本发明所述的一种专用机场环保阻燃物流带及其制备方法,其选择环保原料,制成液态环保阻燃浆料,对聚酯织物芯用PVC打底料打底后,再在其面层和反面涂覆液态环保阻燃浆料,加热并熔融,使其渗透在聚酯织物芯中,得到耐磨阻燃的物流带。本发明所述的有益效果为:本发明所述的有益效果为:本发明采用无毒环保的原材料配置成环保阻燃浆料,其与专用物流布加工生产出适用于机场的环保阻燃物流带,具有阻燃、电绝缘性好,环保性高,耐磨性能强,制备工艺简单,制备过程环保。

本发明涉及输送带制造领域,具体是涉及一种专用机场环保阻燃物流带的制备方法。
背景技术
现实生活中,在很多场合均需要用到物流带,进行传输、安检等事务,而物流带经常接触如有拖轮的行李箱、背包、装物品的拎袋等,其尖锐的东西会损伤物流带;尤其在如机场这样需要高的安全标准的场合,行李扫描和易燃易爆品检测系统是非常重要的,物流带的安全性和可靠性更是至关重要,机场输送带由于经常接触行李箱、空运包装盒等物,还有X光扫描,输送带受损较快。传统的输送带存在强度低、阻燃性能不好、使用寿命短等问题,输送带的损坏会导致扫瞄过程的中断,因此需要一种在输送中既能阻燃、又表面抗耐磨的物流输送带,来确保物流输送,尤其是机场行李运输的安全性。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种专用机场环保阻燃物流带及其生产工艺,选择无毒环保的原料,制备阻燃性能好、强度高的耐磨输送带。
本发明所述的一种专用机场环保阻燃物流带,包括聚酯织物芯,所述聚酯织物芯上涂覆有PVC打底料,所述PVC打底料上涂覆有液态阻燃浆料,按重量计,所述液态阻燃浆料为:糊树脂80重量份、增塑剂65份、钙锌稳定剂5份、炭黑2份、阻燃剂20份。
优选的,按重量份计,所述PVC打底料为:邻苯二甲酸二异壬脂50份、磷酸甲苯二苯脂20份,钙锌稳定剂10份,氢氧化铝8.5份、三氧化二锑12.5份、PVC树脂粉72份。
优选的,所述阻燃剂包括重量份比为10份的氢氧化铝和10份的三氧化二锑。
根据上述的一种专用机场环保阻燃物流带的制备方法,其步骤为,
S1:配料:将按上述重量份计的糊树脂、增塑剂、钙锌稳定剂、炭黑、阻燃剂,在高速分散搅拌机中进行高速搅拌混合均匀30分钟,再在真空脱泡机中进行真空80分钟,制得液态阻燃浆料;
S2:将聚酯织物芯经生产线烘箱加热干燥,使用拉幅机定型所述聚酯织物芯,得到定型织物;
S3:将所述定型织物经涂覆机涂刀底涂PVC打底料,再进生产线烘箱烘干,把所述PVC打底料渗到定型织物的反面;
S4:将S3得到的定型织物经涂覆机涂刀,在所述定型织物上涂盖面层,将已配置好的所述液态阻燃浆料涂在定型织物上,然后进生产线烘箱加热、熔融、形成阻燃PVC面层;
S5:重复S3,对S4得到的定型织物的反面进行打底,再进生产线烘箱烘干,把所述PVC打底料渗到定型织物的正面;
S6:将S5得到的反面打底后的定型织物反面再涂液态阻燃浆料,然后进生产线烘箱加热、熔融,形成阻燃PVC底层,得到涂覆面层输送带;
S7:将S6得到的涂覆面层输送带再涂液态阻燃浆料,然后进入烘箱加热修面,制得成品;
S8:裁机分割、检验及包装。
优选的,S2中,拉幅机的张力为:前放卷120kg收卷160kg,所述生产线烘箱为依次设置的烘箱Ⅰ、烘箱Ⅱ、烘箱Ⅲ,温度为:烘箱Ⅰ为100℃,烘箱Ⅱ为150℃、烘箱Ⅲ为160℃,生产线车速15.0n/分钟。

具体实施方式
本发明所述的一种专用机场环保阻燃物流带,包括聚酯织物芯,所述聚酯织物芯上涂覆有PVC打底料,然后再涂覆有液态阻燃浆料,按重量计,所述液态阻燃浆料为:糊树脂80重量份、增塑剂65份、钙锌稳定剂5份、炭黑2份、阻燃剂20份,所述阻燃剂包括重量份比为10份的氢氧化铝和10份的三氧化二锑;所述PVC打底料为:邻苯二甲酸二异壬脂50份、磷酸甲苯二苯脂20份,钙锌稳定剂10份,氢氧化铝8.5份、三氧化二锑12.5份、PVC树脂粉72份。
上述的一种环保阻燃物流带的制备方法,其选用的生产线设备为PVC涂层机3.6M生产线,其生产步骤为:
S1:将按重量份计的糊树脂80份、增塑剂65份、钙锌稳定剂5份、炭黑2份、阻燃剂氢氧化铝和三氧化二锑10份,在高速分散搅拌机中进行高速搅拌混合均匀30分钟,再在真空脱泡机中进行真空80分钟,制得液态阻燃浆料;
S2:生产线的烘箱包括依次设置的烘箱Ⅰ、烘箱Ⅱ、烘箱Ⅲ,将聚酯织物芯经所述烘箱加热干燥,温度为:烘箱Ⅰ为100℃,烘箱Ⅱ为150℃、烘箱Ⅲ为160℃,使用拉幅机定型,拉幅机的张力为:前放卷120kg,收卷160kg,生产线采用慢车速15.0n/分钟,才能收缩到,得到定型织物;
S3:将所述定型织物经涂覆机涂刀底涂PVC打底料,再进烘箱烘干,所述涂覆机的车速为5.0n/分钟,慢速移动,温度为:烘箱Ⅰ为0℃,烘箱Ⅱ为100℃、烘箱Ⅲ为200℃,生产线车速1.5n/分钟,把所述PVC打底料渗到定型织物的反面,以增加定型织物的强度;
S4:将S3得到的定型织物经涂覆机涂刀,在所述定型织物上涂盖面层,将已配置好的所述液态阻燃浆料涂在定型织物上,然后进烘箱加热、熔融、形成阻燃PVC面层,所述阻燃浆料涂层的厚度小于或等于1.0mm,烘箱Ⅰ为150℃,烘箱Ⅱ为180℃、烘箱Ⅱ为190℃,织物在烘箱内的运转车速要慢,控制车速为5.0n/分钟;
S5:重复S3,对S4得到的定型织物的反面进行打底,再进烘箱烘干,生产线烘箱温度为:烘箱Ⅰ为10℃,烘箱Ⅱ为50℃、烘箱Ⅲ为190℃,生产线车速为3.5n/分钟,把所述PVC打底料渗到定型织物中;
S6:将S5得到的反面打底后的定型织物反面再涂液态阻燃浆料,然后进烘箱加热、熔融,烘箱温度为:烘箱Ⅰ为100℃,烘箱Ⅱ为120℃、烘箱Ⅲ为190℃,车速为2.0n/分钟,使浆料全部渗入定型织物中,形成阻燃PVC底层,得到涂覆面层输送带;
S7:将S6得到的涂覆面层输送带再涂液态阻燃浆料,然后进入烘箱加热修面,生产线烘箱温度为:烘箱Ⅰ为180℃,烘箱Ⅱ为95℃、烘箱Ⅲ为210℃,生产线车速为4.8n/分钟,制得成品;
S8:裁机分割、检验及包装。
在本实施例中,S1采用的糊树脂型号为PB1702,、增塑剂为UN488,炭黑为N330,相关配置液态阻燃浆料的原材料在搅拌均匀后在真空脱泡机中真空,可以把液体糊内的汽泡赶走;S6中的,反面打底后的定型织物刚进入烘箱,烘箱温度相比S4中的起始温度要低,生产流水线设备运转速度要更慢,方能使液态阻燃浆料更好的渗入织物中,增强织物的强度。本申请采用的生产线,在烘箱外设有两个平行的滑辊,其构成贴合轮装置,两个滑辊之间存在一定的空隙,S4和S6中的定型织物进入烘箱加热,熔融经中间辊轮贴合成型。
目前市场上采用的普通的PVC打底料为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、钙锌、PVC糊树酯配制而成的混合物,其不具备阻燃和耐磨性能,且不环保;本发明的另一改进点在于对传统的普通打底料进行了改进,采用无毒环保的邻苯二甲酸二异壬脂(DINP)50份、磷酸甲苯二苯脂(DPK)20份,钙锌稳定剂(GZ)10份,氢氧化铝8.5份、三氧化二锑12.5份、PVC树脂粉72份,提前进行混合配置而成新的环保型PVC打底料,在加工中,通过涂覆机涂覆在聚酯织物芯上,并经过本申请采用的生产线设备,使其渗入聚酯织物芯中,使聚酯织物芯具备更加难燃、耐磨、高强的性能,且环保。
本发明中选用的原材料均为环保材料,如:阻燃物流带的主材料聚酯织物芯,采用合成纤维和天然纤维制成,是环保无毒的纤维织物,本申请中采用的聚酯织物芯,其在制作过程中,将原工艺中的经纱丝原15克改为25克,纬纱丝原由原8克修改为13克并增加一根0.3mm单丝,制成专用的阻燃物流布,其具有强度高、耐磨性好的特点;耐磨聚录乙烯(PVC)糊树脂,其是没有毒性的,树脂氧指数为40;增塑剂是一种无毒非邻苯环保型增塑剂,环保阻燃氢氧化物的指数为32,环保炭黑、稳定剂等添加材料均为环保型原材料,这些材料制成的阻燃物流带具有良好的难燃、环保、电绝缘性,制品的耐磨性能好,尤其适用于机场,可有效防止机场安检扫描过程中断,加速客流速度及安全性,符合美国FDA食品卫生标准。

S3:将所述定型织物经涂覆机涂刀底涂PVC打底料,再进生产线烘箱烘干,把所述PVC打底料渗到定型织物的反面;

S5:重复S3,对S4得到的定型织物的反面进行打底,再进生产线烘箱烘干,把所述PVC打底料渗到定型织物的正面;
S6:将S5得到的反面打底后的定型织物反面再涂液态阻燃浆料,然后进生产线烘箱加热、熔融,形成阻燃PVC底层,得到涂覆面层输送带;
S7:将S6得到的涂覆面层输送带再涂液态阻燃浆料,然后进入烘箱加热修面,制得成品;
S8:裁机分割、检验及包装。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种专用机场环保阻燃物流带的制备方法,其特征在于,S2中,拉幅机的张力为:前放卷120kg收卷160kg,所述生产线烘箱为依次设置的烘箱Ⅰ、烘箱Ⅱ、烘箱Ⅲ,温度为:烘箱Ⅰ为100℃,烘箱Ⅱ为150℃、烘箱Ⅲ为160℃,生产线车速15.0n/分钟。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种专用机场环保阻燃物流带的制备方法,其特征在于,S3中,所述涂覆机的车速为5.0n/分钟,温度为:烘箱Ⅰ为0℃,烘箱Ⅱ为100℃、烘箱Ⅲ为200℃,生产线车速1.5n/分钟。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种专用机场环保阻燃物流带的制备方法,其特征在于,S4中,所述阻燃浆料涂层的厚度小于或等于1.0mm,烘箱Ⅰ为150℃,烘箱Ⅱ为180℃、烘箱Ⅱ为190℃,生产线车速为5.0n/分钟。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种专用机场环保阻燃物流带的制备方法,其特征在于,S5中,生产线烘箱温度为:烘箱Ⅰ为10℃,烘箱Ⅱ为50℃、烘箱Ⅲ为190℃,烘箱运转车速为3.5n/分钟。
9.根据权利要求4所述的一种专用机场环保阻燃物流带的制备方法,其特征在于,S6中,生产线烘箱温度为:烘箱Ⅰ为100℃,烘箱Ⅱ为120℃、烘箱Ⅲ为190℃,生产线车速为2.0n/分钟。
10.根据权利要求4所述的一种专用机场环保阻燃物流带的制备方法,其特征在于,S7中,生产线烘箱温度为:烘箱Ⅰ为180℃,烘箱Ⅱ为95℃、烘箱Ⅲ为210℃,生产线车速为4.8n/分钟。
