3. As an embodiment of the invention, the interior of the driving roller 7 is designed in a hollow cylindrical shape, the driving roller 7 is composed of a plurality of telescopic knuckle arms, and a first spring 12 is fixedly connected between the knuckle arms at two ends of the driving roller 7; the front end and the rear end of the fixed seat 6 are both provided with sliding grooves 13, sliding plates 14 are connected in the sliding grooves 13 in a sliding mode, one side, away from the fixed seat 6, of each sliding plate 14 is provided with an air cylinder 15, the surface, away from the fixed seat 6, of one side of each sliding plate 14 is fixedly connected with a piston rod of each air cylinder 15, and each air cylinder 15 is connected with a power device; when the device works, an aluminum alloy material is placed on the transmission roller 7, after the aluminum alloy material is moved to a preset position, the power device is started to enable the piston rod in the air cylinder 15 to be ejected out, the piston rod pushes the sliding plate 14 to move towards one side close to the fixed seat 6 and compress the transmission roller 7, so that the sliding plate 14 is continuously close to the surface of the aluminum alloy material and preliminarily fixes the aluminum alloy material, and the aluminum alloy material is prevented from shaking back and forth to influence a detection result; after the detection of the aluminum alloy material is completed, the power device powered by the air cylinder 15 is closed, the compressed first spring 12 in the transmission roller 7 provides reverse thrust for the sliding plate 14, the sliding plate 14 is pushed to move towards one side far away from the fixed seat 6, the resetting of the sliding plate 14 is realized, and the sliding plate 14 is pushed by the air cylinder 15 to fix the aluminum alloy material again in the next detection; the sliding plate 14 can be moved according to the appearance condition of the aluminum alloy material, the proper clamping scheme is adjusted, inconvenience caused by diversified appearance of the aluminum alloy material is reduced, and the actual requirement is effectively met, so that the practicability of the device is improved.
As an embodiment of the invention, a fixed shaft 16 is uniformly arranged on one side of the sliding plate 14 relative to the fixed seat 6, the fixed shaft 16 is of a cylindrical structure, and the fixed shaft 16 is fixedly connected with the sliding plate 14 through a mounting bracket; when the device works, the piston rod in the air cylinder 15 pushes the sliding plate 14 to move towards one side close to the fixed seat 6, the sliding plate 14 compresses the driving roller 7 to enable the fixed shaft 16 to be close to the aluminum alloy material, and the fixed shaft 16 can fixedly clamp the aluminum alloy material to prevent the aluminum alloy material from shaking to influence a detection result in the detection process; meanwhile, the fixing shaft 16 is of a cylindrical structure, so that unnecessary scratches to materials can be avoided when the fixing shaft is in contact with aluminum alloy materials, and the accuracy of detection results is improved.

As an embodiment of the present invention, a second rotating shaft 21 is installed above the first rotating shafts 10 through a stand 20, the second rotating shafts 21 are placed in front and at the back, and the second rotating shafts 21 are located between two first rotating shafts 10; the second rotating shaft 21 rotates clockwise, so that the rotating direction is opposite to that of the first rotating shaft 10; the middle surface of the second rotating shaft 21 is fixedly connected with second adhesive tapes 22 which are uniformly arranged, and one end of each second adhesive tape 22, which is far away from the second rotating shaft 21, is designed in an arc shape; when the aluminum alloy material conveying device works, the first rotating shaft 10 rotates anticlockwise to drive the first adhesive tape 11 to stir the aluminum alloy material leftwards, meanwhile, the second rotating shaft 21 rotates clockwise, the second adhesive tape 22 rotates to the lower side and contacts with the aluminum alloy material to push the aluminum alloy material to move leftwards, the movement of the aluminum alloy material is further accelerated, the transmission effect of the aluminum alloy material is improved, and one end, far away from the second rotating shaft 21, of the second adhesive tape 22 is designed to be arc-shaped, so that scratches on the aluminum alloy material can be reduced, and the damage to the surface of the aluminum alloy material is reduced; meanwhile, the second rotating shaft 21 and the second adhesive tape 22 rotate above the aluminum alloy material, and the first rotating shaft 10 and the first adhesive tape 11 are matched to work, so that the aluminum alloy material can be prevented from shaking up and down, the transmission process is more stable, the operation in the detection process is facilitated, and the accuracy of the detection result is effectively improved.

As an embodiment of the invention, the first rubber strip 11 and the second rubber strip 22 are fixedly connected with uniformly arranged brushes 116 relative to one side surface of the aluminum alloy material; when the aluminum alloy surface cleaning device works, when the first adhesive tape 11 and the second adhesive tape 22 are in contact with an aluminum alloy material, the brush 116 brushes the surface of the aluminum alloy material, so that a large amount of impurity fragments which are difficult to clean are prevented from being adhered to the surface of the aluminum alloy material, the detection effect is optimized, and the accuracy of a detection result is improved; simultaneously when second adhesive tape 22 and clearance platform 23 contact, brush 116 scrubs clearance platform 23 surface, the accumulation of reducible clearance platform 23 surface residue, and brush 116 and clearance platform 23 notch cuttype surface contact time, also can shake off the residue on the brush 116, avoids brush 116 surface adhesion piece, effectively improves the self-cleaning ability of device, practices thrift the later stage processing time, guarantees the normal operating of device.
