Abstract

一种往复式压缩机填料密封机构,包括填料密封环、漏气密封环、减压环和金属弹簧圈,并在减压环前端活塞杆与盒体间设若干个依次排列的环行密封环槽,环槽与环槽之间形成一系列截流间隙与膨胀空腔,被密封介质在通过曲折迷宫的间隙时产生节流效应,通过迷宫式密封环槽的设置,气缸中的高压气体首先在迷宫环槽处进行一级减压,降低气缸内高压气体的冲击,提高密封环的密封效果,增加填料密封结构的使用寿命,该结构可适用于填料密封压差高达40MPa的储气库压缩机及20MPa密封压差的无油压缩机。同时为提高高压填料现场维护的便利性,将连接填料盒的拉杆进行分段式设计,可以将填料分为两段进行拆卸。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种往复式压缩机填料密封机构。
背景技术
往复式压缩机填料是用于阻止气缸中的气体通过活塞杆向中体泄露的密封元件,一般高压填料结构如图1,通过减压环及主密封环来进行减压和密封,在受到高压气体冲击时,减压环及密封环外圈螺旋弹簧往往易发生断裂,密封环寿命较低,目前35MPa以上高压往复式压缩机多采用级差气缸形式,避免填料的密封压力过高,无油压缩机受制于填料密封性能及寿命一般密封压力不超过10MPa。传统高压填料由于减压环和密封环环组数量多,填料组件结构尺寸长,在现场安装维修不便,有时必须拆卸气缸才能完成填料的更换,维修成本高周期长。
发明内容
本发明要解决的背景技术问题是提供一种往复式压缩机填料密封机构,能够减小填料密封压力,提高弹簧强度,延长填料密封使用寿命,提高填料维修便利性。
为了解决上述问题,本发明要解决的技术方案为:
一种往复式压缩机填料密封机构,包括多个填料密封环、漏气密封环、第一减压环、第二减压环和金属弹簧圈,在第一减压环前端设有迷宫式密封环槽,在填料法兰与填料盒连接处设有分段连接式拉杆。
所述迷宫式密封环槽具有多道,且沿活塞杆方向轴向布置。
所述金属弹簧圈安装在减压环及密封环上,金属弹簧圈为非螺旋式弹簧并具有开口。
所述分段式连接拉杆使得填料组件可分为两段进行拆装。
本发明的有益效果是:
通过在减压环前端活塞杆与盒体间设若干个依次排列的环行密封环槽,环槽与环槽之间形成一系列截流间隙与膨胀空腔,被密封介质在通过曲折迷宫的间隙时产生节流效应,气缸中的高压气体首先在迷宫环槽处进行一级减压,降低气缸内高压气体的冲击,然后在通过两个减压环进行二级和三级减压,组合减压效果最终使气体压力降低至中低压,降低密封环工作摩擦热量,提高密封环的密封效果,粗线经的金属弹簧圈可以承受高压气体冲击时而不发生断裂损坏,提高密封环的密封效果,增加填料密封结构的使用寿命,同时为提高高压填料现场维护的便利性,将连接填料盒的拉杆进行分段式设计,可以将填料分为两段进行拆卸。该结构可适用于填料密封压差高达40MPa的储气库压缩机及20MPa密封压差的无油压缩机。

具体实施方式
如图2和3所示,一种往复式压缩机填料密封机构,包括多个填料密封环4、漏气密封环5、第一减压环2、第二减压环3和金属弹簧圈13,并在第一减压环2减压环前端活塞杆与盒体间设若干个依次排列的环行密封环槽1,环槽与环槽之间形成一系列截流间隙与膨胀空腔,被密封介质在通过曲折迷宫的间隙时产生节流效应,通过迷宫式密封环槽1的设置,压缩机气缸中的高压气体首先在迷宫环槽处进行一级减压,降低气缸内高压气体的冲击,然后在通过第一减压环2、第二减压环3进行二级和三级减压,组合减压效果最终使气体压力降低至中低压,降低密封环4工作摩擦热量,提高密封环4的密封效果,提高密封环的密封效果,增加填料密封结构的使用寿命。填料设有2个润滑油油孔,第一个注油孔12位于第一组密封环4后面,第二个注油孔11与第一个注油孔12间隔2个填料密封环4,以保证在活塞杆往复运动时可以将润滑油均匀布置到每一个环组上。填料还设油排污口10,用于排泄油污和填料泄露的气体。0.1MPa~0.15MPa的氮气通过充氮孔9注入填料组件,避免密封介质泄露到中体及机体中。该结构可适用于填料密封压差高达40MPa的储气库压缩机及20MPa密封压差的无油压缩机。
作为上述实施方式的优选方式,所述迷宫式密封环槽1具有多道,且沿活塞杆方向往复方向布置。如图3该迷宫环槽设有3道,与减压环2和减压环3对压缩机气缸内高压气体三级减压,更好得减小气体压力。
为提高填料结构可靠性,所述金属弹簧圈13安装在减压环及密封环上,金属弹簧圈13为非螺旋式弹簧并具有开口15,结构如图4。
为提高填料组件维修得便利性所述分段式连接拉杆7使得填料组件中法兰6与填料盒可分为两段进行拆装。

1.一种往复式压缩机填料密封机构,包括漏气密封环槽(5)、多个填料密封环(4)、第一减压环(2)、第二减压环(3)、弹簧圈(14)和迷宫密封环槽(1),在填料法兰(6)与填料盒连接处设有分段连接式拉杆(7),其特征在于:在第一减压环(2)前端设有迷宫式密封环槽(1)、弹簧圈(14)及分段式连接拉杆(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种往复式压缩机填料密封机构,其特征在于:迷宫式密封环槽(1)具有多道,且沿活塞杆往复运行方向布置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种往复式压缩机填料密封机构,其特征在于:弹簧圈(14)安装在第一减压环(2)及密封环上,弹簧圈(14)为非螺旋式弹簧并具有开口(15)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种往复式压缩机填料密封机构,其特征在于:所述分段式连接拉杆(7)。
