Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型流量控制活门,涉及管道的流量控制领域,包括管道,所述管道的外侧安装有密封管,所述密封管内设有插设至管道内部的多个流量调节板,所述密封管的内壁上设有伺服电机和齿环,所述伺服电机的驱动端固定有齿轮,且齿轮与齿环相互啮合,所述齿环通密封垫与密封管的内壁滑动连接,所述齿环远离伺服电机的一侧固定有斜齿环,所述密封管的内壁且靠近斜齿环的一侧转动安装有多个螺纹杆,所述螺纹杆的顶端安装有斜齿轮,且斜齿轮与斜齿环相互啮合,所述螺纹杆的底端与流量调节板螺纹安装。本方案的流量控制活门,通过各个结构的设置可对管道内流体的流量实现快速便捷且稳定的调节,其调节范围在在0‑100%,不会影响管道原有的流量。

一种新型流量控制活门
技术领域
本发明涉及管道的流量控制技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型流量控制活门。
背景技术
随着工业科技的发展,管道流体切换的应用逐渐增多,活门作为管道流量控制的重要设备,快速响应性能成为活门的重要设计指标,尤其是在航空、核电等领域,在遇到特殊工况时,需要对管道内流体实现快速的流通或阻断控制。
经检索,中国专利号CN 206310049公开了及一种流量控制活门装置。环形的活门挡板上有密封垫片;固定在流体通道内的活门主轴,其一端是活门柔性蒙皮,在活门柔性蒙皮内侧周向安装有若干蒙皮骨架;在活门主轴的杆部安装有滑块以及与其连接的电机,若干活动支撑杆一端与所述滑块铰接,另一端与相应的蒙皮骨架铰接。
现有技术中的流量控制活门具有如下缺点:在对管道的流量调节时,其管道内部的各个结构部件会占用管道的内部空间,造成对流体的阻挡,降低了管道原有的流体通过量,是对管道功能的占用和浪费,同时流量调节时,其内部的活门柔性蒙皮运动不稳定,对结构自身的损伤也较大,因此我们重新提出一种新型流量控制活门。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺陷,而提出的一种新型流量控制活门。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种新型流量控制活门,包括管道,所述管道的外侧安装有密封管,所述密封管内设有插设至管道内部的多个流量调节板,所述密封管的内壁上设有伺服电机和齿环,所述伺服电机的驱动端固定有齿轮,且齿轮与齿环相互啮合,所述齿环通密封垫与密封管的内壁滑动连接,所述齿环远离伺服电机的一侧固定有斜齿环,所述密封管的内壁且靠近斜齿环的一侧转动安装有多个螺纹杆,所述螺纹杆的顶端安装有斜齿轮,且斜齿轮与斜齿环相互啮合,所述螺纹杆的底端与流量调节板螺纹安装;
每个所述流量调节板均贯穿开设有通孔,通孔的一侧通过安装有弹簧固定有活动式密封板。
进一步地,所述管道的外壁对应流量调节板的位置处安装有挡环,且挡环与流量调节板的表面滑动接触。
进一步地,所述流量调节板的个数为三个,所述螺纹杆的个数为三个,且螺纹杆与流量调节板螺纹连接。
进一步地,所述流量调节板内开设有螺纹孔,所述流量调节板通过螺纹孔与螺纹杆螺纹连接,所述通孔的个数为两个,且对称分布在螺纹孔的两侧。
进一步地,所述流量调节板的底端均安装密封垫。
进一步地,所述管道贯穿开设有三个相互独立的插孔,所述流量调节板通过插孔插设至管道内。
进一步地,所述管道的外侧安装有控制器,所述控制器与伺服电机电连接。
进一步地,所述限位滑座呈T形结构,所述密封管的内壁开设有与限位滑座向匹配的限位滑槽。
相比于现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本方案通过控制多个流量调节板的相互靠近或者远离,对管道内的流体实现连续稳定的流量调节。
2、流量调节板对管道内流体的流量调节更加简单,可实现完全的闭合和畅通,调节范围在0-100%。
综上所述,本方案的流量控制活门,通过各个结构的设置可对管道内流体的流量实现快速便捷且稳定的调节,其调节范围在在0-100%,不会影响管道原有的流量。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。

参照图1-7,一种新型流量控制活门,包括管道1,管道1的外侧安装有密封管2,密封管2内设有插设至管道1内部的多个流量调节板5,密封管2的内壁上设有伺服电机6和齿环8,伺服电机6的驱动端固定有齿轮7,且齿轮7与齿环8相互啮合,齿环8通密封垫13与密封管2的内壁滑动连接,齿环8远离伺服电机6的一侧固定有斜齿环9,密封管2的内壁且靠近斜齿环9的一侧转动安装有多个螺纹杆10,螺纹杆10的顶端安装有斜齿轮11,且斜齿轮11与斜齿环9相互啮合,螺纹杆10的底端与流量调节板5螺纹安装;
每个流量调节板5均贯穿开设有通孔15,通孔15的一侧通过安装有弹簧17固定有活动式密封板16。
活动式密封板16通过弹簧17活动安装在通孔15内,其目的在于防止流量调节板5发生意外无法提升时,随着管道1内的压力增加,可流体冲开活动式密封板16,从而通过通孔15流过流量调节板5。
管道1的外壁对应流量调节板5的位置处安装有挡环4,且挡环4与流量调节板5的表面滑动接触。挡环4可采用金属材质或者橡胶材质,其一方面可增加流量调节板5在移动时的稳定性,同时增加管道1与流量调节板5之间的密封性,
流量调节板5的个数为三个,螺纹杆10的个数为三个,且螺纹杆10与流量调节板5螺纹连接。三个流量调节板5在向管道1内移动时,相互对接,将管道1内的通道进行逐渐闭合,实现流量的调节,最终实现封闭。图3中即为流量调节板5实现封闭时的状态。
流量调节板5内开设有螺纹孔14,流量调节板5通过螺纹孔14与螺纹杆10螺纹连接,通孔15的个数为两个,且对称分布在螺纹孔14的两侧。
流量调节板5的底端均安装密封垫13。密封垫13可增加流量调节板5在密封时的密封性,确保流体无法通过。
管道1贯穿开设有三个相互独立的插孔,流量调节板5通过插孔插设至管道1内。
管道1的外侧安装有控制器3,控制器3与伺服电机6电连接。控制器3用于控制伺服电机6进行正装和反转。
限位滑座12呈T形结构,密封管2的内壁开设有与限位滑座12向匹配的限位滑槽。限位滑座12在限位滑槽内滑动,从而实现齿环8在密封管2内壁上的滑动。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:流体在管道1的内部一侧(图2中从右向左)流动,通过控制器控制伺服电机6正转和反转,转动时通过齿轮7与齿环8啮合,齿环8在转动时又可以通过斜齿环9与每个斜齿轮11啮合,从而带动每个螺纹杆10转动,螺纹杆与对应的流量调节板5内部的螺纹孔14配合,从而控制流量调节板5通过插孔向管道1内移动,本实施例中,当三个流量调节板5相互靠近的过程中,可不断的减小管道1内流体的流量,最终可完全封闭,实现流体的截停,相反的,当三个流量调节板5相互远离的过程中,可不断的增加管道1内流体的流量,最后实现管道1的完全畅通。

1.一种新型流量控制活门,包括管道(1),其特征在于,所述管道(1)的外侧安装有密封管(2),所述密封管(2)内设有插设至管道(1)内部的多个流量调节板(5),所述密封管(2)的内壁上设有伺服电机(6)和齿环(8),所述伺服电机(6)的驱动端固定有齿轮(7),且齿轮(7)与齿环(8)相互啮合,所述齿环(8)通密封垫(13)与密封管(2)的内壁滑动连接,所述齿环(8)远离伺服电机(6)的一侧固定有斜齿环(9),所述密封管(2)的内壁且靠近斜齿环(9)的一侧转动安装有多个螺纹杆(10),所述螺纹杆(10)的顶端安装有斜齿轮(11),且斜齿轮(11)与斜齿环(9)相互啮合,所述螺纹杆(10)的底端与流量调节板(5)螺纹安装;
每个所述流量调节板(5)均贯穿开设有通孔(15),所述通孔(15)的一侧通过安装有弹簧(17)固定有活动式密封板(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型流量控制活门,其特征在于,所述管道(1)的外壁对应流量调节板(5)的位置处安装有挡环(4),且挡环(4)与流量调节板(5)的表面滑动接触。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型流量控制活门,其特征在于,所述流量调节板(5)的个数为三个,所述螺纹杆(10)的个数为三个,且螺纹杆(10)与流量调节板(5)螺纹连接。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型流量控制活门,其特征在于,所述流量调节板(5)内开设有螺纹孔(14),所述流量调节板(5)通过螺纹孔(14)与螺纹杆(10)螺纹连接,所述通孔(15)的个数为两个,且对称分布在螺纹孔(14)的两侧。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型流量控制活门,其特征在于,所述流量调节板(5)的底端均安装密封垫(13)。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种新型流量控制活门,其特征在于,所述管道(1)贯穿开设有三个相互独立的插孔,所述流量调节板(5)通过插孔插设至管道(1)内。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型流量控制活门,其特征在于,所述管道(1)的外侧安装有控制器(3),所述控制器(3)与伺服电机(6)电连接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型流量控制活门,其特征在于,所述限位滑座(12)呈T形结构,所述密封管(2)的内壁开设有与限位滑座(12)向匹配的限位滑槽。
