2. The traditional Chinese medicine pillow for the mental patients according to claim 1, wherein the nerve soothing microcapsule slow-release essence is prepared by the following method:
step S1, adding vitamin E and maltol into absolute ethyl alcohol, sequentially dripping wrinkled giant hyssop essential oil and sandalwood essential oil after uniformly stirring, preparing solution A after uniformly stirring for 30min, adding menthol into isoamylol, sequentially adding rose essential oil and ylang-ylang essential oil after uniformly stirring, preparing solution B after uniformly stirring for 30min, dripping solution B into solution A, performing ultrasonic treatment, and uniformly mixing to prepare the nerve-soothing essence;
step S2, adding corn starch into a beaker filled with deionized water, dropwise adding a potassium permanganate aqueous solution with the mass fraction of 10% after uniformly stirring, controlling the dropwise adding time to be 30min, then adding sulfuric acid to adjust the pH until the pH is 2-2.5, heating in a water bath at 35-40 ℃, reacting for 5h at the temperature, performing suction filtration, washing a filter cake with the deionized water until the filtrate does not contain manganate, then washing with acetone for three times to prevent agglomeration, and drying for 10h at 50 ℃ to obtain a compound C, wherein the weight ratio of the corn starch, the potassium permanganate aqueous solution and the deionized water is 1: 0.3-0.5: 10;
step S3, adding gelatin into deionized water, heating in a water bath at 65-70 ℃ and magnetically stirring until the gelatin is completely dissolved, adding the compound C prepared in the step S2, dropwise adding a glycine-hydrochloric acid buffer solution with the mass fraction of 15% to adjust the pH until the pH is 5-6, heating to 75 ℃, reacting for 4 hours at the rotating speed of 180r/min under stirring, standing, casting and molding after no bubbles are generated to prepare the modified gelatin, and controlling the weight ratio of the gelatin to the compound C to the deionized water to be 1: 10;
step S4, adding chitosan into acetic acid solution with the mass fraction of 10%, stirring at a constant speed for 15min to obtain chitosan acetic acid solution, adding the modified gelatin prepared in step S3 into deionized water, heating in a water bath at 45-50 ℃, sequentially adding the nerve-soothing essence and tween-20 prepared in step S1, stirring at the rotating speed of 300r/min for 20min, adding the mixture into the chitosan acetic acid solution through a peristaltic pump, adjusting the pH until the pH is 6-6.5, continuing stirring for 30min, transferring the mixture into an ice water bath, cooling to 0-5 ℃, adding formaldehyde, reacting at the temperature for 1h, adjusting the pH until the pH is 9, heating to 35 ℃, performing suction filtration and washing to obtain the nerve-soothing microcapsule slow-release essence.

The pillow of claim 2, wherein in step S1, the weight ratio of vitamin E, maltol, absolute ethyl alcohol, essential oil of Agastache rugosa and essential oil of Santalum album is 3: 1-2: 10: 5: 3-5, the weight ratio of menthol, isoamyl alcohol, essential oil of Rose and essential oil of Iland orchid is 1: 10-15: 3-5: 5, and the weight ratio of solution A and solution B is 1.5-2: 1.
