Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
FIG. 1 shows an architectural diagram of an intelligent procurement system of a supply chain according to one embodiment of the invention. As shown in FIG. 1, intelligent procurement system 100 of the supply chain includes merchant management system 110 and resource management system 120.
The merchant account information and the commodity information are synchronized in advance between the merchant management system 110 and the resource management system 120 to get through the merchant management system 110 and the resource management system 120, so that the merchant management system 110 and the resource management system 120 can be conveniently logged in by using the same merchant account at the same time, information transmission between the merchant management system 110 and the resource management system 120 is realized, and the barrier between the two systems is broken. Synchronization of merchant account information is achieved, for example, by using the same merchant account information to authorize both the merchant management system 110 and the resource management system 120.
In this embodiment, preferably, the merchant management system 110 may adopt, for example, a POS system, which is disposed in a merchant store and facilitates real-time acquisition of order information and the like generated by a user placing an order, and the resource management system 120 may adopt, for example, an ERP system. In the prior art, when two systems are used, due to barriers between the systems, information synchronization processing needs to be manually performed between the two systems, and information between the two systems cannot be synchronized in real time. By using the embodiment, the merchant management system 110 and the resource management system 120 are communicated, so that the information between the merchant management system 110 and the resource management system 120 in the intelligent purchasing system of the supply chain is synchronized in real time, and the merchant does not need to manually input the information. The resource management system 120 can quickly and synchronously obtain various information in the merchant management system 110 in real time, and the resource management system 120 can also synchronize various information stored in the resource management system to the merchant management system 110, so that information synchronization between the two systems is realized. The merchant management system 110 may synchronize to the resource management system 120 when acquiring the order information, or synchronize to the resource management system 120 when the order information performs cash settlement, and the synchronization timing may be set according to an implementation situation, which is not limited herein.
Specifically, for the merchant management system 110, the order may be directly placed by the user at the user terminal to obtain the corresponding order information, or the order may be placed in the system itself to obtain the corresponding order information. The order information comprises at least one commodity information. For example, the order information includes commodity information such as a plurality of commodity names, commodity numbers, commodity specifications (large, small, 300ml, 500ml, and the like), and commodity remarks (ice adding, ice removing, half sugar, sugar free, and the like). The order information has the characteristic of real-time performance, and is generated according to the user requirement, after the merchant management system 110 in the shop acquires the order information containing at least one commodity information, the order information is synchronized in real time to the same merchant account information in the resource management system 120 through pre-synchronized merchant account information, so that the real-time performance of the order information synchronously acquired by the resource management system 120 is guaranteed. The merchant management system 110 obtains the order information, and provides the merchant with functions such as intra-shop area management (e.g., dining area and dining table management), merchandise management, merchandise display information management, and the like, so that the merchant can manage the operation of the merchant more conveniently. When order information is synchronized between the merchant management system 110 and the resource management system 120, the merchant management system 110 may trigger a synchronization operation, synchronize the order information into the resource management system 120 through network transmission, or provide an access interface to be processed by the resource management system 120 by reading the order information, which is not limited herein.
After receiving the order information synchronized by the merchant management system 110, the resource management system 120 correlates the inventory managed in the resource management system 120 with raw material information because the order information includes commodity information. Therefore, the resource management system 120 further needs to convert at least one item information included in the order information into at least one raw material information, and perform addition/deletion processing on the current stock raw material information according to the converted at least one raw material information. The resource management system 120 and the merchant management system 110 synchronize commodity information in advance, and after the resource management system 120 obtains the order information, the commodity information included in the order information can be converted into at least one type of raw material information according to a preset commodity ratio table. The raw material information includes, for example, a raw material name and a raw material number. The preset commodity proportioning table comprises commodity information and raw material information required to be consumed by a single commodity. For example, the commodity information contained in the order information includes boiled fish, 2 shares and large shares. The resource management system 120 finds the raw material information required to be consumed, such as raw material 1xx gram, raw material 2xx gram and raw material 3xx gram … …, corresponding to a single part of the boiled fish product from the preset product ratio table. And converting the commodity information contained in the order information into specific corresponding raw material information according to the raw material information required to be consumed by the single commodity.
Further, the order information can be divided into a plurality of different order information such as order placing and returning of the user. When the order information is order information for a user to place an order, the resource management system 120 performs inventory deduction deletion operation on inventory raw material information after converting commodity information contained in the order information into specific corresponding raw material information; when the order information is order information of a returned order, the resource management system 120 converts the commodity information included in the order information into specific corresponding raw material information, and then performs stock increase operation on the stock raw material information, thereby completing calculation of the stock raw material information in real time according to the order information and ensuring the accuracy of the stock raw material information. Meanwhile, the resource management system 120 can store accurate inventory raw material information, so that the data of the sellable commodities can be calculated conveniently according to a preset commodity ratio table (the data of the commodities which can be manufactured and sold can be reproduced by utilizing the current inventory raw material information can be reversely deduced), the sellable commodity data is synchronized to the merchant management system 110, the merchant can sell the commodities according to the sellable commodity data, and the situation that the user is notified that the selected commodities are sold out after ordering is avoided.
After the resource management system 120 obtains the stock raw material information after the addition and deletion processing, an estimated purchase order can be generated directly according to the stock raw material data and provided to the purchase platform 200 to complete the purchase, thereby reducing the dependence on the personal experience of the merchant. Specifically, the resource management system 120 generates the estimated purchase order according to the estimated influence factor according to the stock raw material information after the adding and deleting process. The predicted impact factors include: historical procurement data, business periodicity data. The resource management system 120 generates a corresponding pre-estimated purchase order by referring to historical inventory raw material information, historical purchase orders, and the like in the historical purchase data. When generating the pre-estimated purchase order, the resource management system 120 may also combine with business periodicity data that affects store operations, such as current weather (heavy rain, high temperature, etc.) may affect store sales; and (4) adjusting and generating estimated purchase orders by data such as holidays (different holidays such as seventy days, morning and mid-autumn affect seasonal commodity sales, and the holidays cause different passenger flow rates from weekdays and affect store sales). The generated pre-estimated purchase order includes the name of the raw material to be purchased, the type of the raw material, the quantity of the raw material, and the like, so that the purchasing platform 200 can provide the corresponding raw material according to the pre-estimated purchase order to supplement the inventory. Further, the resource management system 120 provides a modification entry, a determination entry, and the like of the pre-estimated purchase order, so that the pre-estimated purchase order can be modified and adjusted according to unpredictable situations such as actual situations or emergency situations, and the pre-estimated purchase order is more suitable for the current shop. The merchant can confirm the pre-estimated purchase order through the confirmation entry, and the merchant is helped to know specific purchase content. The resource management system 120 provides the functions of generating and estimating the purchase order, commodity management, raw material inventory management, cost management, purchasing platform information management, data report management and the like for the merchant, so as to realize the management of the whole process from purchasing to inventory consumption of resources.
Further, the pre-estimated purchase order may include all raw materials to be purchased, but in practical applications, one purchasing platform 200 may not be able to provide purchases for all raw materials, and there are multiple purchasing platforms 200 that provide raw materials together to complete one pre-estimated purchase order. The resource management system 120 further needs to split the pre-estimated purchase order according to the available raw materials of each purchasing platform 200 to obtain a plurality of pre-estimated purchase sub-orders. Each pre-estimated purchase sub-order corresponds to one purchasing platform 200, and the raw materials contained in the pre-estimated purchase sub-order are raw materials which can be purchased by the purchasing platform 200. The resource management system 120 provides the plurality of pre-estimated purchase sub-orders to the corresponding purchasing platforms 200, and the purchasing platforms 200 provide the corresponding raw materials according to the pre-estimated purchase sub-orders, thereby completing the purchasing of the raw materials. The purchasing platform 200 may use a third-party purchasing platform, which receives the estimated purchasing order or the estimated purchasing sub-order, and returns the raw material according to the raw material contained in the estimated purchasing order or the estimated purchasing sub-order to complete the purchasing of the raw material.
Optionally, the intelligent procurement system 100 of the supply chain may also include an automatic acceptance device 130.
The account information of the merchants is synchronized in advance between the automatic acceptance device 130 and the resource management system 120, so that the automatic acceptance device 130 can conveniently perform automatic acceptance and warehousing processing on at least one raw material delivered by the purchasing platform 200, and the received raw material information can be synchronously returned to the resource management system 120 by directly utilizing the synchronized account information of the merchants. The resource management system 120 updates the stock raw material information according to the synchronously returned receiving raw material information, completes automatic acceptance and warehousing, and reduces the cost of manual acceptance and warehousing. The automatic acceptance check device 130 may adopt devices such as an intelligent electronic scale, and automatically complete the raw material acceptance by scanning and identifying the raw material delivered by the purchasing platform 200, weighing the raw material, identifying the quantity, and the like. The automatic acceptance device 130 can also perform acceptance processing such as quality inspection on the raw materials, and when the acceptance is not qualified, the automatic acceptance device can feed back the purchasing platform 200 to perform return and exchange processing and the like.
According to the intelligent purchasing system of the supply chain, provided by the invention, the merchant management system and the resource management system which are used by merchants and arranged in a store are used for synchronizing the account information, the commodity information and the order information of the merchants, and the merchant management system and the resource management system are communicated, so that the resource management system can conveniently add and delete stock raw material information according to real-time order information, and further, estimated purchase orders are automatically generated according to the stock raw material information, and the dependence on creating the purchase orders according to manual experience is reduced. Furthermore, the resource management system provides the pre-estimated purchase order to the purchase platform, the automatic acceptance equipment is used for automatically completing acceptance and warehousing processing of the raw materials, the received raw material information is synchronously sent to the resource management system to complete updating of the stock raw material information, manual warehousing of a merchant is not needed, labor cost is saved, and the problems of acceptance errors and the like during manual warehousing are solved.
FIG. 2 illustrates a flow diagram of a supply chain procurement method according to one embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 2, the supply chain purchasing method specifically includes the following steps:
step S201, obtaining order information including at least one commodity information, and synchronizing the order information to the resource management system.
The merchant management system is a POS system which is arranged in a merchant shop and is convenient for acquiring order information and the like generated by ordering of a user in real time. The merchant management system can obtain the corresponding order information by directly placing an order at the user terminal by the user, and can also obtain the corresponding order information by placing an order in the system of the merchant management system. The order information has the characteristic of real-time performance and is generated according to the user requirements.
After the merchant management system acquires order information containing at least one commodity information, the order information is synchronized to the same merchant account information in the resource management system in real time through pre-synchronized merchant account information, and the real-time performance of the order information synchronously acquired by the resource management system is guaranteed. When order information is synchronized between the merchant management system and the resource management system, the merchant management system may trigger a synchronization operation, synchronize the order information into the resource management system through network transmission, or provide an access interface to be processed in a manner of reading the order information by the resource management system, and the like, which is not limited herein.
Step S202, converting at least one commodity information into at least one raw material information, and performing addition and deletion processing on stock raw material information according to the at least one raw material information.
After the resource management system receives the order information synchronized by the merchant management system, the order information contains commodity information, and the inventory managed in the resource management system is related to raw material information. Therefore, the resource management system needs to convert at least one item information included in the order information into at least one raw material information, so as to facilitate performing addition and deletion processing on the current stock raw material information according to the converted at least one raw material information. The resource management system and the merchant management system synchronize commodity information in advance, and after the resource management system obtains the order information, the commodity information contained in the order information can be converted into at least one raw material information according to a preset commodity ratio table. The raw material information includes, for example, a raw material name and a raw material number. The preset commodity proportioning table comprises commodity information and raw material information required to be consumed by a single commodity. For example, the commodity information contained in the order information includes boiled fish, 2 shares and large shares. The resource management system finds the information of raw materials required to be consumed, such as 1xx g of raw materials, 2xx g of raw materials and 3xx g … …, corresponding to a single part of boiled fish commodity from a preset commodity ratio table. And converting the commodity information contained in the order information into specific corresponding raw material information according to the raw material information required to be consumed by the single commodity.
The order information can be divided into a plurality of different order information such as order placing and returning of the user. When the order information is order information of a user, the resource management system converts commodity information contained in the order information into specific corresponding raw material information, and then deleting operation of stock deduction is carried out on the stock raw material information; when the order information is order information of a returned order, the resource management system converts commodity information contained in the order information into specific corresponding raw material information, and then performs stock increasing operation on the stock raw material information, so that the stock raw material information is calculated in real time according to the order information, and the accuracy of the stock raw material information is guaranteed.
And step S203, generating a pre-estimated purchase order according to the inventory raw material information after the adding and deleting processing, and providing the pre-estimated purchase order to a purchase platform to complete purchase.
After the resource management system obtains the inventory raw material information after the addition and deletion processing, an estimated purchase order can be directly generated according to the inventory raw material data and provided for a purchase platform to complete purchase, and the dependence on the personal experience of a merchant is reduced. Specifically, the resource management system generates the estimated purchase order according to the estimated influence factors according to the stock raw material information after the adding and deleting processing. The predicted impact factors include: historical procurement data, business periodicity data. And the resource management system generates a corresponding pre-estimated purchase order by referring to historical stock raw material information, historical purchase orders and the like in the historical purchase data. When the resource management system generates the pre-estimated purchase order, the system can also combine with business periodic data which influences the operation of the shop, for example, the current weather (heavy rain, high temperature and the like) can influence the sales of the shop; and (4) adjusting and generating estimated purchase orders by data such as holidays (different holidays such as seventy days, morning and mid-autumn affect seasonal commodity sales, and the holidays cause different passenger flow rates from weekdays and affect store sales). The generated pre-estimated purchase order comprises the name of raw materials to be purchased, the type of the raw materials, the quantity of the raw materials and the like, and a purchasing platform can provide the corresponding raw materials according to the pre-estimated purchase order conveniently to supplement the inventory. Furthermore, the resource management system also provides a modification entrance, a determination entrance and the like of the pre-estimated purchase order, so that the pre-estimated purchase order can be modified and adjusted conveniently according to unpredictable conditions such as actual conditions or emergency conditions and the like by a merchant, and the pre-estimated purchase order is more consistent with the requirements of the current shop. The merchant can confirm the pre-estimated purchase order through the confirmation entry, and the merchant is helped to know specific purchase content.
Further, the pre-estimated purchase order may include all raw materials to be purchased, but in practical applications, one purchasing platform may not provide the purchase for all raw materials, and there are multiple purchasing platforms that provide the raw materials together to complete one pre-estimated purchase order. The resource management system also needs to split the pre-estimated purchase order according to the available raw materials of each purchasing platform to obtain a plurality of pre-estimated purchase sub-orders. Each pre-estimated purchase sub-order corresponds to a purchasing platform, and raw materials contained in the pre-estimated purchase sub-order are raw materials which can be purchased by the purchasing platform. The resource management system provides a plurality of pre-estimated purchase sub-orders to each corresponding purchasing platform respectively, and each purchasing platform provides corresponding raw materials according to the pre-estimated purchase sub-orders to complete the purchase of the raw materials. The purchasing platform can use a third-party purchasing platform, and after receiving the estimated purchasing order or the estimated purchasing sub-order, the purchasing platform returns the goods according to the raw materials contained in the estimated purchasing order or the estimated purchasing sub-order to complete the purchasing of the raw materials.
Optionally, this embodiment further includes the following steps:
and step S204, automatically checking and warehousing at least one raw material delivered by the purchasing platform, and synchronously returning received raw material information to the resource management system.
The automatic checking and accepting equipment can adopt equipment such as an intelligent electronic scale, and can automatically complete raw material receiving through weighing, quantity identification and the like of raw materials by scanning and identifying the raw materials delivered by the purchasing platform. The automatic acceptance check equipment can also carry out acceptance check processing such as quality check on the raw materials, and when the acceptance check is unqualified, the automatic acceptance check equipment can feed back the purchasing platform to carry out goods returning and changing processing and the like.
After the automatic acceptance equipment automatically accepts and puts in storage at least one raw material delivered by the purchasing platform, the synchronous merchant account information can be directly utilized to synchronously return the received raw material information to the resource management system.
In step S205, the stock material information is updated according to the received material information that is synchronously returned.
And the resource management system updates the stock raw material information according to the synchronously returned receiving raw material information, so that the accuracy of the stock raw material information is guaranteed.
