本发明公开了一种组合式太阳能路灯灯杆,涉及路灯技术领域,从下至上由多段中空的杆体组合而成,相邻两段杆体中的上段杆体穿设于下段杆体的顶部内腔中,且下段杆体内设有承载上段杆体底端的止挡环,上段杆体的顶部内壁设有一圈密封用的橡胶内衬,橡胶内衬的内壁与下段杆体的外壁相抵,上段杆体的顶端外围设有一圈通过夹紧上、下段杆体的环箍,且环箍内壁设有凹口,上段杆体和下段杆体外壁形成有与凹口适配的凸起。本发明将传统的一体式结构分为多段组合结构,具有结构简单、运输方便、安装简单的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及路灯技术领域,尤其涉及一种组合式太阳能路灯灯杆。
背景技术
路灯指给道路提供照明功能的灯具,泛指交通照明中路面照明范围内的灯具。传统的路灯灯杆通常是一体式结构,这样直接导致了灯杆的运输、存储以及安装十分不方便,需要使用吊车、吊机安装造成了大量的人力浪费和物力浪费,增加了安装难度和人力成本,不利于灯杆的生产、销售和安装。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术的不足,提供一种组合式太阳能路灯灯杆,将传统的一体式结构分为多段组合结构,具有结构简单、运输方便、安装简单的优点。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种组合式太阳能路灯灯杆,从下至上由多段中空的杆体组合而成,相邻两段杆体中的上段杆体穿设于下段杆体的顶部内腔中,且下段杆体内设有承载上段杆体底端的止挡环,上段杆体的顶部内壁设有一圈密封用的橡胶内衬,橡胶内衬的内壁与下段杆体的外壁相抵,上段杆体的顶端外围设有一圈通过夹紧上、下段杆体的环箍,且环箍内壁设有凹口,上段杆体和下段杆体外壁形成有与凹口适配的凸起。
本发明的进一步改进在于,所述环箍由两块半环体拼接而成,且两块半环体之间通过螺栓紧固。
本发明的进一步改进在于,所述止挡环的截面为L形,止挡环与下段杆体的内壁之间形成供上段杆体底端插入的环形凹槽。
本发明的进一步改进在于,所述止挡环的底面与下段杆体的内壁之间通过若干三角形加强筋连接,提高止挡环的承载力。
本发明的进一步改进在于,所述止挡环的内圈设有两层格栅板,所述格栅板的外缘固定在止挡环的内壁上,且两层格栅板之间设有吸水棉层,防止潮湿环境导致相邻两段灯杆的连接处生锈。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明采用多段杆体组合式结构代替传统的一体式杆体,运输方便,安装简单,可根据需要组合定制灯杆长度;本发明通过止挡环和环箍保证了杆体与杆体之间连接紧固度,不用采用焊接工艺,减少了安装难度,能很好地节约人力成本。

如图1-2所示,一种组合式太阳能路灯灯杆,从下至上由多段中空的杆体1组合而成,相邻两段杆体1中的上段杆体11穿设于下段杆体12的顶部内腔中,且下段杆体12内设有承载上段杆体11底端的止挡环2,上段杆体11的顶部内壁设有一圈密封用的橡胶内衬3,橡胶内衬3的内壁与下段杆体12的外壁相抵,上段杆体11的顶端外围设有一圈通过夹紧上、下段杆体12的环箍4,且环箍4内壁设有凹口5,上段杆体11和下段杆体12外壁形成有与凹口5适配的凸起6。
上述环箍4由两块半环体41拼接而成,且两块半环体41之间通过螺栓紧固。
上述止挡环2的截面为L形,止挡环2与下段杆体12的内壁之间形成供上段杆体11底端插入的环形凹槽7。
上述止挡环2的底面与下段杆体12的内壁之间通过若干三角形加强筋8连接,提高止挡环2的承载力。
上述止挡环2的内圈设有两层格栅板9,所述格栅板9的外缘固定在止挡环2的内壁上,且两层格栅板9之间设有吸水棉层10,防止潮湿环境导致相邻两段灯杆的连接处生锈。

1.一种组合式太阳能路灯灯杆,从下至上由多段中空的杆体组合而成,其特征在于,相邻两段杆体中的上段杆体穿设于下段杆体的顶部内腔中,且下段杆体内设有承载上段杆体底端的止挡环,上段杆体的顶部内壁设有一圈密封用的橡胶内衬,橡胶内衬的内壁与下段杆体的外壁相抵,上段杆体的顶端外围设有一圈通过夹紧上、下段杆体的环箍,且环箍内壁设有凹口,上段杆体和下段杆体外壁形成有与凹口适配的凸起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式太阳能路灯灯杆,其特征在于,所述环箍由两块半环体拼接而成,且两块半环体之间通过螺栓紧固。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式太阳能路灯灯杆,其特征在于,所述止挡环的截面为L形,止挡环与下段杆体的内壁之间形成供上段杆体底端插入的环形凹槽。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种组合式太阳能路灯灯杆,其特征在于,所述止挡环的底面与下段杆体的内壁之间通过若干三角形加强筋连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式太阳能路灯灯杆,其特征在于,所述止挡环的内圈设有两层格栅板,所述格栅板的外缘固定在止挡环的内壁上,且两层格栅板之间设有吸水棉层。
