Abstract

一种插头连接器及插座连接器,两者彼此对接,所述插头连接器包括绝缘本体及固定于所述绝缘本体的插头端子,绝缘本体设有自其前端面向后凹陷形成的对接腔,插头端子包括延伸入对接腔的接触部、固定在绝缘本体的固持部及暴露在绝缘本体后端的焊接部,接触部呈板状;接触部包括两个相对的板平面及位于板平面两侧的两个侧面,板平面提供用以与插座端子相接触的接触面,接触部设有锁扣口。上述锁扣口与插座连接器设有的锁扣件相配合,提高插头与插座连接器之间的插拔力及结合力。

插头连接器及插座连接器
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种插头连接器及插座连接器,两者之间的端子相互锁扣。
【背景技术】
中国实用新型专利第CN207925721U号揭示了一种电源连接器,其包括绝缘本体及安装于绝缘本体的端子。所述绝缘本体设置有柱状的承载部及位于承载部外侧的环形收容槽,所述承载部具有对接面,所述承载部设置有纵长的电源端子槽及针孔状的信号端子槽;所述信号端子槽位于所述电源端子槽的两侧,所述端子包括位于电源端子槽内的电源端子及位于信号端子槽内的信号端子。所述电源连接器结构简单、电性性能较佳,但是端子插拔力及结合力有待改善。
因此,希望设计一种改良的电连接器,从而克服上述缺陷。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种电连接器,其端子具有更好的插拔效果。
为解决上述问题,本发明可采用如下技术方案:
一种插头连接器,用以与一具有插座端子的插座连接器对接,所述插头连接器包括绝缘本体及固定于所述绝缘本体的插头端子,所述绝缘本体设有自其前端面向后凹陷形成的对接腔,所述插头端子包括延伸入对接腔的接触部、固定在绝缘本体的固持部及暴露在绝缘本体后端的焊接部,所述接触部呈板状;所述接触部包括两个相对的板平面及位于所述板平面两侧的两个侧面,所述板平面提供用以与所述插座端子相接触的接触面,所述接触部设有锁扣口。
本发明还可采用如下技术方案:
一种插座连接器,用以与一具有插头端子的插头连接器对接,所述插座连接器包括绝缘本体、固定于所述绝缘本体内的插座端子及锁定件,所述绝缘本体设有若干对接槽,所述插座端子包括凸伸入对应对接槽内的接触臂;所述锁定件包括凸伸入所述对接槽内的锁扣臂,所述锁扣臂的末端设有勾头,所述勾头用以与所述插头端子相扣持。
与现有技术相比,本发明插头端子的接触部设有锁扣口,插座连接器设有锁扣件,锁扣件与锁扣口彼此配合固定,提高插头连接器与插座连接器之间的插拔力与结合力。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
参图1所示,本发明公开了一种插头连接器1及插座连接器3的组合100。
参图2至图3所示,插头连接器1包括插头绝缘本体10及安装在插座绝缘本体10的插头端子20。插头绝缘本体10定义自其前端面向后凹陷形成的圆形对接腔101,对接腔101由圆形的对接部11围设形成,对接部11向对接腔101内凸伸有防呆肋110。插头绝缘本体10设有沿对接方向前后贯通的若干端子槽12。
插头端子20固定在上述端子槽12,插头端子20包括延伸入对接腔101的接触部21、固定在插头绝缘本体10的固持部22及暴露在插头绝缘本体10后端的焊接部23。接触部21呈板状且包括两个相对的板平面210及位于所述板平面210两侧的两个侧面211,板平面210提供用以与插座端子40相接触的接触面。接触部设有锁扣口,具体地,在本实施例中,位于两侧且接触部21面积较大的两个插头端子20各凹设有弧形锁扣口2110,锁扣口2110分别位于接触部21的两个侧面211,两个锁扣口2110彼此对称。接触部21包括位于其前方的前端面212(定义彼此对接时的方向为前方),锁扣口2110靠近前端面212。上述锁扣口用以与插座端子锁扣固定,从而提高插头连接器与插座连接器的插拔力与结合力,在其他实施例中,锁扣口不限制为弧形也不限制位于端子的侧面,比如可以设置在端子的板平面。固持部22的外侧面220为锯齿状且突出于所述接触部的侧面211,从而将插头端子20固定在插头绝缘本体10。
参图2所示,插座连接器3用以与上述具有插头端子的插头连接器1对接。插座连接器3包括插座绝缘本体30、固定于插座绝缘本体30内的插座端子40及锁定件50。
参图4所示,插座绝缘本体30包括柱状的对接部31、自绝缘本体30的前端面向后凹陷形成的收容腔33。收容腔33环绕对接部31而形成为环形状,对接部31的边缘凹陷有防呆部32。本实施例中,插头连接器1与插座连接器3对接时,插头连接器1的对接部11收容在上述收容腔33中,而插座连接器3的对接部31收容在插头连接器1的对接腔101中,且插头连接器1的防呆肋110凸伸入插座连接器3的防呆部32中形成卡持配合。
参图4至图6所示,插座绝缘本体30设有若干对接槽34、35、36,锁定件50包括凸伸入上述对接槽35内的锁扣臂51,锁扣臂51的末端设有勾头510,勾头510用以与插头端子的锁扣口2110相扣持(图7清楚可见)。其中,部分插座端子40a包括凸伸入对应对接槽35内的接触臂41a,接触臂41a沿第一方向(如图4所示方向X)凸伸入对接槽35,锁扣臂51沿第二方向(如图4所示方向Y)凸伸入对接槽35,第一方向X与第二方向Y垂直。具体地,参图5及图6所示,锁定件50包括两个沿第二方向Y排列的锁扣臂51、连接两个锁扣臂51的连接部52及自连接部52延伸出绝缘本体30的两个焊接板53,连接部52及锁扣臂51整体构成U字形。对应的,插座端子40a包括两个沿所述第一方向X彼此相对凸伸的接触臂41a,在第二方向Y上锁扣臂51位于两个接触臂41的外侧。连接部52两侧还凹设有弧形卡持口520及临近卡持口的卡持横梁521,用以与绝缘本体30卡持限位(参图7)。参图6所示,当插头端子20与插座端子40a对接时,插座端子40a的接触臂41a沿第一方向X抵接在插头端子20的板平面210实现电性连接,而锁扣件50的勾头510沿第二方向Y与锁扣口2110卡持配合,提高插拔力与结合力。
本实施例中,参图4,从前向后看,插座绝缘本体30设置有一个沿第一方向X延伸的第一纵长对接槽34、位于第一纵长对接槽34两端但沿第二方向Y延伸的两个第二纵长对接槽35,以及位于第一纵长对接槽两侧的八个第三对接槽36,第三对接槽36大致为小尺寸的矩形结构;两个第二纵长对接槽35内分别设有一个所述锁扣件50。第一纵长对接槽34内容纳一个插座端子40c,第二纵长对接槽35内容纳一个插座端子40a;插座端子40a及40c结构相同,但是设置方向彼此垂直。第三对接槽36容纳一个插座端子40b,其与插座端子40a及40c结构不同。每个插座端子40a包括凸伸入对接槽的两个接触臂41a及自各自接触臂继续延伸而形成的焊接板42a,两个焊接板42a彼此独立但焊接于同一根线缆(未图示)。当然两个接触臂41a可彼此连成一体而形成同一焊接板。每个插座端子40b包括凸伸入对接槽36的两个接触臂41b,两个接触臂41b各自延伸出的焊接板42b彼此抵靠而焊接于同一根线缆。对接时,每个上述插座端子40b的两个接触臂41b中间夹持一个插头端子20,每对插座端子40a或者与锁扣件50一起夹持一个板状的插头端子20。插座端子40a与对应插头端子20配合,形成电源的正极,插座端子40c形成电源的负极,插座端子40b则根据需求,传输各种信号,比如侦测、数据信号等。参图3,对应的插头端子20亦分成三种类型,大尺寸的电源端子以及小尺寸的信号端子,其中锁扣缺口2110设置在大尺寸的两个电源端子的正极端子处,电源端子的负极端子则未设置,当然根据需求可以设置。

Claims (10)

1.一种插头连接器,用以与一具有插座端子的插座连接器对接,所述插头连接器包括绝缘本体及固定于所述绝缘本体的插头端子,所述绝缘本体设有自其前端面向后凹陷形成的对接腔,所述插头端子包括延伸入对接腔的接触部、固定在绝缘本体的固持部及暴露在绝缘本体后端的焊接部,所述接触部呈板状;其特征在于:所述接触部包括两个相对的板平面及位于所述板平面两侧的两个侧面,所述板平面提供用以与所述插座端子相接触的接触面,所述接触部设有锁扣口。
2.如权利要求1所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述接触部包括位于其前方的前端面,所述锁扣口靠近前端面。
3.如权利要求2所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:两个所述侧面各凹设有一个锁扣口,两个所述锁扣口彼此对称。
4.如权利要求1所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述固持部的外侧面为锯齿状且突出于所述接触部的侧面,从而将插头端子固定在所述绝缘本体。
5.一种插座连接器,用以与一具有插头端子的插头连接器对接,所述插座连接器包括绝缘本体、固定于所述绝缘本体内的插座端子及锁定件,所述绝缘本体设有若干对接槽,所述插座端子包括凸伸入对应对接槽内的接触臂;其特征在于:所述锁定件包括凸伸入所述对接槽内的锁扣臂,所述锁扣臂的末端设有勾头,所述勾头用以与所述插头端子相扣持。
6.如权利要求5所述的插座连接器,其特征在于:所述接触臂沿第一方向凸伸入所述对接槽,所述锁扣臂沿第二方向凸伸入所述对接槽,所述第一方向与第二方向垂直。
7.如权利要求6所述的插座连接器,其特征在于:所述插座端子包括两个沿所述第一方向彼此相对凸伸的接触臂;沿第二方向上,所述锁定件包括一对所述锁扣臂,一对所述锁扣臂位于两个所述接触臂的两外侧。
8.如权利要求7所述的插座连接器,其特征在于:所述锁定件包括两个所述锁扣臂、连接两个锁扣臂的连接部及自所述连接部延伸出绝缘本体的两个焊接板,所述连接部及锁扣臂整体构成U字形。
9.如权利要求5所述的插座连接器,其特征在于:自前向后看,所述绝缘本体设置有沿第一方向延伸的第一纵长对接槽、位于第一纵长对接槽两端但沿第二方向延伸的两个第二纵长对接槽,以及位于第一纵长对接槽两侧的多个第三对接槽,所述第一、第二方向彼此垂直;两个所述第二纵长对接槽内分别有一个所述锁扣件。
10.如权利要求5所述的插座连接器,其特征在于:所述插座端子的两个接触臂后方分别连接有彼此独立的焊接板。
