The cutting mechanism comprises a first shifting and positioning mechanism, a second shifting and positioning mechanism, a cutting machine base and a cutting machine, and can be used for conveniently positioning and shifting the advertisement board blank and facilitating cutting and forming.

The advertising board processing equipment comprises an equipment rack (1), wherein a linear conveyor (5) is arranged at the top of the equipment rack, a sand blasting coarsening station (2), a cutting and forming leveling station (3) and a spraying station (4) are sequentially arranged on the equipment rack, a sand blasting coarsening bin (6) positioned above the end part of the linear conveyor is arranged at the position of the sand blasting coarsening station (2), a cutting mechanism (8) and a forming leveling mechanism are sequentially arranged at the position of the cutting and forming leveling station (3) along the conveying direction, and a spraying bin (7) is arranged at the position of the spraying station; the advertisement board blank processing device comprises a sand blasting coarsening bin (6), a cutting mechanism (8), a forming leveling mechanism and a spraying bin, wherein the sand blasting device in the sand blasting coarsening bin (6) can perform sand blasting treatment on advertisement board blanks, the cutting mechanism can position and cut the advertisement board blanks enough for sand blasting, the forming leveling mechanism can perform leveling forming treatment on the cut advertisement board blanks, and the spraying bin is internally provided with a spraying head for spraying the advertisement board blanks; the forming and leveling device is characterized in that the forming and leveling mechanism comprises a leveling workbench base (25), a lower strong magnet (26), a leveling workbench (27), a first leveling electromagnetic mechanism, a second leveling electromagnetic mechanism, a driving mechanism and a leveling controller, wherein the upper end face of the leveling workbench base is fixedly connected with the lower strong magnet, the upper end face of the lower strong magnet is fixedly connected with the leveling workbench, the leveling workbench is made of magnetic steel materials, the first leveling electromagnetic mechanism and the second leveling electromagnetic mechanism are driven by the driving mechanism to move in opposite directions on the leveling workbench so as to realize leveling and forming treatment on advertisement slabs between the leveling workbench and the first leveling electromagnetic mechanism and between the leveling workbench and the second leveling electromagnetic mechanism, and the first leveling electromagnetic mechanism and the second leveling electromagnetic mechanism are respectively provided with a driving force sensing assembly, the driving force sensing assembly can detect the parallel driving force of the first leveling electromagnetic mechanism and the second leveling electromagnetic mechanism, the controller is connected with the driving force sensing assembly in a control mode and is also connected with the first leveling electromagnetic mechanism and the second leveling electromagnetic mechanism in a control mode, and the controller can control the magnetic strength of the first leveling electromagnetic mechanism and the second leveling electromagnetic mechanism according to the detection value of the driving force sensing assembly so as to enable the parallel driving force to be at a constant value or within a constant numerical range by controlling and adjusting the magnetic strength;
the cutting mechanism (8) comprises a first displacement and positioning mechanism (11), a second displacement and positioning mechanism (10), a cutting machine base (13) and a cutting machine (12), the first displacement and positioning mechanism (11) and the second displacement and positioning mechanism (10) are arranged at the position of the cutting and forming leveling station (3), the first displacement and positioning mechanism (11) and the second displacement and positioning mechanism (10) are oppositely arranged, the cutting machine base is arranged between the first displacement and positioning mechanism (11) and the second displacement and positioning mechanism (10), the cutting machine is arranged on the cutting machine base, and the first displacement and positioning mechanism (11) and the second displacement and positioning mechanism (10) are identical in structure;
the first displacement and positioning mechanism (11) and the second displacement and positioning mechanism (10) respectively comprise a transverse moving mechanism, a longitudinal moving mechanism, a lifting column (18), a displacement and positioning slide seat (23) and a displacement and positioning disc (24), wherein the longitudinal moving mechanism is arranged on the transverse moving mechanism, the transverse moving mechanism is arranged on the equipment rack, the lifting column (18) is fixedly arranged at the output end of the transverse moving mechanism, the longitudinal moving mechanism is fixed at the top of the lifting column, the longitudinal moving mechanism is provided with the displacement and positioning slide seat, the bottom end of the displacement and positioning slide seat (23) is fixedly provided with the displacement and positioning disc (24), the displacement and positioning disc (24) can grab and displace the advertisement board blank and can compress and fix and position the displacement and positioning disc (24), the transverse direction of the transverse moving mechanism is parallel to the conveying direction of the linear conveyor, and the longitudinal direction of the longitudinal moving mechanism is perpendicular to the transverse direction of the transverse moving mechanism and is in the horizontal direction;
