技术领域
本申请涉及一种防静电纱线的生产方法及生产设备。
背景技术
防静电纱线是经过防静电加工处理的纱线,可以用来制备防静电面料,广泛用于石油工业;矿冶工业;化学工业;电子工业;特种工业,如:原子能、航天航空、兵器等及其它工业,如:食品、烟花爆竹、医药等。人身上的静电主要由衣物之间或则衣物与身体的摩擦照成的,因此穿着不同材质的衣服时“带电”多少是不同的,比如穿化学纤维制成的衣物就比较容易产生静电,而棉质衣物产生的就较少。而且由于干燥的环境更有利于电荷的转移和积累,所以冬天的时候人们会觉得身上的静电比较大。因此,如何从根本上减少其产生静电的可能性尤为关键。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本申请一方面提出了一种防静电纱线的生产设备,包括纱线供给部和纱线收卷部,沿着纱线进给的方向在纱线供给部和纱线收卷部之间依次设有浆料涂覆部,浆料回收部和加热滚压部;所述加热滚压部包括不少于两个的加压辊,所述加压辊上设有沿纱线进给方向设置的导向隔板,在加压辊上设有若干突出部,在突出部的表面设有若干穿刺针。本申请采用涂覆后加热滚压的方式,使得涂覆的浆料能尽快的与纱线进行紧密贴合,以提高防静电纱线防静电能力的稳定性。
优选的,所述浆料涂覆部包括至少一个涂覆液槽,在涂覆液槽的中部设有一用于纱线通过的涂覆管,在涂覆管上设有若干与涂覆液槽连通设置的通孔。
优选的,所述涂覆管包括内管和外管,在内管的一端外侧设有导向沿,在外管内侧设有与导向沿抵接设置的支撑沿,在外管上设有若干排外通孔,在外通孔之间设有挡接板,在内管上设有若干排与外通孔配合设置的内通孔,所述内管和外管相对旋转时,外通孔与内通孔连通设置与挡接板与内通孔配合抵接设置之间进行转换。本申请通过设置内管和外管相互旋转的设置,使得可以控制浆料的进入量和存量,以避免在此过程中浆料过多影响纱线的紧实度,过少又会影响浆料涂覆的效果。
优选的,所述浆料回收部包括两回收压辊,在回收压辊之间设有用于纱线通过的回收通道,在回收通道的下方设置有浆料回收槽。
优选的,在浆料回收部和加热滚压部之间设有辅助滚轮组。
优选的,所述辅助滚轮组包括两抵接设置的导向轮,两导向轮抵接设置,在导向轮上设有配合设置的环形导向槽,纱线设置在环形导向槽内。
优选的,在加热滚压部后设有定型部;所述定型部包括一定型导向轮,在定型导向轮后设置有冷却辊。本申请通过冷却辊使得纱线可以尽快的降温到室温,使得内部浆料相对固定的凝结,避免在收卷之内产生粘合等不良现象。
优选的,所述冷却辊包括冷却辊本体,在冷却辊本体内设有若干冷却水通道。
另一方面,本申请还公开了一种防静电纱线的生产方法,将纱线设置在纱线供给部和纱线收卷部之间,依次通过浆料涂覆部,浆料回收部和加热滚压部;所述浆料涂覆部内的浆料包括如下质量组份的物质混合而成:淀粉:20-30份、已二醇:10-20份、二氧化钛:3-5份、表面活性剂:1-4份、磷酸:4-10份、醇酸树脂:30-40份。本申请采用复合设置淀粉、乙二醇以及醇酸树脂,并将所有物质在水中进行充分搅拌成浆处理,在纱线表面可以形成一层隔离层,可弥补纱线表面的不平整,从而减少磨损,起到减少静电的作用,在合成过程中醇酸树脂可采用水溶性醇酸树脂。
优选的,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠。
本申请能够带来如下有益效果:
1、本申请采用涂覆后加热滚压的方式,使得涂覆的浆料能尽快的与纱线进行紧密贴合,以提高防静电纱线防静电能力的稳定性;
2、本申请通过设置内管和外管相互旋转的设置,使得可以控制浆料的进入量和存量,以避免在此过程中浆料过多影响纱线的紧实度,过少又会影响浆料涂覆的效果;
3、本申请通过冷却辊使得纱线可以尽快的降温到室温,使得内部浆料相对固定的凝结,避免在收卷之内产生粘合等不良现象;
4、本申请采用复合设置淀粉、乙二醇以及醇酸树脂,并将所有物质在水中进行充分搅拌成浆处理,在纱线表面可以形成一层隔离层,可弥补纱线表面的不平整,从而减少磨损,起到减少静电的作用。

在第一个实施例中,如图1-5所示,一种防静电纱线的生产设备,一种防静电纱线的生产设备,包括纱线供给部1和纱线收卷部2,沿着纱线3进给的方向在纱线供给部1和纱线收卷部2之间依次设有浆料涂覆部4,浆料回收部5和加热滚压部6;所述加热滚压部6包括不少于两个的加压辊7,所述加压辊7上设有沿纱线3进给方向设置的导向隔板8,在加压辊7上设有若干突出部9,在突出部9的表面设有若干穿刺针10,在加压辊7内设有热水通道。所述浆料涂覆部4包括至少一个涂覆液槽11,在涂覆液槽11的中部设有一用于纱线3通过的涂覆管12,在涂覆管12上设有若干与涂覆液槽11连通设置的通孔13。所述涂覆管12包括内管14和外管15,在内管14的一端外侧设有导向沿16,在外管15内侧设有与导向沿16抵接设置的支撑沿17,在外管15上设有若干排外通孔13,在外通孔13之间设有挡接板18,在内管14上设有若干排与外通孔13配合设置的内通孔13,所述内管14和外管15相对旋转时,外通孔13与内通孔13连通设置与挡接板18与内通孔13配合抵接设置之间进行转换。所述浆料回收部5包括两回收压辊19,在回收压辊之间设有用于纱线通过的回收通道,在回收通道的下方设置有浆料回收槽20。在浆料回收部5和加热滚压部6之间设有辅助滚轮组21。所述辅助滚轮组21包括两抵接设置的导向轮22,两导向轮22抵接设置,在导向轮22上设有配合设置的环形导向槽,纱线3设置在环形导向槽内。在加热滚压部6后设有定型部;所述定型部包括一定型导向轮25,在定型导向轮25后设置有冷却辊26。本申请通过冷却辊26使得纱线可以尽快的降温到室温,使得内部浆料相对固定的凝结,避免在收卷之内产生粘合等不良现象。所述冷却辊27包括冷却辊本体,在冷却辊本体内设有若干冷却水通道。
使用时,将缠绕有原始纱线的纱线供给部1作为起点,依次通过涂覆管12,浆料回收部5、辅助滚轮组21、加热滚压部6、定型部24、冷却辊,直接接转到纱线收卷部2。
在第二个实施例中,在实施例一的基础上,按照下面步骤对于棉纤维进行处理,然后按照《GB/T 12703.5-2010纺织品静电性能的评定第5部分-摩擦带电电压》进行带电电压测试。
S1.混合淀粉、已二醇、二氧化钛、十二烷基硫酸钠、磷酸、醇酸树脂以及两倍质量的水充分搅拌得到浆料,具体的组成如表1所示;
S2.利用第一个实施例的设备进行浆料涂覆,得到防静电纱线;
S3.测定其摩擦带电电压,然后利用10kg的小天鹅洗衣机洗涤3h,然后晾干,再次测定其摩擦带电电压,然后再利用10kg的小天鹅洗衣机洗涤5h(共计8h),然后晾干,再次测定其摩擦带电电压,然后列入到表1中。

由此可见,加入醇酸树脂可以大大的提高其防静电性能,而己二醇、磷酸和二氧化钛的共同存在对于面料的耐久性较好的促进作用。

1.一种用生产设备生产防静电纱线的生产方法,其特征在于:所述生产设备包括纱线供给部和纱线收卷部,沿着纱线进给的方向在纱线供给部和纱线收卷部之间依次设有浆料涂覆部,浆料回收部和加热滚压部;所述加热滚压部包括不少于两个的加压辊,所述加压辊上设有沿纱线进给方向设置的导向隔板,在加压辊上设有若干突出部,在突出部的表面设有若干穿刺针;
所述生产方法为将纱线设置在纱线供给部和纱线收卷部之间,依次通过浆料涂覆部,浆料回收部和加热滚压部;所述浆料涂覆部内的浆料包括如下质量组份的物质混合而成:淀粉:20-30份、已二醇:10-20份、二氧化钛:3-5份、表面活性剂:1-4份、磷酸:4-10份、醇酸树脂:30-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生产方法,其特征在于:所述浆料涂覆部包括至少一个涂覆液槽,在涂覆液槽的中部设有一用于纱线通过的涂覆管,在涂覆管上设有若干与涂覆液槽连通设置的通孔。

6.根据权利要求5所述的生产方法,其特征在于:所述辅助滚轮组包括两抵接设置的导向轮,两导向轮抵接设置,在导向轮上设有配合设置的环形导向槽,纱线设置在环形导向槽内。
7.根据权利要求1所述的生产方法,其特征在于:在加热滚压部后设有定型部,所述定型部包括一定型导向轮,在定型导向轮后设置有冷却辊。
8.根据权利要求7所述的生产方法,其特征在于:所述冷却辊包括冷却辊本体,在冷却辊本体内设有若干冷却水通道。
9.根据权利要求1所述的生产方法,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠。
