Specifically, the fourth schedule is also a standby schedule, which is the same as the third schedule, and the fourth schedule may be preset by the user through the terminal device, may also be a schedule used by the LED control device in the advertisement delivery area before, of course, may also be a schedule used by another LED control device in the advertisement delivery area before, and is preferably a schedule for selecting an advertisement delivery area adjacent to the area where the current vehicle is located. When the vehicle is not in the preset advertisement putting area, the vehicle LED display screen can play the advertisement, and the LED display resources are utilized to the maximum extent. Of course, since the advertisement played at this time may not match the characteristics of the area, the interest balance between the advertiser and the owner of the vehicle can be realized by appropriately reducing the advertisement fee.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the present invention further provides an area advertisement delivery system, as shown in fig. 3, the system includes a cloud server 301, and an LED control device 302 and an LED display screen 303 that are arranged on a vehicle, the LED control device 302 is respectively connected to the cloud server 301 and the LED display screen 303, and the cloud server 301 can be simultaneously connected to the LED control devices 302 arranged on a plurality of vehicles, so as to control the content played by the LED display screens 303 on the plurality of vehicles. Wherein: the LED control device 302 is used for acquiring position information of the vehicle and sending the position information to the cloud server, the specific LED control device 302 is a playing box, and the GPS positioning module and the wireless communication module such as a 4G module and a 5G module are added in the playing box to obtain the position information of the vehicle and send the position information to the cloud server. The cloud server 301 is configured to generate an advertisement schedule according to a preset analysis processing strategy and the location information (the above process is described in detail and is not described herein any more), and send the advertisement schedule to the LED control device 302, control the LED control device 302 to launch the advertisement corresponding to the advertisement schedule into the LED display screen 301 according to the advertisement schedule for display.
Further, in another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the cloud server 301 includes a vehicle position obtaining module 3011, a vehicle region determining module 3012, a storage module 3013, and a schedule generating module 3014, where: the storage module 3013 is connected to the vehicle region determining module 3012 and the schedule generating module 3014, and is configured to store geographic information of a preset advertisement delivery region and a region task; the vehicle position acquisition module is connected with the vehicle area determination module and used for acquiring position information; the vehicle region determining module is connected with the storage module and the schedule generating module and used for determining the current advertisement putting region of the vehicle according to the position information and the geographic information after the position information is obtained; and the schedule generation module is used for generating the advertisement schedule according to the regional task corresponding to the current advertisement delivery region.
The regional advertisement delivery method and the regional advertisement delivery system provided by the invention can realize accurate delivery of the advertisement aiming at the region where the vehicle is located, and when the region where the vehicle is located changes, the advertisement delivered on the LED display screen of the vehicle also changes, so that the advertisement changes along with the change of the region where the vehicle is located, and the value of the advertisement is exerted to the greatest extent. In addition, the advertisement content, the putting sequence, the putting time and the like put on the LED display screen are not preset, but are obtained by arranging and combining the regional tasks corresponding to the advertisement putting region at the current time after the vehicle enters the advertisement putting region, so that the timeliness is stronger, and the requirement of an advertiser can be better met.

Claims (8)

1. A method for delivering regional advertisements, the method comprising:
storing one or more advertisement putting areas preset by a user, wherein each advertisement putting area corresponds to one geographic information and one or more area tasks;
acquiring first position information of a vehicle, judging whether the vehicle is in the advertisement putting area or not according to the first position information and the geographic information, and if the vehicle is in the advertisement putting area, determining a first advertisement putting area where the vehicle is located currently;
determining first regional tasks according to a preset corresponding relation between advertisement delivery regions and regional tasks and the first advertisement delivery regions, wherein the number of the first regional tasks is one or more, each first regional task corresponds to one execution priority, each first regional task comprises one or more advertisements, and each advertisement corresponds to one delivery priority;
determining an execution sequence of a plurality of first region tasks according to the execution priority, determining a delivery sequence of a plurality of advertisements corresponding to each first region task according to the delivery priority, sequencing the advertisements in the plurality of first region tasks according to the execution sequence and the delivery sequence, and generating a first schedule, wherein the first schedule comprises advertisement delivery content and an advertisement delivery instruction, the advertisement delivery instruction comprises a playing sequence of the advertisements, a playing time and display parameters of an LED display screen, and an LED control device is controlled to deliver the advertisements corresponding to the first schedule to the LED display screen on the vehicle for display according to the first schedule;
respectively presetting a third schedule for each advertisement putting area, wherein the third schedule is a standby schedule, and the advertisements in the third schedule are matched with the characteristics of the advertisement putting area corresponding to the third schedule;
if the vehicle is judged to be in the advertisement putting area according to the geographic information and the first position information, and feedback information sent by the LED control device and not received by the first schedule is received;
and sending the third schedule to the LED control device, and controlling the LED control device to put the advertisements corresponding to the third schedule into an LED display screen on the vehicle for display according to the third schedule.
2. The method for delivering regional advertisements according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring second position information of the vehicle every other preset time period, judging whether the vehicle is in the advertisement putting area or not according to the second position information and the geographic information, and if the vehicle is in the advertisement putting area, determining a second advertisement putting area where the vehicle is located currently;
and when the second advertisement delivery area and the first advertisement delivery area are determined not to be the same area, generating a second schedule according to the second advertisement delivery area, and controlling the LED control device to deliver the advertisements corresponding to the second schedule to the LED display screen on the vehicle for display according to the second schedule.
3. The method for delivering regional advertisements according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
if the vehicle is in the plurality of advertisement putting areas at the same time, determining one of the advertisement putting areas as a first advertisement putting area according to the priorities of the plurality of advertisement putting areas where the vehicle is located;
or respectively calculating the range size of the vehicle entering a plurality of advertisement putting areas where the vehicle is located according to the first position information, sequencing the range sizes from large to small, and selecting the advertisement putting area corresponding to the largest range size as the first advertisement putting area.
4. The method for delivering regional advertisements according to claim 2, further comprising:
acquiring current time, and judging whether the current time is within a preset task time or not;
and if the current time is within the task time, sending a task scheduling starting instruction to the LED control device, and controlling the LED control device to put the advertisements corresponding to the first schedule table or the second schedule table into an LED display screen on the vehicle for display according to the first schedule table or the second schedule table.
5. The method for delivering regional advertisements according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving a regional task setting instruction of a user, and judging whether the user has regional task setting authority or not;
and if the user has the regional task setting authority, adding, modifying or deleting the regional task according to the regional task setting instruction.
6. The method for delivering regional advertisements according to claim 2, further comprising:
if the vehicle is judged to be in the advertisement putting area according to the geographic information and the second position information, and feedback information sent by the LED control device and not received by the second schedule is received;
and sending the third schedule to the LED control device, and controlling the LED control device to put the advertisements corresponding to the third schedule into an LED display screen on the vehicle for display according to the third schedule.
7. The method for delivering regional advertisements according to claim 2, further comprising:
and presetting a fourth schedule, if the vehicle is judged not to be in the advertisement putting area according to the geographic information and the first position information or the second position information, sending the fourth schedule to the LED control device, and controlling the LED control device to put the advertisement corresponding to the fourth schedule into an LED display screen on the vehicle for display according to the fourth schedule.
8. A system for delivering regional advertisements, the system comprising: cloud server and LED controlling means, the LED display screen of setting on the vehicle, LED controlling means respectively with the cloud server the LED display screen is connected, wherein:
the LED control device is used for acquiring the position information of the vehicle and sending the position information to the cloud server;
the cloud server is used for generating an advertisement schedule according to a preset analysis processing strategy and the position information, sending the advertisement schedule to the LED control device, and controlling the LED control device to put advertisements corresponding to the advertisement schedule into the LED display screen for display according to the advertisement schedule;
the cloud server comprises a vehicle position acquisition module, a vehicle region determination module, a storage module and a schedule generation module, wherein:
the storage module is connected with the vehicle region determination module and the schedule generation module and is used for storing geographic information and regional tasks of preset advertisement delivery regions, one or more advertisement delivery regions are provided, and each advertisement delivery region corresponds to one geographic information and one or more regional tasks;
the vehicle position acquisition module is connected with the vehicle area determination module and used for acquiring first position information of the vehicle; the vehicle region determining module is connected with the storage module and the schedule generating module, and is used for judging whether the vehicle is in the advertisement putting region according to the first position information and the geographic information after the first position information is acquired, and determining a first advertisement putting region where the vehicle is located currently if the vehicle is in the advertisement putting region;
the schedule generation module is configured to determine a first region task according to a preset correspondence relationship between advertisement delivery regions and region tasks and the first advertisement delivery region, where the first region task has one or more first region tasks, each first region task corresponds to one execution priority, each first region task includes one or more advertisements, each advertisement corresponds to one delivery priority, an execution order of the plurality of first region tasks is determined according to the execution priority, a delivery order of the plurality of advertisements corresponding to each first region task is determined according to the delivery priority, the advertisements in the plurality of first region tasks are sorted according to the execution order and the delivery order, and a first schedule is generated, where the first schedule includes advertisement delivery contents and advertisement delivery instructions, where the advertisement delivery instructions include advertisement playing orders, advertisement delivery orders, and advertisement delivery orders, Playing time and display parameters of the LED display screen;
