统检测的异常信息进行报警。
在本发明的另一些实施例中,所述烟雾检测模块设置在箱体内顶部,所述电压电流检测模块设置在箱体内电路上,所述湿度检测模块和温度检测模块设置在箱体内的电器元件安装位置处,所述烟雾检测模块为烟雾检测器,所述电压电流检测模块为电压电流检测器,所述湿度检测模块为湿度传感器,所述温度检测模块为红外传感器。
本发明中,当箱体内部电器元件出现电流电压异常、电器元件温度过高、出现自燃时,均能检测到其信息,然后第一进气机构上的翻转板关闭,然后排气头上的电磁阀打开,向内排二氧化碳,而排气机构继续排气,使得箱体内充满二氧化碳,降低氧气含量,解决自燃继续进行,该配电箱不仅能通风散热,还能隔绝氧气防止继续自燃。而当箱体内湿度较大时(或阴雨天时),关闭第一进气机构,打开第二进气机构,空气经过水汽过滤网过滤,将水汽过滤掉,降低箱体内湿度,提高箱体内电器元件的安全性。而控制器可以接收检测系统检测的信息数据,将数据实时发送给调控室,对异常数据进行报警并发送给调控室,且配电箱上报警器报警,提醒非相关工作人员靠近。

通风系统,包括第一进气机构5、第二进气机构6和排气机构7,所述第一进气机构5设置在箱体1一侧靠近底部,所述第二进气机构6设置在第一进气机构5的上方,所述第二进气机构6内设有水汽过滤网,所述排气机构7设置在箱体1另一侧的上半部;
检测系统,包括烟雾检测模块、电压电流检测模块、湿度检测模块和温度检测模块,所述烟雾检测模块设置在箱体1内顶部,所述电压电流检测模块设置在箱体1内电路上,所述湿度检测模块和温度检测模块设置在箱体1内的电器元件安装位置处;

当箱体内部出现电流电压过载、电器元件高温或自燃产生烟雾现象时,第一进气机构5关闭(第二进气机构6也是关闭状态),进气机构处于密闭状态,外接无法向箱体内通入空气,排气机构7依然排气,但排氧系统向箱体内排入二氧化碳气体,充斥整个箱体1内,使得箱体1内氧气排出,阻绝自燃继续或发生。
当箱体1内温度过高时,通过通风系统已经无法达到降温效果,这时,控制器接收到检测的高温环境,就关闭通风系统,开启制冷空调8对箱体内进行制冷降温(冷凝水通过管道排到箱体外)。
当检测系统检测到异常信息时,就将信息发送给控制器,控制器将信息通过无线收发模块发送给调控室,进行相应操作。而无线收发模块也实时发送检测数据,同时,报警器报警,提醒非相关人员不要靠近配电箱。
整个系统采用配电箱内的电源供电。

Claims (5)

1.一种智能安全配电箱,包括箱体(1)和箱门(2),其特征在于:还包括:
通风系统,包括第一进气机构(5)、第二进气机构(6)和排气机构(7),所述第一进气机构(5)设置在箱体(1)一侧靠近底部,所述第二进气机构(6)设置在第一进气机构(5)的上方,所述第二进气机构(6)内设有水汽过滤网,所述排气机构(7)设置在箱体(1)另一侧的上半部;
检测系统,包括烟雾检测模块、电压电流检测模块、湿度检测模块和温度检测模块,所述烟雾检测模块设置在箱体(1)内顶部,所述电压电流检测模块设置在箱体(1)内电路上,所述湿度检测模块和温度检测模块设置在箱体(1)内的电器元件安装位置处;
排氧系统,包括二氧化碳罐(4)、排气管道(41)和排气头(411),所述二氧化碳罐(4)与排气管道(41)相接通,所述排气管道(41)上设有若干排气头(411),所述排气头(411)上设有排气电磁阀;
制冷装置,包括设置在排气机构(7)下方的制冷空调(8);
报警系统,包括控制器(3)、无线收发模块和报警器(11),所述控制器(3)分别与上述通风系统、检测系统、排氧系统和制冷装置电性连接,所述控制器(3)接收烟雾检测模块、电压电流检测模块、湿度检测模块和温度检测模块发送的数据并通过无线收发模块发送给调控室,所述控制器与无线收发模块和报警器(11)电性连接,所述报警器(11)设置在箱体(1)顶部;
所述排气机构(7)包括安装壳体(73)、设置在安装壳体(73)内的一排通气管道(71),所述一排通气管道(71)内设有抽气泵组(72)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能安全配电箱,其特征在于:所述第一进气机构(5)和第二进气机构(6)上均设有进气口和翻转板(51),所述翻转板(51)均通过铰链(53)安装在进气口上,所述第一进气机构(5)处设有两个翻转板(51),所述第一进气机构(5)处的翻转板(51)通过第一驱动气缸组(52)驱动其开启或闭合,所述第二进气机构(6)处的翻转板(51)通过第二驱动气缸组驱动其开启或闭合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能安全配电箱,其特征在于:所述排氧系统中的排气管道(41)设置在箱体(1)后侧内壁上,所述排气头(411)对准箱体(1)内的电器元件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能安全配电箱,其特征在于:所述烟雾检测模块为烟雾检测器,所述电压电流检测模块为电压电流检测器,所述湿度检测模块为湿度传感器,所述温度检测模块为红外传感器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能安全配电箱,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)和箱门(2)外壁均设有一层防火隔热陶瓷层(9)。
