In the embodiment of the present invention, in the process of putting commodities on shelves, a commodity production mechanism may configure a corresponding Bill of materials (Bill of material, which includes information such as production materials, usage amount, unit price of materials, total amount, unit, detailed description, and alarm value corresponding to insufficient stock) for the commodity, and obtain material information and material cost of the commodity from the Bill of materials, so that alternative materials corresponding to the goods on shelves, for example, for colored materials, green materials, red materials, blue materials, etc., may be used, meaning that there are multiple choices for the same functional material. For example, the list of chocolate materials includes: the cocoa mass, cocoa butter, cocoa powder and white granulated sugar are 65%, 15%, 5% and 15% respectively. The loss of each material was 10%.
The first device can obtain a material list configured when a commodity is on the shelf, analyze the selectable materials corresponding to the commodity contained in the material list, and push the commodity and the selectable materials corresponding to the commodity to the user terminal.

The user can browse the commodities on the shelf of the commodity production mechanism at the user terminal, and then can select the commodities to be purchased at the user terminal, and in order to meet the customized requirements of the user, the user can continuously select the production materials corresponding to the commodities for production, the production materials can be any materials in the alternative materials corresponding to the commodities, and after the user terminal selects the corresponding commodities and the production materials of the commodities, the user can carry out operations such as ordering and payment, so that orders related to the user can be generated.
The first device may obtain an order related to the user, analyze the order related to the user, and obtain order information of the user, where the order information at least includes a production material corresponding to a commodity, so that a production order corresponding to the commodity may be generated according to the order information. For example, for a commodity a, the required quantity of the materials corresponding to the commodity a is determined according to the production materials corresponding to the commodity a, and the inventory quantity of the materials corresponding to the commodity a is queried, as shown in table 3 below, it can be known that the inventory quantity of the materials does not satisfy the required quantity of the materials, so that a material prediction factor can be determined according to the consumption condition of the production materials, the variation condition of the production materials is predicted by using the material prediction factor, and the variation condition of the production materials is pushed to the second device.

The method comprises the steps of calculating consumption conditions of production materials in a plurality of different preset time periods, calculating target consumption conditions of the production materials based on the consumption conditions of the production materials corresponding to the different preset time periods, and determining a material prediction factor by using the target consumption conditions of the production materials, so as to complete determination of the material prediction factor.
For example, the consumption of the production materials in each month can be counted for 1-12 months, then the average consumption of the production materials is calculated according to the consumption of the production materials in each month in the 12 months, a material prediction factor is determined according to the average consumption of the production materials, the variation of the production materials is predicted by using the material prediction factor, and the variation of the production materials is pushed to the second equipment so as to inform the commodity production mechanism to store the production materials according to the variation of the production materials.
Wherein, because the consumption of the production materials in certain months is larger due to the existence of certain special cases (shopping nodes, promotion activities), the weight of these months can be adjusted (for example, the weight is increased) to calculate the average consumption of the production materials, and the embodiment of the present invention presets the corresponding relationship between the consumption case interval of the production materials and the material prediction factor, as shown in table 4 below.

According to the average consumption condition (9) of the production materials, determining a corresponding consumption condition interval (0-10) of the production materials, determining a coefficient (1) corresponding to the consumption condition interval, and determining a production material prediction factor: the average consumption condition (9) of the production materials is multiplied by a coefficient (1) corresponding to the consumption condition interval, namely the production material prediction factor is 9, the variation condition of the production materials is predicted by the production material prediction factor, namely the variation of the production materials is approximately 9, and then the variation condition of the production materials can be sent to the second equipment so as to inform the commodity production mechanism to carry out stock according to the variation condition of the production materials, namely the stock of the production materials with the approximate quantity of 9.
In addition, if the production of the commodity is finished by the commodity production mechanism, on one hand, the production list can be updated through the second equipment, the production list after updating comprises accessory material information (namely, production materials corresponding to the commodity) selected by the user for the commodity and additional material information, and on the other hand, the information that the production of the commodity is finished can be fed back through the second equipment. The additional material information may be actual material used for producing the commodity (in a specific embodiment, the actual material may include material lost during production), and this is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
The first device may send a request for obtaining the updated production order to the second device after receiving the message that the production of the commodity is completed, which is sent by the second device, and the second device may return the updated production order in response to the request, so that the first device may receive the updated production order sent by the second device.
For the extra material information contained in the updated production list, the production material residual amount corresponding to the commodity can be determined according to the extra material information and the total production material amount corresponding to the commodity, so that the synchronization of the production materials can be realized between the first equipment and the second equipment.
For example, for the updated production order containing the additional material information and the total amount of the production materials corresponding to the commodity, the remaining amount of the production materials corresponding to the commodity may be determined according to the additional material information and the total amount of the production materials corresponding to the commodity, as shown in table 5 below.

For the production material surplus corresponding to the commodity, whether the production material surplus corresponding to the commodity is smaller than a first preset threshold value or not can be judged, and the production material corresponding to the surplus smaller than the first preset threshold value is alarmed, wherein the alarm can be an alarm of insufficient production material, and a commodity production mechanism can be reminded of storing the production material in time.

For the remaining amount of the production materials corresponding to the commodity, whether the remaining amount of the production materials corresponding to the commodity is continuously higher than a second preset threshold value in a first time period can be judged, the production materials corresponding to the remaining amount of the production materials which are continuously higher than the second preset threshold value in the first preset time period are alarmed, the alarm can be an alarm of excessive materials, a commodity production mechanism can be prompted to research and develop other commodities, and the commodity is not sold well.

an information receiving module 530, configured to receive node information corresponding to each production node in a production flow returned by the second device in response to the production order, where the production flow is a flow started by the second device according to the production order and includes multiple production nodes;
and the information updating module 540 is configured to update the commodity progress information of the commodity according to the node information.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, as shown in fig. 6, including a processor 61, a communication interface 62, a memory 63, and a communication bus 64, where the processor 61, the communication interface 62, and the memory 63 complete mutual communication through the communication bus 64,
a memory 63 for storing a computer program;
the processor 61 is configured to implement the following steps when executing the program stored in the memory 63:
generating a production order corresponding to a commodity according to order information of a user, wherein the production order comprises accessory material information of the commodity; sending the production order to a second device; receiving node information corresponding to each production node in a production process returned by the second equipment in response to the production list, wherein the production process is a process which is started by the second equipment according to the production list and comprises a plurality of production nodes; and updating the commodity progress information of the commodity according to the node information.
The communication bus mentioned in the electronic device may be a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, or the like. The communication bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown, but this does not mean that there is only one bus or one type of bus.
The communication interface is used for communication between the electronic equipment and other equipment.
The Memory may include a Random Access Memory (RAM) or a non-volatile Memory (non-volatile Memory), such as at least one disk Memory. Optionally, the memory may also be at least one memory device located remotely from the processor.
The Processor may be a general-purpose Processor, and includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; the Integrated Circuit may also be a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, a discrete Gate or transistor logic device, or a discrete hardware component.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a storage medium is further provided, where instructions are stored, and when the storage medium runs on a computer, the storage medium causes the computer to execute the information synchronization method in any one of the above embodiments.
In yet another embodiment, a computer program product containing instructions is provided, which when run on a computer causes the computer to perform the information synchronization method of any of the above embodiments.
In the above embodiments, the implementation may be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware, firmware, or any combination thereof. When implemented in software, may be implemented in whole or in part in the form of a computer program product. The computer program product includes one or more computer instructions. Claims (13)

1. An information synchronization method applied to a first device, the method comprising:
generating a production order corresponding to a commodity according to order information of a user, wherein the production order comprises accessory material information of the commodity;
sending the production order to a second device;
receiving node information corresponding to each production node in a production process returned by the second equipment in response to the production list, wherein the production process is a process which is started by the second equipment according to the production list and comprises a plurality of production nodes;
and updating the commodity progress information of the commodity according to the node information.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a bill of materials configured when the commodity is on the shelf;
the method comprises the following steps of generating a production order corresponding to a commodity according to order information of a user, wherein the production order comprises accessory material information selected by the user for the commodity, and the method comprises the following steps:
and generating a production order corresponding to the commodity according to the order information of the user, wherein the production order comprises accessory material information selected from the bill of materials for the commodity by the user.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the accessory material information includes production material, the method further comprising:
determining the required quantity of the materials corresponding to the commodities according to the production materials;
inquiring the inventory quantity of the materials corresponding to the commodities;
if the inventory quantity of the materials does not meet the quantity required by the materials, determining a material prediction factor according to the consumption condition of the production materials;
predicting the change condition of the production materials by using the material prediction factors;
and pushing the change condition of the production material to the second equipment.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein determining a material predictor from consumption of the production material comprises:
respectively counting the consumption conditions of the production materials in a plurality of different preset time periods;
calculating target consumption conditions of the production materials based on the consumption conditions of the production materials corresponding to the production materials in a plurality of different preset time periods;
and determining a material prediction factor by using the target consumption condition of the production material.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
receiving the updated production order sent by the second device, wherein the updated production order comprises accessory material information selected by the user for the commodity and additional material information.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
and determining the production material residual amount corresponding to the commodity based on the total production material amount corresponding to the commodity and the additional material information.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
alarming the production materials of which the residual quantity is smaller than a first preset threshold value;
and alarming the production materials corresponding to the surplus continuously higher than a second preset threshold value within a first preset time period.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising:
responding to the query request of the user for the commodity production progress, and providing the commodity production progress for the user.
9. The method of any of claims 1 to 8, wherein said sending the production order to a second facility comprises:
determining the commodity production quantity corresponding to the commodity;
inquiring the inventory quantity of the commodities corresponding to the commodities;
and if the commodity inventory quantity does not meet the commodity production quantity, sending the production order to second equipment.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
and if the commodity inventory quantity meets the commodity production quantity, sending a commodity delivery notice to the second equipment, and updating the state of the production list to be finished.
11. An information synchronization apparatus applied to a first device, the apparatus comprising:
the production order generating module is used for generating a production order corresponding to the commodity according to order information of a user, and the production order comprises accessory material information of the commodity;
the production list sending module is used for sending the production list to second equipment;
an information receiving module, configured to receive node information corresponding to each production node in a production flow returned by the second device in response to the production order, where the production flow is a flow started by the second device according to the production order and includes multiple production nodes;
and the information updating module is used for updating the commodity progress information of the commodity according to the node information.
12. An electronic device is characterized by comprising a processor, a communication interface, a memory and a communication bus, wherein the processor and the communication interface are used for realizing mutual communication by the memory through the communication bus;
a memory for storing a computer program;
a processor for implementing the method steps of any one of claims 1 to 10 when executing a program stored in the memory.
13. A storage medium on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1-10.
